Our Limitations
WE trust and fear, we question and believe,
From life's dark threads a trembling faith to weave,
Frail as the web that misty night has spun,
Whose dew-gemmed awnings glitter in the sun.
While the calm centuries spell their lessons out,
Each truth we conquer spreads the realm of doubt;
When Sinai's summit was Jehovah's throne,
The chosen Prophet knew his voice alone;
When Pilate's hall that awful question heard,
The Heavenly Captive answered not a word.
Eternal Truth! beyond our hopes and fears
Sweep the vast orbits of thy myriad spheres!
From age to age, while History carves sublime
On her waste rock the flaming curves of time,
How the wild swayings of our planet show
That worlds unseen surround the world we know.

On the Question of Loyalty
Nothing doubt
to figure out,
no fissure gives
a crack to hesitate,
purely in chastity,
why question.
all the trust flings,
nothing to question,
trust is the answer.
Comfortable spirit,
rest much the brain,
night is a great friend,
no unthinkable trouble,
then one day
the world cracks
of the newly found
truth, the truth of a traitor
to break the trust it gives,
yet the question lies,
what's the rating of
your loyalty?
nobody knows
except you!

If Only More
If only more people could see, Jesus Christ, and be set free,
Of all that bondage they’re in; the dark chains caused by sin;
Or freed from bonds of religion, for that way causes derision,
As freedom is in Christ alone, declared to all from His Throne.
If only more will see His Truth, and by faith, avoid His reproof,
God’s Judgment on this world, that wrath His prophets herald,
Wrath only avoided through Christ, who, for men gave His life,
When He was God’s Sacrifice, to pay in full, sin’s eternal price.
If only more could understand, all The Truth on which we stand,
Truth not built on man’s theology, but, on the Blood of Calvary,
Blood that flowed from the Rock, not of earth but eternal stock,
The Rock not cut by human hands, on which one falls or stands.
If only more could see the need, to share Truths, which we read,
In God’s Holy, Eternal Word, Truth, many may have never heard,
And it’s the believer’s obligation, to point all to God’s Salvation,
Being sent by Christ to proclaim, Salvation in our Savior’s Name.
Then more would truly be free, not just now, but through Eternity,
When through Truth they believe, and eternal life they will receive,
Then, they’d understand by faith, God’s Salvation is all of Grace,
Then they could join in with us, to point the world to Christ Jesus.

An Echoing Truth
In a world of right and wrong, we have Truth, that echoes strong,
And from the world’s ancient past, God’s Truth shall forever last,
To be for men a guide and light, for discerning wrong from right;
God’s Guiding Truth for every need, when souls choose to heed.
God’s Word echoes loud and clear, as men of true wisdom fear,
God who reigns above the earth, who gives The Word true worth,
God, Who spoke this world in place, opens hearts by His Grace,
And with that Grace He will impart, Eternal Truth into man’s heart.
A Book, that many seldom read, has the Truth that all men need,
While others never even heard, the Eternal Truths in God’s Word;
Eternal Truths that man can trust, which were written for all of us,
Truth revealed to all the world, which all believers need to herald.
This truth’s more than knowledge of, The One who reigns above,
But what He had did for everyone, sending Christ, His Only Son,
His Truth, revealed to every nation, leads a soul to His Salvation,
When they come to Jesus Christ, that soul, receives Eternal Life.
Open The Word and you will see, Truth about our present reality,
And you will see through history, others pointing men to eternity,
How Godly men of old would tell, others about Heaven and Hell,
Knowing all are just one breath, away from Eternal Life or Death.

The 'Truth
How do we know we are speaking the truth.
Because we got it from a 'reliable' source,
And who told you it was a 'reliable' source.
Ha, Is there any thing that is really called the truth.
For, every 'truth' told in this twisted and sinister world,
A lie is invented, concocted, told.
And when a question is asked, and the truth is required,
And if told, many events, considered dire,
Happen in response,
A white lie is told.
But the whitest lie, considered the truthful lie,
Thought up by those considered wise and selfless,
Is really the darkest, blackest, most deceiving lies of all.
Over time stories, true stories, turn to myths, myths to legends.
so why not lies, white lies too.
Centuries, years, maybe even weeks and days,
Turns the most deceiving and evil lies into the 'truth'.
So I come back to my original question,
But don't misconstrue my words,
For I dear not defy the truth,
The truth, so rare, that passes us unnoticed, unseen, undetected,
The rare truth that exists in this dark, sinister world.
So yes,
How do we know we are speaking the truth.
The truth, the truth, the lie.

