Cycle...
those who are not there yet
claim they will not, and those who are there sitting
become disfigured faces,
either they are ousted or
they die, but some are lucky to
step down the plain
and live on their
houses again,
then they, whom we look up to,
trust and toss,
sit the throne but for a time
become the witches of their
own time,
i begin to write: all of them are the same
and all shall be corrupted by the same system
it will only take a very short time
before we can even forget.

Night Writer
Why not write now
No time can be righter
No one to tell you how
To live your life
Or design for you your lies
Does it suffice to have a wife
To tell you when it satisfies?
You've written before
Little at night, more by day
At night write more
You'll discover a way
To make stars into a sun
That will shine for you as gold
But gold is as good as gone
When you get to be this old
Poem writer
Up and write about modesty
It's what everyone talks about
That's you and your honesty
Who cares if the others doubt?
You came in time
But does time know who you are?
You have a claim on rhyme
But rhythm takes the measure by far
Into a new realm
Of words on words on words
They just overwhelm
Can't you hear what they've heard?
Maybe hearing loss
Is not the loss of hearing
Maybe it's that distant toss
When you hear the echo before the feeling
Now you're here and now
Now is the time's to write
Now's the time to fulfill every vow
Now's not the time to lose sight
Of what you might lose
If you don't write every night.

There Is a Time To.....
There is.......
A time to write,
A time to listen,
A time to learn,
A time to play,
A time to read,
A time to see,
A time to lead,
A time to sleep,
A time to be happy,
A time to be mad,
A time to be silly,
A time to be sad.
A time to wake,
A time to stay,
A time to talk,
A time to walk.
A time to help,
A time to hurt,
A time to scheme,
A time to dream,
A time to make a difference,
A time to love,
A time to try,
A time to die
A time to wonder,
A time to want,
A time to live,
A time to do something.
There is always going to be a time,
But will you do something when that time comes?

Time For Everything
we all have the time for everything…
a time to play and a time to sleep
a time to move and a time to be stiff
a time to cry and a time to laugh
a time to be weak and a time to be tough.
a time to doubt and a time to trust
a time to agree and a time to contrast
a time to be slow and a time to be fast
a time to fade and a time to last.
having twenty four hours a day, we have…
a time to be good and a time to be bad
a time to be mad and a time to be glad
a time to be silent and a time to be loud
a time to be down and a time to be proud
a time to be smart and a time to be dumb
a time to be hurt and a time to be loved
a time to be honest and a time to lie
a time to live and of course a time to die.

Deadly Awakening
Frighting night woke from a dead sleep
heavy chest pains, struggle to move
wondering what is going on, I was fine earlier
no warnings, no pain before the sleep
what woke me up?
I will never know, god or a angel above
told me, I was lucky to make it to the hospital
could of been massive, might of passed
struggled with life, stressed with problems
Things need to change, life is to short
sitting in the ER wondering why me?
I been here before,5 years earlier
but a different way, jumped started 3 times
live to tell, my, I want to live
wonder if it's for a reason, a test I need to know
love to many to leave, not ready to go
missions and dreams to full fill
laying near death makes you think and cry
man or not, this is scary
will I make it the next time, maybe not
I will try to change, slow down, enjoy life
get rid of the stress and the rest
I don't need to die, I have to much will
I made it home this time, told me I was lucky
the symptoms were different, some how I knew
danger I was in, cried in the car and I don't cry
wondering if this was my time, I do not go
fight for life, live my dreams, love thy family
forget the pain, the past, work for the future
relax and breathe, life is precious
may I live for now, I have so much to give
poems to write, stories to tell
Thanks for life, love and dreams
My life is to give to you and enjoy

Spending Time With God
You have some time alone my friend, a time alone you can spend,
A time of quiet contemplation, alone with the God of your salvation.
Time between just the two of you, to speak of things you need to do,
Things in life that must be done, where you need to lean on the Son.
You are never alone anyway, as God is with you throughout the day,
Christ is there if you need to talk, and goes with you when you walk.
You can talk with God anytime, to share what may be on your mind,
Even talk to Him about tomorrow, sharing both your joy and sorrow.
When you come to plan your day, God will guide you along the way,
Even before you begin your task, He knows what your heart will ask.
Use the time to remember too, the things that God has done for you,
When you knew not what to do, God would always see you through.
For nobody truly cares for you, in the way which God and Jesus do.
Jesus Christ shall intercede for us, when in Him we place our trust,
With God the Father Jesus will sit, as Christ becomes our advocate.
As believers call upon the Father, for God and Christ it is no bother.
God calls us to the Throne of Grace, so that we can seek His face,
All are welcomed to the Throne, who know Christ as their very own.
So when you get some time alone, seek The Lord upon His Throne,
And you will find the time you spend, with God alone will never end.
Once Upon A Time
(dusty springfield)
When you passed my way
It seemed my lucky day
The world was oh-so fine
Once upon a time
We walked for a little while
You smiled that special smile
And when we said goodnight
You held me oh-so tight
Then you found someone new
And I spent my nights alone
cause now were through
Theres nothing I can do
I gotta say forget
Forget him, forget him
cause hes no good, no, no
Now, when you pass my way
I guess Ill smile and say
To think that boy was mine
Once upon a time
To think that boy was mine
Once upon a time
Once upon a time
Woh, oh, once upon a time
No, no, no, no, no, once upon a time

