O.b.e.
Anomaly known as “Out of body experience”
Occurs more frequently than humans know
Sleep or awake, especially during adolescence
Soul freed to explore esoteric realms incognito

A face you cant conceal?

Standing in the dark

Eyes Wide Shut
There are those with open eyes
Whose hearts are closed
What do they see?
A Material world
But someone whose love is aware
Even with eyes that sleep
He or she shall wake up thousands of others
If you are not one of those light-filled lovers
Restrain your body’s intense desires
Limit how much you eat
Sleep not from laziness
If awake in your casket
Sleep long and soundly
Your spirit is out roaming and working
To the highest levels
Your eyes may rest but love needs no rest
You have a Higher Self inside
That listens for what delights the Soul

My Soul
My soul is not the coward
that my body seems to be.
For my soul does remember
that my body will be free,
free of all its fears and fright
while passing through this earth,
free to experience once again
a brand new type of birth.
My soul is always patient.
Sometimes my body's not.
For my soul exists forever
while my body's just a dot
in the vastness of experience
that's come and gone for me.
And so patiently I'm learning
to acquire tranquility.
My soul will never leave me
as seasons come and go.
But my body will finally say adieu
to happiness and woe.

Moon Mythology
Some say “The moon is made of green cheese”
Others argue “It’s just a hollow orb
Placed there by a race from Sirius B”
I say “Pass the crackers please”
“Let’s eat this strange anomaly”
Indeed...
The Universe is full of wondrous things
Planets, asteroids, suns, even black holes
Along with countless, divers beings
Who may look different, yet be kindred souls
Rejoice…
God in all His Wisdom could not afford
To allow creatures such as us be bored

Let The Night Sleep
Let the night sleep
Sleep for ever deep
With the night I sleep
Beyond the world to peep
Universe will sleep
Plants and trees
Birds and bees
Stars and moon
To sleep very soon!
Fruits and flowers
Joy with showers
Will sleep with me and the night
Not to keep the life very tight!
No dawn of the day
Right upto the dooms day!
Sleep permanent
In the world impermanent
I'll sleep without light
My agonies will sleep
My worries will sleep
My pains will sleep
My sins will sleep!
While in sleep
I am pure
I am peace
I am noble!
While my body is asleep
Awake my soul I keep
Sleep akin to death
Death akin to sleep in mirth?
Let the night sleep
Sleep for ever deep
With night I sleep
Sleep to eternity
Soul to merge in Divinity!

The Supreme Soul
In awakeness,
I was there,
My mind was there,
My body was there,
In my dreams,
I was there,
My mind was there,
But my body was lost.
In my deep sleep,
I was there,
But I lost the mind,
So do I lost my body.
In my state beyond,
In the depth of my sleep,
I never sleep,
Nor did I awake,
It was a state,
Of no movement,
No dreams,
And no thinking!
I was without knowledge,
But I was the knowledge,
I was the illumination,
Of the supreme soul,
With whom I parted
On my birth.
I lost my memory,
Of my parent soul
But for the active
Five senses
Of my body,
The gift of the supreme soul!
I attained him,
When I lost the senses,
When I lost the earthly bond
When I lost the turbulations,
Of the earthly passions!
In union with him
The supreme soul
I lost my self,
And my soul,
Melted and immersed
With the supreme soul!

The Gift Of Restorative Rest
When is predetermined time reached to rest?
Does mind or body know clockwork answer best?
Is a set bedtime always the best way to rest?
A lack of rest plays havoc on both mind and body.
Yet need requires extra night hours worked in emergency.
An art of make up sleep becomes a sweat necessity.
Sleep a strange bed fellow; we all must dues court.
To stay awake for extended periods; is scale battle fought.
To burn candle at both ends frequently; is not wisdom sought.

To Poets…
Write about what you hear n’ see
Without malice or prevarication
Altho acts may deem you anomaly
Perhaps a target for brutalization
Persevere!
Strive only for the naked facts
As, truth shall justify your soul
Matters not how subjects react
Veracity shall make you whole

Great learning!
my life and death of others taught me to
think beyond both,
living when awake and dead in sleep,
Death is that deep sleep,
no one can disturb.
life is too a sleep
frequently disturbed!

Incognito
Like a shadow on the wall
If you come or if you go
Who you are, nobody knows
Can't get behindincognito
You are capturing my soul
If I want, or if I don't
Not protected by the law
But still incognito
Like a shadow on the wall
Free access around the world
Who you are, nobody knows
Eyes without face. incognito.

