Ar 3
the compulsion to stay
and to keep on seeing and
to keep on bearing the
silence of what we bear
and see the way we select what
we must keep and bear
and see
we decide what must come
inside us and what must be
discarded this way we have
become more human and tonight
we sleep again on the same bed
saying we are
compatible on a common purpose
to preserve tradition
to keep things last which should
have perished if we dare not
decide at all

do what you want
cause i'll do anything
i'll take the blame
baby,you're dying
it's yours, it's mine
cause i'll do anything
i'll take the blame even when you're dying
he said I'll never never ever go away
he said he'd always always, he would always stay
they said they'd never never ever go away
they said that they would always always, they would always stay
and your eyes
i thought i saw everything
i'll the blame baby, you're lying
do what you want cause i tried everything
i'll take the blame even when i'm dying
he said i'll never never ever go away
he said he'd always always, he would always stay
they said they'd never ever ever go away
they said that they would always always they would always stay
he was good tonight he cried tonight i was not surprised
he said i'll never ever ever go away
he'd said he'd always always he would always stay
he said he'd never ever ever go away
he said he's always always, he would always stay
baby you wanted to die baby you wanted to die
now you decide
help me alive
let him make rise baby
all your lies
now you decide

Guarded
Guarding yourself from the love of another
Left you with nothing tonight
Why does it sound like the devil is laughing
Leaving me haunted tonight
You did decide
Now I want you, when you're gone, and now it's like
You're holding something just in front of me
Well then, I can't allow this to become another
One of those times that I'm left in the cold, dead
There's no compromise
Just another tie
I know I need to sever
Guarding yourself from the love of another
Left you with nothing tonight
Why does it sound like the devil is laughing
Leaving me haunted tonight
You did decide
Ever haunted, by the trappings of this life
Sweet redemption, just in front of me
Well now, it seems once again that I've lost another
One of the one's that have broke through the wall
Damned
Fate won't compromise
I have sold my soul,
And now the devil's laughing
You did decide
You were bold and strong, and ready to begin your life
All for nothing, you were sacrificed
You began alone, and so it will be when you die
All for nothing, will you be remembered?
You did decide
Guarding yourself from the love of another
Left you with nothing tonight
So now you know why the devil is laughing
He left you with nothing tonight
You did decide

Escape Mechanism
I was in pain, in agony
and saw no way to gain relief.
Then all at once I seemed to be
beside myself quite literally.
Some how I had escaped my pain
just left my agony behind
so I was comfortable again.
I thought at first I was insane.
And yet I knew I was still me
but by some magic of my mind.
I had escaped I’d struggled free.
Although it felt quite strange to see.
My body sitting in my chair.
To see myself from the outside.
As though I was both here and there.
I found it rather hard to bear.
I wondered then if I had died
and that was how I came to be
Observing myself from outside
I understood I must decide
I had a choice to be pain free
and leave the life I knew behind.
I chose somewhat reluctantly
and I returned immediately.
Back to the inside looking out
I don’t pretend to understand
what happened but I have no doubt.
Although I rarely talk about.
The day I found that I could be
in two places at one time.
Experience simultaneously
to be pain wracked and be pain free.
I sometimes voluntarliy
decide to take a holiday
from aches and pains which distress me.
Be pain free temporarily.
All men must die and so will I,
I do not let it worry me.
But until then I can but try
to bear my suffering patiently.
When it gets to much to bear
I close my eyes and I escape
to somewhere else I‘m not sure where
nor do I think I really care.

