Suspended Mortality

My bones shifted
Where a truant soul
Once malingered,
My eyes lisp into
The siphoning light
Purge into whiteness,
My lips quaver malignantly
And then sojourns shuddering
As a wisp of breath escaped
Into an abortive valley,
My grip tightens then
Loosen its flimsy cajoling
Torn between fighting
For convalescence and
Submitting into honesty:
To severing the cord;
I chose to fought to keep
The persiennes open
And to resuscitate
The painful haggling
But how do we fill our holes?
We live and breathe,
But what do we live for?

This skin is marred
By scars of little deaths
Pestered by the superfluity
Of bruises and sanguinary
For many a struggling and
Infinite unrivaled contending
These oppressions that
Sullies the sleepless vault
Is the same desiccation
I found in a burning wood
Thrown into the hearth
Accumulating warmth
This is the machinism
Of the puppet and his strings
Finding quintessence in
Harried places.

And as we ruminate
Into these glacial trail
Of our squalid putrefaction
We hope to make amends
Underneath a requiem

We vie for verve, we vie for demise
We vie to remember, we vie to forget
The tongue held in the cheek
From gorging the elegy

Because in living life
We nurture death
And the greater breath
I heave for your robust
Vigor and bereft
The greater defilement
Slither in your veins
Like sleeping cells
Waiting to burst
And poison you from
The very core

Without my struggles
The pain and its
Ever glorious spawns
I am tight-roping
In a suspended moment
Of perpetual decay

Braille

Pray tell, my sleepless child
Without your name, who are you?
Does the color of your skin,
The sly motions of your lips,
Or the canopies underneath
Your sweeping eyelashes
Tell you about your secrets?

The tabularazas in our open palms
Shear the exhumed constitutions
With the blandness of nothingness
Because we are nothing
But blotted pages
And our blood is the ink,
Our contending is the pressing
Of the angrily hissing pen.

Let me take your hand
Into the frowning crevasses
And the pockmarks that
Slanders your skin
Like salient stones
For the dead man,
Slither into these roads
And understand
That we are made
Of bruises and scars

Now let me guide you
Underneath my shirt
Closer to the pounding
Of the harried chest
Inside this cage
Of feral yearning—
A yearning that is
Dangerous

The blue rivers that
Opposed the bloody ripples
Sprang from a chamber:
A pantheon of screams
That was unfettered from
Their vivid dreams

Pray tell, my ignorant child,
Now that you have
Traversed the untaken roads
Will you tell me why
It is so painstaking
To look inside ourselves?

Pray tell, blind soul,
Amongst the pointing fingers
Who can read
This mendacious braille.

No Greater Love

The angels can sing, but they don't know it all.
Heaven may have, streets made of gold,
But they don't have you like I have you to hold.
And like a prayer, you're everywhere!
That's how I know there's
No greater love!
When it's just you and me
That's how it's meant to be, and I know
There's no greater love!
We'll always be together,
On both sides of forever, I know
There's no greater love!
Ohhh Oh Oh
The touch of your fingers, on my skin,
I want to lay down beside you again.
The taste of your lips, pressed against mine,
Lost in this moment, way beyond time.
And like a prayer, you're everywhere!
That's how I know there's
No greater love!
When it's just you and me,
That's how it's meant to be, and I know
There's no greater love!
We'll always be together,
On both sides of forever I know
There's no greater love!
I would lay down my life for you,
And you would do the same for me,
I know it's true.
With every breath I breathe,
Baby, I believe,
There's no greater love!
When it's just you and me,
That's how it's meant to be and I know
There's no greater love!
We'll always be together,
On both sides of forever, I know
There's no greater love!
No greater love.

Peace Is Not Yet

Whisk the rose-wine veiling fume
And the reedy rendezvous of the stars
But be cautious to exhume the gravid
But frail burden of the canopies
Underneath the marred chortles
And the playful lisping of the lips
These eyes sweep the dusts bashfully
And bleaches the tattoo of oppression
Cringing the sallow skin of somnolence—
The pawned peace in slumber;
To usurp the fissures of the greedy sand
Siphoning the path thoroughly
Until the stride bends in a spur
Of evocative and spurious reveries
And as hope grovel for hope
I shall contend with the manacles
And as pride devour pride
I shall rival with the angry tides
So I can forgive you,
So I can forgive myself,
And sleep may arrive the harbinger
Of peace and quietude
But until then, I remain astray
In this ravine inside myself
In this harried tug-of-war
Of cajoling phantoms
And their mourning deaths
Peace is not yet, sleep is not yet,
In the equinox of unreality.