What Is Truth?
What is Truth? said those of old,
Who, oft warned by Israel's God,
Whose daring deeds, then all untold,
Brought down on them the Avenger's rod.
What is Truth? was asked by one
Whom Israel had been taught to fear,
Whilst, with scorn, he looked upon
The very truth that was so near.
What is Truth? said Pilate, when
The truth had reached his inmost heart
Washing clean his hands again,
In murder, said he'd have no part.
What is Truth? the sland'rer says—
Is it to blast my neighbours' name;
Them defaming all my days—
Acting as though I had no shame?
What is Truth? the tyrant said,
Whilst he enslav'd his fellow-man:
Now my will shall be obey'd,
For who my right will dare to scan?
What is Truth? the miser says,
While counting o'er his ill-got gain:
What care I for her good ways,
So I the 'yellow dross' obtain.
What is Truth? the sceptic says,
While doubt and fears annoy his path:
Shall I heed her peaceful ways,
Or meet at last indignant wrath?
What is Truth? the Christian cries,
Publishing a Saviour's love,
While from earth to heaven he hies—
To the starry realms above.
What is Truth? I may not tell—
What is 'the Truth' shall be made known;
What is Truth, remember well,
Is firm as God's eternal throne!

Who Am I
Try to stay calm
As you open the door
But you can't remember
What you came here for
The edge of the sun
You think, "If God is here,
Why should this pain be done?"
Try to stay calm
But you can't understand
Why a man is begging
And it's not your hand
Go and ask why
And they tell you pray
It's insane
You take a ride thru the magic of life
As all of your fears surround you
You're all alone from beginning to end
While separating the lies from the truth
Who am I? And why are we here?
Who am I? And what do we fear?
Who am I? To say I believe?
Who am I?
Thou shall not kill
But the animal's dead
Because he doesn't count
It's what the good book says
Think about that
And you thinking may change
When the souless creature
Makes you feel ashamed
How can men say
That they can't understand
That the words they read
Were written by a man
How can men claim
That "He" teaches thru pain
It's insane
You look around for the answers to life
You're told that you have to have faith
You get a book explaining 10,000 years
But there are 5 billion more that remain
Who am I? And why are we here?
Who am I? And what do we fear?
Who am I? To say I believe?
Who am I?
Solo
Be a good boy and we'll open the door
But you better have faith or you'll be no more
Try to stay calm but you can't understand
Why the good is not counted in a faithless man
Who am I? The question of man
Who am I? Could love be the plan?
Who am I? To say I can see
Who am I?
Who am I? Why are you here?
Who am I? What you you fear?
Who am I? To say what to do?
Who am I?
Who am I?
Who am I?
Tell me, tell me, tell me
Who am I?
You've got to make us to see
Who am I?
To believe

Truth That Sets You Free
Words expressed to you and me, that the truth will set you free,
Not simply truth of any kind, but, Truth which leaves sin behind,
The Truth spoken of is Him; The One Who saves many from sin,
The Truth available to all of us, is the Lord Himself, Christ Jesus.
Friend in the Bible you shall find, God's Truth of an Eternal kind,
Truth that is beyond the world, Truth which Jesus Christ unfurled,
A Truth that's meant for everyone, coming from God's Only Son,
His Truth, which sets men free, from the present through eternity.
Common truths known on earth, for man, are of no eternal worth,
All common truths known to man, access not God's eternal plan,
They are better than lies for us, but, have not His Righteousness,
Common truth won't get us to, Eternity, prepared for me and you.
The only Saving truth, in this life, is Truth, in the person of Christ,
God's saving Truth all men need, His Gospel Truth all must heed;
Common truth will not set you free, or give you new life eternally,
For man's word shall fade away, but, God's Truth is here to stay.
The Saving Truth, you have heard, is there for all in God's Word,
The Way, the Truth and the Life, is the Living Word, Jesus Christ,
Whose Word comes from eternity, Truth, that saves you and me,
Reading His Word reveals proof, He's the author of Eternal Truth.

