Just For You

Like morning dew you came in
Before encompassing you vanished
Vanished faster than the dew
But u left that smile to poke my heart

I recollect the bliss of those days
Everyday was precious that pave to you, ways
The narrow seat of our nearness was high
There on your shoulders I let out my sigh

It has turned that too before time
It is the course of life who can tame
But poor is my heart which claim to gain
The garden of gay that has turned into a yard of leaves

The light that sheds, melts the depth
In melting it rises to the heaven seventh
A bliss that cannot but be aspired forth
A joy that only a friend can bring forth

The glowing wheel rolled again and again
Beautified the west for the lost glory to regain
But darkness and unfathomable was its gain
Under the shade of silence does the wound remain?

And yet the monotone silence is shattered
When you open the knot of familiarity
You care all beyond the fare
Praises to you if you think you're fair

When the sun rises I get hope
When the sun sets I lose that hope
When the shades are grown I grow my desire
Both get trampled again
Both grow till the sun sets to end my aspiration

How restless is my soul
I find no one to console
Is it the portion of a loving soul?
It is the incurable sore for the soul

You have died… You have disappeared
But I don't admit… I don't accept
Your absence is true… you have disappeared
But I am helpless… I cannot cry nor accept…

Soul Sanctuary

Loving u in silence, knowing that its right
Under your gaze I ponder this love 2night
Unbothered by the chaos swirling round outside
In your arms is where I want 2 live and die
Someplace where your face is all that I see
Where the love we make intoxicates intensively
In a mirror where your sweet reflection used 2 be
There is hope, there is joy, my soul sanctuary
My soul sanctuary
Loving u in silence, neverending kiss
Under your gaze I can peacefully exist
Sanctuary, baby, nothing compares 2 this
In my darkest hour u can be my bliss (bliss)
All of me I give 2 thee down at your feet
The reassurance in your rhythm speaks 2 me
Over and over your screams are like a prayer
In the dark, u are there (u are there), my soul sanctuary
Ooh, my soul sanctuary
Loving u in passion unmolested in this garden
Mango and nectarine, sweet honeydew, I beg your pardon
My mouth runneth over from ecstasy
Its true (its true), baby, I love the taste of u
Loving u in silence, knowing that its right
Under your gaze I ponder this love 2night
Unbothered by the chaos swirling around outside
In your arms is where I wanna live and die
Someplace (someplace) where your face is all that I see (all that I see)

Many Beliefs, But One Way

Many beliefs have been touted to be, alternate pathways to Eternity,
For since He is a God of Love, there’s many ways to Heaven above.
Saying a loving God wouldn’t send, anyone into Hell my dear friend.
Saying every man from every place, will in Heaven see God’s Face.

Friend, some dear folk even say, living a good life is one sure way,
Why others believe their religiosity, will pave their way into eternity.
One thing all these people know, is Heaven’s where they want to go,
But knowing where they want to be, won’t assure Heaven in eternity.

Many profess to believe in God, while saying it with a confident nod.
One Truth they do not embrace, is the Saving Work of God’s Grace.
Where do you find God’s Saving Grace, it is found in just one place,
And that one place is the Cross, where the Lamb died for all the lost.

Some grow up having understood, to get to Heaven we must be good.
What about the thief next to Christ, that same day he was in Paradise,
Not because he lived a good life; it was because he believed in Christ.
His evil life put him on that tree; his belief in Christ gained him eternity.

It is God’s Truth men must believe, and God’s Son they must receive.
Men may not know God’s only Son, the Lamb who died for everyone.
Christ died that day for you and me, so all men need to do is believe.
The moment you accept Him friend, Heaven not Hell will be your end.

A good life won’t give one certainty, like The Lord gives to you and me.
Good works point to men not Christ, for securing for them Eternal Life.
Christ not I, bore all of God’s wrath, to pave for me God’s Eternal path.
It’s not a good life that sets us free, but belief in the One from Calvary.

The Soul

the beauty of the day
washes my troubles away
seeing the sun up above
and the sky clear blue

always' reminds me of you'

the smile on your face
radiating the beauty within
and the depth in your eyes
just pulling me, like a rip current..
deeper and deeper i go
until i reach your very soul.

then your soul absorbs my entireity
shoots me out and sets me free.

sets me free to see all the
beauty that you have inside
a beauty which i can't deny.

there is nothing in this world
with which your beauty to compare

now that i found you i will not share.

you have taught my soul to fly
of that there is no lie.

now i am high above the ground
my heart hears all the sounds.

the sound of broken hearts, and lost souls
and tears that fall to the floor.

never to be heard evermore.

for teardrops dry up like the rain
and you lose all your pain.

because of you i have found
the beauty of a soul.

and in love you lose control.