Time Time Time
Time time time
Make time, give time, take time out
Win time, cost time, the time of your life
Spend time, sell time, the good times and the bad
Kill time, zero time, all the time in the world
Time watch, time travel, time to begin
Time table, time square, can I fit you in
Time frame, time to go, time that you grew up
But tell me...
How do you feel?

Canada Needs Bigger Jails
It’s obvious Canada needs more, bigger and better jails,
Too many convicted criminals getting easy and quick bails,
Lenient conditional sentences and early release,
And for repeat criminal offenders, this should have to cease.
Released after serving one third of their light sentence time,
Seldom mentioned in the media, reason for increase in crime,
System is politically correct and given great respect,
No one in their vast organization would mention neglect.
Serving time in half-way houses around the corner down the street,
And in no time it seems, their short prison sentence is complete,
Our lenient justice system seems to have gone off the deep end,
The jails are obviously not big enough for all those they apprehend.
And they don’t mind doing jail time because the system is so soft,
Treated like a hymn-singing gentleman up in the choir loft,
So jail time is more of an inconvenience than anything else,
They might sometimes feel a little but slight repulse.

Love The Time
Love the time
Love the time
Love the time
You have for you
Love the time you spend outside
Because this nice weather won't last very long
Fall is on its way soon
Love the time
To listen for the song of the birds
This might be the last time
Love the time
You have to reflect on your life
Love the time
You are worshiping God
Love the time that you are discovering your feelings
Love the time that you are learning about yourself
Love the time
Your soul waits in silence for God only
He is your rock and your salvation
Love the time
To dream
Love the time to paint a picture in your mind
Love the time
When you have a positive attitude
Love the time
When you are in the valley of the shadow
You will fear no evil
Because you are with God now
Love the time
Because you belong together with God
Love the time
That you are being yourself
Love the time
That you are moving on
And doing better things to improve your spirit
Love the time that you are gaining your trust back
Love the time that you are gaining self respect
Love the time that you are building your self esteem up
Love the time that you are watching the gold star at night
Love the time that God carried you to solidarity
Love the time that God will bear you up
So that you will not strike your foot against a stone
Love the time that you saw the great light
Because there were people that were sitting in the dark
And you were the lucky one
Love the time that God has opened up the door for you
Love the time that God has given you a chance
Love the time to know that the past is a part of you
Love the time that God is comforting you when you are sad
Love the time when you see writings on the wall
That you can read
Love the time to enjoy your freedom
Love the time when you are flying on the airplane
And looking out through the Airplane window
The sunset in the sky
Love the time when you sing out the blues
Love the time
Love the time
Love the time
Love the time
Love the time
Love the time
Love the time that God will set you free
Love the time when the sun will rise early in the morning in the summer
Love the time
Love the time
Love the time
Love the time to know that age is no barrier to beauty

Relationships doesn't last forever
Trust once, trust twice. Feeling like in paradise. Trust the third time, you'll see everything's not fine. Trust fourth, the love is short. Trust fifth, and no, suddenly you can't live.

Not Enough Time
In this short life
like this short poem
there's not enough time
to explore and roam
through the echoes
I hear in me
that reverberate continually
to live and write,
to write and live
and anything that's left
just forgive.

When You Trust Somebody
Where should I turn
What should I do
There’s no one to trust
There’s no one left
They’ve all turned against me
I knew not to trust
When you mess with fire
You must get burned
I used to trust them
Now definitely not
I’ve never trusted before
Why should I start now
Every time this happens
And eventually I forgive and forget
But not this time
This time I will NOT forget
There’s only one person to trust
And that’s yourself
Yourself won’t share your secrets
Unless you want them to
Yourself will never betray you
In the end it’s you against the world
So you must learn to defend yourself
To automatically lock down your emotions
To never trust no matter what
Cause in the end
You will only get hurt
So now it’s just me
With no one to trust
I must learn to fight
To defend
And to never trust again
Cause everyone will turn their backs
Right when you need them
They’ll leave when you need help
They’ll ignore you
When you’re uncertain and need guidance
What are these so called friends
They are nothing to you
Like you are nothing to them
Friends are imaginary
Like unicorns and fairies
They don’t exist
They are made up
They’re just someone’s fantasy
Someone who still trusts
But that someone will learn
That there is no one to trust
I’ve learned my lesson
After being burned countless times
I’ve learned, have you
I will never trust again
Cause trust only leads to pain
And I don’t need anymore of that
So the next time someone says
TRUST ME
Look at them strangely
And laugh
Because you know what happens
When You Trust Somebody

