I could come up from the ocean bottom
Climb down from mountainous height
Though I delved yet could never fathom
Your heart's depth I never got it right.
I could come out of the darkest alley
Win the night to reach sunshine
Though I tried yet could never really
Understand your heart's design.

I seek to find though can't unravel

Come With Me

Come with me and take my hand.
Let us travel the highway of love.
Let's walk through the paths and fields we see
with the sunshine up above
and revel in each other.

Give into your feelings as I have done
and meet me in the morn.
We shall give in to mysteries
of all that has been born
on earth, that is our mother.

Take joy and feel it in your heart
and open up to life.
I shall give you sweet affection
and you shall be my wife
and I shall be your lover.

We will skip the light fantastic
and take pleasure on our way.
And when our time has passed us by
the road of love will play
and never will it smother

all the things we ever were
and where we chose to travel.
We'll take with us our memories
that never will unravel

Living In The Desert Of My Dreams

Standing here on the shore of life
A coastline battered by violence and strife
Behind me churns an angry sea
Ahead lies a road unknown, as yet, by me.

And so down this road I shall travel
Its mysteries only time can unravel
But this road has no lights to guide
And I travel with no one by my side.

I have with me no burden of fears
No sadness to grip my heart with tears
No bitterness to blind my eyes
No cynicism to lead me astray with its lies.

The storm that was, has born me new
My soul washed clean, now bold and true
I forge ahead toward challenges untried
All cares and worries cast aside.

Now, amid the arid sweep of endless dunes
Beneath a midnight sky lit by twin moons
Caressed by a breeze as it renews and cleans
I'm living in the desert of my dreams.

Guiding Light

the road is long, and the road is tough
but we have not traveled it enough.
we do not know what lurks in the dark corners
or behind every shadow.

but our faith and love is our guiding light.
and will always shine bright.

this light will be like a lighthouse beacon
leading you home, and knowing
you'll never be alone.

this guiding light not only shines in our hearts and minds
but will last for all of time.
this is the light of the LORD above,
who always gives his guiding love.

if you guide your heart in the right direction
it will always seek perfection.
look around and you will see
that all nations are longing to be free.

just like a ship stranded at sea
this light is there for you and me.
the mysteries to life we must unravel
for it's a long hard road that we must travel.

Sleep and death

The wall between my mind and soul
takes away my might as a whole.
I lay here
lifeless, motionless and still,
resembling death.
Yet, I breathe deep inside
sunk in the ocean of sleep.
Losing in the depth of dreams,
me immersed in me.
Fathoms of darkness and light I travel...
I travel to reach there,
to unravel the mystery
of the simple distance between sleep and death
which is getting lesser slowly.

Roads We Travel

There are many roads we travel
And probably most we leave behind
We continue to walk ahead of us
New fresh roads we want to find

And sometimes we wonder
If we took the best road we could
If we could erase them and start over
We often think perhaps we would

Some roads we travel often though
Off and on throughout the years
They get worn and sad and weary
And we shed so many tears

But we try to put them behind us
And trudge bravely on ahead
Trying very heard to not look back
But find great new roads instead

So no matter where we’ve been
As our lives we continue to unravel
We all just try to do our best

I will climb this mountain
cross islands of despair,
crawl over barren deserts
until I reach your heart my dear.

Oh, how I want to draw
you to me and tell you
the way I feel. So many
troubles we have had.

No ocean is big enough to
keep me from you my dear,
or star so far away
for me to reach you.

Heaven only knows how much
love have I buried in my heart

Happier Times

My heart is in search for happier times -
Longer roads; higher mountains must I climb.

Atop the highest mountain, a vision do I see;
The distance I need to travel is inside of me.

To find the length of your road or the height of your climb,
Look inside; unleash freedom hidden in your mind.

Happier times await those not afraid to look....
Inside yourself.....reveals your heart (to God) as an open book.

This book is written as you travel the road of life,
Search your heart, pen your papers as with a surgens knife.

