you have shown me
how to convert
this newspaper strips
into money
how this flower
turns into a white
rabbit
how the rabbit turns
into a hat
then back to a newspaper
strips again
magician, i am tired
of your illusions
how your hands
deftly deceived my
weaker eyes
now i have my last request
please perform this magic:
make yourself disappear.

A Little Request To The Magician Who Pleased Me For A While
dear magician
i thank you for your tricks
indeed your hands
are skilled and my eyes
are failing me
i am amazed by the rabbit
popping out from your
black hat
the roses blooming
from your palms
the staff that turned
to rope
the newspaper cutting
becoming peso bills
but with due respect
may i ask you to perform
the last magic for the day
and hope that this may
not be a form of request
that may cause you
sorrow
for parting is such
between us
please make yourself
disappear.

I Was The Magician Who Tried To Make Her Smile
when i met her along the way she was so sad
and tears keep flowing from her eyes
and i, as the great magician of my place,
took her inside my room and began to perform
the usual tricks, how my hands are quicker than her eyes,
i took a rabbit from my hat
i made flowers from my staff
crisp money from newspaper shreds
yet she is still as sad as a child looking for her mother
and i asked her what she likes she said:
'please make yourself vanish in air! '
of course, what i did was wiser, i vanished her myself.

I Could Have Turned Her Into A Toad
when i met her along the way she was so sad
and tears kept flowing from her eyes
and i, as the great magician of my place,
took her inside my room and began to perform
the usual tricks,
how my hands are quicker than her eyes,
i took a rabbit from my blackhat
i made flowers from my long staff
crisp money from newspaper shreds
yet she is still as sad as a child looking for her mother
and her favorite rag doll
and i asked her what she really liked she without hesitation said:
'please make yourself vanish in air! '
of course, what i did was wiser, i vanished her myself.
with all regrets, i could have turned her into a toad.

Magic
I don't want you to disappear
Baby you keep me up in the air
The way you do
Magic
It's fanastic
I never met anyone who do this awesome trick
My favorite was when you turn newspaper into flowers and give them to me
I feel like I'm flying because of you
I get jealous when another girl help you out on stage
I will come every day just to see you do your
Magic
So keep doing your thing
I love the way you look up there
I love when you make rabbit disappear
Show me what you got
I will lost my mind
If I have to leave there and I can't ever come back
My favorite thing out of whole show was when you make that girl flow in the air
Wow, you just have talent
Keep it up

Our Final Wish For The Magician
between us and the magician
what do you find?
the ahs and ohs and omgs
it is his hands and it is our very own eyes betraying us,
we wish that all these miseries can be solved
with the use of the sleigh of his hands
we reflect once more when we are so silent
his hat giving birth to rabbits
his black baton turning into flowers
his handkerchiefs into butterflies
his newspaper folds turning into dollar bills
the magic does not really work
we take things as they are now
and we let him know at the end of the show
we wish that he'd disappear from our view.

White Angel the Easter Rabbit
Out of a lovely fantasy…..,
She appeared one Springtime day…..,
And made our world……,
So happy in every way……,
It was a vision so wondrous……,
As we colored our eggs…..,
For the Easter Holiday
White Angel, The Easter Rabbit…..,
Brought sunshine to our lives…..,
When it came to joy we had it…..,
White Angel, The Easter Rabbit…..,
She’d hop, hop, hop….,
All day long…..,
Be dancin’ around……,
And singin’ a song…..,
As Easter came so merrily…..,
She was so much fun for us to see……,
White Angel, The Easter Rabbit…..,
Brought sunshine to our lives…..,
Lovin’ her was a tireless habit……,
White Angel, The Easter Rabbit…..,
But poof just like each night and day……,
Her visit soon had to end …..,
So she hop, hop, hopped on her way……,
Off to visit her fairytale friends……,
As we sadly bid farewell to her…….,
She said, “Come on now, don’t cry…..,
I’ll be back again some Easter Day”…..,
White Angel, The Easter Rabbit…..,
Brought sunshine to our lives…..,
When it came to joy we had it…..,
White Angel, The Easter Rabbit…..,
Pure white gold in 24 karat…..,
White Angel, The Easter Rabbit….! ! !

