The alleys collapsed as the lungs did
As the lampposts flickered with the vision
A shadowy mirage lingered to caress
The soft yellow lights, the singeing blood
Searing from the charred soles
I walked with the roaring fire
The fire pranced with the songs
Hiding in the browning calendar
I halted, panted, eviscerating
Amassing vigor, accumulating air,
I'd watch you from here;
Until I feel my legs again
Until I relearn the tempo
To sway with the grace
Of your wandering pendulums.

Firebreak
Moseying in the skin of your complacence
I build an ornate heraldry of sycamores
With carnal lattices to fringe the eaves
But no vulture dares to crane and sing,
No quasar halt to pry and beam,
No burl stopped from lewdly skewing
Deeper and deeper, you are penetrating.
You amble sprightly, sagaciously, innocuously
Caroming into the maze gracefully
I was weighed to kneeling with a plea
And a silent cry for a trespassing treachery
But gravity opposed the resistance
And the sycamores flounced wistfully
My forest sprouted the ripped wings
And the castrated prongs in the foliage
Of dying moss and buried memories
Uttering the melody of a gamine
That mounts walls for a dream
To stir past the concatenations
And gnarls between you and me,
Utter a fastidious wisp of infinity
And dispense the momentum
To a ballasting defeat
In the lips of a famished fleet
Utter the ignorant sensation
Of emollient crevasses yawning
Swiftly eviscerating somnolence,

Brand new visions,

Desiccating illusions.
Scathe the fuel-bathed forest
And start a fire of black scorches
And charred parcels of melodies,

I cant even look at this skin tonight

My Disease
I feel as if I have been abandoned
Even though there are people all around me.
I can only feel the depression sinking in deeper and deeper
it's a disease, spreading through my veins,
becoming worse and worse with every breath I take.
The true face of my depression surronded
in the same black shroud that I am surronded in.
The disease spreads farther and farther
Cutting me deeper and deeper.
Those around me laugh at my pain,
They laugh at my blood.
My depression has sunk to new divisions,
The disease has finally spread throughout my blood stream.
To end my depression forever,
To finally rid myself of the disease.
But I cut it short.

Ive found a reason to dig deep down.

I think of venus sinking down into the sea.

Fire,
It burns in all of us,
It burns deep in my soul,
I fell it when I'm told no,
