A Friend In Chicago Is In Relationship
on a cold winter
a friend in Chicago finally
opens up like
a clam and grabs
a sand that pricks
his tongue
so he can make a
pearl
this Christmas
i ask two questions
which i think are
intrusions to his
privacy
honestly, i am not
interested
he's happy and it is
enough to know
that
what i realize is that
he is happy and he is
no longer interested
about what i ask
or what i say
i quit.

The fate of attention
I grew interested.
I became interested.
I stayed interested.
I was no more interested.
I was no longer interested.
I grow uninterested.
It is so for every person
And for every thing
We focus our attention on.

Because Maybe Maybe Because
because i don't lie
i'm just not interested you may have more fun with pie
but sometimes i can be interested and smile with one eye
for it is the eyes and memories that
tell us the stories not just a chat
its our experiences that make us who we are
but in all honestly im just not the guy with the cool car
im the one sitting on the sidelines
just nothing interesting about me
yet i decide to live on happily

This hearing came about very quickly. I do have a few preliminary comments, but I suspect you're more interested in asking questions, and I'll be happy to respond to those questions to the best of my ability.
Interested
Your favorite food
What you like to do
Your favorite color
or any other
The thing on your mind
That you like to share
Cause I can stay here
And listen to every word
Because I'm interested
Can I be an instrument
For changing your life
Is that all right?
Because I'm interested
I'd rather be with you instead
Than anyone else
Cause I'm interested in your middle name
Now don't be ashamed, Naw
It's between me and you
Everything you do
Let your guard down
Because there's a new girl in town
gonna turn it around
I hope that you are down
Because I'm interested
Can I be your instrument
In changing your life
Is that allright?
Because I'm interested
I'd rather be with you instead
of anyone else
I'm wide open
No more secrets
No lie
Don't wanna live like a fool
But I will
For you
So I'll beg
I'll scream
I'll call
I'll write
If that's what it takes for you to be in my life
Because I'm interested
And I'll be an instrument
In changing your life
Is that all right?
Because I'm interested
And I rather be with you instead
Of anyone else
Oh No
Because I'm interested
And I'll be an instrument
In changing your life
Is that all right?
Because I'm interested
And I rather be with you instead
Of anyone else (fade)

Friendship withers
To make a friend is easy.
Being interested in them is enough.
To be a friend is difficult.
You must get them interested in you.

You may not be interested in sex
But sex is interested in you.
You may not be interested in men.
But men are interested in you.

A Late Winter
Why is winter late this year?
Will it come or not, I fear?
Sometime it’s cloudy, sometimes sunny,
They play hide & seek, how funny!
All of sudden it is drizzling,
Then raining, then pouring,
Rain in Winter?
The seasons are in a scatter,
Its mid winter, what happens thereafter?
I feel little bit of cold
Is winter at the threshold?
Christmas is fast approaching,
but no sign of winter,
no festive feeling,
Can’t dream of a Christmas without winter,
Or a winter without Christmas.
Can’t dream of a hot Christmas night,
Or of a Christmas that is not white
If so, no shepherd will shiver out in cold,
No Angel will sing carols new or old
Baby Jesus will not be cold in the manger
No cattle will be in the shed for warmth any longer
No winter fairy tale will be sung,
No Silver Bells will be rung,
No Santa will come on his sleigh,
No Jingle Bells will be heard on the way
Christmas and Winter both go together
They are truly made for each other.
Christmas is Sin
WHEN CHRISTMAS IS SIN
I do not say Christmas is sin
when it is not sin.
But I say Christmas is sin
because it is sin and no sin.
Christmas is sin when
fathers honours a day not learned.
Christmas is sin when
mothers test, the hand of their husbands.
Christmas is sin when
hardship become harder.
Christmas is sin when
the price of rice rises to rank
and garri grabs guts.
Christmas is sin when
man go drunk and
mothers give birth to beggars.
Christmas is sin when
silence knocks out the gun sound.
Christmas is sin when
men sees with their ears
Christmas is sin when
Tourist is occupied with naked women.
For Christmas is Christmas
as Christmas is an anniversary of the
crucification.
‘’If you love me; keep my commandment
Says the Lord’’
Who then can be happy for the birth of an enemy?
Christmas is no sin, when Christmas is Christ,
but Christmas is sin, when Christmas is crime.

