For All These That I See Today
wilted grass on the pasture land
emaciated water buffaloes
dried river beds
the well without water
humid air and dusty roads
to the village on a rice shortage
birds in flocks moving away
sick babies and panicky mothers
hopeless fathers thinking about
another revolution
a government stripped of moral authority
arming itself strengthening wire fences
building more walls and students out-of-school
muted press and more speeches from the
political departments justifying reason
for all these that i see today
i have seen them all yesterday
during my youth my rebel days
when i was not so careful then
when i never thought of the danger
when i though i do not die
history unfolds again before me
we are not strangers we are in fact on a familiarity
how can we ever talk like friends again?
how can i run away from society for the second time?
how can i vomit and eat all these rancid food
these spoils, these trash, this enormous silence?

And Through The Wire
And through the wire I hear your voice
And through the wire I touch the power
And through the wire I see your face
Its through the wire
Friday night, youre staying at home I want you
Im tickling and clicking a metronome I want you
Prowling the waterhole-i wait for the kill I want you
Pressures building-overspill I want you
And through the wire you are secure
And through the wire we can talk
And through the wire we can walk
Its through the wire
Watchmaker steadies his delicate hand I want you
For barbeque parties on blood red sands I want you
Caught in the strugle tight on the rod I want you
Bring out the devil to bring out the God I want you
And through the wire I hear your voice
And through the wire I touch the power
And through the wire I see your face
Its through the wire
Driving round the city rings
Staring at the shape of things
I talk in pictures not in words
Overloaded with everything we said
Be careful where you tread
Watch the wire
And through the wire you are secure
And through the wire we can talk
And through the wire we can walk
And through the wire were clinging like leeches
And through the wire we push out tailormade speeches
And through the wire we get so strange across the border
We get so strange across the border

Chaitra purnima
Today
Chaitra purnima
Look sarhul
And it is summer
The time to
Worship mother nature.
Look summer here
The days of cold beverages
The days of squash buttermilk
Pakhalrice water handia and lassis
All available in the town.
What about village?
In this summer
Village is burning
No water no food
No work nothing.
The dusk the clash
All available in the village.
Chitra purnima
Today.
Today is the
Chitra purnima
Of Hindu calender
And it is summer.

The miracle of light pours over the green and brown expanse of saw grass and of water, shining and slowly moving, the grass and water that is the meaning and the central fact of the Everglades. It is a river of grass.

Water in the dry land
water spoils the day, when party is
gone, not a waste of time as if you're
have bath in the sun, what a big deal
will it come, when dry spell hit in
the land
water always looks up in the throat,
for almost all sweat run to close
every lip and your eyes gently glitter
every time you want to talk, knowing
it that, you want not to breath,
unnoticed that you're already falling
asleep
furious you seem innocent, lying
down in the style you want to be, but
remember the eloquent you may be,
gesture the netted water in your
stunning wit of humane you'll be
elegant face you survive, the stylish
memoirs you prose, yet the dried mind
need sprinkle water to resist as the
great sun goes to down not for you to
exist

‘You Rise the Water Unfolds’
You rise the water unfolds
You sleep the water flowers
You are water ploughed from its depths
You are earth that takes root
And in which all is grounded
You make bubbles of silence in the desert of sound
You sing nocturnal hymns on the arcs of the rainbow
You are everywhere you abolish the roads
You sacrifice time
To the eternal youth of an exact flame
That veils Nature to reproduce her
Woman you show the world a body forever the same
Yours
You are its likeness.

The grass is not, in fact, always greener on the other side of the fence. Fences have nothing to do with it. The grass is greenest where it is watered. When crossing over fences, carry water with you and tend the grass wherever you may be.

Why Can't They Say The Word?
a group of ferns hang
on the side of the cemented wall
of an old building
long deserted by its
inhabitants
too dusty to ask for drops of water
too wilted
too hopeless
when the wind passes by on a rumor
of rain
the ferns snob it
they have learned to accept
the reasons behind their fate

Shortage
No food, water or food,
This is a Shortage.
Most dead from starvation,
Some from disorganised pyjamas.
Not folded, creased or pizza.
No house to cook the air.
Right about now some food would be nice,
'I can't' He said, i ate all the rice.

Danger
Dont talk to strangers
Keep away from the danger
Dont talk to strangers who smile
Keep away from the danger all the time
You just keep away
Red lights are flashin
Theres been a misunderstandin
Im bruised, broke an bandaged
Through drinkin all that brandy
I was under the table
But I came back for more
Gotta hit the bottle
But my head hit the floor
Chorus:
Danger - danger, dont talk to strangers
Stranger - danger, dont you talk
Danger - danger, dont talk to strangers
Danger - danger, dont talk keep away
Red lights still flashin
People all still dancin in my head
Ive done with thinkin about what to do
Another night of drinkin, just one before Im through
I was just raisin hell
I wasnt doin no harm
The cops could not appreciate
My natural charm
Repeat chorus
(dont talk to strangers)
Repeat chorus (twice)
Dont you go talkin to no strangers in this town

Water Vortex
It's hot on the river walk
Where to River? Play in new clothes
And rivers, remote back over at a friend inside.
Words to break the outer covering tears
What is the path to climb stricken with hardship Play
The sweet cruelty
Stone water fall flowing all evening
Away drag it out of the river
Danaya the birds glow, deep sigh Anonymous
And tears of your feet and flowers in water
Stand up to water, the loneliness at school.
You know, water's water, water vortex breakdown silence
None of the ship's mast Tear
The Black Keys pray for rain at night?
I was crying, asking plunged music.

