All The Way There İs Always Us, Us
we are related on intimate chains
there are no strangers here
one cannot say i do not know you
names are nothing but tags
on goods that know how they are made
and displayed and
eventually sold
nothing remains here unshaken
to each his pleasures and
pains
those that pretend they are staying
had already been discarded by
fate, and those who voluntarily take the journey
as expected
are handled smoothly by their
destinies
delivered to the gates of their dreams
and sleep there
for a while
we are what we are
bodies with souls
minds that always speak
and can never be restrained
by our faiths
we have grasses and fires for metaphors
goats and pigeons
the sky above us
the layers of rocks below us
we face walls and curtains
we did the dance and we have sung so well
we were in the same house
this heaven and hell
this self and others
now why do you tell me
that you are alone?

Seven Layers of Heaven
touch,
sight,
taste,
hear,
smell
....
....
seven layers
of heaven
set in me
two more
layers
lost in
myself
clouded
in the views
cast by the world
heaven
comes in
seven
layers
so say hindus,
chinese,
buddhists,
even the muslims
and hell?
between
all
the senses
the heart
that torments
the doers
for
his misdeeds
the fugitive
who manages
to run away from
everybody
but not
the burning hell
of conscience
that pokes
at his top
making him bleed
at the heart
day and night
hell and heaven
bound in this
frame of
heart, soul
and mind
a living hell?
the heaven
in seven layers
the other two layers?
sixth sense?
seventh sense?
two puzzles
that wait
for an answer
hidden
in the realms
that circle
around me
i look into the sky
and journey
to the
eternal sphere
that joins me
to the moons, stars
try taking me
out of this world
and it sure looks different
feel different
a whole new world
the seventh sense
seventh heaven
the sixth?
the woman
who digs
deep into
layers of her own mind
to find the dates
of her own death
and exciting upcoming events
of the world, the tsunami
third world war,
end of the world
a nostradamus
a hell in between all these?
the scorn
from bigots
two layers
of heaven that got lost
in me
covered by
the clouds
five is perhaps
a more lucky number

FATHER Of Hate
Drums at beat, fires rising at the gates - Three by 6, the number engraved on the gates which cuts heaven down to hell - Quite is the screaming, today is the birthday which smokes at the back, the morning star that bevilled the little devil - the master of disaster, destroyer of our souls, one lost to the multiple of faith, laughter cast to eternal flames were not the script Diabl6 seeked, crafted dead, crafted after - The flow fountains the millenium by the chain, which links infinity, what matters more is less, the end of time will be the end to his crimes - Judged by his maker, what hate is carried by his father, that there is no please, not by his will to accept, a chance, to set the outsiders free - There is one fact which break, the spine of a demon, that which is displayed by the wrath, the anger which burst from an angel, ONE, which cast a legion, from heaven to the darkest pits of hell

A New Meeting
make my life
easy
i shall flow as lightly as a feather
in the sky without rain
and the only way to do it
is you make yours busy
stay away from the house
and let all those details
do not destruct you
nor distract me with your
complaints for the hardness of words
the dis-edifying structures of our
faiths
think: we dignify ourselves too with
distance
we erect walls and pillars apart
for the space to
breathe
the nearness of you sometimes
is actually
a contempt of so much
intimacy
think: love is always sweeter the third
time around
the second did not work that well
we have abused
love that much with
promises
of independence
so? go and i too go my way
tonight we meet as a new set of strangers
asking names
for new brands of coffee
when i look at you again
pretend
there is none of us and only then
can we be true again

Not a Cage, But Stage, Where Hell or Heaven Is Built!
Each Soul is divine,
Divine journey of divine spark,
That journey as per divine plan!
Your children are not your children,
They are guests visiting you,
As scheduled by divine hands,
They are here with their own destiny and fate,
who is able to state, When who is at what state?
Your friends and relatives too,
Are on their journey own,
Remember the love and affection shown!
Love and understanding
are in the heart of those here rejoice,
Concentric spheres that look solid,
Just like Onions with layer after layer,
Nothing found when peeled,
But, Everything when properly lived!
Solid looking spheres are not solids,
They are energy layers,
waves of different pattern and kinds,
Ah! Look they are of different layers,
Matter that matters us,
is not the matter,
It is energy layers,
May be children or kiths and kins,
What we look is that
How we look,
How we look is what we are!
Our house is not our house until we own,
Our body is not ours,
Our mind is not our own,
Our soul is not ours,
Until we own and master it!
Our goal is not our goal,
Goalless we can't live,
Only goal we find here is peaceful coexistence,
peaceful exit from this Life's cage,
It is not the cage but the stage on which,
Hell or heaven built or felt!

The Apartment House
Severe against the pleasant arc of sky
The great stone box is cruelly displayed.
The street becomes more dreary from its shade,
And vagrant breezes touch its walls and die.
Here sullen convicts in their chains might lie,
Or slaves toil dumbly at some dreary trade.
How worse than folly is their labor made
Who cleft the rocks that this might rise on high!
Yet, as I look, I see a woman's face
Gleam from a window far above the street.
This is a house of homes, a sacred place,
By human passion made divinely sweet.
How all the building thrills with sudden grace
Beneath the magic of Love's golden feet!