What Can Make You Happy?
Are you happy right now or sad?
Are you bitter about your present condition?
You wonder what is wrong with your life
You wonder why others are happy
And question why some are so sad
Are happy people born that way?
Or happiness is a state of mind
What can make you happy?
Will having more money make you happy?
How much money do you need to make you happy?
If you are single and not happy!
Will having a new lover make you happy?
Will getting married make you happy?
If you are married, and not happy!
Will having more children make you happy?
Will sleeping with other people make you happy?
If you are a professional and not happy!
Will changing your profession make you happy?
What can make you happy?
Will getting drunk everyday make you happy?
Will taking a new drug make you happy?
Will buying a new car make you happy?
What can make you happy?
Will moving to a bigger house make you happy?
Will been promoted at work make you happy?
Will been the head of your organization
Make you happy
What can make you happy?
Always remember that what makes
You happy can make the others sad

Happy Xmas
Happy christmas, kyoko.
Happy christmas, julian.
So this is christmas and what have you done?
Another year over, a new one just begun.
And so this is christmas, i hope you have fun,
The near and the dear one, the old and the young.
A very merry christmas and a happy new year,
Let's hope it's a good one without any fear.
And so this is christmas for weak and for strong,
(war is over if you want it,)
For the rich and the poor ones, the road is so long.
(war is over now.)
And so happy christmas for black and for whites,
(war is over if you want it,)
For the yellow and red ones, let's stop all the fight.
(war is over now.)
A very merry christmas and a happy new year,
Let's hope it's a good one without any fear.
And so this is christmas and what have we done?
(war is over if you want it,)
Another year over, a new one just begun.

And so this is christmas, we hope you have fun,

Destiny
People tell me my life was predestined
From my life others shall learn a lesson
Born a leader with the world on my shoulder
Age is young but my mind is much older
Living up to everyone's expectation
Condemned me to a world of damnation
I gotta clear these voices from my head
All these opinionated noises
Listen to the voice of my creator
Opens door to a path much greater
On this path the days draw nearer
When I can be happy, finally happy yeah
1 - Searching for my destiny
I'll search for what makes me happy
??? what others thought of me
I gotta be happy, finally happy
Searching for my destiny
I'll search for what makes me happy
??? what others thought of me
I gotta be happy, finally happy
Time to broaden my horizons
Come out from the dark and opened up my eyes and
Started to define my destiny
Experience what life can really be
No longer concerned with your opinion
Over my life I have dominion
I'm stronger now than before
I'm sure I can be so much more
Not what you thought I would be
Cuz I'm gonna be happy yeah
I'm gonna be happy
Finally you see, oh
Repeat 1 until fade

Countdown To Christmas Party Time
Countdown,
Countdown to christmas,
Countdown to christmas party time.
Were so happy,
We want you to be happy too.
Were so happy,
And we want to share the secrets of happiness with you.
Grab a woman beneath the mistletoe,
Kiss her lips and make her glow.
No more fighting, no more fuss,
Ah, its christmas!
Countdown,
Countdown to christmas,
Countdown to christmas party time.
Were so happy,
We want you to be happy too.
Were so happy,
And we want to share the secrets of happiness with you.
Eat and drink and dance some more,
Invite the whole street through your door.
Sing out loud, dont swear or cuss
Ah, its christmas!
Countdown,
Countdown to christmas,
Countdown to christmas party time.
Countdown,
Countdown to christmas,
Countdown to christmas party time.
Were so happy,
We want you to be happy too.
Were so happy,
And we want to share the secrets of happiness with you.
Countdown.
10 days.
Countdown to christmas.
9 days.
Countdown.
8 days.
Countdown to christmas.
7 days.
Countdown.
6 days.
Countdown to christmas.

Countdown.

Countdown to christmas.
1 day.

A Christmas Reminisce
Memories are made at Christmas time
Christmas time is memory time
Seasons come, seasons go
Christmas comes just like a thought
And it reads just like a book
Place all your happy memories
In your Christmas basket
Wrap it with pretty paper
Oh so bright, wrap it tight
Many days have faded with the year
Looking back brings a tear
Yes reminisce with total joy
Remember the door that opens wide
So we can gaze on Christmas day
Oh happy day, oh happy day

What makes me happy
What makes me happy is rain,
Heaven in little drops of liquid.
And darkness makes me happy,
Too happy...
Maybe it's because light hurts my eyes,
And I really hate light
Kansas makes me happy, land of my birth
Every time I see clouds, I am happy
So really I'm happy a lot
May these things make you happy
Every time you see the moon
Have a merry, merry Christmas
And good will to you
Perhaps you'll be happy
Please.please be happy
You will soon.