The Dark Knight Comes Too Pass

The dark knight has come
Fighting for his moment
Fighting for his glory
Fighting for his thrown
Fighting is all he has ever known

From a mere boy
Being raised by the wolves
Living in the darkness for just too long
Something just went so wrong

The dark knight has come
Fighting for his moment
Fighting for his glory
Fighting for his thrown
Fighting is all he has ever known

Was it a death so desperately
Forever in misery
A loves tragedy
Is always so sad to see

The dark knight has come
Fighting for his moment
Fighting for his glory
Fighting for his thrown
Fighting is all he has ever known

The not so dead family
A murder held with in their arms
With no recourse
With no remorse

The dark knight has come
Fighting for his moment
Fighting for his glory
Fighting for his thrown
Fighting is all he has ever known

He's the alternate ending
As the light comes to pass
Shadows lurk
They shouldn't be disturbed
Let them rest in peace

The dark knight has come
Fighting for his moment
Fighting for his glory
Fighting for his thrown
Fighting is all he has ever known

Festered hate fills his eyes
As he is victimized
By those desecrated his loves ones grave
Becoming of the nightly terrors

The dark knight has come
Fighting for his moment
Fighting for his glory
Fighting for his thrown
Fighting is all he has ever known

Just let Go

I knew of torment once
so long ago, was that me back then
suffering in pain, I was forced to do things
I could never remember
I was forced to be someone
outside of my own
I don’t like to say
or remember back then
how it hurt me to even just breath
the agony you feel the pain unreal
how can a child bear witness
to this torment and pain
to be torn into two
like a rag doll of old
the memories are real
they made me a women of today
but to block out the terror
the screams and hands
that lay waste to my soul
its more than I can bare
its more than I can say
how to make you understand
the innocence of a child
taken from them without remorse
without regret and the child not knowing
she was too young to know
of the horrors drawn from her that day
not understanding she would live
she would breath only to live her life
like a zombie instead
but the torture of living
and breathing each day
was something she learned
alone in the dark never really knowing
all she had to do was reach out and touch
loved ones and friends
So where do you say
you know agony and pain
have you lived through a year
of torture and pain
Have you been held so tight
you can’t breathe you can’t move
you move to your left your crushed real tight
you move to your right your crushed tighter still
then a hand covers mouth
stopping you to scream or shout
then hear every day don’t tell or be dead
I’ve walked away from this memory of old
and I've learnt to be strong
and just let it go

In the Spirit of Rumi - 15

To My Beloved I said

O My Beloved,
tell me of Yourself;
I yearn to know

My Beloved said

O my dearest one,
tell me, rather, of yourself;
for only in knowing yourself
and knowing what you do not know
may you know Myself

to My Beloved I said

I breathe; and yet
I was never taught to breathe.
I breathe perfectly;
who taught me then, to breathe?

In the light of the Sun,
I see all that may be seen;
who taught my eyes to see?
who taught the Sun to shine?

With my breath,
with my eyes,
I see love, breathe love in my heart;
who put it there?

Every day, I eat,
every day I need to eat;
every day there is some food;
who makes earth into bread?

Every day I make mistakes,
yet every day I live again;
my children I forgive their mistakes;
who will teach me my mistakes,
who will forgive me my mistakes?

Every day I find my world the greater,
every day my powers are greater;
every day the world’s glory is greater;
who made these boundaries to be boundless?

Every day, I think of death;
every day, I am alive;
every day, I seek the truth;
who joins these three, and who divides?

my Beloved said to me

In your questions, love.
In the answer, love.