Vision of Belshazzar
I
The King was on his throne,
The Satraps throng'd the hall;
A thousand bright lamps shone
O'er that high festival.
A thousand cups of gold,
In Judah deem'd divine—
Jehovah's vessels hold
The godless Heathen's wine!
In that same hour and hall,
The fingers of a hand
Came forth against the wall,
And wrote as if on sand:
The fingers of a man;—
A solitary hand
Along the letters ran,
And traced them like a wand.
II
The monarch saw, and shook,
And bade no more rejoice;
All bloodless wax'd his look,
And tremulous his voice.
"Let the men of lore appear,
The wisest of the earth,
And expound the words of fear
Which mar our royal mirth."
Chaldea's seers are good,
But here they have no skill;
And the unknown letters stood
Untold and awful still.
And Babel's men of age
Are wise and deep in lore;
But now they were not sage,
They saw—but knew no more.
III
A captive in the land,
A stranger and a youth,
He heard the king's command,
He saw that writing's truth.
The lamps around were bright,
The prophecy in view;
He read it on that night,—
The morrow proved it true.
"Belshazzar's grave is made,
His kingdom pass'd away,
He, in the balance weighed,
Is light and worthless clay.
The shroud, his robe of state,
His canopy the stone;
The Mede is at his gate!
The Persian on his throne!"

The Shadow And The Light
The fourteen centuries fall away
Between us and the Afric saint,
And at his side we urge, to-day,
The immemorial quest and old complaint.
No outward sign to us is given,--
From sea or earth comes no reply;
Hushed as the warm Numidian heaven
He vainly questioned bends our frozen sky.
No victory comes of all our strife,--
From all we grasp the meaning slips;
The Sphinx sits at the gate of life,
With the old question on her awful lips.
In paths unknown we hear the feet
Of fear before, and guilt behind;
We pluck the wayside fruit, and eat
Ashes and dust beneath its golden rind.
From age to age descends unchecked
The sad bequest of sire to son,
The body's taint, the mind's defect;
Through every web of life the dark threads run.
Oh, why and whither? God knows all;
I only know that He is good,
And that whatever may befall
Or here or there, must be the best that could.
Between the dreadful cherubim
A Father's face I still discern,
As Moses looked of old on Him,
And saw His glory into goodness turn!
For He is merciful as just;
And so, by faith correcting sight,
I bow before His will, and trust
Howe'er they seem He doeth all things right.
And dare to hope that Tie will make
The rugged smooth, the doubtful plain;
His mercy never quite forsake;
His healing visit every realm of pain;
That suffering is not His revenge
Upon His creatures weak and frail,
Sent on a pathway new and strange
With feet that wander and with eyes that fail;
That, o'er the crucible of pain,
Watches the tender eye of Love
The slow transmuting of the chain
Whose links are iron below to gold above!
Ah me! we doubt the shining skies,
Seen through our shadows of offence,
And drown with our poor childish cries
The cradle-hymn of kindly Providence.
And still we love the evil cause,
And of the just effect complain
We tread upon life's broken laws,
And murmur at our self-inflicted pain;
We turn us from the light, and find
Our spectral shapes before us thrown,
As they who leave the sun behind
Walk in the shadows of themselves alone.
And scarce by will or strength of ours
We set our faces to the day;
Weak, wavering, blind, the Eternal Powers
Alone can turn us from ourselves away.
Our weakness is the strength of sin,
But love must needs be stronger far,
Outreaching all and gathering in
The erring spirit and the wandering star.
A Voice grows with the growing years;
Earth, hushing down her bitter cry,
Looks upward from her graves, and hears,
'The Resurrection and the Life am I.'
O Love Divine!--whose constant beam
Shines on the eyes that will not see,
And waits to bless us, while we dream
Thou leavest us because we turn from thee!
All souls that struggle and aspire,
All hearts of prayer by thee are lit;
And, dim or clear, thy tongues of fire
On dusky tribes and twilight centuries sit.
Nor bounds, nor clime, nor creed thou know'st,
Wide as our need thy favors fall;
The white wings of the Holy Ghost
Stoop, seen or unseen, o'er the heads of all.
O Beauty, old yet ever new!
Eternal Voice, and Inward Word,
The Logos of the Greek and Jew,
The old sphere-music which the Samian heard!
Truth, which the sage and prophet saw,
Long sought without, but found within,
The Law of Love beyond all law,
The Life o'erflooding mortal death and sin!
Shine on us with the light which glowed
Upon the trance-bound shepherd's way.
Who saw the Darkness overflowed
And drowned by tides of everlasting Day.
Shine, light of God!--make broad thy scope
To all who sin and suffer; more
And better than we dare to hope
With Heaven's compassion make our longings poor!