I Thought You Knew
The only shame I claim,
Is not being honest.
When I took it upon myself...
To decide you could not bear,
The truth.
I pretended not to know it!
And now you are left to suffer.
Clinging onto delusions.
Hoping...
That what has been diminished from your reality,
Will survive to revive a time that has passed!
A time that has gone.
With no guarantee given,
That it would last!
Not to linger for you...
To pick up when you wished.
And to be carried on!
And I observe you in despair.
Wishing to revisit yesterday!
Wishing to do those things,
You promised yourself you would!
If only you could!
With intentions that are good.
And I was there...
Letting you believe,
You had time!
And I knew in my mind,
You were not living in yesterday then!
And I pretended not to know it.
I thought you were teasing.
And unwilling to show it!
And today,
No matter what I say to you...
You aren't prepared to accept tomorrow.
You are not living in the 'now'!
And doing that,
Now...
Can only bring you joy!
But you wish to keep...
Those memories kept in bitterness,
To refresh as if they sit to treat!
And I pretended not to know that...
Because I thought you knew!
Because,
Well...
I thought you knew me too!
But I realize so vividly now...
Both of us have been wrong,
For too long!
The only shame I claim,
Is not being honest.
When I took it upon myself...
To decide you could not bear,
The truth.
I pretended not to know it!
And the happiness I have discovered...
You would not understand it.
Even though I have been here.
And wanting it to be shared!
What you have found to rely on that comforts...
I view that as a sign of despair.
I thought you knew...
I have not been there to share that with you!
And that's the only shame I claim!
Not being honest.
When I took it upon myself...
To decide you could not bear,
The truth.
I pretended not to know it!
But you...
I know now,
Aren't pretending at all.

Free To Decide
Its not worth anything more than this at all
I live as I choose or I will not live at all
So return to where youve come from
Return to where you dwell
Because harassments not my forte
But you do it very well
Im free to decide, Im free to decide
And Im not so suicidal after all
Im free to decide, Im free to decide
And Im not so suicidal after all (at all, at all)
You must have nothing more with your mind to do
Theres a war in russia and sarejevo, too
So to hell with want youre thinking
And to hell with your narrow mind
Youre so distracted from the real thing
You should leave your life behind (behind)
Im free to decide, Im free to decide
And Im not so suicidal after all
Im free to decide, Im free to decide
And Im not so suicidal after all (at all, at all)
Im free to decide, Im free to decide
And Im not so suicidal after all (at all, at all)
At all, at all, at all

30 Minutes
Mama, papa forgive me
Out of sight, out of mind
Out of time to decide
Do we run? should I hide
For the rest of my life
Can we fly? do we stay?
We could lose we could fail
And the more minutes take
To make planer, or mistakes
30 minutes, the blink of the night
30 minutes to alter our lifes
30 minutes to make up my mind
30 minutes to finally decide
30 minutes to whisper your name
30 minutes to shelter the blame
30 minutes of bliss, 30 lies
30 minutes to finally decide
Carousels in the sky
That we shape with our eyes
Under shade silhouettes casting
Shapes crying rain
Can we fly do I stay
We could lose, we could fail
Either way, options change
Chances fail, trains derail.
30 minutes, the blink of the night
30 minutes to all of our lifes
30 minutes to make up my mind
30 minutes to finally decide
30 minutes to whisper your name
30 minutes to show her the blame
30 minutes of bliss, 30 lies
30 minutes to finally decide
To decide, to decide to decide to decide
(repeat until fade)

The Brown Bear
Into the brown bear was the bullet,
Passing through as if adequate.
It was a Kodiak bear, in Alaska,
Opening too much, clever as a comma,
Frustrating the children of our family
Without the concern for their safety.
Sadly, we circumvented the monster,
Inside the region of the debtor.
We perceive and discern the awkward tree,
This cone-bearing tree too banging and mighty.
We instead deceived the bear, always roaring,
Like a grizzly, but not at all, just defying.

Indecision is A Decision
At times I decide
Not to decide
This indecision
Is not indecision
It is in fact a decision
Of avoiding to decide
Because If I decide
The decision
May ultimately decide
The pending decision
And the resulting decision
May not allow me
To take any decision
In the future

You can decide what you want to eat for dinner, you can decide to go away for the weekend, and you can decide what clothes you’re going to wear in the morning, but when it comes to artistic things, there's never a rhyme or reason. It’s, like, they just happen. And they happen when they happen.