I Dreamt Of You Last Night
Beloved! I dreamt of you last night,
Where I saw you frolic in a grassy glen
Alas, all too soon my soul took flight
Now awakened I write with cyber-pen
Are dreams as real as they seem?
Are we but bodiless spirits freed?
Where events can be subtle or extreme?
Questions begging answers I concede!
Today let us make a solemn pact
To meet in dreamland come night
Where reality plays with the abstract
Where Infinity magnifies the finite
Soaring high the Face of God we'll see;
His Hand will surely touch us…Lovingly

A Life of Mystery!
Human life is a great mystery yet to be unravelled!
As long as soul is there in the body man survives;
How the soul has come and where the soul goes
Nobody knows yet making it difficult to believe it!
Independent survival depends on the work one does;
Work makes one survive standing on one’s own legs.
Many rely on money but work only provides money;
The good work one does brings support from all ever.
As long as body is healthy and strong soul remains
Recharged by energy from food and good rest ever.
Stabilising body health and knowing the truth of all
Exploration of spirit in all beings of Nature clears doubts.
Spiritual exploration is a mystical experience of mind
That only brings peace, joy, love and glow to humans!

Important Teachers Come And Go
Years ago I met and experienced a workshop with a very gifted man named 'Drunvalo'. A man possessed of a gentle soul of mild demeanor, but at the same time in tune in with what is going on in the world around us, and where we might be going.
He once said;
'Imagine as a new born baby looking up at parents that are so very different and surroundings with colors and shapes you could not begin to imagine on Earth. Indeed a whole new world to experience...just think about how exciting that would be.' Drunvalo was describing what it might be like to be born on an entirely different planet in a brand new galaxy. This speaks to the limitless potential of the human soul and its endless possibilities.
'Intuition and inspiration is the true essence of an awakened being'

Sleeper
Sleep that half dead,
sleep the body not the head.
Sleep that bad said,
Poor owns that bed,
Dreams are found on that herd.
Sleep while awake,
Sleep that dead not closed eye fake.
Sleep that weak,
Tommorow u gona take.
Eat that sleep and enjoy its steak.
Sleep still stands,
None to overtake.
Sleep that height dare for cake.
Sleep that stress and have the bless,
Sleep to confess as she do to embrance,
Sleep for paid cash as he do to love false.
Sleep that sleep as no one sleep ever deep.
Sleep that better as no other sleeper.
Wear that sweater as did Brother Peter,
Sleep that firm to dream that greater,
Sleep not slopy arrise all the weaker.

Life
Life, betwixt birth ‘n death
Choices determine fate
From first to dying breath
Finish Earth, we graduate
“Behold I Make All Things New”
New realms to explore;
New colors, shapes, sizes
New paradigm, metaphor
New, yet unclaimed prizes
Infinite God, Infinite Wisdom
Teach us love, light, altruism

I can’t sleep!
My body’s tired, my minds’ racing
My eyes hurt, my hearts’ pacing
I can’t sleep
When I close my eyes, I see us talking
And reach out, to feel … the tangible warmth
Of an embrace, and grasp blindly, cold air
I can’t sleep
Wandering around in a wakeful slumber
Unfamiliar milestones, wordless conversations
In a language I don’t know, but seem to understand
I can’t sleep
Entered a new forest that I didn’t know existed
Perched atop a mountain
It’s a steep climb, but a joyful ascent
I can’t sleep
I cry no more, my soul weeps
I laugh aloud at my agony
The irony doesn’t escape me
My soul’s awake, and I can’t sleep!

Mechanical Man
I do everything he never would
Im mechanical man
When I say I understood,
I only knew where to stand
But Ill be there for you
When your worlds on a wire
My mechanical moves
Fit the mood you desire
Hope I will recreate the thrill
Take your body by the hand
Shake your soul awake
Dropping science at your feet
I whisper low and sweet
If you wanna see me angry I can be
Lose a number miss a key and I will be
I can read your mind
But still believe your lies
I can dance but Ill never understand
Mechanical man
Hope I will recreate the thrill
Take your body by the hand
Shake your soul awake
Shake your soul awake
But Im not perfect after all
I still get jealous when he calls
Somethings wrong, pride was never in the plan
Turn me in for a brand new mechanical man
Hope he will recreate the thrill
Shake your soul awake
Shake your soul awake
You can get me wet
Scream when youre upset
Ill never understand you
Im programmed to forget
You can get me wet
Scream when youre upset
Ill never understand you
Im programmed to forget
Shake your soul awake