To My Babies....Happy Mothers Day Every Day

To My Babies…….Happy Mothers Day Every Day

Do you remember the very first day you spent inside your very first cradle in my womb?
Do you remember the calm warm liquid love I enveloped you in?
Do you remember my calming soothing voice with you in the darkness?
Do you remember the beat of my loving heart?
Do you remember how I nourished you with my own blood?
Do you remember kicking me from within?
Do you remember bringing a smile to my tired yet blossoming face?
Do you remember me sitting up late in the night in discomfort only for your comfort?
Do you remember my pain and cries upon feeling torn apart?
Do you remember when the moment turned into minutes turned into hours?
Do you remember holding on so tight not wanting to leave the comfort and safety of my womb
Do you remember me pushing you out taking my own self to the brink of death?
Do you remember me giving you a glimpse of your new life?
Do you remember the look in my eyes?
Do you remember the first time I held you, your very first caress?
Do you remember the first kiss I planted upon your face?
Do you remember that first tear that rolled down my cheek
Do you remember your first tear I kissed away with my healing lips?
Do you remember the look of pride and joy?
Do you remember my very first silent prayer?
Do you remember being severed from my tired form?
Do you remember me holding you to my breast to give you only my very best?

Well I remember each and every moment and will take it with me upon my last breath
For as long and beyond…. hold on to that invisible cord
I love you all unconditionally and will always be right here in your hearts
Happy Mothers Day to you all
Love Always

Hope

Life on earth is hard,
It is something we earned,
Every day a body is burned,
What a terrible fate,

Then I saw you,
Your smiling face,
You filled my life with grace,
What a beautiful fate,

So I took a deep breath,
Found the courage to keep going,
This might be my fate,

In your eyes,
In your eyes I saw hope,
In your eyes I saw life,
In your eyes I saw love,
In your eyes I saw the love of life,

I chose to live,
I chose to live for you,
In everything I do,
To always be with you,

Together we will live,
To others we will give,
Hope we will deliver,
With love, no one will suffer,

In your eyes,
In your eyes I see hope,
In your eyes I see life,
For you I'd give it all up,
For you I'd give up life,

Life on earth is hard but not with you,
Your eyes shine with the light of love,
With you I feel the blessings from above,
Your eyes see the depths of my soul,
Shining your light into my life,
I hope your love is my fate,

In your eyes I see love and light,
With you my hope is for life!

Your Scent

Your scent encases me
My second skin
It permeates everything
All at once satiating
While leaving me hungering for more
Leaving me open
Right down to my very core

Your scent encases me
Driving out the demons of memory
For new paths to be formed
Along their wake
Cementing new paintings in place
Ignoring the gossamer wings of time
So easily torn

Your scent encases me
My every breath waiting
To be set free
Time obliging, abiding
My whim
To be within your breath
Within your arms
Surrounded by the trail of your secret, your soul

Your scent encases me
Holding fast their silken bonds
And, oh rapture
To be held by such luxurious tethers
Held fast to your lust, your need
Only matched by the flames within my breast
The fires that only moments ago were mere embers
Slowly, your breath on my skin, your scent in my hair, come to life

Your scent encases me
I am left in darkness
No light does penetrate
My only salvation, your whispered words
I follow those sounds, those wisps of pure lust
My every breath taking in sweet passion
Your passion, my passion, our passion, as one we are once more.

Skin

Underneath my skin, is another skin

Underneath my bones some other bones

In which you have walked

And still walk

Underneath this tree grows another tree

In which you have grown

In which your roots have sewn

These shoots that rise up

Carry me nearer to you

I walk into your past

Breathe inside of your days

And your heart holds mine

Each beat

A sign that you are still living

Underneath these stones

Are your living stones

That will not die

I walk into your past

And live always in your presence

I carry you under my skin

Shaped by the dust of your bone

Born from the seed of your love

Carried on the wind

I carry you under my skin

Into the skin of another

Into the flesh and the blood of a lover

And you will live on

In the root of the tree

In the fruit of the flower

On and on

Held in the heart on another

I carry you under my skin

And always you are here, with me

Brawls (Non Sequitur)

Punch after punch
The pain sank pensively
Hurling daggers of avenge
To a shapeless archenemy
The rotting succumb to its demise

Gust after gust
The wind cut exasperated wounds
With a tourniquet of self-pity
Looking for perfect flaws
The pillar toppled to mark a grave

Thunder after thunder
It benumbed the daunted heart
And bit the maker's hands
A pedagogy of aversive measures
We are conquered by our own devices

