To All Mothers
Who are we without our mothers?
Some loveless sisters and brothers!
She is the only one to love with all her heart,
She is the only one to love without any art,
I grew up to be the man I wanted to be,
And she grew older, with me as her baby,
I got married and became a parent,
her love grew and was more apparent,
This is how mothers see us their way,
Not as grown-ups or what we say,
They keep praying for our happiness,
They want nothing for their truthfulness,
We sometimes give them a rough deal,
They always forgive and make us feel,
Ashamed of what we've said and done,
Though what is done cannot be undone,
Suddenly they part with this short life,
And leave us to go on with our strife,
With mixed memories and confused souls,
With heavy hearts and bewildered calls,
'Is it true? Are they gone forever? ' We ask,
'We are gone, but our souls are there.' We hark!
Their lovely faces, their lovely talks,
Keep coming to us like living folks,
But soon we realize the vanity of life
And see the false glories of our strife
From the cradle to the grave is but a span
And a nod is enough to the wise man!

A Woman's Heart
A heart of a woman, a heart where other hearts are made
A heart we run to when we are confused and afraid.
A heart where beauty keeps its secrets of sublime
A heart which survives the woes of pernicious time
A heart that beats the blood of truth
A heart, the symbol of love and loves proof.
The heart of our women, the heart of our mothers
The heart of our sisters, the heart of our brothers.
The mother heart, which creates all life
The mother heart which empathizes all our strife
A vessel in the heart of God
A vessel we steer through the struggles of life with; our immaculate rod.

Pansies (Novelinee)
Far away hidden in a secret grove
yellow, purple and black as the dark night
pansies grew to express someone's sweet love
and on my eyes there was a blessed sight,
a more fragrant picture I hardly knew,
suddenly life was lovely and strong
where a myriad of lovely flowers grew,
I heard some birds singing a happy song
and strange it felt as if I did belong.

Lazarus Heart
He looked beneath his shirt today
There was a wound in his flesh so deep and wide
From the wound a lovely flower grew
From somewhere deep inside
He turned around to face his mother
To show her the wound in his breast that burned like a brand
But the sword that cut him open
Was the sword in his mothers hand
Every day another miracle
Only death will tear us apart
To sacrifice a life for yours
Id be the blood of the lazarus heart
The blood of the lazarus heart
Though the sword was his protection
The wound itself would give him power
The power to remake himself at the time of his darkest hour
She said the wound would give him courage and pain
The kind of pain that you cant hide
From the wound a lovely flower grew
From somewhere deep inside
Every day another miracle
Only death will keep us apart
To sacrifice a life for yours
Id be the blood of the lazarus heart
The blood of the lazarus heart
Birds on the roof of my mothers house
Ive no stones that chase them away
Birds on the roof of my mothers house
Will sit on my roof some day
They fly at the window, they fly at the door
Where does she get the strength to fight them anymore
She counts all her children as a shield against the pain
Lifts her eyes to the sky like a flower in the rain
Every day another miracle
Only death will keep us apart
To sacrifice a life for yours
Id be the blood of the lazarus heart
The blood of the lazarus heart

