No Signs of Life
It gave no signs of being alive,
so it was placed in the ground.
Away from the clutches of decay,
the bugs, the light and sound.
In the claustrophobic darkness it lay,
complete and alone.
Unable to think or remember,
as lifeless as a stone.
The winds of time continued to blow
as the days passed on by.
The sky gave all it possibly could
to help the undead survive.
In the rich soil, eyes' began to open,
the undead at long last stirred.
Purpose and energy were in abundance,
but silence was still observed.
The undead had found new life
and now sought out the light.
The seed had produced a flower,
what a stunningly beautiful sight! !

Avoid The Light - Ii
(spoken, impossible to hear)
Modern day plague
Stronger than any and every virus, disease or sickness
Full eclipse of body emity
Anti-christian, and nocturnally alive (undead)
Buried underneath 2000 years (of histories)
Yet able to rise
Instinctively arise
Avoid the light
The suns in sight
The undead should be sleeping
Avoid the light
That cross so bright
My fledglings dropping, weeping
Avoid the light
Overt your sight
Go underground discreetly
Avoid the light, avoid the light, avoid the light, avoid the light
True and purely hollow
Mans ultimate enemy and predator
Wrapped into one
Spread like wings
Of damnated
Then falling into
Shaping mortal man (nonslaved)
Plasma cover
Will override (your true emotions)
The pure inversion
To guard my countless graves
Avoid the light
The suns in sight
The undead should be sleeping
Avoid the light
That cross of light
My fledglings dropping, weeping
Avoid the light
Overt your sight
Go underground discreetly
Alone, unseen, reborn, receieve
Its a battle of wills (its a battle of wills)
In glory hell sneak in (he shall devour)
(solo)
Avoid the light
The suns in sight
The undead should be sleeping
Avoid the light
That cross of light
My fledglings dropping, weeping
Avoid the light
Overt your sight
Go underground discreetly
Avoid the light (4x)

Unexplained
In darkness lay the secrets
In darkness lay the creatures
As darkness goes so does the lies
People go missing
Dead bodies found
No blood
Two holes
Life itself drained
And undead walk the living
Undead walk the night
Sun to strong
Night just right
Undead walk the night
Undead walk the living
More bodies found
No blood
Two holes
People grow cautious
Religion, Superstitious, Paranormal
All things questioned
All life questioned
People turn on each other
More bodies
No blood
Two holes
People flee
People run screaming
All that's left are the secrets
All that's left are the creatures
And the darkness that holds the lies

Vampires
Few creatures of the night have captured our imagination like vampires.
What explains our enduring fascination with vampires?
What is it about the vampire myth that explains our interest?
Is it the overtone of sexual lust, power and control?
Or is it a fascination with the immortality of the undead?
And what dark and hidden parts of our psyche are aroused and captivated
by the legends of the undead, by the legends of the undead,
by the legends of the undead.
The mystery of the undead will continue to fascinate the living.
Few creatures of the night have captured our imagination like vampires.
What explains our enduring fascination with vampires?
And what dark and hidden parts of our psyche are aroused and captivated
by the legends of the undead, by the legends of the undead?

Choke
Rev high
Bend low and free the dead word
When I stand up and feel the head burst
When I stand out Ill hold it under
When I stand down I wont be down for long
Remember why youre not along
You choke
You take the dive and wonder why
You never elevated
You swallow
Your sky is dry
Youre passing time alive
And medicated
A sublime death dream
Time gets to you like a lover
A broad side, full on dread
Gets to the one alone
It grabs you by the bone and swings
You up and all around
You choke
You take the dive and wonder why
You never elevated
You swallow
Your sky is dry
Youre passing time alive
And medicated
Youve run away from something sure
When you own your fear, feel undead
Feel undead and unlike anyone
Dont let it air out
Some will take it on the chin
I will meditate and know other lifetimes while the sum
Of almost every sorry will always find a way
Home and the way I long to love long and matter... live long in you
It doesnt matter

The Dead Have Awoken
This house madly speaks to the throat of wrong,
Hastening its grasp on the young, a felony has hatched.
This house runs deep to swallow for the pen
To write a fortune of darkness, of sheer desire.
Then the miserable doors creak open, creak loudly,
For the small are penetrating, these mice squeak like soldiers.
The rats have risen from the dead, the dead are just not only Undead
But steep as a mountain, in many garments.
The Undead have occurred today and not tomorrow,
For I have cleared the way for the strong and brave,
I succumb to the realities of the unseen
As the sun has fallen into my lap.