Storm after storm
You swept the peaceful dust
With a halcyon holocaust
Never acknowledging the faults
Drowning in your own weather

Wrath after wrath
Stropping the malcontent
Siphoning the lament
Caress the obstinate child
To deliver his own death

Death after death
The squalid hands exhumed the grave
Burn the bones and pray
To the god of bones for silence
And sully with the leprous sleep

Putrefaction after putrefaction
Meat after meat, bone after bone
Gambling to rival and resist
Defying the sharp demise
In a non sequitur brawl

Don't Forget How To Live

Don't forget the honesty,
That was once surrounding;
Honesty in a sea of panic,
Innocent in deaths eyes.
For to him your just
Another passenger on a
Never ending train ride.
Don't Forget to live;
Don't forget to breath,
In the fallen wasteland
That has become,
Which will always be.

Lambasted Deferral Of My Puissant Muse

In this world of odes
Every whisper is a trap
Rummaging for preys
A lascivious answer
Where hunger feeds on
Another a hunger;
An ouroboros inscribed
Without a concatenation
To fill in the famished lapses

In this clandestine world
A flaccid orb of gas
From the cigarette parting
Your thin veneered lips
And streams from gutters
Of your slicing eyes,
The land, fertile for the dead,
In your taut skin of white
The odes, traipsed in
The wrinkles nonexistent to the eye
But felt through the coarse
Beat of the dogtrotted hearts

This world ornately meshed
Into the pentagrams of your
Enchanting spells, I flounced
To find a looming pantheon
Of serpents eluded by
The prattling of their own tails
They succumb themselves
Drawing a circlet of scales
And I was the panther
Musing the surrealism
Of your riddles
With a forked tongue
Comanded by its musing

In this world of putrefaction
To vie for life, your own or not,
You are the venom moseying
The sinewy veins in my wrists
I'd rather die than bleed
You out, for that life
Is rather long asleep
The pain of your efflorescence
Is the beckon of life.
Puncturing the slumbering culprits
To stir in their haitus
To obfuscate the clout
And reveal the remedy ebbing
Into the very poison

If this world is a sole cellar
Residing in those cold tears
Guttering flagrantly yet subtly
In the circles of your palms
Then must I submit and efface
The quintessence of self?
In a harried vie, where I
Only reap vaporous clouds
When I disembogued the home in my land
To eat the fire of your skies

In this world, you are:
The home I pawned for,
The sun I dare swallow
To be a suffice source of warmth
And vexation— a mooring banister
Whenever you trample,
The harlot of the art
In severing lies and
Risque vulnerability
And I am but
Another agog dancer
In the heraldry
Of your wobbling saunters.

In My Eyes

I hope that one day,
You'll come to realize
How perfect you look
When seen though my eyes

But if tomorrow, my life was to end
With so many of the fun thing left to do
It wouldn't matter at all
Because, of the times I have spent with you

So give me your body,
Your heart, mind, and soul.

And let's make sweet love together,
To make each other whole.

So Come and lie down here beside me,
And let me kiss your skin.
As my lips trace circles,
To leave a trail of wetness from where I have bin.

Let your breasts heave for the moment,
With your Nipples reaching so high
As my mouth and tongue caress them,
So your thoughts now
can begin to fly.

Breath! Breath out!

A moment of silence.
Breath out!
There is nothing to say aloud.
Reflection of passion in the eyes.
Breath!
There is no time to realize.
They quickly open the door lock.
Breath out!
They look at the clock.
Endless kiss in the hall.
Breath!
Don’t fall!
The sound of falling ring.
Breath out!
Ding, ding!
The smell of electricity on the skin.
Breath!
Who will win?
A certain expression on his face.
Breath out!
It’s not a race.
Fulfilling with ecstasy two glasses.
Breath!
They are full of fantasies.
Not clear whispers of wet lips.
Breath out!
You are not VIPs.
The hasty movements of two lightings.
Breath!
They are fighting.
One is tender, another one is rude.
Breath out!
One is not so cute.
Rocking hands of the clock.
Breath!
Don’t get a shock!
As… one is released,
another one is not.
Take a deep breath!
As… here is a dot.

