Energy, Synergy
feel the coming of this energy
rushing like blood pushing itself
inside our veins
now blue has turned to red
and you blush
with life
fill yourself with energy
push, push, push
pull, pull, pull
work things out
for the better
hop, hop, hop
hope, hope, hope,
make things for the better
excel, compete with yourself
another greater self today
than yesterday that you
always leave behind
you stand up now
you are a man of energy
yet you are not alone
you touch another hand
feel another body
diffuse, transfuse,
surge, mix, diffuse
you synergise
in this universality of this stream of humanity
in the ocean of our vast space
we become
stronger
one world,
one universe
one humanity

Push and Pull
It is hard to keep it clean,
When you push and pull.
Or acting happy when feeling mean,
When you push and pull.
And people stand around just to see one weep.
When you push and pull.
And when you say 'hello' they don't even speak.
When you push and pull.
You might see Bo Peep having some trouble with her sheep,
When you push and pull.
You might see Mary and her lambs giving Bo Peep creeps.
When you push and pull.
You might see Humpty Dumpty crawling up a wall.
When you push and pull.
You might see Perter and The Wolf eating chips at a local mall.
When you push and pull.
Ain't nothing easy,
When you try to keep your feet from sinking...
Deep!
And with no sleep.
It is hard to keep it clean,
When you push and pull.
Or acting happy when feeling mean,
When you push and pull.
And people stand around just to see one weep.
When you push and pull.
And when you say 'hello' they don't even speak.
When you push and pull.
And they push bull,
When you push and pull.
And they push bull,
When you push and pull.

Push Me, Pull Me
I had a false belief
I thought I came here to stay
Were all just visiting
All just breaking like waves
The oceans made me, but who came up with love?
Push me, pull me, push me, or pull me out
Push me, pull me, or pull me out {2x}
So if there were no angels, would there be no sin?
You better stop me before I begin
But let me say: if I behave, can you arrange a spacious hole in the ground
Somewhere nice, make it nice
Where the land meets high tide
Push me, pull me, or pull me out
Push me, pull me {2x}
Like a cloud dropping rain
Im discarding all thought
Ill dry up, leaving puddles on the ground
Im like an opening band for the sun
Push me, pull me {6x}
Ive had enough, said enough, felt enough, Im fine, still in it

Bury Me Where I Fall
Comr brush away these fists and i will tell you
Everything
I hope you know how long I'm lacking
So carve my name and take me to the strength udner it all
Then bury me where I fall
Push and Pull like sex machines, like sex machines
Push and pull like sex machines, like sex machines.
Qustioning if I should even be here
I won't make that same mistake
And taking to bed all these things that I hate
I will complain, I will complain
A bleeding light has made us all just want to wash away
and best believe I want it blinding
Under it all I bacl out holes and glorify disguise
still draining me from all this strife
Push and pull like sex machines, like sex machines
Push and pull like sex machines, like sex machines
Questioning if I should even be here
I won't make that same mistake
And taking to bed all these things that I hate
I will complain, I will complain
Stare at the sun
Staring at the sun...
Questioning if I should even be here
I won't make that same mistake
And taking to bed all these things that I hate
I will complain, I will complain
...Bury me where I fall.

Little Rachel
By jim byfield
You dont need no high i.q.
To get right down and sing the blues.
If youre down, heres what to do;
Me and my guitar will sing for you.
Oh, little rachel, oh.
Oh, little rachel, oh.
Oh, little rachel, oh.
Oh, little rachel, oh.
I got a box and an old whisk broom.
We gonna rock around the room.
When my guitar plays this tune,
We gonna dance to the light of the moon.
Chorus
What you feel, that aint no jive.
The get down sound makes you feel alive.
Chorus
Push it, little rachel, push it.
Push it, little rachel, push it.
Pull it, little rachel, pull it.
Pull it, little rachel, pull it.

So it don't come easy the first time
Practice makes perfect, you know that i'll try hard

Newton's Third Law Of Motion
Take a dive into your deepest fears
You'll rebound
Strive hard
And you'll rebound harder
Hit them
They'll hit you back
Inhale
And you'll exhale
Pull the trigger
You'll recoil
Fill in the gaps
And you'll find a hole inside of you
You are empty when others overflow
But you'll be full when the others go empty
Push the walls
You'll exhaust
Pull them out of their sins
And they'll push you in yours
You'll feel everything when there's nothing
But feel nothing when there's everything
Think while you feel
Feel while you think
The white goes black
And the black goes white
Because its you against them all
Or them all against you
And the survival will come not to the fittest
But to one who rebounds, recoils and register