Fools Gold
I met a man the other day
With grey and mournful eyes
His parchment skin was wrinkled
And all his hair was white.
I asked of him why was he so
Why did he seem so frail
He looked at me with deadened sight
And it was then he told his tale.
I am, Sir, he said quiety
I am one of the undead
Who walk this earth continually
With slow and painful tread.
The problem, sir, he said to me
Was not valuing my life
Nor anything that came to me
I was not happy being alive.
I was not a poor man, not at all
He said this haltingly
But everything that I possessed
I clung to desperately.
I did not realise, he said
I had so much I did not need
And all those things I had to have
Were as fruit not grown with seed.
And then one day I saw a chance
To grow rich beyond my dreams
There was a risk in this, he said
But the gain so massive seemed.
Did I not think of others?
Did I not mind the hurt?
For every gain that I would make
Would magnify my worth.
I feely drank the Piper’s drinks
I could always hear his song
I did not weigh up what was right
Against what was clearly wrong.
I lied to those who loved me
I slept uneasy in my bed
But I was now successful
He quiet and proudly said.
He fell into a silence
As tears formed within his eyes
And as if the words did pain him
Whispered ‘I believed my lies’.
I believed I was immortal
I believed I could not fail
Then one day I was found out
And was sent unto a gaol.
The world had changed when I got out
I felt so very left behind
And all those things I’d valued
Were now ghosts within my mind.
I sleep on garden benches
And I shiver cold at night
I am tortured by these demons
That I now must always fight.
With this he stumbled onward
As if with a heavy load
And I stood there looking at him
This fool without his gold.
What are you seeking now I cried
He looked back and said softly
You ask me what i’m seeking, sir
I am simply seeking me.
With this his step did lighten
Though he walked with surer tread
And I could sense that he was now
Alive and not undead.

Spiritual world, let me be.
sweet solitude
reach my destiny
bring me down to the latitude
I can't believe the irony
spirits speak to me
Oh Goddess, set me free
Angels with wings
of unholiness
I want to be you
beauties of mysteries
It's only because your purity is evil
Oh Christ, lead me to the light
My exile
Is it just my head?
Or are you in denial?
I shut my eyes
I see you dead
Undead with glory
I long to be you
Immortals with such elegance
It's only because your conceited
Oh Lord, release me
my bounded corpse
.............
lifeless on earth
............
my blood absorbs
...........
soulless at birth
I still feel it flowing inside
Oh God, I want suicide
I've forsaken my soul
The First Light
The sun rose in all of its glory for all of us to see
But alas, the hustle and bustle of everyday life
Made us miss this wondrous show of beautiful light
Tomorrow may never come you see
So open the shades to the beautiful light
And remember who put this there for us to see
Can you imagine complete darkness
With no wondrous beauty from nature away from our sight
Please people, take time out to see this wondrous light
Before you fade and see the final light coming from our Savior.

God Wields The Sun
Astronomers maintain that we came from the sun;
Cast out from a whirling cloud of flammable gas;
Bearing on until all the solar system was spun;
Forming bodies as the whirling became a rushing mass.
Yet after billions of years our source is yet unknown,
According to these researchers even at this day.
To them we took flight like a white hot stone
And soared and circled in a beautiful display.
But believers know by Moses the first great plan;
How heaven and earth came in the beginning,
When there was no light until God’s command,
And no high energy vapors turning and spinning.
John said that light was the life of men;
A true light that came shining into the darkness.
A shining the darkness was unable to comprehend,
Because its understanding lacked needful fitness.
Moving below the vernal earth bathed in the light-
This light which had not yet established a source-
Whose effect meant the cause would soon be in sight,
When God would enthrone the sun without remorse.
He gave it dominion over the sky of the day;
Thus the sun became our great light bearer,
Whose golden gift brightens the day travelers’ way,
And often leads man’s quest for wisdom into error.

Dance Of Death
Let me tell you a story to chill the bones
'bout a thing that I saw
One night wandering in the everglades
I'd one drink but no more
I was rambling, enjoying the bright moonlight
Gazing up at the stars
Not aware of a presence so near to me
Watching my every move
Feeling scared and I fell to my knees
As something rushed me from the trees
Took me to an unholy place
And that is where I fell from grace
Then they summoned me over to join in with them
To the dance of the dead
In to the circle of fire I followed them
In to the middle I was led
As if time had stopped still I was numb with fear
But still I wanted to go
And the blaze of the fire did no hurt upon me
As I walked onto the coals
And I felt I was in a trance
And my spirit was lifted from me
And if only someone had the chance
To witness what happened to me
And I danced and I pranced and I sang with them
All had death in their eyes
Lifeless figures they were undead all of them
They had ascended from hell
As I danced with the dead
my free spirit was laughing and howling down at me
Below my undead body just danced the circle of dead
Until the time came to reunite us both
My spirit came back down to me
I didn't know if I was alive or dead
As the others, all joined in with me
By luck then a skirmish started
And took the attention away from me
When they took their gaze from me
Was the moment that I fled
I ran like hell faster than the wind
But behind I did not glance
One thing that I did not dare
Was to look just straight ahead
When you know that your time has come around
You know you'll be prepared for it
Say your last goodbyes to everyone
Drink and say a prayer for it
When you're lying in your sleep, when you're lying in your bed
And you wake from your dreams to go dancing with the dead
When you're lying in your sleep, when you're lying in your bed
And you wake from your dreams to go dancing with the dead
To this day I guess I'll never know
Just why they let me go
But I'll never go dancing no more
'Til I dance with the dead

