His Darkest Hour
he guarded the night once
the Darkest Knight some called him
fighting crime, protecting the innocent
it’s what he did best
no moments were spared
for he was what the city needed

First Encounter - Brandon Lee
actor's autograph
Brandon Lee scrawls a tale of death
the crow
Brandon Lee, son of kungfu legend, Bruce Lee, was in Kuala Lumpur in the 80s to promote one of his Hong Kong movies. The actor expressed displeasure about the film in shopping complexes. I did not miss the opportunity to get his autograph in which he also wrote a message. It never came across as a prediction of his own death. It was about a man jumping and a death. His handwritings was a scrawl, almost like the scratchings of a bird. Brandon was killed in a shooting scene when filming The Crow. The pistol used was loaded - with a real bullet.

I believe that whoever tries to think things through honestly will soon recognize how unworthy and even fatal is the traditional bias against Negroes. What can the man of good will do to combat this deeply rooted prejudice? I never knew what smog was 'til I moved to LA
They say it's the City of Angels, but there ain't no Saints
If I spend one more day on this freeway I might snap
'Cause I can't take a breath and I can't see the crest of those mountains
That lie in my path

Angels Cry, Humans Weep
The angels cry with peace, peacefully and directly,
So God who created them and their wings also cried.
God’s unique work implied clever secrets to uplift his appearance,
God spoke so forgivingly over us, He spoke to the whole city.
The city that angels drive are working too fast,
Their employer is God, who loved the way they are fast.