Admit the truth
Tell me the truth once in your life.
Answer me, to my straight question.
At what time that day did you bring
Your wife from her bosses flat?
Tell me the truth once in your life.
Answer me to my straight question.
At what home did you get your maid
Aborted and at what cost to save your pride?
Tell me the truth once in your life.
Answer me to my straight question.
How many son-in-laws did you change
Before you set her in a wealthy lord?
Tell me the truth once in your life
Before you die a death of beach,
Having built your fort on illicit bricks.
Admit the truth at least only once.

The Road Through Chaos
I.
There is one road, one only, to the Light:
A narrow way, but Freedom walks therein;
A straight, firm road through Chaos and old Night,
And all these wandering Jack-o-Lents of Sin.
It is the road of Law, where Pilate stays
To hear, at last, the answer to his cry;
And mighty sages, groping through their maze
Of eager questions, hear a child reply.
_Truth? What is Truth?_ Come, look upon my tables.
Begin at your beginnings once again.
_Twice one is two!_ Though all the rest be fables,
Here's one poor glimpse of Truth to keep you sane.
For Truth, at first, is clean accord with fact,
Whether in line or thought, or word, or act.
II.
Then, by those first, those clean, precise, accords,
Build to the Lord your temples and your song;
The curves of beauty, music's wedded chords
Resolving into heaven all hate and wrong.
Let harmonies of colour marry and follow
And breaking waves in a rhythmic dance ensue;
And all your thought fly free as the wings of the swallow,
Whose arrowy curves obey their measure, too.
Then shall the marching stars and tides befriend you,
And your own heart, and the world's heart, pulse in rhyme;
Then shall the mob of the passions that would rend you
Crown you their Captain and march on in time.
So shall you repossess your struggling soul,
Conquer your world, and find the eternal goal.

Fear Not
Jesus Christ said, Do not fear, this because He’s always near,
Near to all who trust in Him, through His Spirit who lives within.
Though He died, He now lives, and a boldness to us He gives,
His boldness, for us to proclaim, the power of His risen Name.
The name by which men are saved, from a world so depraved,
And from this world, lost in sin, men are saved by faith in Him.
Through this faith in Jesus Christ, God gives to us a New Life,
Taken from the dark of night, we now live in the Savior’s Light.
We’re left to remain in this world, as His Disciple and a Herald,
With His message of Salvation, to be brought to every nation.
Preaching to all loud and clear, that Christ’s return is very near,
Holding forth that message of life, only found in Jesus Christ.
Fear in this life has no part, with Christ’s Spirit within our heart,
As believers witness for our Lord, pointing people to the Door,
God’s Door to life eternally; His Son who died for you and me.
Now today, with eternity in mind, all fears within are cast aside.
When in Christ we put our trust, a boldness He then puts in us,
But not a boldness of our own, but boldness from His Throne,
Though fear still comes our way, we trust in Christ day to day,
To fearlessly proclaim His Truth, this in spite of men’s reproof.

Just A Taste
Come meet The God of Eternity, just taste Truth and you’ll see,
Just how sweet it is to your soul, as you stand with Him in awe,
In awe of what He’s done for us, through His Son, Christ Jesus,
Who had left His Eternal Throne, to make sinners His very Own.
The love of Christ is wonderful, reaching even that darkest fool,
Giving those who’re in the dark, His loving light through a spark,
A spark to take them of the night, into the Lord’s Glorious Light,
The saving light of Jesus Christ, which grants to them a new life.
In only takes but one small taste, to realize that it is not a waste,
To go ahead with a positive nod, to look into The Word of God,
About the Truths of God’s Son, which were written for everyone,
Just why He came into the world, the Truth today that we herald.
Of how by God’s matchless love, He had left His Throne above,
To come down onto this earth, through a prophesied virgin birth,
The Eternal God, yet born a man, to bring God’s Salvation Plan,
Good News to men everywhere, when tasted, you too will share.
That Goodness, of The Lord God, everywhere upon earth’s sod,
When you come to know your place, and God’s abundant Grace,
Your heart and soul will rejoice, as in Truth you lift up your voice,
Saved by Christ from Adam’s fall, you too, in Him will be in awe.