Bestof The Rest= Mother's Day & Mom Poems!
MOTHERS
There's no greater power on Earth
Than the love we get from our mothers.
They feel our fears within themselves
Far more than sisters or brothers.
As seasons pass; in time we learn
We can't always rely on others.
No mater what our mistakes may be
We know we can run to our mothers.
Mothers have great big aprons
To hide from the world our flaws.
They kiss and scold when we do wrong
Teaching compliance of laws.
From birth to death mothers lead
Our angels of kindness from above.
They give us more than anyone else
Preaching the importance of love.
Moms are certainly God's gift to Earth
So if you still have one, let it be known.
You can't imagine your life without her
While the seed of your future is sown.
MOMS
Millions of dewdrops greet the dawn
As hungry of bees buzz the clover.
Dazzling butterflies flutter about
As moms give love the world over.
Lessons learned at our mother's knee
Last a lifetime till we grow older.
Popping up when troubles accrue
Like a whispering angel on our shoulder.
Gods gives us friends that mean so much
Children, fathers, sisters and brothers.
Though far, far above all the rest
No one loves us more than our mothers.
In and out of friendships, jobs and partners
Our mothers always remain our evening star.
Those who where born to a selfish mom
Make the rest us realize how lucky we are.
How great life is to have a good mom,
Who reads what we feel but can't say.
Nothing means as much, as her tender touch
And for all who are without one, 'we pray.'
GOD'S POET TOM ZART
The Lord can close doors no man can open
And open doors no man can close.
It's up to us to prove our heavenly worth
By our lifetime example of the path we chose.
DARLING I LOVE YOU
Darling I love you with all of my heart and soul
Much more than any of God's blessings on Earth.
It's hard to believe Heaven planned it this way
For your love for me is far beyond my worth.
Life would be meaningless without your love
With no one to cherish, honor, protect and provide.
I treasure our moments and all that we share
You're always my angel of love, at my side.
I love how you love me beyond all compare
I've never seen anyone so wonderful so long.
I can't help but love you absolutely and completely
For every time I think of you my heart sings a song.
Every night before sleep I say thank you to Heaven
For the past day I was allowed to love you and serve.
And if I awake I say thank you once more
For God has blessed me far beyond what I deserve.

Eternal Love
We met thru a common friend
In our workplace
Slowly thru our acquaintances we grew close
& when friendship turned into love nobody knows
This was just the start of our life's challenge
As religion had come as a barrier to our family
And we had to prove our love to them heartily
But nobody understood our pure love
And we went a step further and crossed our limits now
We got married happily in presence of our friends
Who were always with us, come wind or rains
We walked thru our life's path without our family support
God bestowed upon us all the happiness he could hold
There was no-one in this earth who could make us apart
And our love grew stronger as days passed
Our life too went thru thick and thin
But we surpassed all that & threw all worries in the bin
We travelled across the globe together
And made our worries as light as a feather
Till one day our family did understand us
And gave our love meaning thus
But it was too late
As we had a very cruel fate
We both met with an accident
And to unite us in heaven God too was hell-bent
Even death did not make us apart
Our love was eternal though short
Today we are together n still brave
Lying next to each others grave.

Love is for the lovely
Lovely can't be loveless
This world is a hot mess
Love is for the lovely
We're caught up in sex and flesh
Love is for the lovely
Love isn't for the loveless
Love is no longer from the heart
Love is from the eyes
Love is no longer spiritual
Love has become carnal
Love is no longer love
God has been removed from love
Love has become worthless
Love is no longer timely
Love has become sporadic
Spontaneity isn't love
Love has become spontaneous

What shall I your true-love tell,
Earth-forsaking maid?
What shall I your true-love tell,
When life's spectre's laid?
'Tell him that, our side the grave,
Maid may not conceive
Life should be so sad to have,
That's so sad to leave!'
What shall I your true-love tell,
When I come to him?
What shall I your true-love tell--
Eyes growing dim!
'Tell him this, when you shall part
From a maiden pined;
That I see him with my heart,
Now my eyes are blind.'
What shall I your true-love tell?
Speaking-while is scant.
What shall I your true-love tell,
Death's white postulant?
'Tell him--love, with speech at strife,
For last utterance saith:
I, who loved with all my life,
Love with all my death.'

