On Eagle Wings
Unbound Spirits soar on eagle wings
High above, the Earth far-far below
Free at last they are of worldly things
Up, up 'til reached the Moon in Virgo

Fly To The Moon
Fly to the moon
Well, you could do it if you wanted to
Try flying high
The only limit is the endless sky
So, go on and fly to the moon
Live in the sun
You know your living has just begun
So much ahead
Don't let the night leave you for dead
So, come on, live in the sun
Fly to the moon
And when you find your wings I will celebrate with you
Watch you as you soar
Take the wishes that are yours
And let them fly you to the moon
Dream on a star
You can let it take you near or far
Feet on the ground
Don't let anybody hold you down
So, go on and dream on a star
Fly to the moon
And when you find your wings
I will celebrate with you
Watch you as you soar
Take the wishes that are yours
I know you can fly to the moon
You can do all things
I will celebrate with you
It's hard to let you go
Still, you have to go,
I know
So go on, fly to the moon
And as you spread your wings
I will celebrate with you
Hope we taught you good
Hope you know that if I could
I would fly away with you
Gotaa take it all the way
When you follow dreams
Follow far
Flying high and away
You're flying all the way
To the moon

My Queen Of The Desert
Sun doth rise and crowns your head
With a brilliant diadem of golden light
The orb sets at your feet, aglow in red
The rising moon greets you come night
Arianna! 'My queen of the desert'
From a land far away, somewhere South
Altho' thoughts of you bring comfort
I long to kiss your crimson mouth
When all our worldly toil be done
Divided souls shall once again unite
When God-Spark within sees activation
Spirits' set free shall then take flight
Rejoice beloved! The day draws near
Nothing need be done save persevere

Thanks for giving me my moon....
I am free
from all the things I have done to me
I am free to fly
to spread my wings and soar the skies
I feel my heart has come to life
I feel as if I must be high
for I have never felt this way
what is this thing that liberates?
Success......
is the answer.
I thanks Allah for all he has done to me,
thanks for giving me my moon....

Free
Fly like a bird for you are free.
Soar high because that is where you will be going.
For although you are still at the ground your wings will get you higher.
So don't be afraid to take your very first steps and fly out and experience a new world.
You will face obstacles but that is how life works but just keep flapping your wings until you are high.
High above the clouds where the amazing things are.

Fledgling Love
Our hearts knew the truth
When years ago they fused
Say not “It was our youth”
‘Lest we become confused
Time has come, I do insist
You open wide your arms
Know it’s pointless to resist
Sharing your ample charms
On eagle wings we’ll soar
The blue skies high above
Exotic lands we’ll explore
Held aloft by joy and love
God Himself shall not deny
Fledgling love a chance to fly

I Won't Fly
I'm just a little bird
but I've got wings
like the wings
of an eagle.
I can fly high
higher than the clouds
but I won't fly
because I want to walk with you
under the sun
or even under the rain.
I'm just a little bird
but I've got wings
like the wings
of an eagle.
I can fly high
but, I won't fly
and will never spread my wings
as long as I have
...your love.

Part Of The Machine
Everybodys jumping on the circus train.
Some jump high, some jump off again.
And the razzmatazz is rolling, women folk unveiled.
All truths to light, all crosses nailed.
Aiming high where the eagle circles ---
Where he keeps his tail feathers clean.
And wonders ''am I still a free bird?
Or just a part of the machine.
They hitch their coverd wagons and they roll out west.
Politics in the pockets of their sunday best.
Shaking hands, kissing babies, for all that theyre worth.
Oh, they promise you gold, promise heaven on earth.
Still, that old bald eagle circles ---
Its not the first time that hes seen
His reflection in the eyes of innocence.
Hes become just another
Part of the machine.
I wish I had an eagle like you ---
To look up to.
He could be my wings to fly in a big bird sky
Up above the whole machine.
Smart guys arent running --- theyre home and dry.
Up in the mountains where the eagle flies.
They wouldnt take that job
Offered on a plate.
They got to fly with the eagle, and he wont wait.
Looking down on the smoke and the factories
Till the truth creeps up unseen.
They see themselves in the faces of their children
And realize they too are
Part of the machine.
I wish I had an eagle like you ---
To wake up to.
He could be my wings to fly
In a big bird sky, hey ---
Lets be part of the machine.
Part of the machine.