Psalm 62
v.5-12
L. M.
No trust in the creatures; or, Faith in Divine grace and power.
My spirit looks to God alone;
My rock and refuge is his throne;
In all my fears, in all my straits,
My soul on his salvation waits.
Trust him, ye saints, in all your ways,
Pour out your hearts before his face:
When helpers fail, and foes invade,
God is our all-sufficient aid.
False are the men of high degree,
The baser sort are vanity;
Laid in the balance, both appear
Light as a puff of empty air.
Make not increasing gold your trust,
Nor set your hearts on glitt'ring dust
Why will you grasp the fleeting smoke,
And not believe what God has spoke?
Once has his awful voice declared,
Once and again my ears have heard,
"All power is his eternal due;
He must be feared and trusted too."
For sovereign power reigns not alone,
Grace is a partner of the throne:
Thy grace and justice, mighty Lord,
Shall well divide our last reward.

The Eye Of God
One you can not see, but all ways sees you, one that you want to listen, but already has heard. "My God, my God why have you forsaken me". I ask why, but shall I dare. For shall I dare know my answer, but you do Lord, only you. You say I should trust, but how can I trust those who are not truth worthy, you say I should love, but why love those you hate. I should ask my self such forbidden questions, for as you say, you trusted when everyone was not worth, you loved when everyone else hated, and you died so that everyone else lived. I thank you Lord, it is not easy in my life, but I thank you, while everyone does the custom you tell me to do the truth and for that it is not easy! So the forbidden question I dare to ask is why.....why me.... why shall I trust you. Yes there are stories of you being there for me long ago, but where are you when I need you now Lord, where is MY Lord. Many tell me He is always with me, that He always hears me, that he always sees me, that he always loves me, but never have I gotten the change to return his favor. Never have I heard his voice, never have I saw his face, and NEVER I have I loved Him back. I am at war God, with the custom and the truth, I need help, even though I know I am not worthy, but I need you God, I need my God, help me Lord before I turn into the one thing I am afraid of, an outcast of your glory, condemned to an eternal separation from the one that made me, the one that loved me, the one that can save me, My God.

Truth
The truth about a truth is that
The truth can’t be concealed for long;
And when revealed, the truth appears
A bigger truth than what it was.
Truth is beautiful; splendid;
Truth is eternal; everlasting;
Truth is endearing to righteous hearts;
Truth is consoling, comforting;
Truth is perennial; evergreen;
Truth is God.
Truth is a virtue all yearn for;
Truth is global, heavenly;
Truth is uncompromising;
Truth is always encouraging;
Truth is desirable; exhilarating.
Truth is mankind’s ultimate search;
Truth is a great topic of research;
Truth is delighting; enchanting;
Truth is trust-worthy from
Beginning to the end.
No lies can hide a truth for long;
No lies can make a lie, a truth;
All lies will vanish leaving truth exposed,
As bright as ever any time.

Many Are Called
Many are called, dear heart, to happiness,
But few are chosen, even for a wild short year.
Love calls us from our sleep, and we make stress
To rise and greet him in a world austere
With a sweet dawn, while blithe as chanticleer
He carols his brave message, and we loosen
The shutters of our grief to find him near.
Many are called by Love, but few are chosen.
Love's voice is truth. He speaks his messages
In tones we dare not doubt, and we give ear
As to a prophet of our wilderness,
The glorious lord of a new hemisphere.
And we run, we too, glorious, without fear,
Like children on bright ice too thinly frozen,
Gay to our doom. Ah me! The plunge was sheer.
Many are called by Love, but few are chosen.
Love chooses whom he will to ban or bless.
My fate was a wild shepherd's on the drear
Plains of wan hope, whose one--time shepherdess
Was lost even in the winning, and whose cheer
Has since been of the yellow leaf and sere,
(Scorned is the rose--tree Time finds no last rose on)
And silence claims him and the end is near.
Many are called by Love, but few are chosen.
Queen of my life! I do not love you less
Because you choose not me to cast your woes on.
It is enough for me you once said ``Yes.''
Many are called by Love, but few are chosen.