No Childhood
Grew up too fast
Childhood didn't last
Defiled at the age of 3
Changing my life permanently
Mom wasn't there
Life wasn't fair
Never met my dad
Neglect was all I had
Grew up too fast
Childhood didn't last
16 and pregnant
didn't know what that meant
responsibility aquired
overworked and over tired
child number 2 on the way
just another month - just another day
married and divorced by 23
struggling to find the inner me
trying to identify what love was
yearning to know if I was enough
Searching for my worth in man after man
floating through life waiting to land
3 years later - baby number 3
responsibility was all on me
as life moves on and the clock keeps turnin
days gone by and i'm still yearning
for the childhood i never had
for the chance to meet my dad
into my life walks my superman
claimin if anyone can save me - he can
he sweeps me off my feet
making me complete
i take his last name
and life isn't the same
i thank God for the opportunity
he's given by sending you to me
and as i start to open up and realize
stop hiding and open my eyes
i missed out on my childhood
and though i did the best i could
to be the mom i never had
give my kids my missing dad
and stil i feel inadequately
as i search deeper within me
to find out who i'm supposed to be
sometimes i feel like i have nowhere to give from
the places that were supposed to till me were never done
and so i grasp for an idea of hwo to be
the mom that wasn't modeled for me
I can't play, I can't pretend
scars of the past continuing to mend
i imagine and play how i think a mom should be
but more often than not it doesn't come naturally
nuturing was replaced by survival
when just trying to make it was all
i had the energy to do
and as i'm writing you
i realize that i missed out on my childhood
and i wonder if it's understood
I'm not the parent i want to be
but i'm the best parent that's within me
still making mistakes
but doing what it takes
to be a better mom than i knew
and as i'm writing you
i realize that i missed out on my childhood

Love
Love is life
Love is lovely
Love is coping with its strife
Love is humming lullabies’
Love is smiling thru goodbyes
Love is touching one another
Love is inborn in a mother
Love is nothing in vain
Love is everything to gain
Love is a potion mixed with butterflies
Love is flying in the skies
Love is singing in the rain
Love is saying I love you again
Love is for your peers
Love is special for your dears
Love is almighty when you’ve loved everyone else, but
Love sure don’t forget to love yourself

The Brothers Cup
Give it up to this planet full of strife
We're the brothers cup cuttin' sharp as a knife
With the pop of a snap and the flip of a flap
The cups went up like a natural fact
It was our shoulder space
That made the perfect place
For the magic of the cup
To style out with grace
With a tight turn twist
And a slight swerve swank
The brothers cup kissed
With a kick ass clank
We are the brothers cup
We like to get it up
We are the brothers cup
We like to get it up
Give it up to this planet full of strife
We're the brothers cup cuttin' sharp as a knife
With the pop of a snap and the flip of a flap
The cups went up like a natural fact
So love all your brothers
And love all your sisters
Love all the misses
And love all the misters
Don't be shy when you're sharin' your kisses
The brothers cup kiss
And we ain't sissies
It is our notion that the perfect peace potion
Can be found in the wake of the green sea's motion
The long rocking swell of the mighty blue ocean
Is the cradle of peace it's the perfect peace motion
Give it up to this planet full of strife
We're the brothers cup cuttin' sharp as a knife
With the power of the cup we are about to astound
All your preconceptions they will come unbound
We are the brothers cup coming to your town
Bringing tubs of love we're going to spread it around

Baby No More
i am confused where has my baby gone
where does my baby roam
my baby suddenly gone and left me
for another man i did not see
our love was wandering so nice
i thought i won first prize
now baby i have to live without you
baby i don't know is a lie or is true
life without you kinda feels bad
i am trying be brave but i feel sad
my baby never wanted no other
and i can't give my heart to no other

Sonnet: Elixir of Life
O God, give me the Elixir of Life
To stay alive a century or more;
Thou free me forever from all my strife;
In divine love, let heart, mind and soul grow!
Poets of past years had a short life-span,
And died of disease, poverty and strife;
I wish to live long, die a holy man;
Give me on earth a spiritual Bard-life!
Could I be happy on earth and heaven?
Aware I am, Thou made me from mere clod;
Why didst Thou make me bard amidst such men?
What do I give Thee in return, O God?
Poems of mine will vindicate my love
And live for long, before I fly above!