One Sided
i am a fool.
it takes me
a long time
to realize
that i am the only
one interested
to know more
about a long
lost friend
to my ten questions
he has all the answers
which i think
is fair enough
he never ask for
once
any question to me
and mind you
i count
the missing years
35 in all.

Whatever Will Be Will Be
Got a letter just the other day
So much was left unsaid
When you went away
How my heart grew so cold
From the misery of dreams ago
An open envelope
The last time that we spoke
You said that you would always be my man
And now this letters here
What will you say my dear
To bring me to emotions once again
The truth of it you say
Theres never been day
That youre not sorry you apologize
But life teaches new things
Beyond the pain it brings
You to a place where you are truly wise
Que sera sera
What will be will be
Im happy for you and me
That we can finally see what was meant
Que sera sera
What will be will be
Im happy for you and me
That we can finally see what was meant
I know weve made mistakes
Cause love is give and take
I mean to say it wasnt all your fault
I too had some regrets
Such pain Ive felted yet
Its better to have love than not at all
The memories we had of all the good and bad
Has helped me be the woman that I am
So dont apologize
Ive come to realize
Just what is meant by all in love is fair
Que sera sera
What will be will be
Im happy for you and me
That we can finally see what was meant
Que sera sera
What will be will be
Im happy for you and me
That we can finally see what was meant
Sometimes its just not meant to be
But the love that we share goes on and on
Spiritually therell be no more crying
No and therell be no more lying no no no no no
And the truth that we gained will offset the pain
And now we finally see
Que sera sera
What will be will be
Im happy for you and me
That we can finally see what was meant
Que sera sera
What will be will be
Im happy for you and me
That we can finally see what was meant
Hmm hmm hey ooh yeah oh

Beautiful Christmas
Let's Go!
Big Time!
Merry Christmas everybody..
Put down video games
Pick up some candy canes
And hang a wreath on your door
Give back to those in need
Bring peace and harmony
Cause that's what Christmas is for
And this Christmas, this Christmas
We'll celebrate a wonderful year
ooh this Christmas, this Christmas
We'll decorate the halls with love and cheer
We can make a beautiful Christmas
We can make the world shine bright
As long as friends and family are with us
Every star will shine tonight
We can make it beautiful this Christmas
We can make it beautiful this Christmas
We can make it beautiful this Christmas
We can make a beautiful Christmas
Let's party in the snow under the mistletoe
Girl I've been waiting all year
Rudolph can take a break
Frosty can melt away
As long as I got you here
Ooh this Christmas, this Christmas
We'll celebrate a wonderful year
ooh this Christmas, this Christmas
We'll decorate the halls with love and cheer
We can make a beautiful Christmas
We can make the world shine bright
As long as friends and family are with us
Every star will shine tonight
We can make it beautiful this Christmas
We can make it beautiful this Christmas
We can make it beautiful this Christmas
We can make a beautiful Christmas
Happy Holiday
Spread the love on Christmas Day
Singin' Happy Holiday
We can make a beautiful Christmas
Happy Holiday
Spread the love on Christmas Day
Singin' Happy Holiday
We can make a beautiful Christmas
So Beautiful!
We can make a beautiful Christmas
We can make the world shine bright (we can make it yea)
As long as friends and family are with us (friends and family)
Every star will shine tonight (shinin' tonight)
We can make it beautiful this Christmas (beautiful christmas)
We can make it beautiful this Christmas (so beautiful no no)
We can make it beautiful this Christmas
We can make a beautiful Christmas
We can make a beautiful Christmas
We can make a beautiful Christmas
Happy Holiday
Spread the love on Christmas Day
Singin' Happy Holiday
We can make a beautiful Christmas

This Girl
Take me as I am
Though I'm good at pretending
I tire easily
And hurry to the ending
There's more than what you see
But not the way you see it
I hope you follow me
And you get the meaning
Here is where I stand
Here is who I am
And I'm not interested in
Fitting in
I only want to be
To be this girl
I'm not interested in
Giving in I only want to be
This girl
Take me as you will
Under no illusions
I offer myself whole
I give into you and I
Offer you the sky
The sun and moon and seas
But you need to know that I
Not more or less than me
Here is where I stand
Here is who I am
And I'm not interested in
Fitting in I only want to be
To be this girl
I'm not interested in
Giving in
I only want to be
This girl
I'm not interested in
Fitting in
I only want to be
To be this girl
I'm not interested in
Giving in
I only want to be
This girl