False Hopes

A causeway of light arched supplely
Into the latencies of frittered days
Where I bargain for death obdurately
Sapping putrefaction placidly to decay
And perish from the unrivaled despondency
I muse the furlough of every passing day
But a causeway of light arched supplely
Suspending the black ribbon's sway

Oppressive condoles are salves of the defeated
And these rived my bones and hauled my soul
Out into the risqué nakedness of light to be diluted
Into a transparency of savage cajoles
For your sincerity lacked consistency, instead,
My vanguard and subterfuge you stole
But oppressive condoles are salves of the defeated
And in your ephemeral graze I still conceded

The obsidian horizon feigned resilience
So I stifle my vessels to capture you ever closer
But the impervious distance was too dense
Inundated with your breath's blasé timber
And so we are splintered like dumb oxen by a fence
Gnawing on the grasses of perpetual Decembers
But the obsidian horizon feigned resilience
Without a moment of transition and encounter

The ubiquitous farce convoluted
As I twisted at the feet of the forlorn
That I have woven for myself from deluded
Hopes of exoneration; emancipation from the mourn
The make believe infinity waned and percolated
To unlatch in my eyes the abysmal void
But the ubiquitous farce convoluted
And I remember your faces and the covenant sworn

Sleepless Eyes Make Sleepless Night

Sleepless eyes make sleepess night
Please world
Give me something to hold on tight,
For even though I have
Sleepless eyes that make sleepess night
I yearn to rest, a rest so peaceful
Only death can make it right.
Sleepless eyes make sleepless night
Please world
Restore my life so it can be in my sight
For all I see is death
Because only death can make it right.
Sleepless eyes that make sleepless night
Rest assues that the world
Will give in and not put up a fight
Otherwise there is but death
Only death can make it right.
Sleepless eyes make sleepless night
Please world
Shine hope back into my life with light
So brightand warm it makes
Death seem not so right.
Sleepless eyes that make sleepness night
Give me the strength and will
That the world will share its might
To fight against death
For only death can make it right.
Sleepless eyes make sleepless night
Please close your eyes
So death will disappear with the sunlight
And let the world
Be the only one to make right.

Les Noyades

WHATEVER a man of the sons of men
Shall say to his heart of the lords above,
They have shown man verily, once and again,
Marvellous mercies and infinite love.

In the wild fifth year of the change of things,
When France was glorious and blood-red, fair
With dust of battle and deaths of kings,
A queen of men, with helmeted hair,

Carrier came down to the Loire and slew,
Till all the ways and the waves waxed red:
Bound and drowned, slaying two by two,
Maidens and young men, naked and wed.

They brought on a day to his judgment-place
One rough with labour and red with fight,
And a lady noble by name and face,
Faultless, a maiden, wonderful, white.

She knew not, being for shame’s sake blind,
If his eyes were hot on her face hard by.
And the judge bade strip and ship them, and bind
Bosom to bosom, to drown and die.

The white girl winced and whitened; but he
Caught fire, waxed bright as a great bright flame
Seen with thunder far out on the sea,
Laughed hard as the glad blood went and came.

Twice his lips quailed with delight, then said,
“I have but a word to you all, one word;
Bear with me; surely I am but dead;”
And all they laughed and mocked him and heard.

“Judge, when they open the judgment-roll,
I will stand upright before God and pray:
‘Lord God, have mercy on one man’s soul,
For his mercy was great upon earth, I say.

“‘Lord, if I loved thee—Lord, if I served—
If these who darkened thy fair Son’s face
I fought with, sparing not one, nor swerved
A hand’s-breadth, Lord, in the perilous place—

“‘I pray thee say to this man, O Lord,
Sit thou for him at my feet on a throne.
I will face thy wrath, though it bite as a sword,
And my soul shall burn for his soul, and atone.

“‘For, Lord, thou knowest, O God most wise,
How gracious on earth were his deeds towards me.
Shall this be a small thing in thine eyes,
That is greater in mine than the whole great sea?’

“I have loved this woman my whole life long,
And even for love’s sake when have I said
‘I love you’? when have I done you wrong,
Living? but now I shall have you dead.

“Yea, now, do I bid you love me, love?
Love me or loathe, we are one not twain.
But God be praised in his heaven above
For this my pleasure and that my pain!