Mothers Day
Mothers Day Greetings
For our forgotten mothers
Even though we are not living,
We remember you Mom!
We know it is hard
For you to have a good Mothers' Day
When your son is from this life apart,
We, your sons, thank each one of you on your day.
We know you feel sad and glum
When you are from your son apart.
Happy Mothers Day Mom
In this life you did your part.

Two Lovely Valentine Hearts
The touching of two lovely valentine hearts,
Blessing our days and warming our nights,
Filling our hearts and blending our souls,
With everlasting happiness, love and laughter. The touching of two lovely valentine hearts,
Love and beauty of the Aphrodite Goddess,
Wisdom and artistry of the Athena Goddess,
Corolla and whirls of the Azalea Goddess. The touching of two lovely valentine hearts,
Beautiful blue eyes of rainbow arc of hue,
Feeling the strength of permeate air breathed,
Gleam in the smile of the pearly white teeth. The touching of two lovely valentine hearts,
Creating rainbows for few precious moments,
The music from cabin sounds very grand,
and miracles created our most heavenly magic. The touching of two lovely valentine hearts,
Cannot escape the rapture that's captured.
The loving friendship that remained strong,
With essence of beauty lighting our life. May this poem instill the love and romantical existence and joy of
our life which is the birthright of all.
The very essence of being.
Love, love!

Life for mother and child
Life for mother and child remains same
Whether black or white they claim
Nature is hard and luck is not fair
Wind blows harshly but not the air
How many months of heavy load
Spending time on open road
Struggling to earn for new born baby
Still looking towards sky and feel happy
Not all mothers may be that much lucky
The birth of baby may not be smooth but very risky
The sun may be at its peak
Mother may cry in pain and feel very weak
Beast may be just dry
As no nourishment even after good try
Yet it is allowed to suck
So many dreams are struck
Mother wants full strength and wellbeing of child
She is there to bear all odds and still feels not wild
The child is like pearl in her eyes and very precious
She tries to protect from sun, rain and serves continuous
African mothers have suffered a lot
Against nature and human beings fought
Still no hope of peace in near future
What to talk of all children for sure
They definitely demand an answer
Only God has answer or with some fewer
It is man made crisis and prevails unabated
All mothers are alike and simply equated
Where there is nothing, only black color fits
On arrival there is distribution of sweets
He is very much on the face of earth
And remain so till the arrival of death
Let us not degrade mother’s position
In all the seasons she bears same composition
Whether in desert, hot sun or in heavy rain
She has all kinds of hostilities to face with pain
I wish to bow my head to all mothers
Forgive us for all our sins and don’t bother
We love you all and cherish too
You are one that never goes off mind and stays through
We love your company and may want till the end
You are the only one as companion and true friend
You can never be black or white in our heart
You are embodiment of love and lovely piece of living art

Grew Up Fast
We grew up fast
And no one seemed to notice
We grew up fast
And we grew up alone
Mom and dad
Were never what we wanted
We grew up fast
And we grew up alone
We grew up along
Well you know who I am
So dont treat me like Im someone else
Well you know what I am
So dont treat me like Im someone else
You never act like that with no one else
We grew up fast
When lies were just a fact of life
We grew up mad
Cause we never had a home
We faced the past
And forgave the revolution
We grew up smashed
And we grew up alone
We grew up alone
Hey my brother
I got no fight with you
I just cant lie down
Hey my brother
I got no fight with you
I just cant lie down
No, I just cant ride down
I just cant ride down
Well you know who I am
So dont treat me like Im someone else
Well you know what I am
So dont act like Im something else
Well you know who I am
So dont treat me like Im someone else
You know where I am
So dont act like Im somwhere else
You never talk like that to no one else
You never scream like that for no one else
You never suck like that for no one else