Hit It
1st verse
Somebody said what are you doin down there
Trying to make me a living
All I want is to get my fair share
Im pleading but nobodys giving
Maybe Im wrong, and I dont see things clear
But I know how I feel after all the these years
Ill keep fighting the pain and the heartache and tears
Chorus
Then Ill push it, going to work it
Keep right on till I hit it
Im going to push it, going to work it
Keep right on till I hit it
Push it, going to work it
Keep right on till I hit it
Im going to push it, going to work it
Keep right on till I hit it
2nd verse
Looking up cause Ive got time to spare
Today the sun aint shining
Im still searching everywhere
For my cloud with the silver lining
People say that enough is enough
Turn my back on this thing put it down to bad luck
But the day I do that, then my life will be up
Chorus
So Ill push it, going to work it
Keep right on till I hit it
Im going to push it, going to work it
Keep right on till I hit it
Push it, going to work it
Keep right on till I hit it
Im going to push it, going to work it
Keep right on till I hit it

The Workout
I was dancing with a dirty blond Texan,
Charming accent but the music's playing too loud for talking
So I showed him how people in the Far East get down
Push it up, push it down
Pull it up, pull it down
Keep it up, keep it down
Now put me down
...what a workout!
If you want, you can come
Come get it, get it
If you don't you may really regret it, 'gret it
Up and down till your knees start shakin' shakin'
Aint it good to be alive tonight
One life, two-time, 3 girls, 4 guys
Five ripples running up and down my spine
6.0 Make it sweet, drop another dime
I was talking with a born-again Christian
"So what's it like to start life all over?"
He said "Amen,
I feel like I've been, rediscovering the tomb of Tutankhamen."
Push it up, push it down
Pull it up, pull it down
Baby, don't put me down
...what a workout!
What you want, it's a done deal
Shake it, shake it
What you don't, you can forget about it, 'bout it
Up and down, feel your brainwaves jumpin' jumpin'
Makes me wanna take a dive
As we count to five
One life, two-time, 3 girls, 4 guys
Five ripples running up and down my spine
Can you hold on, someone's calling on the other line
I'm back
Push it up, push it down
Pull it up, pull it down
Keep it up, keep it down
Now put me down
...what a workout!
If you want, you can come
Come get it, get it
If you don't you may really regret it, 'gret it
Up and down till your knees start shakin' shakin'
Ain't it good to be alive tonight

So Tell Me Why
Id like to put to rest the rumours
Id like to put to rest the lies
Id like to throw away the past
And show you how I feel inside
Ill be your taxi and your driver
Ill be your road if you need
Id like to push and push and push
Just to make you pleased
But your river of emotion for me
Flows like a dried up stream
Chorus:
So tell me why
Your satisfactions like a heart of stone
So tell me why
Your love reaction chills me to the bone
You make my blood boil hot
And my heart beat like a drum
Id like to do to you girl
Things that aint never been done
From the rain Ill be your shelter
From the cold Ill be your heat
Ill push and push and push
Just to make you pleased
Chorus
So tell me your reason
For tearing me up inside
Girl you gotta tell me why
Solo
But your river of emotion for me
Flows like a dried up stream

White flash, under my own love.
Tell me of my own.
White flash come though my own life.
Telling these things.
And I weary them.
And I believe in you.
White flash see the sky,
And it turns inside from you.
She wont turn my back.
And I know that it makes me blue.
And you hope.
And your sky is feeling blue.
And your heart, so cold when Im with you.
And you feel, like no one told you to.
And your time was on your side.
Dont talk to me.
You know, like no one told you how,
But you know the king that howls has howled.
But you feel like sentimental.
But you dont care without sharing in your heart.
But theres no hope, go to sleep.
So hope in sleep.
I breaking through for you and me.
And you dont.
No one told you to.
And you found out
Where you were going to.
You were through with me,
But I know you should be back for more
You know, and no one told you so.
And you know the sky,
And its shade of blue.
And you walk, you walk to let go.
You pull from the outside, tell me
Dont fade away.
Drop me down but dont break me.
In your sleep.
Its in your heart and mine.
The whole sea is dark.
Loving is on your side and walking through.
So let me in your heart,
You beat is like something from you.
They lost it.
So stay (sad) over midnight.
Oh stay (sad) under the sky.
And you know, and no one told you how.
And you cared,
And no one told you tried.
And your heart, it lift out from the side.
And the rain beats down.
And the shame beats down.
And this rain keeps on coming down.
And this time is right.
Dont let them push you by,
Youre going to go join god.
And if someone ask you why,
You tell them some old lie.
Give away some ole lie.
You know, and no one told you why.
And you feel,
Like you pretend you can
Go you live.
Dont you leave
Dont leave out part of me that I can feel.
Like I can feel me fall.
I cant hold on,
See that flaw.
Let me feel.
Let the pieces only flow.

You Just Can't Push Me (demo)
I got a line on you
We could be overdue
We could be trashed inside
We could be on the slide
No need to cool it out
Just one two three and shout
You just can't push me
You just can't push me
You just can't push me
Around
You got to help me in
You want to be my sin
You want to be my dream
You want to fill my dreams yea
No need to feel it out
Just another something
To forget about
You just can't push me
You just can't push me
You just can't push me
Around (oh not like this)
I got a line on you

Sometimes I feel like I am so far away
Im lost inside my thoughts and I dont know what to say
I know I need you now more every day
I push I pull I run so far away
And Im sick and tired of living this way
Sick and tired of being alone
Sick and tired of running from your love
Sometimes I feel like I am so far away
Im lost inside my mind wont you help me find my way
And I know I need you now more every day

To conserve energy
Energy drains away in discomforts.
Pain, fear and anger contribute to it.
Energy conserves well in comforts.
Peace and happiness squarely promote it.
Be with the people you are at ease with
Rather than the ones who are indifferent.
Energy is conserved in privacy
And drained in public puzzles.
Love is the greatest energy saver.
Faith, belief and hope add to energy.
Doubts and suspicion erode energy.
To conserve energy is in your hand.