Pontius Pilate Said
Pontius Pilate was Prefect of Judea
the Roman governor of Judea
during the reign of Tiberius Caesar.
Luke said at Luke 3: 1 “In the fifteenth
year of the reign of Tiberius Caesar,
when Pontius Pilate was governor of Judea
and Herod was district ruler of Galilee...”
That John the Baptist gave answer
that he was not the Christ declaring
as recorded at Luke 3: 16 “John gave
the answer, saying to all: “I, for my
part, baptize YOU with water; but
the one stronger than I am is coming,
the lace of whose sandals I am not fit
to untie. He will baptize you people
with holy spirit and fire.” Amen Lord!
Luke faithfully records at Luke 3: 21-22
by what authority Jesus the Messiah would
come writing “Now when all the people were
baptized, Jesus also was baptized and, as he
was praying, the heaven was opened up and the
holy spirit in bodily shape like a dove came down
upon him, and a voice came out of heaven; “You
are my son, the beloved; I have approved you.””
Years later just before Calvary, in Latin calvaria
“skull” translated from Aramaic Golgotha, John
faithfully records at John 18: 37 “Therefore Pilate
said to him: “Well, then, are you a king? ” Jesus
answered: “You yourself are saying that I am a king.
For this I have been born, and for this I have come
into the world, that I should bear witness to the truth.
Everyone that is on the side of the truth listens to my voice.”””
And Pontius “Pilate said to him: “What is truth? ”
Now do not be mislead Brothers and Sisters in Christ.
Any official professional master, in the art of appeasement,
who plays the game of massive truth manipulation, in
self serving advancement, knows ‘the truth is never the truth.’
All politicians and government officials know play the game that
‘the truth is never the truth’ truth is what people wish to believe!
Therefore believe and support your politicians and governments
only in that which you know to be right or at your personal peril!
Romans 13: 7 declares “Render to all their dues, to him
who [calls for] the tax, the tax; to him who [calls for] the
tribute, the tribute; to him who [calls for] the fear, such
fear; to him who [calls for] the honour, such honour.”
Remember to apply the wisdom and discernment
of Christ when spies were sent against him as it is
written at Luke 20: 20 “And, after observing him
closely, they sent out men secretly hired to pretend
that they were righteous, in order that they might
catch him in speech, so as to turn him over to the
government and to the authority of the governor.”
Remember apply this question answer in your life.
Luke faithfully records at Luke 20: 22-25 “Is it lawful
for us to pay tax to Caesar or not? But he detected
their cunning and said to them: “Show me a denarius.
Whose image and inscription does it have? ” They said:
“Caesar’s.” He said to them: “By all means, then, pay
back Caesar’s things to Caesar, but God’s things to God.”
And when a time of reckoning comes, and you must choose,
between the two, will it be government or righteous followed?

Never be afraid of any one,
'He' is there for everyone,
Never HE lets you to sleep,
empty stomach gone so deep,
Fear not for telling truth,
express words with style smooth,
words may be very simple to render
Bow the head and apology tender,
He may take you to his fold
when need arises and you are bold,
with strong belief and faith you hold,
never an grievance to feel soul is sold,
failure may come but should not deter,
words may not falter but path you may not alter,
storm in tea cup or bubbles may peter out,
When conscious is clear and have no clout,
Course is set in and nothing can change,
river course change but you have to arrange,
destiny may remain but you have to manage,
Not loosing composure even after carnage,
Sparkling stars and objects stand firm,
World knows they are heavenly and confirm,
You have to assert and only submit,
Spread the message with candles lit,
Not a day more you may last,
Lot more work and time moving fast,
Eyes up wards and doubts not cast,
Universe is big and eternal world vast,
Who knows what we are meant for?
Has anybody known even this before?
So on destined day you may depart,
Even world may not remain one but apart,
No more cry and no more laugh,
Half life gone but improve better half,
It is not an end but just good beginning,
Hopes not on imagine but on faith pinning
No more cry in wilderness,
No more feeling in isolation,
No more doubts and any question?
It is simple way of living and submission.