Etesia Absent

Love, the world's life! What a sad death
Thy absence is to lose our breath
At once and die, is but to live
Enlarged, without the scant reprieve
Of pulse and air: whose dull returns
And narrow circles the soul mourns.
But to be dead alive, and still
To wish, but never have our will:
To be possessed, and yet to miss;
To wed a true but absent bliss:
Are lingering tortures, and their smart
Dissects and racks and grinds the heart!
As soul and body in that state
Which unto us seems separate,
Cannot be said to live, until
Reunion; which days fulfil
And slow-paced seasons: so in vain
Through hours and minutes (Time's long train,)
I look for thee, and from thy sight,
As from my soul, for life and light.
For till thine eyes shine so on me,
Mine are fast-closed and will not see.

A Lament

The circle is broken, one seat is forsaken,
One bud from the tree of our friendship is shaken;
One heart from among us no longer shall thrill
With joy in our gladness, or grief in our ill.

Weep! lonely and lowly are slumbering now
The light of her glances, the pride of her brow;
Weep! sadly and long shall we listen in vain
To hear the soft tones of her welcome again.

Give our tears to the dead! For humanity's claim
From its silence and darkness is ever the same;
The hope of that world whose existence is bliss
May not stifle the tears of the mourners of this.

For, oh! if one glance the freed spirit can throw
On the scene of its troubled probation below,
Than the pride of the marble, the pomp of the dead,
To that glance will be dearer the tears which we shed.

Oh, who can forget the mild light of her smile,
Over lips moved with music and feeling the while,
The eye's deep enchantment, dark, dream-like, and clear,
In the glow of its gladness, the shade of its tear.

And the charm of her features, while over the whole
Played the hues of the heart and the sunshine of soul;
And the tones of her voice, like the music which seems
Murmured low in our ears by the Angel of dreams!

But holier and dearer our memories hold
Those treasures of feeling, more precious than gold,
The love and the kindness and pity which gave
Fresh flowers for the bridal, green wreaths for the grave!

The heart ever open to Charity's claim,
Unmoved from its purpose by censure and blame,
While vainly alike on her eye and her ear
Fell the scorn of the heartless, the jesting and jeer.

How true to our hearts was that beautiful sleeper
With smiles for the joyful, with tears for the weeper,
Yet, evermore prompt, whether mournful or gay,
With warnings in love to the passing astray.

For, though spotless herself, she could sorrow for them
Who sullied with evil the spirit's pure gem;
And a sigh or a tear could the erring reprove,
And the sting of reproof was still tempered by love.

As a cloud of the sunset, slow melting in heaven,
As a star that is lost when the daylight is given,
As a glad dream of slumber, which wakens in bliss,
She hath passed to the world of the holy from this.

Bridge To Our Hearts

Hiding behind the truth and avoiding me
but can you denying how it feel?
u keep forgetting me
Perhaps u forget our memory?
Too much sorry
u believe silence build for thinking
Restless about silence is waiting
dont hate to love
never love to hate
it just me, u and time

ground and sky maybe far
for me it just a different space
sun and star maybe different
i talk with stars at night
and sun still warm me everyday

friend is not about hating
friend is all about loving
so break the silence
lets break the wall
start build the bridge
to link our hearts

Broader soul bridge will connect for someone between two hearts
Be a way for a soul to walk and visit another in place called heart
But when communication was stopped, left as abandoned yard
So keep manage to keep bride stronger even time goes hard
Remember, a bridge is a door of our hearts

Faster & faster

Faster & faster
Let fog have to be disappeared.
Allow the sun light to play on the earth.
Spring will come.
Children will play joyously.
Flowers will bloom in their full swing.
Let fog have to be disappeared.
It brings only hindrance in the growth of the plants.
In this way,
Put off the chain of heavy rules & regulations, which are working like a fog.
Let these children to grow in a natural way.
Provide freedom in their life.
They will grow faster & faster.
Their brain will develop faster & faster.

Until Later

I count the passing of the days.
with tears that mark the grey veils task,
and note life’s sad and passing ways
which called my mother home at last.

I find in me the weight of lead
My soul too slow to flee earth's drag
And think of words your heart had said
knowing time apart does lag.

Yet in your promise much is told
And through memories, new portraits etched
That those who knew your loving soul
Saw reflected in you...Heaven stretched.

