Sometimes I’m up
Sometimes down
Sometimes Smile
Sometimes frown
Sometimes happy
Sometimes sad
Sometimes sappy
Sometimes mad
Sometimes pull
Sometimes push
Sometimes fall
Flat on my tush
It’s all about being human you see
This up ‘n down, up ‘n down yoyo me

Push and Pull
It is hard to keep it clean,
When you push and pull.
Or acting happy when feeling mean,
When you push and pull.
And people stand around just to see one weep.
When you push and pull.
And when you say 'hello' they don't even speak.
When you push and pull.
You might see Bo Peep having some trouble with her sheep,
When you push and pull.
You might see Mary and her lambs giving Bo Peep creeps.
When you push and pull.
You might see Humpty Dumpty crawling up a wall.
When you push and pull.
You might see Perter and The Wolf eating chips at a local mall.
When you push and pull.
Ain't nothing easy,
When you try to keep your feet from sinking...
Deep!
And with no sleep.
It is hard to keep it clean,
When you push and pull.
Or acting happy when feeling mean,
When you push and pull.
And people stand around just to see one weep.
When you push and pull.
And when you say 'hello' they don't even speak.
When you push and pull.
And they push bull,
When you push and pull.
And they push bull,
When you push and pull.

Yo Yo
Baby played me like a YoYo
All this time is was she mackin' me
YoYo! YoYo!
Random! UOMO!
YoYo! YoYo!
My Girl said she gonna to chill tonight
That's cool because I worked up an appetite
Called up my boys and said let's get together
The time couldn't be any better
Let's hit the club and do whatever

Tush (Anthony Acid (dirty) Radio Edit)
[Intro: Missy Elliott]
Oohhh... This that fire! Ghostface and Missy
[Ghostface Killah]
Somebody tell that girl that her ass too big
I give it to her right and she let me live
Can't eat that, cuz there's no relationship
I beat that, the next day you called in sick
Frontin', not for nothin', I pop buttons
Off Baby Phat, Levi's, J.Lo's, Guess and Gap
Cuz it's like that, young lady, bet I make you shake
Like the Puffy and Jay-Z's, Dre's and J.D.'s
Come on, if not you, I'mma beat this song
But if you were bout it, our business wouldn't be here this long
Let me break it down for you, all I wanted to know
If I could just feel it and touch it, and break it down into numbers and
Come with me and just leave your friends
Cuz we don't need no cock blocking
Tellin' you this without no option
Tell your friends "Peace, look, I'm bouncin'"
[Chorus: Missy Elliott (Ghostface Killah)]
Tush, tush, tush
Wanna slide in the bush, bush, bush?
(I'm on top, you like push, push, push
Keep it low like shush, shush, shush)
You wanna get up in my tush, tush, tush?
You could slide in the bush, bush, bush
(I'm on top, you like push, push, push
Keep it low like shush, shush, shush)
You wanna get up in that tush, tush, tush?
Wanna slide in my bush, bush, bush
(I'm on top, you like push, push, push
Keep it low like shush, shush, shush)
[Ghostface Killah]
Oh yeah, you jinglin' baby (well let me jump up on that ding-a-ling baby)
Ooh, gosh, you a nasty girl, sassy
Picture me layin' you inside my classic pearls
Toes'll curl, giddy up, you go girl
I'm about to, uh, do it slow girl
Ooh, you in control, it's in your world
She on,

Smile Or Frown
Pairs of opposites
Half of them parasites
In the lives of mortals
Invading their portals!
Smile and frown one such
World of difference so much!
Smile attracts, Frown repels
Smile wins, Frown loses
Smile befriends, Frown alienates
Smile infuses love, Frown injects hatred
Smile encourages, Frown deserts
Smile strengthens, Frown weakens
Smile carries, Frown throws off
Humans alone can control
And conquer to play their role!
Sport the smile
Bid adieu to frown
Make others happy
Feel really merry!

