By Act of Legislation
Once upon a time
In a faraway country
The people of the Province of Falsity
Spoke only truth
Whereas those who lived
In the Province of Truth
Spoke only falsity.
In both provinces
The people sang
Their national anthem in chorus:
If we are lying
We are telling the truth
But if we are telling the truth
We are lying.
Little wonder
People got confused there
And they remained confused
For a long time
Until one day the Prince
Decided to interfere.
So he ordered the Parliament
To legislate a new law
A new law that solved the problem
And simply abolished the difference
Between truth and falsity.

(V - 2009) The Truth of the Truth
The Sages and Seers
That be and have been
Cannot have seen
The truth of the Truth!
What they see as Truth
Is Truth merely
It’s not really
The truth of the Truth!
The Ultimate Truth
Cannot be known
We aren’t that grown –
The truth of the Truth!
We’re part of the Truth
We’re trying to see
We’re yet so tiny –
The truth of the Truth!
Though hard and great
The pains we give
We cannot outlive
The truth of the Truth!
What’s Truth to you once
Remains not the same
So changing the game –
The truth of the Truth!
What’s Truth to a man
Is not Truth to all
That’s what we call
The truth of the Truth!
These thoughts as I pen
It’s Truth to me
It’s to me only
The truth of the Truth!
The Truth About Lying
A lie and the truth are one in the same, both are necessary allow me to explain.
Some say the truth will set you free, but that “some” is no part of me.
My truth in your eyes is blasphemy, the truth being that I even lie to me.
Mistakes are errors left uncorrected, also known as opportunities neglected.
The truth is always the first expected. A lie is born from the truth rejected.
Truth is a word so infected by the mouths of those who so diligently protect it.
The very people who refuse to accept it.
My truth is mine and it changes all of the time, thus I protect it by lying.
Not to myself but to everyone else and never with any bad intentions
Never out of disparity for attention, only to avoid a preconceived misconception

The Truth: : Humour, Inspiration
Tell the truth, are you crazy, the truth is for fools
In my clever world it’s lying which rules
Why opt for something as silly as sincerity
When you can easily choose dishonesty
Then you can tell lies upon lies upon lies
So many out there for you to devise
And believe them yourself, very nearly, why not
You weaved such an interesting, exciting plot
The truth, big deal, the truth is nothing but lies
My truth’s so much better, at least in my eyes
My lies versus the truth, so easy to win
Because I can keep lying ad nauseum
I’ll just spout out a lie, how easy was that
Don’t look for the truth in my kind of chat
You think I’ll be discovered, I’m way too smart
I’ll never say what’s there in my heart
My heart was stunted a long time ago
All this lying stopped any chance it could grow
When you don’t speak from your heart, it’s hard to see
The difference between truth and dishonesty

For Truth
The world is truth just like the truth is,
The life is truth and obedient to true life,
Suddenly the fire of truth purifies the world.
Falsity grabbed the earth,
In spite of that it has been driven.
How obedient the truth is!
This true life hid behind the mirage of falsehood.

Sad But The Truth Is On
There are too many bold,
Sad but the truth is on.
And too may all-knowing for their teachers.
Sad but the truth is on.
And they say their teachers can't teach,
Or read, or write to them...
On their lowered levels.
Sad but the truth is on.
Sad but the truth is on.
Many never knew about a hug to touch.
Sad but the truth is on.
There's just too many needing loving.
Sad but the truth is on.
And they don't believe a lesson taught to them,
Reveals and begins to grow to show.
Sad but the truth is on.
It's so sad but the truth is on.
It's so sad about the truth!
The truth for so many has gone.
It's so sad to see it...
Nonexisting.
Sad but the truth is on.
It's so sad but the truth is on.
It's sad about the truth,
Today!
For so many that truth is gone.
It's so sad today...
That,
People sit back to watch it too!
Sad but the truth is on.
It's so sad but the truth is on.
Everybody's talking about a fairness.
But nothing there is fair.
Sad but the truth is on.
Sad but the truth is on.
And,
Everything once fair there is gone.
'Cause nothing in the air is fair there!
Everybody's talking about a fairness.
But nothing there is fair.
And,
Everything once fair there is gone.
Because nothing in the air is fair,
There!
Sad but the truth is on.
Sad but the truth is on.
Everything once fair there is gone.
Because nothing in the air is fair,
There!
Sad but the truth is on.
Sad but the truth is on.
It's a long and lonely,
Sentimental journey.
Sad but the truth is on.
Sad but the truth is on.
Sad but the truth is on.
Sad but the truth is on.
It's a long and lonely,
Sentimental journey.
Sad but the truth is on.