Hell Was Made In Heaven
There was a time
Eating your mind
Eating your heart and your soul
Down to the bone
Always alone
Nobody waiting at home
Now allow that we unite our fires
Shout it out
Give yourself to me
Yeah, yeah, yeah
Hell was made in heaven
I was made for you
Hell was made in heaven
Made for loving you in sin
Ten years ago
You made the vow
Promised your life and your love
Of all that you've paid
Nothing returned
What is enough is enough
Now allow that we unite our fires
Shout it out
Give yourself to me
Yeah, yeah, yeah
Hell was made in heaven
I was made for you
Hell was made in heaven
Made for loving you in sin

Tenacity
As winds set fires ablaze
Ignites a challenge there
Possibilities it will face
Sheer courage sets it bare.
The hardest rocks get broken
By drops of constant rain
A solid Will runs forth unshaken
By rocks of hardship and of pain.

Chains On My Neck
Chains On My Neck
I’m black here I sit with chains on my neck
I’m beside other black men with chains on their necks
I’m waiting but while I wait my mind
takes me to my village
There, there is my home
I built it with my hands and my brothers hands
I built it with my sweat and pride
a very, very fine house indeed
But I am here sitting with chains on my neck
Beside other black men with chains on their necks
I see in my minds eye my fine house
I bring in furniture, built by my hands and my father’s hands
Strong furniture made with care from the best trees
But I am here sitting with chains on my neck
Beside other black men with chains on their necks
I see again in my minds eye my fine house
I bring in my spear, ax and shield
Deadly weapons to attack or defend
I mount them on the wall of my fine house
But I am sitting with chains on my neck
Beside me other black men with chains on their necks
I shake my chains and my house is on the other end of my chains.

Fate Has Finally Finished Us
Fate has finnally discarded
us, thrust us into a place
with wet walls that rise further
than the eyes can see.
All around us are the shattered
remains of yesteryears love
fragments of muted memories
that cut deep into the skin.
Barefoot we walk inbetween
the once, and the was.
Upon a battlefield of broken dreams
where ghosts linger in the mist
eternally searching.
Fate has bored playing with us:
Check mate my love.

True Dancing Souls
Our souls want to dance forever
not now. for you must see
Fate brought us together
too soon, he did
Finish your journey with her
and waiting I’ll be
For fate brought us together
too soon, he did
On future days we’ll be forever
our lives as one.
For fate brought us together
too soon, he did
Our lips touch, our souls dance
bounded we’ll be soon
For now wait we must because
Fate brought us together
too soon, he did
Soul mates forever but not for now
we wait, for time will come.
For fate brought us together
too soon, he did
Friends for now but forever we’ll be
wrapped by the music.
For fate brought us together
too soon, he did
For eternity or forever I’ll wait
one day we’ll be
Together happily without her
For fate brought us together
too soon you see
Fate brought us together
too late he did
For years ago we met
yet now we see our love
Fate brought us together
too late he did.
Not speaking one word,
we saved our lives
Fate brought us together
too late he did
We share now our memories
As our souls join
together they dance eternally
Our love now stays strong
our patience grows weak
No worries my love for
Fate brought us together
too soon but not too late

All The Lovely Ladies
All the lovely ladies in their finery tonight
I wish that I could know them one by one
All the handsome gentlemen with loving on their minds
Strolling in to take the ladies home
Bless you all and keep you on the road to tenderness
Heaven can be yours just for now.
All the gentle strangers who by nature do not smile
To everyone who cannot hold a pen
To all you heavy rounders with a headache for your pains
Who dread the thought of going round the bend
Bless you all and keep you on the road to better things
Heaven can be yours just for now.
To all the lovely ladies in their finery tonight
I wish that I could kiss you while you knit
To all the ones who learn to live with bein second-guessed
Whose job it is to give more then to get
Bless you all and keep you with the strength to understand
Heaven can be yours just for now.
To all the little dreamers with a dream that cannot last
To all the sleeping giants who must wake
To every man who answers to the letter of the law
And all the rest imprisoned by mistake
Bless you all and keep you with the faith to let it pass
Heaven can be yours just for now
To all the lonely sailors who have trouble beeing seen
To all of you with heartache that remains
Maybe sometime later you might swim back into shore
If someone could relieve you of your chains
Bless you all and keep you all on the land or on the sea
Heaven can be yours, just for now

Years Of Travel...
lover...
the tongue severed,
chopped in tiny pieces,
laid carefully in a box,
that sits silently screaming
on your shelf!
the heart does not know
faces or names,
is not bound by distance,
1000 miles, or 20 feet
across the room...
that seems even further.
we die a thousand deaths
at each other's feet.
love's crucifixions,
bodies wrapped in cloth,
and perfumed.
souls drawn to each other,
clothed, yet bare naked.
live wires touching,
that light up the night...
drinking the darkness that names!
intimate strangers,
are we ever any more?
even after years of travel,
so much we dont know...
even after years of travel!