The Trip
Like an unripe melon
Like a conquer Magellan
Like a handy capped Helen Keller
There is a moonster in the cellar
He has been there since last November
I was once a member-
Of his palace
Until I was hit in the head with a mallet
Creeping along the halls
I have spotted the moonster in conversation with the white rabbit
Me thinks that white rabbit has a nasty habit-
Of being late
Last time they nearly locked the gate
Is his clock too slow?
Or is telling time his foe?
At least the moonster and purple tiger know
Acid is a trip that is not a trick for kids
But the rabbits white hair show great age
Maybe his mind is like that of a mage
I saw him once pull himself out of his own hat
Very impress for a magician with a assistant gnat
He buzzes around the rabbit’s head, a dark shade of blue
The rabbit does not reek, I have seen him use his wife’s shampoo
If I may take the time
I must say for a rabbit his wife is a dime
I even saw her and purple tiger in the shower at the same time
Of course the white rabbit was too late to catch them of this crime
Just then I told the purple tiger not to eat the white rabbit or the Chinese Girl
“She is your world! ”
You just don’t know it and she will not show it
So he devoured the loaf of bread instead

The Rabbit And The Pretty Wild Flower
The rabbit spoke to the pretty wild flower….,
But the flower didn’t answer….,
The rabbit sniffed the pretty wild flower….,
Still no reaction…, no answer….,
Then the rabbit thought for a moment….,
And seemed to get impatient…,
The rabbit ate the pretty wild flower….,
And so goes another quiet day in the forest.

Let Us Be Friendly With Everybody!
Rabbit and Tortoise
Went for a race;
Envy villain rabbit
Threw the stone at Hero Rabbit;
Hero Rabbit's leg got broken,
Limping Rabbit couldn't run fast!
Hero Rabbit lost the match,
This is how Tortoise won the race.
Lesson is, 'Don't have enmity'
Let us be friendly with everybody!

Magician
He said
You will look right into my eyes
Repeat every word that I say
You want some magic in your life
My love is the only way
Magician
Magician
Ohh magician
Magician
His body moves behind my eyes
Obsession grows
Its a private show
Magic man with a sleight of hand
Disappearing right into my soul
Magician
Magician
Ohh magician
Magician
Whoaa whoaa ohh
Hes here again
That magic man
My eyes wont turn away
Just like magnets pull me in
I cant forget his face
Magician
Magician
Ohh magician
Magician
Whoaa whoaa ohh
Whoaa whoaa ohh
I walk right up and said
Take me take me take me
No pride no shame, enchanted
Call it a dream but dont wake me
Magician
Magician
Ohh magician
Magician
No matter how fast he goes
Feels like slow motion
Hypnotize me frame by frame
Caught in my own dream paradise frozen
Magician
Magician
Ohh magician
Magician
Whoaaa ohhh

My Dog Named Cat
Spring of life, so much like the flowers in the garden, or the leaves on The mighty oak tres, all blooming, all turning green, as days go by,
My dog and I, we used to run free together, through the fields of corn, Down the country lanes, so happy we were, me and my dog named Cat;
When rabbits crossed our path, we chased them until our lungs were about to Burst, then we'd lie there upon the ground breathing in the fresh country Air, and nowhere on earth, was there a happier place;
Summer, the body of life, when all is happening so fast it makes your head Spin, hot days, warm nights, when the sun and stars seem so very close, When maturity sets in on a child's dream on a puppy's playful days;
With work to be done now, we're still together, me and my dog Cat, side by Side we walk through the fields, our eyes still glance for a trace of that Same rabbit;
When day is done, even though we're tired, we hurry back to take up the Chase, and maybe someday soon, we'll catch old rabbit, but I know, in both Of our hearts we hope we never will;
Fall, the Autumn of life, when things slow down, when hair turns gray, and Eye sight fades, when the memories are thought of, more often;
Me and my dog Cat, still walk the fields together, our old friend the Rabbit, is still with us, Cat's bark is growing weaker, and his legs just Aren't the same;
I limp along with them, and seem to keep up somehow, but I'm sure old Cat Sometimes slows down, just for me to catch up, we watch more sunsets now From the porch, than we ever did before;
Winter, the cold and lonely time of life, when sometimes things end, oh, The snow is beautiful to see, as it falls to earth, but the old days are Gone now, gone;
Old Cat doesn't walk with me anymore, when he died my tears fell on his Grave, even old rabbit was there to say goodbye;
I'm sure old rabbit won't be with me in Spring, I suppose I'll sit by the Fire and dream of those good times, memories of me, and my dog named Cat.