Ever-present Am I
Ever-present am I, the person whose hand
You were meant to hold, yet, you seem not to understand
That I am not the monster you would need me to be,
In oder that your cause of righteousness be anything but falsity!
Ne'er may you explicate proper, nor answer;
The more you deceive, the more it worsens, as a cancer!
From the moment of the choice you made,
Your standing, as a purveyor of truth, did fade!
Held cry, did you, under guise of maternal protection,
Though still not were you immune from truth's detection!
Falsity is easy to detect, especially when absurd-
No explication could justify this, nary a word!
Love defeats deception, as understanding does hate-
I unequivocally am trusting in the power of fate!

Those Who Find No Problem Telling It
People are not accustomed,
To hearing the truth.
Only varying versions of it told.
And when someone is bold enough,
To tell it like it is...
People become offensive.
It is a moment that comes,
That strips bare with no regard.
Truth stuns those who shun it!
And those who find it hard,
To accept truth for what it is...
Find those who have no problem telling it,
As negative!

Coming To The Truth
Instead of going to the moon
these people can come to the truth soon.
Instead of going to the moon-
and spending a fortune-
to tap the helinium abundant from the moon-
these people can come to the truth soon.
Instead of going to the moon-
and waiting for fifty long years-
to reap this benefit from the moon-
these people can come to the truth soon.
Instead of going to the moon-
these people can come to the truth soon
to tap the abundant wealth very soon.
What i s this 'truth'?
in a nation where mahatma lived-
in a nation where truth was personified by mahatma-
truth needs no definition.

Truth
The truth about a truth is that
The truth can’t be concealed for long;
And when revealed, the truth appears
A bigger truth than what it was.
Truth is beautiful; splendid;
Truth is eternal; everlasting;
Truth is endearing to righteous hearts;
Truth is consoling, comforting;
Truth is perennial; evergreen;
Truth is God.
Truth is a virtue all yearn for;
Truth is global, heavenly;
Truth is uncompromising;
Truth is always encouraging;
Truth is desirable; exhilarating.
Truth is mankind’s ultimate search;
Truth is a great topic of research;
Truth is delighting; enchanting;
Truth is trust-worthy from
Beginning to the end.
No lies can hide a truth for long;
No lies can make a lie, a truth;
All lies will vanish leaving truth exposed,
As bright as ever any time.

The Honest Truth
the truth is i love you
the truth is i always dream of you at night
the truth is i do my best to hide it from you
the truth is the future is blank without you
the truth is i am hurting
the truth is i am scared
i am scared how i pretend in front of everyone
the truth is a cannot tell anyone of this
the truth is i cannot even tell you
then it starts to hurt even more
the truth is i'm scared to tell you
the truth is you might be scared to break her heart
the truth is i'm scared you might love me too
the truth is i am not happy
the truth is i don't feel the love i want
the truth is i want to be loved by you only
the truth is you're too blind to see
the truth is you might not believe me if i told you
the truth is you might be scared of it
the truth is the emotional distance kills me
the truth is being close to you makes it worse
should i tell you this truth?
would you believe this truth?
the truth....the truth....the truth...
i'm the only one who knows the
and this truth hurts
because the truth is i love you
the truth is i love you
the truth is i still love you....

True Or False
either you become true
or you become false
if you are true
there is only pain
truth does not offer you
happiness
if you keep on hoping
no one comes
if you become false
a platter of joys is served
that is how they work here
falsity has rewards
truth's place is elsewhere
it can be eternal
but when is such a question
that demands a quick answer
truth does not guarantee
temporary solutions to your grief
falsities are here
and if you do not dance
you will be a wallflower
& i know you will not like it.

Speak the truth and you'll be heard.
She told me she cared,
I knew she lied,
She told them she cared,
They knew she lied,
She said she wanted me to be the best,
I knew she lied,
She said to them she wanted me to be the best,
They knew she lied,
She whispered she loved me,
I knew she lied,
She whispered to them she loved me,
They knew she lied,
She pretended everything when I was there,
She pretended to love me,
She pretended to care,
She said she wanted me to be happy,
We all knew the truth was not what she speak,
We all knew the truth was just about to leak,
We all knew the truth would come out,
We all knew the truth, with no doubt,
She was just like the people surrounding,
Pretending, acting, lying,
So the truth is what I spoke when I spoke to her,
I told her the truth is true, the truth is fair,
I told her...
If it's a lie, don't say another word,
However, speak the truth, and you'll be heard,
To lie to someone who truly loves you for you,
Is one of the most cruel things you can ever do,
To let them believe what you say to them is true,
When really all your thinking about is you, you and you.