Push Me, Pull Me
I had a false belief
I thought I came here to stay
Were all just visiting
All just breaking like waves
The oceans made me, but who came up with love?
Push me, pull me, push me, or pull me out
Push me, pull me, or pull me out {2x}
So if there were no angels, would there be no sin?
You better stop me before I begin
But let me say: if I behave, can you arrange a spacious hole in the ground
Somewhere nice, make it nice
Where the land meets high tide
Push me, pull me, or pull me out
Push me, pull me {2x}
Like a cloud dropping rain
Im discarding all thought
Ill dry up, leaving puddles on the ground
Im like an opening band for the sun
Push me, pull me {6x}
Ive had enough, said enough, felt enough, Im fine, still in it

No Fun/push It
my body's broken
and my hands are tied
filled with frustration
struggles with my mind
but there's nothing
i could do to make it right
no fun, so i push it
there is no way to try
either i do or i don't
no matter how much i want
countless possibilities
i could fall flat on my face
knock out all of my teeth
eliminate the delays
between cause and effect
until i'm nothing but a
sudden bloody wreck
but it's no fun
push it
push it
push it
until someone
wants this
wants this
wants this

Bury Me Where I Fall
Comr brush away these fists and i will tell you
Everything
I hope you know how long I'm lacking
So carve my name and take me to the strength udner it all
Then bury me where I fall
Push and Pull like sex machines, like sex machines
Push and pull like sex machines, like sex machines.
Qustioning if I should even be here
I won't make that same mistake
And taking to bed all these things that I hate
I will complain, I will complain
A bleeding light has made us all just want to wash away
and best believe I want it blinding
Under it all I bacl out holes and glorify disguise
still draining me from all this strife
Push and pull like sex machines, like sex machines
Push and pull like sex machines, like sex machines
Questioning if I should even be here
I won't make that same mistake
And taking to bed all these things that I hate
I will complain, I will complain
Stare at the sun
Staring at the sun...
Questioning if I should even be here
I won't make that same mistake
And taking to bed all these things that I hate
I will complain, I will complain
...Bury me where I fall.

Steady
Friends they call me
On the phone
cause Im steady
Talk about unhappy homes
cause Im steady
Though I dont like to let it show
I got troubles of my own
We push and pull
And we fall apart
Im not gonna die
Of a broken heart
I just dont want to
Stop and start
cause Im steady
Day to day is so unsure
But Im steady
I watch people crash and soar
But Im steady
The more they try
So hard to change
The more they stay the same
We push and pull
And we fall apart
Im not gonna die
Of a broken heart
I just dont want to
Stop and start
cause Im steady
Were faced with so much
Back and forth
I dont need no ups and downs
We push and pull
And we fall apart
Im not gonna die
Of a broken heart
I just dont want to
Stop and start
cause Im steady
Im steady
Im steady

Smile Always!
Smile man, smile! Always smile!
Smile all life and smile in style;
Smiling makes one worriless;
And makes you happy and less tense.
Let your smile be spontaneous;
Smiling keeps body relaxed,
And makes your mind fit and composed;
Smile man, smile! Smile always!
Smile from dawn to until dusk;
That’s one way to beat life’s stress;
Smile to all who come across;
Smile man, smile! Smile always!
Smile and get forever praise;
It will help you pass your days;
You will never feel malaise;
Smile man, smile! Smile always!
Four muscles help you to smile;
Sixty-four help you to frown;
Smile man smile! Smile all days!
Smile man, smile! Smile always!

Little Rachel
By jim byfield
You dont need no high i.q.
To get right down and sing the blues.
If youre down, heres what to do;
Me and my guitar will sing for you.
Oh, little rachel, oh.
Oh, little rachel, oh.
Oh, little rachel, oh.
Oh, little rachel, oh.
I got a box and an old whisk broom.
We gonna rock around the room.
When my guitar plays this tune,
We gonna dance to the light of the moon.
Chorus
What you feel, that aint no jive.
The get down sound makes you feel alive.
Chorus
Push it, little rachel, push it.
Push it, little rachel, push it.
Pull it, little rachel, pull it.
Pull it, little rachel, pull it.

