Between Us Under The Moonlit Skies

we are surrounded by the symbolism
of our concealed thoughts
between us
are not just ideas
we think that every touch is real
but we continue believing that there is more to all these
a kiss
an imaginary mating
a darkness and a light inter-playing between
the void of interstitial spaces
our lips seal each other
we think we are one
we fuse
we groan and moan and drown
where there is no river
or sea
we rise up where there is no depth
we talk where there are no words
as options
for our understanding and penetration
attempts at our beings
we finally take what rest we left
on the grass
where the last dew still cling
on that leaf
where the veins begin to
fade
our faces scream
we see without our eyes
and we feel without our skins
we think we know what is all these
but how can we ever tell them?
they who do not know
what is going on
when two people are prohibited
to love.

Kiss The Day

These are the days we throw away
The Words we never say
"I'm so fragile, and so wrong"
And we're still knocking on the door
Of a world that's gone before
Until the real thing comes along
Kiss the day, on it's way
And the sun will never shine
In your eyes like the skies
And the darkness will arise
Kiss the day, and await
To hold you in it's arms
And the light will never fade
Kiss the day
And now I've seen enough to know
Though the truth can leave you cold
It can always lead you home
Back to the place where we belong
To the time when we were strong
When we could blow away the storm
Kiss the day, on it's way
And the sun will never shine
In your eyes like the skies
And the darkness will arise
Kiss the day, and await
To hold you in it's arms
And the light will never fade
Kiss the day, kiss the day
These are the days we throw away
The Words we never say
Till the real thing comes along
Kiss the day, on it's way
And the sun will never shine
In your eyes like the skies
And the darkness will arise
Kiss the day, and await
To hold you in it's arms
And the light will never fade
Kiss the day

An Idea

An Idea can change the world, how many
things can be done from an idea, every piece
of object was an idea, sense the beginning of
time idea was the first thought created in the
mind, an idea is what surround’s every being.
But an idea is still only an idea and it can't be
felt, you cannot touch an idea or kiss it, or hold it,
ideas do not bleed or feel pain or love, an idea
cannot be seen or heard, its created in our thoughts,
but then again an idea can become real. An idea
can be what ever you which it to be, an idea can
be destructive, an idea can be brilliant, I've seen
people get killed in the name of ideas, ideas,
we walk around with a little
light bulb blinking in our thoughts, ideas.

Multiple Faces And Vulnerability

shall i pretend to you that i have only one face forever?
you are silent
you think like a deep river
despite the storm when the waters from the mountains come
force you to rise and run and rage

you are my night and day
you have seen the changing of my hues

i turn red like a rose
become white like a carnation
become sturdy like a bark of the oak tree
sometimes i turn into stone

you see me and touch me with your wind and mist

like a diamond i wear some corners
some faces for me to glitter

to find meaning in the life that i carry within my arms

a lull
rocking of my feet
mechanisms of my coping up

in your silence i set aside my masks
and face you
shed off some faces and look at you

i become so vulnerable
as you kiss me in my lips

i quiver
i become so light
i become so alive
i become so real

all the other faces fade like a fume from the funnel

Some Kind Of A Face

you are silent
you think like a deep river making no sound at all
despite the storm when the waters from the mountains come

you of having caused the flood

You're The Only One That's Real

When you kiss me, are you breathless?
When you touch me, do you fall apart?
Do you shiver when you dream?
Is there a pounding in your heart?
When i talk do you hear?
When i cry do you care?
When i wake up in the morning do you want me there?
Chorus:
I want you to know me
I want you to hold me
To know who i am
What i want
When i feel you're the only one that's real
I want you to know me
I want you to hold me
Cause when we kiss
When we touch
That all i know
You're the only one that's real
Verse two:
When you call me, are you smiling?
When you leave me, does it make you sad?
Is there an emptiness you feel?
When we're together are you glad?
A silence you told me,
If i'm crazy console me,
Cause in each other's arms is where i wanna stay...
I want you to know me
I want you to hold me
To know who i am
What i want
When i feel you're the only one that's real
I want you to know me
I want you to hold me
Cause when we kiss
When we touch
That all i know
You're the only one that's real
You're the only one that's real...
The only one...
I want you to know me
I want you to hold me
To know who i am
What i want
When i feel you're the only one that's real
I want you to know me
I want you to hold me
Cause when we kiss
When we touch
That all i know
You're the only one that's real

Kisses For You...

I once heard these words in a song;
'You must remember this...a kiss is
just a kiss...a sigh is just a sigh, ' etc.

With you...nothing...nothing, could be
further from the truth.

Your kiss, is a ride among the stars,
a shower of moon beams and a
sailboat ride, in the Garden Of Eden.

Kissing you...is an out of body experience,
a transport to paradise and a creation
of ultimate passion and joy.

Kissing, every part of who you are, is
truly a banquet of love.

Let me feast of your love and of your lips,
for I am in love with you. Let me always
kiss your mouth...eyes...all of you.

Let us ride the feathers of angels, through
starlit nights-holding...kissing, for now...
and evermore.