You Say
Its a cold world, its a cruel world
When you havent got no one to love
And all that poison builds up in your heart
Like a cancer killing a dove
You gotta stop that life [turning/turn it] upside down
You gotta find someone to take care of
I say, youre special
No ones ever felt this way
Life is so lonely
When you wont decide to stay
Here comes the [cruel/thrill] man [that/but dont] turn around
Like a spoke turning on the wheel
And it comes and it goes and nobody knows
If its fake or if its for real
When you find someone with a light in their eyes
And your heart you know they will steal
You say, Im special
No ones ever felt this way
Life is so lonely
When you wont decide to stay
And when it comes to the end of day
And you lie sleeping here next to me
I look to you, and [some would say/softly say]:
Am I dreaming or are you really there?
I cant eat, I cant sleep
The face [around a fall/a rounded foe]
You say, Im special
No ones ever felt this way
Life is so lonely
When you wont decide to stay
You say, youre special
No ones ever felt this way
Life is so lonely
When you wont decide to stay

If perchance there should be foolish speakers who, together with those ignorant of all mathematics, will take it upon themselves to decide concerning these things, and because of some place in the Scriptures wickedly distorted to their purpose, should dare to assail this my work, they are of no importance to me, to such an extent do I despise their judgment as rash.

How Far You Are
How far you are
acceptable and
by whom is a
great question
to put.
I do not want
to answer at this stage
you are the only
person to ascertain
what to do.
Whether to stay
or to go
you to decide.
Everybody is
looking toward you
you to decide
what to do.

Every day I bear a burden
Every day I bear a burden, and I bear this calamity for a purpose:
I bear the discomfort of cold and December's snow in hope of spring.
Before the fattener-up of all who are lean, I drag this so emaciated body;
Though they expel me from two hundred cities, I bear it for the sake of the love of a prince;
Though my shop and house be laid waste, I bear it in fidelity to a tulip bed.
God's love is a very strong fortress; I carry my soul's baggage inside a fortress.
I bear the arrogance of every stonehearted stranger for the sake of a friend, of one long-suffering;
For the sake of his ruby I dig out mountains and mine; for the sake of that rose-laden one I endure a thorn.
For the sake of those two intoxicating eyes of his, like the intoxicated I endure crop sickness;
For the sake of a quarry not to be contained in a snare, I spread out the snare and decoy of the hunter.
He said, "Will you bear this sorrow till the Resurrection?" Yes, Friend, I bear it, I bear it.
My breast is the Cave and Shams-e Tabrizi is the Companion of the Cave.
Waiting For You To Decide
Used to think that youd do anything for me.
I thought your heart was pounding at my door.
Now it seems that things arent right.
Youve been crying evry night.
Youre rainy season just aint slowing down.
I still love you even though theres things you cant explain.
I dont want to know if youve been lying all along.
Youve been running away. now youve run out of places to hide.
I can no longer stand here waiting for you to decide
If theres a heart still left inside.
Theres someone watching tonight.
Youve been trying for some time to get away from me.
Its just the same old game youve tried before.
Weve talked it out a thousand time. its still the same old useless lines.
Youve made your point now why cant I make mine?
I still love you even though theres things you cant explain.
I dont want to know if youve been lying all this time.
Youve been running away. now youve run out of places to hide.
I can no longer stand here waiting for you to decide
If theres a heart still left inside.
You cant get away. theres someone watching tonight.