Deepest Love The World Has Known

i've searched the fields the world over
searching for that four leaf clover.
thinking that this could fill my life
of the voids within my heart.
but the biggest void was from you
from the start.

a four leaf clover could never replace
when i fell from your grace.
i have learned from my sins.
and i'm hoping that i could get back in.

back into that beautiful heart
where i could make a brand new start
in your love i was like a fish in the sea
because your beauty 'totally surrounded me'.

in every direction that i swam.
i could always see, that your deep love
became a part of me.
my love has reached the bottom of the ocean floor
rose up and touched every shore.

i have swam the world over, and
never looking over my shoulder.
for my love is deeper and wider than the ocean itself.

it will reach heaven and it will touch hell
and if you were to see it, you could surely tell.

the deepest love the world has known
is the love, that i have shown.
not the height of the universe
or the depth of the ocean
could compare to my infinite love and devotion.

Mountain's Lonely Echo

His lonely howl echos through the mountains high,
crying out to his lover, desperate is his cry.
Their lands seperate them from the start,
but no mountain so high, can seperate their heart.

His heart beats slowly as his cries ring out in the night,
traveling through his domain, never losing his sight.
To reach his mate, his life he will give,
to have that moment in time, his reason to live.

Cold bearing down on him as his feet grow tired,
but on he must go, to reach his desire.
Never looking back at the foot prints he leaves behind,
knowing ahead the mountain he must climb.

Heart full of hope that his mate will be there waiting,
to fulfill his every need, his heart anticipating.
One dream under the night to come true,
one journey he must pull through.

Life to begin, to quiet his lonely howl,
no more traveling, no more on the prowl.
Life complete for him and his mate,
his lonely howl echoing through the mountain,
as his lady does wait.

Stand Up

There is a heart alive somewhere there is a heart in the heart of a city
there is a beat a beating heart come with me now I want to find it
money, pressure, desperation monkey on the back beaten to submission
anxiety attack working for survival with one eye on the clock the faces
on the underground are in a state of at the bottom of a shaft at the
bottom of a mine shaft there is a sole survivor at the bottom of a shaft
at the bottom of a mine shaft a long distance driver there is a beat
that is still alive but it's HARD to find in the heart of the city we
move around in the underground in our endless grey we can ignore each
other all day!

Since you left

My Life this winter
has been more still then the lake
that teases me with its ability
to grant other forms of life with sanity
but no, none for me

no gentle touch
or ocean spray
that I miss so much
since you've gone your way
this winter cold nips at my extremities
and caused the ocean surface to freeze

my solitary heart is unable to
sustain the love we built
the life we made
the love we slaved
couldn't prevent the roof from the cave

Jack Frost has trapped Father Time
granted my heart eternal winter
forcing upon me a life not my own
a home thats not our home

The snow blankets my sight
steals from me the mysteries of star light
friends telling me its alright
still I drowned in an ocean of my own tears
night after night

Life is just not worth living
when winter is all you know
and all you know, is that I need you to show
me a glimmer of what life was
before you let go

this block of ice that I call my heart is all I have

Little roadside restaurant we artfully complain
Groovy tells the waitress that his chicken died in vain
Most every day goes by according to design
I live this dream and still it seems I have you on my mind
From the bottom of my heart
Off the coast of Carolina
After one or two false starts
I believe we've found our stride

When all that's left is the earth and sea
what then will become of me?
Will I travel beyond in a deep dark sleep
or sink to the very bottom of the deep?
Will my soul take form in another place

I cannot fathom the answer I seek.
But these are inherit- ants of the meek.

So what is life? What can it be?

The top of the hill and the bottom of the ocean

The top of the hill in our heart
The bottom of the ocean in our mind
Refuses to give in to the acceptance of
Self immolation and give up emulation.
It is for this we get the responsibility
To spread the books of morality of the supreme
Through out the world among the whole communities
While others expressed their handicapped inability
Including the sun, the moon and the expanding stars
It is the top of the hill and the bottom of the ocean
Makes and creates chasm which is one another's problem
Some times even creates a block to accept the supreme
It is the round off the things, the top negates the hill
And the bottom refuges to carry the ocean.