Wings Of My Love
When this old world gets you down
When your spirits on the ground
Just remember I will always be around
Just climb on the wings of my love
Ill take you high on the wings of my love
When youre feeling all alone
Like a child whos got no home
You know youve always got a place where you can go
Just climb on the wings of my love
Like a beach that knows no boundaries with all the trees
As it rushes to the seas darling well be just as free
Ill lift your spirits high our love will fly
Well have heaven blue skies and forever sunshine
til you break those ties that bind
til that day youre really mine
Anytime you want to leave your world behind
Just climb on the wings of my love
Ill lift your spirits high our love will fly
Well have heaven blue skies and forever sunshine
Weve got rainbows yet to find
And well find them all in time
Girl you know someday well even touch the sky
Just climb on the wings of my love
Anytime you want to leave your world behind
Ill take you high on the wings of my love
Just take my hand and together well touch the sky
Just climb on the wings of my love
Yes remember I will always be around
Ill take you high on the wings of my love

Bird's Wish
The bird asks me
What I’d do
If I am a bird.
I tell him
High and high I’d soar
So high that I’d see the earth no more
I’d be a bird on the tree
I’d be a bird that’s free!
What you’d do bird
If you’re a man?
To be fair
It’d be my only prayer to God
Don’t be so hard
Make me once again a bird!
Saying this the bird sings
And spreads its wings to a sky
I can never fly!

Eagle Spirit
eagles soar
on high thermals
fly through
such wonderous
freeborn skies
a multiversality
kaleidoscopic
sensual
spiritual
ever changing
seasons
nest on highest
most noble
sun eclipsed
inaccessible crags
or vibrant
living temples
trees raising
towards heaven
growing upwards
into host life
giving light
range soar
across desolate
canyons
holy places
where Native
Americans
built pueblo
adobe houses
care houses
upon spiritual
sun paths...
piercingly
beautiful
sky images
celebrating
auras
earth heat
thermal
energy fields
keen eyes
pierce heat
waves

Eagle Watch
The morning came, the eagle stirred, one leap to fly again.
The tourists smiled to watch this bird, the envy of all men.
For who has not at one time slept and sometime in the night,
Believed that if they also leapt, they, too, could rise in flight?
Within one dream, atop a hill, I ran and ran and ran...
And all at once I felt the thrill when my first flight began!
I left the hill, I left the Earth, to glide upon the sky...
It was as if my soul gave birth to something that could fly!
No holding back, I had to hurl myself upon the wave!
Like Superman and Supergirl, I flew as if by faith!
I knew just how the eagle felt, designed for higher things...
A better hand I had been dealt, transforming hands to wings!
Each time I see an eagle soar to heights beyond my eyes,
I realise what dreams are for, to simply mesmerise.
Today, each pilot flies above, content to do his best...
Just like the eagle that I love... God help them to be blessed...
The poem is based on the magnificent painting
by Stephen Gayford called 'Eagle Watch'.

When My Love
When the sun is a burnt out star,
when the moon is no longer the moon,
when near is as near as afar
when snow flakes fail to flake
when rain no longer rains,
when bee’s no longer have wings,
when the Robin never sings,
when diamonds shatter like glass,
when fields have no green grass,
when Chopin’s etudes no longer sooth senses,
when all races live as one with no fences
when the eagle fails to soar high in the sky.
when a baby can no longer cry,
when a mother can turn a blind eye,
when magic turns black days to blue,
Then, and only then
will i stop loving you,
if i can.