Mendacious!
Mendacious, node, aid, aide, doe, does, sad, used, aids, dies!
Not telling the truth;
But, the truth will surely crash you one day.
Mendacious, in, as, dance, dances, sand, dams, mends, do, so;
Playing with your mind and not being ready for the truth!
However, telling the truth is better than lies.
Mendacious, man, men, mad, dam, is, as, me, due, main, and, die!
But, the truth is always the truth and, there is nothing more than the truth;
So, not telling the truth will lead you nowhere.
Mendacious, use, sea, made, dame, aim, aims, mean, mains, means!
With the works of your hands as seen by others;
But, try to tell the truth always.
Mendacious, Cain, coin, coins, ion, ions, dice, nice, muse, on, no;
In the land of your muse and, in the ways of mankind!
But, try to tell the truth always.
Mendacious, send, mend, amend, den, dens, same, Sam, and, Dan!
But, not telling the truth before the court;
However, the truth will crash you one day! !
Mendacious, use, dues, sue, sin, mind, minds, end, ends, mouse, mice!
With the works of our hands as seen by others in this life;
But, we need to tell the truth always.
Mendacious, cud, ice, cod, ace, are, maids, maid, code, mode, cad;
But, try to live by the truth always in this life! !
Because, we need the truth to lead us on always on the right path.

Fat Fed Leeching People
What they 'really' want?
A more greedier life to live.
What they 'really' hunger for?
Is less from them to give!
A me-me-I-I society...
Hooked on feeding greed.
What they 'really' want?
A more greedier life to live.
What they 'really' hunger for?
Is a leaner 'truth'
To soothe their whims.
Fat fed leeching people,
Poisoned to feed.
Don't understand,
Their demands are fading.
Fat fed leeching people,
Have been led to believe...
Deceptions and lies,
Reflect their real lives.
What they 'really' want?
A more greedier life to live.
What they 'really' hunger for?
Is a less 'truth' than that 'truth'...
Really IS!
Fat fed leeching people,
Want a less truth,
Than that truth...
Really IS!
Fat fed leeching people,
Want a less truth,
Than that truth...
Really IS!
Fat fed leeching people,
Want a less truth,
Than that truth...
Really IS!
AND,
Poisoned to feed...
On a less 'truth'
Than that truth...
Really IS!
AND,
Poisoned to feed...
On a less 'truth'
Than that truth...
Really IS!
Fat fed leeching people...
Will keep eating,
What's been fed to them.
AND,
Fat fed leeching people...
Will keep eating,
What's been fed to them.
AND,
Fat fed leeching people...
Will keep eating,
What's been fed to them.
UNTIL...
The end!
Fat fed leeching people,
Want a less truth,
Than that truth...
Really IS!
Fat fed leeching people,
Want a less truth,
Than that truth...
Really IS!

Falsity's love that doubledeals
It is a threat a woman feels
A way out of the wrong wedlock
A way out of the fake wedlock
Unsafe heart of black Truth just deals
But in unfound ways stuck in wheels
Crushed to bleed through eyes yet conceals
All pains..a good gesture to block
Falsity's love
Vowed to guard with love he repeals
Holy fire has high firing feels
Fired of words and deeds loathes wedlock
Fearfilled heart knows not to unlock
Tied of timid knots she just feels
Falsity's love

The truth won't set you free
We all try to Sugar coat the truth but you and I know there can't be no juice in a pimple
people will say'The truth will set you free'
see the truth to be a dude and it stares you in the eye, watching you throw heavy loads of lie to its face without a form of grace
Like a man in pain, it's gonna fly into rage,
irritated at this height of disgrace, it could spit one into a cage, letting it rain till water sinks into the liar's brain
'The truth will set you free' yet people say again
The letters still remain unchanged and now I am starting to feel people just use this quote in vain
Not the truth and not the constitution is gonna set us free
look at judges....don't you think they slam the hammer of justice too often
If d truth would set us free then the word jail would have never came
we all can choose to tell the truth but then what will the cops have to investigate
cos whether you confess or you are being confessed, telling the truth, or choosing to lie will partially make your social life die.
At First There Was Only The Truth
at first there was only the truth
it was born
it did not know anything about lies
and being pure
and unrelated yet to anyone except to mother
the truth remains to be the truth
until many things happened
on its life,
father lies at him
at first he is confused
and brothers expect him to be this way and that way
like what his sisters is telling him
from time to time
truth wants to remain true
because there is joy to its nature
but nature too dislikes it
and then it inflicts pain
to it
at first there was the pinch
it increased to slaps
and then the mauling began
there were series of intimidation
sometimes they use the carrot
sometimes the stick
truth was confused until it gets of age
and knows the mechanisms
of defenses
of age it knows right and wrong
of course, it knows what is true and what is not
it is so easy to detect that
even on asymptomatic situations
but this world are made of rules
and liars who triumph hold the book, the law, the rules of their own games
and truth too just like you wants to survive
and so finally it knows how to wear different colors
shades, clothes, sneakers,
masks,
it knows about the fox
and the wiles of the snakes
and true to itself
it becomes a wise creature
joins the rat race
goes for a kill
even on acrobatics
knows when to change
its face
to hide its voice
and the exact time
to bite
and lick.

Remember That?
Tell me
the truth
remember that?
We used to live by it.
And you know
what's so good about the truth?
Everyone knows what it is
however long they've lived
without it.
No one forgets
the truth
they just
get better at lying