Little White Rabbit
While sorting through a drawer
in my old treasure store
I came across a little white rabbit
almost forgotten there,
as I picked it up
my memory danced back
to the person who gave it
to me forty odd years ago.
I could remember her blue eyes,
her shoulder length blonde hair,
and that gentle smile of this lady fair.
She was at one time the love of my life,
long before I met my wife.
My love could not be returned
as she was seeing someone else,
but a friend she was,
and a friend she will always remain,
until my dying breath.
As I look at the little white rabbit,
dreamy eyes I become,
I drift back all those years,
and for a brief second or two.
I smile to myself,
and wrap the little white rabbit up,
putting it back in the drawer,
so I can remember,
that lost long distant love I had once more.

One-newspaper towns are not good because all the surviving newspaper does is print money. They make 25 percent on their money every year, and if they go down to 22 percent, they start laying people off.

Magic
Magic is a word
that conjures up things in our mind,
all sorts of magician tricks.
Magic is much more than that,
more that being deceived,
just look around you
and see all the magic there is around you
for everyone to enjoy and see.
The waking of a flower
as the dawn creeps across the sky.
The first sound of a new born babe
as it gives out its first cry.
These are not magician tricks,
but the magic of our world
and if we look more closely
the world is filled with magic
for all to see.

Animal Magic
What did you mean when you opened your mouth
And let all our secrets out
You told him what I was about
My cover was completely blown
I tell you darlin, Ive been watching the war film
I got a few ideas of my own
cos after teh film had ended the call for recruits was shown
And Im joining the professionals
I want to be a man
With all that animal magic
Ill do anything you can
Im joining the professionals
cos I want to be a man
Look! I wave my wand, watch the rabbit disappear
Join the professionals and learn to fight
I bet the two of you still laugh at me
For being as timid as a lamb
That may be still the way I look
Its no longer what I am
Been across to northern ireland
I came home with a new kind of charge
I learned to hunt in the night
I learned about camouflage
Been joining the professionals
And now that Im a man
With all that animal magic
Ill match anything you can
Im joining the professionals
This time Ill understand
Theres no way youll get by me
With the slightest sleight of hand.
Im joining the professionals
I want to be a man
Look! I wave my wand
Watch the rabbit disappear
Join the professionals and learn to fight
Animal magic

By his strips
It
Became
A fight
Like never before
And my sickness and my pain that I felt I had to endure but my spirt remained happy
In the mist of my tears, I believed God for everything because he is able to perform, to fix, and to turn every kind of situation around in Jesus name. Because by his strips I'm healed!
even if he doesn't do another thing for me! I believe God for everything and that keeps me going in my mind like its the peace I needed and it leaves me smiling in my heart about his ability by his strips.

About Brother Rabbit.
Brother Rabbit and Brother Terrapin wanted to run round a tree.
They went to Brother Bear and asked him to be the referee.
He said to Brother Terrapin, “You win if you’re the first to take the stone! ”
Brother Rabbit ran and won as Brother Terrapin could only go,
He cried, “Brother Rabbit has run, but has he really won?
Look here, my stone’s on me, so I’m number one! ”
When Brother Fox and Brother Rabbit meet,
Brother Fox always tries to eat
Brother Rabbit who often thinks how
To laugh at Brother Fox. Now
Brother Rabbit said, “Have we met, Brother? Hi! ”
“Oh! I haven’t had lunch”, Brother Fox replied.
“But when we yesterday met,
You also said that.
Poor Brother Fox had no lunch,
Then have for it grass or a branch”.
Brother Rabbit’s taught Brother Wolf a lesson.
He’s done it to amuse his little son.
Now, Brother Wolf’s in a cage.
Nothing he can change.
Yesterday he ate meat in a trap,
And Brother Rabbit didn’t let
Him run out, he locked him then,
He taught him and needn’t teach again.

Morality is indispensable: but the Divine Life, which gives itself to us and which calls us to be gods, intends for us something in which morality will be swallowed up. We are to be remade. All the rabbit in us is to disappear-the worried, conscientious, ethical rabbit as well as the cowardly and sensual rabbit. We shall bleed and squeal as the handfuls of fur come out; and then, surprisingly, we shall find underneath it all a thing we have never yet imagined: a real man, an ageless god, a son of God, strong, radiant, wise, beautiful, and drenched in joy.

On the back page of a old newspaper
There’s a newspaper which the wind blows,
round and round
until it hits against me.
I grab it out of the wind
and after getting into my car
I open it on the seat next to me.
I see your photograph
on the back page of a old newspaper
and it says that you live
in another country,
on the other side of the big blue sea.
I wonder what is going on in your world
and when I close the newspaper,
It’s as if you were here with me
for a moment.
