Now is the time for modesty

Full speed ahead my child
God is right by your side
Full speed ahead my child
Hate will not come close to
Where love abides

Here she comes down the street and that look is in her eye
And the way she looks, if looks could kill they might
All the kids down in the street run away
When she goes by its the end of the day
So believe what they say, theres danger in the air
Look through a window and youll see her standing there
Shes the latest of the greatest with the wind blowin in her hair
The prima donna shes back in town
And you see her for miles around

Measure
are we measuring time
or is time measuring us?
how old is time? where is its
head and where's the tail?
its beginning if not the end?
does it go in a round or
in a straight path? does it
need space to realise
its own identity?
are we measuring time
or is time measuring us?
how old am i? where is the
head and tail of this state of
being, this consciousness?
is it longer than time? Is it as old
and large as the universe?
if everything becomes sterile
100 years on, earth will be
as quiet and red as mars
time as ever goes on, a
measure of the unviverse
will time be sleeping then
in the bossom of our consciousness?
or will we be sleeping in its bossom
instead, waiting to be resurrected,

Different Deaths
A different line was written on the sides of humanity,
Flaky flames rose to be cluttered smoke, proper particles.
I as a dead captain decomposed, and felt stiff opposition,
From the angelic companions always following me.
The deafening trumpet was blown through divine nostrils,
The chubby flesh of the dead overgrew with their agile motion.
Once resurrected you must be sweet and solemn,
For your resurrector forbade war and politics
On the last day, on which you pained your souls forever.
Electric currents, invoked by the highest forces,
Collected and drove anger at the hearts of men.
They were all to be resurrected eventually,
To be dead before that.

I could ease my day a little

Reflections Of Christmas Past
'I can hear sounds of bells, of that Christmas Day'
Another poet wrote, in their poetic way.
Of 'Peace on Earth, Good will to men.'
And still our earth seeks, that peace again!
Like Him, I bow in great despair
And pray that peace, be everywhere!
'Tho hate is strong, and mocks peace songs
Of Peace on earth, to those seem wrong.
But as the poet wrote, in time of yore
'Hate and greed shall be no more.
God is not dead, nor doth He sleep!
The wrong shall fail, the right prevail!
with, ' peace on earth Good will to men.'
When men put away all their hate and greed
And return to love and faith, for another's need!