I, Love
I
Love
Boy, I love you so
I
Love
You and I have been around each other for quite a while
But I don't think that you understand the way that I feel for you
Baby, it took a while for me (yeah, yeah)
To realize that you were so naive
Well maybe you were blind and cannot see
The feelings I have for you, you don't understand
The things that I've gone through
To paint a perfect picture just for you (picture for you)
I've even told your friends, but that won't do
Well baby, you have to know, I can't wait no more
I
Love you more than you will ever know
Love
I've been trying so hard to show you
I
Love you like a queen would love her king
Love
Baby, I've been trying to show you
Look at me, try to understand that I am here for you
And whatever you're going through no matter what you ask me to do I will do
See baby, I'm trying to make you see (trying to make you see)
This is not pretend or make believe
I wanna be the woman that you need
Just let me get close to you, take me in your heart
Every day I want you more and more (want you more and more)
Never in my life was I so sure
These feelings I have I can't ignore
So baby just let me know
All I'm trying to say is
I
Love you more than I can love myself
Love
I would die before I hurt you
I
Love you like a woman loves a man
Love
When there's no one else to live for
Baby, for so long I've always tried to show you just how much I care for you
Boy, you had to know that I could never let you go
I'll spend the rest of my life trying to make you understand that
I
Love you when there's no more love to give
Love
Baby, I will always want you
I
Love you when you're up against it all
Love
I'll be by your side forever
I
I love you, baby, love you, baby
Love
Love you, baby, love you, baby
I
Love you, baby, love you, baby
Love
I love you, baby, love you, baby
You

Loveless Love
W.c. handy
Love is like a hydrant turns off and on
Like some friendships when your moneys gone
Love stands in with the loan sharks when your hearts in tongs
It I had some strong wings like an aeroplane
Had some broad wings like an aeroplane
I would fly away forever
Hover to come again
Oh love oh love oh loveless love
Has said our hearts are goldiess gold
From milkless milk and silkless silk
We are growing used to soul-less souls
Such grafting times we never saw
Thats why we have a pure full law
In everything we find a flaw
Even love oh love oh loveless love
Just to fly away from loveless love

Make It Last Forever
Make it last
Ooh
Let's make it last forever
(Last... ever)
Don't let our love end
Thank God I found you
Let's make it last
(You)
Let's make it last forever and ever
Don't let our love end
Thank God I found you
Shorty knows she my babygirl and
Playa hatas try hard to get her
But she'll be loungin' in my cradle tonight
Oh
Typically a thug wouldn't say this
But to see your love has got me faded
No girl ever made me feel like you do, ow
Oh
I'ma be here night after night to
Feel your lovin' arms around me baby, baby, baby, baby
You make it alright
No one but you baby, baby
Can make me feel the way you make me, make me, make me feel
Oh
Oh... (ooh)
Make it last
Ooh
Don't let our love end
Oh, don't you let it end
Make it last forever and ever
Thank God I found you
Your touch is wonderful
Your love is so marvelous
Joy, that's what I feel when I'm with you
Yeah
Nothing, no one
(No one, boy)
Could compare to what we have
(Oh no, baby)
Love, it feels so good
I'm so glad you're mine
Oh
Make it last (forever)
Ooh
Don't let our love end
(No, no, no, no)
Make it last forever and ever
Thank God I found you
I'm yours
(I'm yours)
For always
(For always)
My shorty
(My baby)
Forever my baby
You move me
(You move me)
You soothe me
(You soothe me)
I love you
You know I do
Thank God that I found you
(Whoa)
Make it last
Ooh
Make it last forever and ever
No, don't you let it end
(Don't let our love end)
Make it last, baby
Thank God I found you
(Thank God, oh)
Thank You, Lord (yeah)
That I found love
That I found my true love
Oh, baby
See I was so lost without your love
I was lost without you, my every wish and dream
Became reality
Oh, I was so lost
Oh, I
I'm overwhelmed with gratitude
Oh yeah
My baby I'm so thankful
(Thank God I found you)
Thank God I found you, I was so lost without you
My every wish and every dream somehow became reality
Brought the sunshine
Completed my whole life
Make it last forever, baby
Thank God I found you, you, you, you
You, you, you
You, you
