Do you wander the dark path, my brother?
Do you hide your fear and sorrow,
and joy and love,
behind the fragile facade of pride?
Do you lie to yourself and deny this?
How simple the fool.
Will you not break at this irresistable force?
Will you not show the pain to any?
Will you hide yourself forever behind the lie?
How complex is the truth, then?
Can you deny forever the hidden reality in which you exist?
Can you see through the impenetrable darkness

Father's Denial
If you have a child that you conceived
Do not hide it from your family.
It may come back to you in your later years
And the truth you will have to share.
At the time “ we deny it”
And we try to hide it
For whatever reason that it’s done
It will hurt everyone.
The child like us, go through
The aches and pains
And we hide our heads in shame.
At some time in our life
We go into denial
And it will last for quite a while.
We may deny that we are “ addicts”
Just to avoid the family static.
But when we deny a child
That GOD has given
Then life does not become worth living.
If you look into your child’s eyes
You will know
that you can’t deny
That this child is part of you
And it’s mother knows it too.

Long Stopped Popping Eyes
Where are those 'things'
You retrieved to show others,

Inflated to flaunt my deficiencies.
I have been forced to be 'me' myself.
Relying on nothing and no one else.
But there is a comfort from you missing.
An emptiness witnessed!
And apparently has left you wishing.
Where is that pride and self confidence you wore?
Where is that pulchritude with attitude,
You boasted proudly about...
And no one dared ignore.
Where do you disappear to let your tears flow?

What Drives You To The End
tears of pain and sorrow continue to fall for what seems forever
no hope of light or happiness can be seen in the distance
only the endless cutting into the heart till it is split open
little possibility of removing the cold sharp knife that cuts on
then light starts forming cracks in the endless tunnel walls
only enough light to leak hope into the dark soul but
not enough to light the tunnel so that it's possible for sight
more and more light leaks into the soal and the pain disapates
warmth and happines fills the body and soal till nothing else matters
then the shadows sneak up while there is nothing blocking it anymore
evil and darkness surrounds the light and blocks it from the sole
the light withdraws back into the cracks and leaves only darkness
darkness that fills the soal and rips up all that is good and continues
the endless dripping pain the pain that reveals that the dark tunnel will
continue on forever a choice is made and the knife is thrust deeper till
all is still and the bleeding stops all together all of it stops forever

The spirits of nature are as real as the emotions we feel.
Tell me, does the notion of truth seem surreal to a wandering