On The Trail Of Pessoa
i've walked this road for so long,
that i know what silence tastes like.
i hear only the simple sounds,
or the simplicity of sound...
i no longer confuse shadows,
and i sleep with dogs.
owning nothing,
there's nothing i would kill
to purchase!
there are no footprints
in front of me,
i follow no one.
intimate encounters with strangers,
for we are all strangers,
even to ourselves.
perhaps a word or two,
or not...
we share the cup, and the fire.
i have long conversations with trees,
read intimate stories
written in branches and leaves...
sing lovesongs to small pools of water,
pick up the broken shell of the hatchling
with awe....
my eyes bow in reverence
in the presence of women...
small children come to me,
tell me stories about dreams.
we build kingdoms of sticks,
discarded by birds....
stray cats sit on my lap,
i learn the language of paw.
i listen to the wind
humming in the spider's web.
and dead things rest
by the side of my chair...
waiting for dawn, just waiting!

Blind Is One, Who Said Love Is Blind!
Love is such great,
They say love is blind,
One who believe this,
is a blind for sure
As Love sees something,
Which mortal eyes fail to see!
Love can see great things,
Where even wise fail to find,
Love is eternal and is infinite,
And it is boon from infinite,
Love knows to give smile,
and not to take, great is that love which sacrifice,
Even Love for love's sake!
Love says,
' go my love, here you suffer,
Can't see your face dried by gloom,
Go somewhere,
where you can bloom,
or else I go somewhere to save our love '!
Love is that great, always grateful to love,
Great to be loved,
Even The Almighty,
bow before that love,
Which can flow as pure as mountain ice melt!
Great poet sang,
'With the Beloved's water of life,
no illness remains
In the Beloved's rose garden of
union, no thorn remains.
They say there is a window
from one heart to another
How can there be a window
where no wall remains? '
And inspired heart sings,
No water required,
As nothing can dry,
The roses of love,
And love is the bed of rose,
To that pair two bodies,
one in love, one wipes the pain of another!
Souls union makes everything possible,
it may look like
perfume bed of roses,
even if full of thorns
Rose is that heart,
Which even swallows pains,
When two souls become one,
All walls fall, all pains fail,
Fair their heart feel,
When two pair of hands wipe tears of one another!

What One Does, Decides The Fate
In every one
The urge is great
To know one’s fate
The anxiety remains live
Throughout the life
What’s in store?
The question always roars
Everybody wishes
Their dreams be fulfilled
Want to have
A glimpse of the future
What one does
Decides the fate
Good get heaven
Bad go to hell

Gates Of Babylon
Look away from the sea
I can take you anywhere
Spend a vision with me
A chase with the wind
Move closer to me
I can make you anyone
I think youre ready to see
The gates to babylon
The power of what has been before
Rises to trap you within
A magic carpet ride a genie maybe more
A city of heavenly sin
Sleep with the devil and then you must pay
Sleep with the devil, the devil will take you away
Oh gates of babylon
You can see but youre blind
Someone turned the sun around
But you can see in your mind
The gates of babylon
Youre riding the endless caravan
Bonded and sold as a slave
A saber dance removing all the veils
Getting as good as you gave
A saber dance removing all the veils
Getting as good as you gave
Sleep with the devil and then you must pay
Sleep with the devil, the devil will take you away
Look away from the sea
I can take you anywhere
Spend a vision with me
A chase with the wind
Move closer to me
I can make you anyone
I think youre ready to see
The gates of babylon
The power of what has been before
Rises to trap you within
A magic carpet ride a genie maybe more
A city of heavenly sin
Sleep with the devil and then you must pay
Sleep with the devil, the devil will take you away
Black gates of babylon
The devil is me
And Im holding the key
To the gates of sweet hell

Marriages
Marriage of two minds
Unites two ideas.
Both agree and disagree,
Yet each remains itself.
Marriage of two souls
Unites two spirits.
They dance, separate, and intertwine,
Yet each remains unique.
Marriage of two people
Unites two bodies.
They touch and are touched,
Yet each remains separate.
Marriage of two hearts
Unites two bloods.
They fill and are filled,
Give and are given to.
But when two people love,
The two hearts are shared,
And they are never the same!
The two hearts become:
One.

Who And What We Are And What We Do
you are the witch of the night
and i am the wizard too
and so here we are
roaming the night with our black wings
on half bodies
we are looking for words
and metaphors
to eat
we have separated our minds
and bodies
there will be more insomniac nights
and more bloody encounters
among ourselves
some blood and flesh will fall on the ground unnoticed
tomorrow morning
some flowers with red petals grow
the passersby will smell the
odor of our lives
we are the poets and the poetesses
without our names in the books
of their collections

Dreaming
when fifteen i got more
dreams than you,
until i got to be nineteen
experiencing some little pains
i sorted some dreams
and threw them all away
i wanted to live in a new house
there is no show of a shadow of a house
i dreamed of horses that i can ride on mountainsides
i got only goats
got realistic somehow
i only take what i can take hold of
at fifty i dream no more
a practical man
i sit on a bench facing a road
sip my coffee
and watch the dusts left by a rushing car towards the city.