Pull Away
Ohhhh
Pull
Pull away
Away from everyone
Is there some way out?
Somewhere you can go?
Oh no no no
We dont have the answers, sailed a thousand years, thats on your own
Is there one thin resolution?
Are you cold?
Is there everything
I said, is everything they push upon you?
Still I watch you pull away
Away
Away
Away from everything, you pull away
Wont you come on, pull
Pull away
Away from everyone
Is there no way out?
No where left to roam?
Oh no no no
We dont have your answers
Youre a thousand years, still on your own
But theres one thin resolution
Are you cold?
Is there everything?
I said, is everything they push upon you?
Still I watch you pull away
You pull away
You pull away
Away from everyone
You pull
Pull away
You pull away
Oh wont you heal my broken hands, they lay upon you
Wrap my soul around
Still I watch you pull away
Heal my broken hands, they lay upon you
Wrap my soul around you
Still I watch you pull away
Drain your tears
Oh no, drain your tears
But you pull, pull away
Away from everyone
Pull, pull away
Away from everyone
Is there somewhere, somewhere you can go?
No, theres no nowhere
Nowhere left to run
Still you pull, you pull away
Away
Away
Away from everything
You pull,
You pull away
You pull away
Oh wont you heal my broken hands, they lay upon you
Wrap my soul around
Still I watch you pull away
Heal my broken hands, they lay upon you
Wrap my soul around you
Still I watch you pull away
You pull away
You pull away
You pull away
Away from everyone
You pull away
You pull away
You pull away

U gotta get up, put up, move up
And just do what u should, u should
Realize that u are somebody

Push it up, push it up 2 the sky
U dont have 2 have a plane 2 fly
If u listen 2 the truth and not the lie
Stop cryin, cryin
In harmony, cant u see
Every color all in the same key
And thats the way jah wants us 2 be
Start tryin, a-tryin
Realize that u are somebody
Come on, yall, and join the party
Everybody grab a body
And feel good, u should
Chorus
Come on - wake up your body, wake up your body
Wake up your body and move it around c come on
Yeah, huh
Where the party at in here, yall?
Where the party goin down in here? uh
Now I wanna know whos ready 2 show me
Get on down with the one and only party ambassador
Flip styles like a spatula mac-tacula
More legend than a new acura
Body tone stone while I rap 2 her
Capture her thinkin Im a mac 2 her
Just because Im attracted 2 her
But the fact of the matter is the dance floors phatter
The crowds on fire as we push it up higher
Push it up! - come on, yall
Push it up! - put your hands in the air
Push it up! - come on, yall
Push it up! - while the artist turn it up, come - uh!

Victims
Victims
Chorus:
The victims we know so well
They shine in our eyes
When they kiss and tell
Strange places we never see
But youre always there
Like a ghost in my dreams
And I keep on telling you
Please dont do the things you do
When you do those things
Pull my puppet strings
I have that strangest void for you
We love and we never tell
What places our hearts in the wishing well
Love lead us into the stream
And its sink or swim
Like its always been
And I keep on loving you
Its the only thing to do
When the angel sings
There are greater things
Can I give them all to you
Pull the strings of emotion
Take a ride into unknown pleasure
Feel like a child
On a dark night
Wishing there was some kind of heaven
I could be warm with your smiling
Hold out your hand for a while
The victims
We know them so well
(chorus)
Show my heart some devotion
Push aside those that whisper never
Feel like a child on a dark night
Wishing we could spend it together
I could be warm with your smiling
Hold out your hand for a while
The victims
We know them so well

Malfunction
Malfunction,
Eats through these dreams,
Shapes me into three,
Memories, beat my head,
Yeah, the race and the lies,
The ruined life destruction unfold of differn't shapes that explode,
The night, i push it further in the light,
Pulls me to the edge of where i lie.
The waves are falling back, into this circle of my life, where they crawl,
They push me back again into the knife malfunction, destruction,
They push me inside out, malfunction destruction,
They push me inside out, calm down and realize,
When the end is coming near.
They push, they push, they push me inside out.
They push, they push, they push my inside's out.
They push, they push, they tore me inside out.
Yeah, shot, kill me, shot down, uhh psych,
Now kill me, yeah, shot down, racing,
The future's nightmare,
Comes down through the windows of your house no cost of life,
Four consolations, never changed my mind, four reasons
They will take a life and drain it out of my soul.
Your call, no life, no way, they burn you,
No call, no life yeah, they push me inside out,
Yeah yeah yeah. they push me inside out,
Yeah yeah yeah, they push me inside out.