Thinking Of You
Have you ever stood outside a picket fence
You could see through but you can't get to the inside
You sit there and wait
I look at you and anticipate
What we could be and what we could do
Fly the wings of an eagle
Glide along with the wind
No matter how high
I'll be thinking of you the whole time
Fly with wings of an eagle
Glide along with the wind
No matter how high
I'll be thinking of you the whole time
I'm carrying this heavy load
I don't know what to do
The only thing I know is that
I'm in love with you Oh
Fly the wings of an eagle
No matter how high
I'll be thinkin' of you
(Repeat Chorus)
No matter how high
No matter how low
I'll be thinking of you
No matter what I do
No matter where I go
I'll be thinking of you
(Repeat)

Dreams
I so look forward to my comfy bed at night
Nesting in quilts 'n pillows of soft down
As aimless as when a leaf takes flight
In dreams who shall I be tonight?
A prince, a knight a clown?
Perhaps a snake, a bird or wild beast
To fly or run with free unbridled will
Be the greatest of all creatures or the least
From sweet wines of sleep I’ll drink my fill
This eve my spirit sheds this earthly form
To soar above the earth so high above
Such daring feats of aerobatics I'll perform
With joy 'n feelings of great love
Today all things to do must all get done
Tonight...it may be a journey to the sun!

Eagles Know The Way…
People want thee to be happy
Quit serving them thy pain
Declare mastery over misery
Transmute darkness into light
Today;
Untie thy wings
Free thy soul
Look skyward
Take flight
Soar!
Join them
Eagles know the way…

As It Is
If you and I
Had wings to fly -
Great wings like seagulls' wings -
How would we soar
Above the roar
Of loud unneeded things!
We two would rise
Through changing skies
To blue unclouded space,
And undismayed
And unafraid
Meet the sun face to face.
But wings we know not;
The feathers grow not
To carry us so high;
And low in the gloom
Of a little room
We weep and say good-bye.

Angels and Birds
Angels and birds fly
altitude I guess
provides perspective
from height where
we see
the Earth is just a blue ball
rotating in space,
with millions below
unaware of the
Dark Surround;
of Moons and Galaxies.
.
If we listen
we hear
happiness,
anger,
and bliss
all in the cacophonous mix,
and it then seems
that Angel eyes and ears
see true perspective;
birds then
must be
our earthly angels on the wing.
They go south
and come North
too
having seen
much along the way;
they, too,
are lofted
by wings
and they are the closest
I guess
I will get
to heavenly things.
Here's to the Eagle
and the Sparrow
the Chickadee
the Cardinal
and the Crow
for they all soar
high
close to the Angels
and closer than we
to Heaven.

Moon!
I only fly to carve a scar,
to mark your name on moon's surface,
this pain herein my heart so marred,
comes from a love I can't retrace
oh fleeting thought, your face within,
casts me in awe of foul dismay,
a lost puzzle in burgundy,
false reality in portray
the distant moon which seems to cry
in our precious 'valse de la lune',
when only for you so stain I,
the tender countenance of the moon
as these heavy wings soar sn high,
shape the moon face into yours
as sharp as blades that these wings are,
tainting the sky with my remorse
your only face I save in mind,
yet hold me in cold and decay,
you leave your trace along with stars,
behind the eclipstical play
from then on I begin to hate,
the way the moon shines more than you,
from then on I dream to impale,
the light the moon cast upon you

mine heart aspires
to soar like an eagle
but it is hard to soar

join birds of heaven
climb stairway to heaven

West Of The Moon
Words and music by bob seger
Out on those trails
Out neath that sky
Rivers of old
Still rushing by
Eagles still soar
White mountains loom
Down in those valleys
West of the moon
West of the stars
Far from the chase
Far from the crowds
Far from the pace
Horses run free
Winter comes soon
Out by those mountains
West of the moon
And everywhere
Everywhere
Wild things are free
Free in the wind and the sun
Everywhere
Everywhere
As it should be
Left on their own while they run
Out by those mountains
West of the moon