Behind the Smile
You laugh, i put a smile in place
Suppress a frown that wants to break my face
I show you my pearly whites
You smile while inside my spirit fights
Like my masquarade in the farce of life's parade?
You happy now that I'm fine outside?
Ever thought of what's boiling inside?
You think everything's alright now
Just cause i smile and muck about.
But if you care to wait awhile:
You'll find a frown behind the smile.
Wait awhile, there might be something behind the smile....

When I Was Happy
When I was happy,
I was able to smile
I was able to show myself for who I really am
When I was happy
I was able to be myself
I never would have let myself fall in so many areas
Why is it that now I can’t?
Why can’t I shine the way I used to?
Why don’t I succeed anymore?
Why don’t I fly high anymore?
How was it that you were able to change me with something so simple as a smile?
When I was happy
Why didn’t I think what that smile meant?
Why didn’t I do what I had to when I had the chance?
When I was happy
Why didn’t I see the truth?
When I was happy
Were you happy?
When I was happy…
Was I truly happy?

Stolen Smile
Goodbye, Sweet smile
From a friendly face you emerge,
Destroyed by a frown so vile
And violently scourge
Goodbye, sweet smile
Welcome, idle eyes of mystery
Which drench a silent servile,
An aura of translucent misery
Goodbye, sweet smile
Goodbye, goodbye
From happy face you exile
Now fall into the shadow to die
In a cold morning’s guile
Distraught by a fixating need
To find a stolen smile
The very one I missed indeed
Fallen into the trident of Poseidon
Battled the hardship of the seven seas
Swam through the gorge of Caspian
Chilled by the wind avenging breeze
To eradicate my impassive stare
Caused by a stolen smile
The radiant glow that is too rare
A smile so worthwhile
Goodbye, sweet smile
Your years come to an end
Only the trail of your lifestyle
That frown has unexpectedly rend
Goodbye, goodbye my sweet smile
Welcome to an impassive stare
That has stolen my smile
That has stolen my irresistible glare

Smile … Dear Smile
Walk up to smile.
Fondle well to smile; Bring hearts from a mile.
Set heart to smile; Get muscle to smile.
Smile whispers one nest; A million senses to crest.
Smile to shine; bring out yawning spirits from whine.
Troubles' far gone with smile; Pains fade away with smile.
Give joy to heart with smile; Live for forever with smile.
Envy not to smile; Frown not to smile; for you have fond smile.
Win with smile; nothing lost to smile; Share contagious smile.
Winter, spring, summer or fall; be smile season to call.

I been up, I been down.
Take my word, my way around.
I ain't askin' for much.
I said, Lord, take me downtown,
I'm just lookin' for some tush.
I been bad, I been good,
Dallas, Texas, Hollywood.
I ain't askin' for much.
I said, Lord, take me downtown,
I'm just lookin' for some tush.

Take me back way back home,

If We Cant Have You
Hang a picture up on your wall
Tighten all the nails so it dont fall
In this picture, could have been a picture of my face
Something painful, went and took its place
If he cant have you, guess that no one else will
Watch him think a while, smoke a cigarette and smile as I frown
If he cant have you, guess that no one else will
Watch him think a while, smoke a cigarette and smile as I frown
Drink your coffee in the morning,
And at night, go and drink your beer
All along you dont feel so welcome here
And I walk by, and you steer clear
You always said, itd come passionate here
Dont like what you see, you dont like what you hear
If he cant have you, guess that no one else will
Watch him think a while, smoke a cigarette and smile as I frown
If he cant have you, guess that no one else will
Watch him think a while, smoke a cigarette and smile as I frown

A smile...
A smile has beauty, a smile has charm,
You can give it freely, it will do no harm.
A smile is a frown you turn upside down,
I makes the heart happy, it spreads love around.
A smile is warm and bright like radiant sun light,
Wear it all day long until you lay down at night.
A smile is your gift to others it cannot be sold,
It can bring untold pleasure in the heart to behold.
A smile is worth nothing until you've given it away,
When you receive it your own smile lights up the day.
A smile has value worth more than heaven above,
It can fill the heart with feelings of peace and of love.
A smile is for all of us, it's actions are always true,
It creates a happy feeling, for me and for you.
A smile is the gift we can give our fellow man,
Spread the peace and love, enhance the happy plan...
Spread the love... The peace will follow...
