She won’t make a sound
Won’t ask to be saved
Because there’s no-one around
No-one to give the attention she craved
But not once does she cry
Nor does despair know her name
Alone she lives in their lie
Trapped in a tortuous game
You she her standing there
No bruises show nor can she tell
Doesn’t know her life is unfair
For their fun it’s her body they sell
But not once will she say
“I am scared”, nor will she scream
Because she thinks it’s the only way
That she can live with a soul so unclean
This girl barely of age

Your heart, your body can never heal
From back when you were given, a raw deal

can anybody understand?
my struggles i have,
to live in this life,
and hardly getting by,
can anybody understand?
that i wake up,
wondering if it was
all a dream,
can anybody understand?
all i ask for is to be me,
who that is,
i don't really know,
deep down,
a girl is trapped,
bagging to get out,
of this life she was given,
does anybody hear,
the cry for help,
or the pain she feels,
when she lay in bed at night,
just wishing that on day,

Pain
Pain—sharpen but yet dull and painless.
So numb to the pain given to my body that instead of rejecting it, my heart automatically accepts the pain.
Like medicine to the soul, pain seems to be my healer.
Pain seems to bring together life and death.
Pain seems to soothe the soul because without Pain I would be weak: timid: short: and unfulfilled.
You see pain is needed to make a person stronger.
Pain is needed to make a person un-afraid of hurt.
Pain is needed to make a person stand up, be proud and walk tall because they are more certain of the future.
Pain is needed to make one feel more fulfilled.
All because of these feelings my heart becomes full but it brings me back to the root cause: PAIN.
This 4 letter word causes hearts to be crushed relentlessly. It dishevels emotions once grounded and bruises egos. Pain.
Pain. My painkiller.
Pain. My happy endings.

Poor Lukey knows of the black dog of despair
Just thirty years of age with gray in his brown hair
A mental illness has ruined his life
To it he has lost his children who are with their mum his ex wife
In and out of mental institutions his mind in disarray
One without a future that does seem sad to say
At present in a suicidal mood life for him Earthly Hell
In a mental institution in his padded cell
One must pity poor Lukey for the hard life he endure
He is a good person in many ways pure
Of any hope of happiness he lives in despair
For people like him life does seem so unfair

Excuse me for the words im about to say
but these things happen to teenage girls around the world most every day
people will be like 'he didnt just say that'
there so shocked coz im saying it, I'm stating a fact
because shes that one girl, all the girls know her
but does everybody know her, is that the same girl
the girl when she goes out she looks amused
they dont know she refused so she was bruised and abused
because shes the girl that lies in bed and just thinks
she hates her life shes so pissed she drinks
so many things in her life they dont see
'just take away this pain give me one more E
after that I'll have one more beer so I can get pissed'
but she doesnt wanna hurt no one thats why she slits her wrists
because she thinks if she bleeds it will take the pain
the more she does it, it just stays the same
she acts all right infront of the girls but hates the guys
to her 'their all just bastards that tell lies'
she doesnt speak why she just keeps her mouth shut
she's scared so she closes her eyes and keeps the secret
hoping it will just disappear
when she shuts her eyes there's no fear
but then opens continues and tries to forget
its a reminder she sees the marks on her groin and her leg
thats why she keeps using that same razor
to forget the reminder, but her mum sees the blood on her school blazer
her mum then sees her arms to see the marks
then sees different kinds on other body parts
she tells her 'take me back to the start'
'mum theres nothing you can do your to late
I did the slits because I got the marks I got raped! '
But she doesnt wanna talk there's no game
she knows whoes to blame but to scared to give the name
her mothers like 'I can help you just please'
'are you happy now I get pissed, I slit my wrists and I takes E's! '
there's nothing she can do to help as she sees the cuts
she didnt realise she was to late to see the secret.

Have you ever been to hell?
Well, I can show you how it looks
It sits inside a needle
Guarded by the crooks
All the Devil's children
Stealing souls by day

They take away our freedom

We try to scream out loud
Yet, we cannot make a sound!
The Devil's guards' they are

With life such a blur
Wrists scarred from back to front
This is the life for her
This Green-Eyed Suicide
So beautiful as she breaks
Hurting so much more
With every smile she fakes
Shes feeling like shes lost

'Look at her!
She's such a fien'd! '

-I try to scream
But, I know the truth
And, so do they
I'v got no chance
In them believing what I say
I'm addicted now
Completely hooked
It's not only my life
But, my sanity they took
All of my pain
All of my frustration
My pills took away
My fantasies of self mutilation
They make feel great
They make me complete
My neurosis they erase
My paranoia they delete
So I eat them for breakfast
For lunch, and for dinner
And, I no longer care whether
I'm a loser or a winner
I eat them all day
Shovel in one right after another
As I try to erase the pained faces
Of my Father and my Mother
And, it's like everybody watches
Yes, they just sit and they listen
As my eyes are tear streaked

It is my pills that I love

I wasn't gonna write
I didn't plan on losing this internal fight
I really thought I couldn't handle what I could become
I still don't, but it's in those times of greatest pain
Those times where I tend to feel most insane
When I need an outlet, so I guess this time, this is how we'll speak because I'm Your son
I'm sorry if I just failed You
I'm sorry that right now it's hard to trust You too
You gave me a Spirit that is strong
You gave me an unstoppable strength, my joy, my song
This I sing out, with every breath of life
But my body yells and shouts louder than my Spirit
You feel far from me, but my body is me, alas with its strife
It is a deafening scream, even if it were silent... I must admit
The painfulness, the closeness, the selfness make its cries-
LOUD... Loud... loud, it's hard to sing over the yelling as my soul dies
So give me again this life and joy, slience the death and screams
Show me there's more to this situation than it seems
Show me that You're there
Show me that You're here
Show me You're with me now
Show me that You never left, such as you did vow
