Loving A Widower
your way of loving a widower
is a way of saving your life
not that it is this kind of long
distance love with nothing
to use but
just a voice in your wilderness
and some sweet talk
for at least once a week
or twice a month
but this can make what you have
in suspense
another four years to wait till
his youngest daughter graduates
in college

you like the drag of a promise
the years pass by
and then you look yourself at the mirror

Struggle for Time
Time sits still when you want it to pass
Tic-Toc goes the seconds, Re-united at last
But this Time, I felt like the clock was against me
It didnt want this to happen
Yet Time for you, gave you time to be
to be yourself and to above all be free
But time for me, felt like slavery
Locked down in a prison of bitter-sweet savory
Time for you gave you time to let others in
Time for me stopped, I couldnt tell when again It'd begin
While Time worked against me, I fought back in a counter-clockwise direction
Pushing the forces of time in reverse,
But then I realized fighting time, let Time win