Your kiss...touch...embrace, has captured
my heart...my very soul.

I send you this kiss...for the lips
I can not do without.

Lovers Meeting Beside A River

two lovers meet beside a river
they are on to something prohibited
but they cannot be stopped by your beliefs
dogmas and laws do not work for their love
so strong
so uninhibited
the feelings that gush like a river
flowing

naked they touch their bodies
their hands exploring all the possibilities
of love
they kiss, they make love
they lay their bodies on the grass
rolling, one on top of the other,
tight, and warm
sweat and salivations
until the apex is reached
the climax of love
the ecstasy
the fulfillment and then
the much needed rest
the other one sleeps
and dreams
the other one smokes
blows a breath
to the sky
makes circles
and plays with the
images of the clouds
at night
when the moon shines
so bright
and the star glitter

no one knows about this
except the river and the trees

the trees sing
the river flows

and then the sun shines
the morning after
the two shadows are gone
leaving some traces
on the grass

dried sweat
disturbed grass
some maps
without names

Embody Symbolism

A newspaper article claims ‘attempts to live the
symbolism of love, fluttering butterflies and mind
destabilised, should be seen as crimes’ because
the author dislikes the way he and most people
fail - advising readers never to bathe before
a second date as deterrent to making love

My goodness, if that is how he used to go about
it, no wonder love symbols just made him angry
making love before taming another, forming an
emotional bond, causes distress- then blaming
symbolism for lack of prowess is as counter-
productive as hating the beauty of

A new-born baby just because they grow up to be-
come as cynical as the rest of us; the choice how
to embody symbolism in our lives is always ours,
most people failing doesn’t mean reject original
symbols - people should seek rules to apply
for happy results, we should seek wisdom

The love flowing in our veins like oxygen in blood
can be successfully applied only when we have
enough knowledge to prevent us from repeating
the same mistakes - yet so few are willing to
learn - preferring ignorance as bliss…

Sometimes I Feel

Sometimes I feel as if I am falling.
Sometimes I feel as if the world around me never stops spinning
Sometimes I feel like giving up and letting everything go
Sometimes I feel like a puppet in a show
Sometimes I feel like I should just scream
Sometimes I feel like life is nothing but a dream
Sometimes I feel as if I’m only fake
Sometimes I feel like even when I sleep I’m still awake

The dream the seems to hold me ever so tight
Being in the ever so warm sunlight
All the many things I seem to see
Can this be it, can this be the real me?
The darkness seems to fade away
I’m left shocked with nothing to say

Sometimes I feel as if I will never understand
Sometimes I feel as someone is holding my hand
Sometimes I feel completely crazy
Sometimes I feel ever so lazy
Sometimes I feel as if I lost it all
Sometimes I feel like they let me fall
Sometimes I feel as if I did so wrong
Sometimes I feel ever so strong

I know now that people really do care
I also know life isn’t always fair
There will always be so memories in my heart
Even if some seem to rip it apart
Love doesn’t always have to lead to hate
I know that I can make things better its not to late

Sometime I feel like I should just hide
Sometimes I feel to afraid to take a step outside
Sometimes I feel like just getting up to sing
Sometimes I feel like I can do anything
Sometimes I feel as all anyone can do is lie
Sometimes I feel ever so shy
Sometimes I feel happy and sad
Sometimes I feel ever so mad

I love playing in the rain
I can be strong but yet In a lot of pain
I’m not perfect nor do I want to be
I am content just being me

Let`s be kissed...

Let`s be kissed...

kiss me..
kiss me wherever and whenever we are alone...
kiss me...
the only thing i want to feel is you...
kiss me...
kiss and let me feel your heart through your lips...
kiss me...
the only one who knows the right places is you...
kiss me...
your touch only which excites me...
kiss me...
your lips are the sweetest thing i`ve ever felt...
kiss me...
just when you do the world fades away...
kiss me...
nothing can rest me only your lips when mixed up with me...
kiss me...
your kisses and you lips will never be forgotten...
kiss me and be here always with me...
kiss me..
would you please give what i`ve asked you for? ...
please...
kiss me, lets fire this world...

The Girl I Left Behind Me

With sweet Regret — (the dearest thing that Yesterday has left us) —
We often turn our homeless eyes to scenes whence Fate has reft us.
Here sitting by a fading flame, wild waifs of song remind me
Of Annie with her gentle ways, the Girl I left behind me.

I stood beside the surging sea, with lips of silent passion —
I faced you by the surging sea, O brows of mild repression!
I never said — “my darling, stay!” — the moments seemed to bind me
To something stifling all my words for the Girl I left behind me.

The pathos worn by common things — by every wayside flower,
Or Autumn leaf on lonely winds, revives the parting hour.
Ye swooning thoughts without a voice — ye tears which rose to blind me,
Why did she fade into the Dark, the Girl I left behind me.

At night they always come to me, the tender and true-hearted;
And in my dreams we join again the hands which now are parted;
And, looking through the gates of Sleep, the pleasant Moon doth find me
For ever wandering with my Love, the Girl I left behind me.