“For never a man, being mean like me,
Shall die like me till the whole world dies.
I shall drown with her, laughing for love; and she
Mix with me, touching me, lips and eyes.

“Shall she not know me and see me all through,
Me, on whose heart as a worm she trod?
You have given me, God requite it you,
What man yet never was given of God.”

O sweet one love, O my life’s delight,
Dear, though the days have divided us,
Lost beyond hope, taken far out of sight,
Not twice in the world shall the gods do thus.

Had it been so hard for my love? but I,
Though the gods gave all that a god can give,
I had chosen rather the gift to die,
Cease, and be glad above all that live.

For the Loire would have driven us down to the sea,
And the sea would have pitched us from shoal to shoal;
And I should have held you, and you held me,
As flesh holds flesh, and the soul the soul.

Could I change you, help you to love me, sweet,
Could I give you the love that would sweeten death,
We should yield, go down, locked hands and feet,
Die, drown together, and breath catch breath;

But you would have felt my soul in a kiss,
And known that once if I loved you well;
And I would have given my soul for this
To burn for ever in burning hell.

Ousted

In this madhouse world
Where the beacons are blind
And the canopies succumb
My eager sprouting vines
I tend to escape away
Engage in a subtle espionage
For the quintessence of life
Does not crawl in the skin
Of this moiré perfection that
Idealism vied to wrought
Under our noses and
Beneath our roof beams.

A tatterdemalion meanderer
Of agog sole and yearning,
A goaded and fragile arsenal
Of words and contours
Slurring in surreal slopes
To defy and to define
My voraciousness for hope
A touch on its sterile skin
Chaste, clean and deceptive—
A blinded scheme of beauty
I am a stain, a blotch of blood
Like a maladroit red pyrotechnic
Scintillating eloquently in
The undulations of the water

So I trampled in a rendezvous
With the stale grandiose of bitterness
Ensconced in the trance and
Inveigles of cheap panaceas
To desperately dab the wounds
Of the flagrant destitution
And to extol the fumes that
Will hide the desiccation
Of an unrequited contending
And no one will have to know
That you are ousted from
The sunset of your own funeral.

Everything shriveled,
Darkened and crunched
And putrefied without
A chance of exoneration
Because I cannot mourn with you
And dissect my lamentations
In your hands, for you have
Superfluous wrists of four
But only a single pulse
That cannot alter the beating
For a klutz waltz of death
If another wrist shall bleed
And the sun went down
Dripping with a red star
Ousted from the sky.

This is how it works;
This is how we'll subsist
When the Gods sequester
The bones and the morsels
From the aptitude of spirit
Ousted from their schemes
Their lives tight-roping seams
To live on without it and in
Solitary confinement.

Remember Not To Forget Me

You have been through a lot
You still have a long way to go
Discrimination will always be in your way
You will face new trials everyday
So many people you will meet
Just remember not to forget me

You have a lot to live for
But not a lot to come back for
I’ll always be here waiting
Waiting for the love of my life
For my happiness to return to me
Please remember not to forget me

You gave me what I never had before
Hope, a reason, the will to keep being
I lived for the moment, you taught me to slow down
You taught me to think about it, to savor it
And then to plan for tomorrow
So when tomorrow comes, remember not to forget me

When you’re with me, the rest of the world fades
Everything melts away and it’s just you and me, face to face
I don’t know how you feel, but I know you are part of me
You are my other half, I need you to breathe
You are the light to my dark, the night to my day
As the sun rises and sets, remember not to forget me

You remind me that I don’t need their reality
I just need you with me, away where we can be
Every kiss you give me takes my tears away
With each passing day we get closer
Closer to the day when you will take me away
Just come back, remember not to forget me

I tried to quit you, to prove i didn’t need you
I failed, I couldn’t forget you, the memories found me
Everything near me has residue of you
Close my eyes, I see you, as if you were here
You know what, I couldn’t be happier
Carry the memories with you, remember not to forget me

Every morning that I wake, I’ll think of you
And you will be on my mind all through the day
When it’s late, I’ll be thinking of you, as I lie there alone and awake
As I dream it is you I will see
I can only hope you will be thinking of me
My darling, my love, please remember not to forget me
