you cannot stop the tattoo

these too are the makings of depression,
the doctor says, you do it and you want it done, like you cannot stop

and tomorrow your chest
you wish some pictures of God and gods
no, no, not the monsters that you want extricated,
i watch you
in this compulsion and you are relating why,
how,
what
explaining the meanings of these figures when they confront you,
i am listening,
i am not lost, i am analyzing bits and pieces of your world
to mine,
i am amazed how the changes come,
like some scribbles
becoming
angels
and saints,
i am trying to get what the
doctor is saying,
compulsive neurosis
schizophrenia,
obsessive,
dominant
recessive,
i am looking
for a space to put you
and make you my guinea pig,
but i stopped,
you are human and i must respect you,
now, i have to deal with my compulsive state too,

Tattoo
Some people might say that I am a prude
Because of my body, and it is not tattooed,
But I am no animal, and no ones property or slave
So having myself marked, that I do not crave,
My body indeed is a piece of art
Not a road sign to stop, or go, or where to park,
My body is the way that it was when I was born
And if I want decorations, colorful clothes will be worn,
I look in a mirror and I see myself
With the cuts and burns and blisters and all else,
There is no markings on my body that I will be ashamed
And all that I have, pridefully it will be claimed,
I do not need a tattoo to express who I am
And if you don't accept my views, I don't give a damn,
I will not allow any person to place any inking upon my skin
As I know for myself and soul that is just a sin,
I am proud of my body with no shame or any guilt
With no tattoos or markings I am the temple that GOD built,
I am not a showoff or braggart or a follower which is true
That is why this man, will never have a tattoo.

Depression Is
Depression is when your sad and alone
Depression is when you can't do it anymore
Depression is when all you do is cry non stop and no one cares
Depression is when all you think about is ending your life and giving up
Depression is a life full of hell and heartache
Depression is not a good way to live but when you deal with it all your life like I do it just makes your life miserable and a hell hole