You know my life is incomplete, O far-off faint Ideal!
When shall I reach you from a depth of darkness which is real?
So I may mingle, soul in soul, with her that Heaven assigned me;
So she may lean upon my love, the Girl I left behind me.

Unclear yet Like A Fog

Every day and every night,
I shall turn to left and right,
Take my turnings as I go,
Sometimes thoughts do overflow.

Words on lips, I don't talk,
Unclear yet like a fog,
Feelings worth and touching too,
Some sense, must get through.

Every day and every night,
Something on the tongue abide,
Which is what, I don't know,
For it is like: so and so.

Word on lips, just to stalk,
Dry and white like the chalk,
Sentence making, meaning worth,
Understanding, at its birth.

Every day, left and right,
Discernment brought to light,
Word on lips, I don't talk,
Unclear yet like a fog.

Yes, My Poems Are Imaginary

these poems tell about despair
and who will ever like despair? you grumble
why can't these poems have
happines as its theme
a poem that like a belly dancer must entertain
weary bedouins
oasis to the thirsty camels
cool green palms to travellers whose feet are dusty
and even blistered
grass to some snakes
and trees to black birds
rest for the night
tent and wine and bread and lyre to our passions

but do not worry my friend
these poems are imaginary
like a garden existing only in our minds
we transport some toads and butterflies
and clouds and sun and tonight
let us have the moon and some glasses of strong wine
let us put our bed outside
in this garden where the moon shines
and creates the silver sheen in our happy faces

we love illusions, we can have all the illusions we need
when we are drunk, when we dance when we are finally drunk
when we even want to make love
when we are drunk & when we make love and we do not choose
whom to kiss and caress and touch an unknown body
with our hands and lips and choose

what we remember and what we do not want to remember
now i want to write
about illusory gardens and imagine despair that despair
has no place and must leave right away
let me
do not hinder me write what i want
about what i can disown

but i assure you, whatever that is, these poems
i am talking to you, as a friend, and even be a lover at the end,

even if the rest are imaginary, and fiction and illusory
i am still real amidst this grumble and rubble

Were We to Finally Kiss

Were we to finally kiss
An embrace of my every dream
That I would feel the touch
Of your tender lips
And know all that is beautiful
By the grace of your touch
My heart would be yours
For all of the asking
Those words I dare not speak
All the I love you speeches
I’ll keep withheld
You are so beautiful to me
And hold place so high
Were we to finally kiss
I would struggle to believe
It were more than a dream

Bomb

With blankness staring back at me
and screaming from the pages
I feel the fear of apathy
gripping me, pushing me
on top of everything
in the corner with a view.
I turn off the fluorescent tubes.
This is the bomb that I've been waiting for (looking for)
You finally lit the fuse
thats in my head.
Yes, you finally lit the fuse
that's in my head.
With nothingness on top of me
and bleeding from my folder,
who can stop the emptiness?
Don't let it take me over.
I've been sinking down
further into nothing.
I've been waiting long,
longer than for some things.
This is the bomb that i've been waiting for (living for)
You finally lit the fuse
that's in my head.
Yes, you finally lit the fuse
that's in my head,
and you finally lit the fuse
that's in my head.
Yes, you finally lit the fuse
that's in my head.

Forbidden Kiss

The taste still lingers on my lips
I feel it's presence there
A forbidden kiss

A kiss so sweet
And one so pure
This kiss that plays across my lips
One that will linger there
For all eternity

My true love's kiss
His one, his only
His final kiss
That sealed our fates
And claimed his life

A kiss of life
A kiss of death
One kiss
That will last
For all eternity
In death

One forbidden kiss
Of two star crossed lovers
Fated to love
Fated to die

A kiss of light
A kiss of darkness
One of an angel
One of a demon
A sweet, forbidden kiss

An eternal kiss
That seemed to last but a moment in time
One that will haunt me for a life time
A seal of death
A broken heart
All because of
That forbidden kiss...

Before I Finally Enter Darkness

Before I finally enter darkness
I wish to be surrounded by friends
All waving farewell and broadly smiling
With Kisses and hugs eternally beguiling

I wish to be held by a litany of lovers
Remembering the times spent laughing under covers
Swearing our love lives on forever
Promising they will leave me never

Before I finally enter the darkness
I wish to smile at 10000 faces
Spend a spring day at the county races
Swim in a pond after an all day hike
Go out and lazily ride my bike

Defeat the evil rescue the meek
Kiss a maiden upon her cheek
Love and love and love some more
In bed all day till half past four

Before I finally enter darkness
I wish to spend hours bathed in warm bright light
Cajoling rebuking the cold eternal night
Raving and ravaging the last vestiges of spring
Thumbing my nose at the whole death swing
(flipping him off as we dance and sing)

Before I finally enter darkness
I wish to be surrounded by friends
All waving farewell and broadly smiling
Hugs and kisses so beguiling

Finally leaving
Without grieving