Only for you
I can bear any insult
I can bear any misdeed
I can bear any oppression
I can bear the wounds of love or

I can bear everything

Waterfalls
Don't Go Jumping Waterfalls
Please Keep To The Lake
People Who Jump Waterfalls
Sometimes Cam Make Mistakes
And I Need Love, Yeah I Need Love
Like A Second Needs An Hour
Like A Raindrop Needs A Shower
Yeah I Need Love Every Minute Of The Day
And It Wouldn't Be The Same
If You Ever Should Decide To Go Away
And I Need Love, Yeah I Need Love
Like A Castle Needs A Tower
Like A Garden Needs A Flower
Yeah I Need Love Every Minute Of The Day
And It Wouldn't Be The Same
If You Ever Should Decide To Go Away
Don't Go Chasing Polar Bears
In The Great Unknown
Some Big Friendly Polar Bear
Might Want To Take You Home
And I Need Love, Yeah I Need Love
Like A Second Needs An Hour
Like A Raindrop Needs A Shower
Yeah I Need Love Every Minute Of The Day
And It Wouldn't Be The Same
If You Ever Should Decide To Go Away
Don't Run After Motor Cars
Please Stay On The Side
Someone's Glossy Motor Car
Might Take You For A Ride
And I Need Love, Yeah I Need Love
Like A Castle Needs A Tower
Like A Garden Needs A Flower
Yeah I Need Love, Said I Need Love
Like A Raindrop Needs A Shower
Like A Second Needs An Hour
Every Minute Of The Day
And It Wouldn't Be The Same
If You Ever Should Decide To Go Away
Don't Go Jumping Waterfalls
Please Keep To The Lake

Bear With Me
The operator girl
kept saying this to me
over the phone
while waiting for her
to finish her assignment
I requested for her to do
but she kept saying
'Bear with me, bear with me...'
I thought to myself
what do I have to bear with
only a phone call bill
at the end of the month...
and a little patience
for this girl to finish her job?
but she is so sweet to say
such words that warm my heart
in the end
what do I have to bear with now?
A new light shined on me
with this man as sweet as this girl
who keeps saying
'Bear with me, bear with me...'
but this man is not English speaker
so he can't say
'Bear with me.'
but he is the rekindled heart
that was brought forth
in my life now
but I don't have to bear with it
nor suffer through with it
but just a zest or play
some kids might enjoy doing
with their friends
I also became a child
to play the play things
with him
so delightful to hear him say
in my language
that was forgotten in me
for so long
but now returned a new
in different form of language
a new language
Living in two language worlds
made me forget all the things
that were inherent in that language
but now they are returned and refreshed a new
in this fellow a new fiery light
who is he?
I don't quite well know
but is better than the one who kept
saying to me over the phone
on one fine day
'I love you! I so much love you,
that's all I want to say to you
to let you know..'
He didn't give me his name nor
his identity but only the empty 'I Love You's
over the phone in one afternoon
but this new light-shine on me
a new friend is not saying such stupid words
but things he needs to know
needs to say and do
Those are the ones he only says
and the language he speaks is so refreshing
and renews my heart
the lost words
in me returned through him.
Hello, friend,
are you gonna stay around for a long time
or are you gonna go away and
not return..
only he is the one who will answer this question.
So today I bear with this girl
who is doing a job for me
and who is sweet enough to say
such sweet words to me
that brought me another poem like this
this morning.
No more of suffering
no more of bearing
but simple facts and duties to fulfill
life's journey has ended here
and job well done,
done with.

Junkyard / Token Eastern Song
Im long gone from vertical,
Somewhere south is stopping me
Im long gone from the american dream,
You may decide its something new
Im long gone but Ill let you through,
You may decide its not for you.
Im long gone but Ill let you through,
You may decide theres nothing there
Born in a junkyard (x8)
Im long gone but Ill let you through,
You may decide that its not good
Im long gone but Ill let you leave,
You may decide on stopping me
Im long gone but Ill let you lose,
You may decide its something new
Im long gone but Ill let you leave,
You may decide on stopping me.

We Decide Which Is Right
A magical night we spent
Yet others would not so agree
Many would even so condem
But that won't stop you and me
We Decide Which Is Right
How they become so upset
And throw sticks and stones
We're too busy loving it up
Together we're here all alone
We Decide Which Is Right
Let them talk behind our backs
What do they even know
Being here with you my love
And letting our feelings show
We Decide Which Is Right