The Story of My Flower
Born a lovely flower
Watered with fresh water during rainy seasons
Sprinkled with just enough during the droughts
The flower lived to blossom
With scented petals and green leaves
in a pot so large to take all it could bear.
One sunny day
the pot with the flower was shifted
shifted to a completely new location
where it was deprived of the sunlight
and the abundance of water.
Necessary it was
A new start in a life supposedly so complete.
Time went by
Nevertheless, the flower continued blooming
The petals now larger
The scent even more appealing
The flower survived even without the bare necessities.
The now sensitive flower
Soon attracted the eyes of predators
A simple glance to start with
Then became a soft touch
Followed by multiples of rough care.
Soon the flower started to lose its shape and form
Being given insufficient supply of water
Inappropriate fertilizers
And most of all the wrong attention.
At last it withered
After long hours of torture
Long days of loneliness
and years of abundance
it turned yellow, then brown
Finally, what remained was just a lifeless stem
standing in an old dirty pot.

Words fed on dust
There are some words
Fed on the dust
Ash fallen sound
Reaching deep cries
The noise of which hurts
Though thrown away cast
Down to the ground
Undead it’ll rise
In winds and storms
Rain cradle of tears
When no heart warms
Lost forgotten years
The time of their birth
Dark swallowed patches
And the silent dirge
That no music matches
Placed on a hearth
They’ll burn and surge
Like candles broken
Melting in wax
A candle token
Of the soul that aches
Forever and ever abreast
Of an unleashed why of a quest

Not Alive Today
I'm not alive today
relegated to a level below
that of the undead
sitting at my desk, unable
to process a single text -
a rampant virus prevents
opening any document
Deeply perturbed by this
seemingly supernatural event
I read counsellingforyourself
indicating we are electrical
circuit boards with several
minds - I know this is true,
sometimes I get up as a
totally different person,
and the mirror shows me
a strange face also
How I wish I could change
mental stations and become
someone else entirely!

Last Night
It was all dark:
not that i expected light at night,
the sound of a lingering silence,
echoes reverberating from without,
last night is gone!
When i could see no more,
than the darkness of evil.
When i could hear no more,
than the sounds of the devils laughter
last night is gone
Upon the rock, i watered my plant.
On dry pastures, i cast my seed.
Unto the swine, i gave out my pearl
and all in vain that i toiled.
for it was all dark last night.
In the darkness of night, i am captived
by the light of dawn, i am freed.
Yesterday i was lost, today i am found.
The night is gone, last night is gone.
In the darkness of the world,
humanity is captived.
By the light of Christ,
Man kind is free.
At the fall of man, we were lost
On the day of salvation, we were found
The fallen is restored, last night is gone!

Dead Bodies At Sea
I strike a winding blow to the skull
Of ghoulish appearance, the undead.
Much thought has transferred from my head
As skilful help is again my schedule.
May diving be dead, my descriptions are read,
Such that deep seas are leading us into the heart
Of the ocean where skulls are concentrated.
I see sharks, I found filth of all the right nature,
It was blood that attracted the mighty ghosts
And the skeletons of fish were only in the graveyard.
I strike my blow in space or sea,
Where my heads are turning again and too many times.
I must be dizzy.

Only The Good Die Young
The demon in your mind will rape you in your bed at night
The wisdom of ages the lies and outrages concealed
Time it waits for no man
My future is revealed
Time it waits for no man
My fate is sealed
If I cancel tomorrow the undead will thank me today
Fly in the space of your prophets I mock your morality plays
The moon is red and bleeding
The sun is burned and black
The book of life is silent
No turning back
Only the good die young
All the evil seems to live forever
Only the good die young
All the evil seems to live forever
Only the good die young
Only the good die young
Mistery madman a victim of cruel charade
Some innocent pawn in an end game one more stalemate
Is death another birthday?
A way to kiss your dreams goodbey?
Do the undead live within us?
And look through our eyes?
Walking on water are mirarcles all you can trust
Measure your coffin does it measure up to your lust
So I think Ill leave you
With your bishops and your guilt
So until the next time
Have a good sin
Only the good die young
All the evil seems to live forever
Only the good die young
All the evil seems to live forever
Only the good die young
Only the good die young
Seven deadly sins
Seven ways to win
Seven holy paths to hell
Seven downward slopes
Seven bloodied hopes
Seven are your burning fires
Seven you desires...