Today is better than Yesterday
Yesterday
Yesterday, I was running with to feet
Yesterday, I was playing with kids
Yesterday, I was kicking the ball
Yesterday, I had it all, all was mine.
Yesterday, I was growing well,
Yesterday, I had it all undercover
Yesterday was my day
Yesterday, my days were
Yesterday, I had a lover, ‘true lover’
Yesterday, promises were made
Yesterday, promises were not kept
Yesterday, I was happy.
Yesterday, I gave him everything
Yesterday, I sacrificed everything
Yesterday, I was a fool
Yesterday, I was dying
Today
Today, I am lying in bed
Today, I am watching hopeless kids
Today, I can hardly move
Today, everything is falling
Today, I am dying in bed
Today, it is all wrong
Today, is not my day
Today, my days are not
Today, I have no one
Today, promises are broken
Today, promises are not
Today, I have no hope
Today, I long for myself
Today, I cry over spilled milk
Today, I am wise
Today, I live
Whatever happened yesterday is not
Whatever was, is not
Whatever was broken can be fixed
Whatever wound are, can be healed
Just need the Perfect Healer
Jesus I know you are! ! !

Strangers Again
(toby keith)
You couldnt tell by lookin wed ever met before
I hardly ever see her, she dont come by any more
With all the time we spent together, I thought by now she wouldve called
Its amlost like she never even know my name at all
But the first night I met her, we were just strangers
Small talk conversation, we became friends
One morning we woke up and wed turned into lovers
At the end of the line now, were strangers again
This used to be our hangout, now I guess its only mine
And all our friends still come here, they ask about her all the time
I say I spoke to her just yesterday, no wait, two days ago
I guess that girl will never change, but Im the only one that knows
That the first night I met her, we were just strangers
Small talk conversation, we became friends
One morning we woke up and wed turned into lovers
At the end of the line now, were strangers again
But the first night I met her, we were just strangers
Small talk conversation, we became friends
One morning we woke up an wed turned into lovers
At the end of the line now, were strangers again
At the end of the line now, were strangers again

Salvation 2009
A darkling sky of black and grey.
Was brooding angrily above,
below the land in silence lay.
Where nothing stirred afraid to move.
Wild creatures I their wisdom hide.
Instinctively they know its best
To find safe havens and abide
before the coming storm can test.
Then suddenly the sky is rent
The rain pours down a fierce torrent.
The promised storm long overdue..
The thirsty earth drinks greedily
The dusty dried up river beds
Receive the water gratefully
And lace the plain with silver threads.
The drought has broken finally.
New grass will soon be flourishing
from seeds that have lain dormantly
In patience for their christening.
But now the seed have been baptised
by rain fresh fallen from the sky
Their need for moisture satisfied.
Their speed of growth is no surprise.
The drought consigned to history
We can afford to hope again.
Returning to normality
our thanks are due for prayed for rain.

To An Enemy Who Still Keep The War
it is quite a long time already
all the flowers that bloomed have already wilted
the water in the river
ran dry and the pebbles have kept the same silence
of the tombstones
shall you still wage this war against me
my silence had long conquered you
and there is nothing to talk about anymore
all the words erase themselves
there is nothing to swallow anymore
yet you are there
fully dressed in rusty armors
i do not know how to approach you
but today i shall keep my mind open
i could have laughed
so loud that the planets can hear it
your eyes are sharp as your sword
but they find no relevance anymore
if you only know
before me and long time ago
you have been pronounced dead
by all my senses.

Water, Poet: Sohrab Sepehri
We shouldn’t muddy the water
A pigeon may drink it down the road
Or in a far away grove a starling may bathe
Or in the village, a jug may be filled
We shouldn’t muddy the water
This running water may feed a poplar and
wash away sadness from a heavy heart
A dervish may dip his dry bread in it
A pretty woman may come to the river bank
We shouldn’t muddy the water
The beauty will be doubled
What refreshing water!
What limpid river!
How pure the uptown people are
May their springs always boil and their cows always milk!
I have not seen their village
But, no doubt, god walks along their wattles
The Moon, over there, lights the width of words
No doubt, uptown, the walls are short
Their people know what a poppy is
No doubt, over there, blue is blue
The people know when a flower blooms
What a village it would be!
May its garden alleys be filled with music!
The people from the head of the river know water.
They did not muddy it
Neither should we

Altered States
Living in a cage
Washing in a birdbath
Sinking in a fish bowl
On a broken farm
I try to never lie
I really do
I wonder if my friends
Will get me through
Conscious of the was as best we can
17 ways to kill a man
States we've been through
Killing nostalgia
For future swims
Trash all your bridges
Kill the rock all roll thing
I want to move on
With no complains
Building our walls with yesterday
Might as well shine before you slide
Might as well you live before you die
States we've been through
Talk about states
A whole lot of emptiness
Living in a state of constant chasing
A river of flux for our tasting
I try to never lie
I really do
I wonder if my friends will get me through
It always seems to rain
When you leave
I try to stem the flow
As we bleed
States we've been through
Talk about states

thank you Russell Edson... great poem
The house grows sick in its dining room and begins to vomit.
Father cries, the dining room is vomiting.
No wonder, the way you eat, it's enough to make anybody sick,
says his wife.
What shall we do? What shall we do? he cries.
Call the Vomit Doctor of course.
Yes, but all he does is vomit, sighs father.
If you were a vomit doctor you'd vomit too.
But isn't there enough vomit? sighs father.
There is never enough vomit.
Do I make everybody that sick, sighs father.
No no, everybody is born sick.
Born sick? cries father.
Of course, haven't you noticed how everybody eventually
dies? she says.
Is the dining room dying...?
... The way you eat, it's enough to make anyone sick,
she screams.
So I do make everybody that sick...
Excuse me, I think I'm going to be sick, she says.
Oh where is the Vomit Doctor? At least when he vomits one
knows one has it from high authority, screamed father.