A Time For Now
a time to cheer, a time to cry,
a time to live, a time to die,
a time to sleep, a time to wake,
a time for real, a time for fake,
a time for truth, a time to lie,
a time to laugh, a time to sigh,
a time to stand, a time to fall,
a time for one, a time for all,
a time for love, a time for hate,
a time to run, a time to wait,
a time to stay, a time to flee,
a time for you, a time for me.

I Need To Seek His Face
I do need The Lord all of the time, not just when things fall apart,
I need Him in His rightful place, right on the throne of my heart.
For when things go awry, I known immediately to Him I can turn,
But seeking His face all the time is something I still need to learn.
Sometimes when things are going well, I forget He's still by my side,
And I know that if He was in my place, from me He sure wouldn't hide.
Sometimes when I approach a task that seems to be so commonplace,
I say to myself I've been here before and then I don't seek His face.
There are times when my old heart of stone says do this on your own,
These are the times when my drive alone pushes Christ off the throne.
Trust in The Lord with all your heart not on your own understanding,
In my life however this verse is often left out of my daily planning.
Acknowledge Him in all you say and do and He will direct your path,
And not to acknowledge The Lord, may bring an unpleasant aftermath.
As a child of God I can plan my course, but He directs every step,
He keeps me within the sound of His breath, as in His hand I'm kept.
So the time of day to first seek The Lord is right at the very start,
And since He will never depart, I need Him on the throne of my heart.
So I need to obey without asking why before my plans again go awry,
For God promised to direct my path and He is not a man who can lie.

I'm On Your Time
oww
I'm on your time

i say i wish that you could just get over yourself
yea yea

i'm a reckless mile behind you
baby you know i guess about me sometime
while we are gone to get hope to hold you
i'm on your time

we will never forget
what we do to each other
we will never forget
we will never forget
yea we will never forget

i say that i wish you could fix this broken thing in me
cause there'll be a happy happy eveday

Take a step back in time
Take a step back in time
Where you could leave your door unlocked and not think about thieves
Take a step back in time
where you can take you time
and no rushing to do something or go somewhere
Take a step back in time
where nobody dies
Take a step back in time
to see how a life was lived
Take a step back in time
to fix a mistake
Don't you wish you could take a step back in time

Dieing Slowly
every day your away
every time i think about it
every time i hear your name
every time i go where we have been
every time i wake up
every time i cut
every time i bleed
every time i read
every time i write
every time i sleep
every time i think that you wont be back
every time they say i can do better
every time i say they dont understand
i die a little in side and there is not much left to kill any more
i know the end is coming and i dont care
id rather bleed and die then live life not feeling and thing

Versatilty
I think that I can claim to be
a poet who is versatile.
I try to write my poetry
in varied form and varied style.
I emulate and imitate
styles of great poets of the past.
To show that I appreciate
poets that time has over cast.
Although long dead their words live on.
A source of inspiration to
poets today.Though they’re long gone
and I give credit where its due.
Although some things I write are new
I cannot trace their origin.
I trust my muse as poets do.
She prods me until I begin.
She tells me there is no such thing
as writers block there cannot be.
A poor excuse for not writing
I’m not allowed to be lazy
That’s something she won’t tolerate
and drags me from my bed to write.
Though I protest the hour is late.
She is insistent that I write.
If she should choose to stay away
I’d seize the opportunity
to simple have a lazy day
Without my conscience pricking me.

My Dying Request
There's a time for everything
A time to laugh, a time to cry
A time for silence and a time to scream
Atime to live and love and a time to die
And now for me it's that time atlast
It's here finally, it's time to be done
Its all at an end, my life has passed
And I've found my sellf staring down the barrell of a gun
There's a time to strive, but now's the time to rest
I'm ready and willing and going out with a bang
Don't forget me soon, was my dying request
As I pulled the trigger and the gunshot rang.
Shallow
forget the deep
we have experienced what drowning is
the past is over
we begin again for something new
this wading
in the shallow waters
we bear witness to the whiteness
of our flat feet
we store some confidences
we throw unnecessary fears
sometimes
being a pig gives a nice feeling
how does it feel perhaps
to be a buffalo wallowing in the mud?
not thinking about what they think
not thinking about the
strict codes for tomorrow?
time's getting too short
the hands of time have been too cruel
let us take this moment
little pleasures that may last us for
another short lifetime
let 's swim, let's get muddy
let us be happy
forget how was breathing
when we were in the deep sinking