Now I sit upon the rivers edge
oft thinking of the other side.
And make a solemn hopeful pledge
That someday with you I'll abide.

Hurt is often carings cost.
I accept the heartache, endure pain.
Knowing that which this realm has lost,
has now become sweet Heavens gain..

The Sun and You

I woke up this morning with your Thought in my heart
It was dull and the radiance of the Sun seems Null
I stepped out and I saw that it was cold and wet
How I wish I could get a little warmth from the sun... I said to myself.

Why the sun?
Why do I desire so much warmth?
The sun is beautiful
It also keeps you warm
Not only does it light the day,
It shows you the beauty hidden the present day.
That’s why I long for you day by day
I miss you...
Just like I miss the sun in the early hours of the day
A day without you is like a day without the sun
‘Cos you remind me of all that is beautiful, all that
Is bright, everything full of light.
Come to me my sun
Come to me my light
Come with all your might
And make everything just as bright
Up it rises in the morning
Down it sets at night
I will always have you in my heart
Even till the sun sets in my life

Armistice Day 1933

This we have said: 'We shall remember them.'
And deep our sorrow while the deed was young.
Even as David mourned for Absolem
Mourned we, with aching heart and grievous tongue.
Yet, what man grieves for long? Time hastens by
And ageing memory, clutching at its hem,
Harks back, as silence falls, to gaze and sigh;
For we have said, 'We shall remember them.'

'Age shall not wither...' So the world runs on.
We grieve, and sleep, and wake to laugh again;
And babes, untouched by pain of days long gone,
Untaught by sacrifice, grow into men.
What should these know of darkness and despair,
Of glory, now seen dimly, like a gem
Glowing thro' dust, that we let gather there?-
We who have said, 'We shall remember them.'

Grey men go marching down this street today:
Grave men, whose ranks grow pitifully spare.
Into the West each year they drift away
From silence into silence over there.
Unsung, unnoticed, quietly they go,
Mayhap to rest; mayhap a diadem
To claim, that was denied them here below
By those who vowed, 'We shall remember them.'

'We shall remember them.' This have we said.
Nor sighs, nor silences devoutly planned
Alone shall satisfy the proud young dead;
But all things that we do to this their land
Aye, theirs; not ours; of this be very sure;
Theirs, too, the right to credit or condemn.
And, if the soul they gave it shall endure,
Well may we say, 'We have remembered them.'

Good morning Sunshine

Good morning sunshine
Sweet loving light
Held in the darkness
Throughout the night
Hello sweet love
That brightens my days
With the smiles you share
And your sweet precious ways
Deep mysterious eyes
That truly amaze
The depth of passion
A heartfelt gaze
Sweet loving arms
That hold so tight
Bring warmth of love
Throughout the night
Good morning sunshine
So glad you are here
You bring such warmth
A heart so dear
Through out this day
I am thinking of you
Sweet loving thoughts
A love so true
With a simple embrace
And a soft gentle kiss
Our day lives on
Sweet loving bliss

Few Days Of Love.

If two days are what a soul receives,
are those days for loving adequate,
when a blissful spring, the garden leaves-
is the right response to blame the fate.

When two days are all a soul does need
such a trek cant deem a lover then,
might consume us all our bodies greed
and give this world more lonely men.

For two days are what a soul had found,
should the love regret this painful grant,
to a lucid dream the trueness bound
while in craving that which have you cant.

Why two days are what my soul did bring!
and did bring with them, the perfect love,
I have embraced it like a gifted wind
and embraced would die, in fleeting of.

But, two days are what my soul did get,
so I love my dame to the full extent,
for no realm can such a clock beget,
at a quit which wont our love lament.

So two days are what my soul did gain
and did the error of loving commit,
you can lock me up, and write me pain,
but never two loving souls can split.

Sunrise In Life)

As the sun rises in the east
rays glitter with light of hope
sun's beam dances in unison
through the sky it stands regal
shows beauty and magic.

Cry out the pains that linger
darkness will soon die
as the sun will shine
to brighten every soul
soothes the ached heart
in life the sun rises bright.

Compensation

In that new world toward which our feet are set,
Shall we find aught to make our hearts forget
Earth's homely joys and her bright hours of bliss?
Has heaven a spell divine enough for this?
For who the pleasure of the spring shall tell
When on the leafless stalk the brown buds swell,
When the grass brightens and the days grow long,
And little birds break out in rippling song?

O sweet the dropping eve, the blush of morn,
The starlit sky, the rustling fields of corn,
The soft airs blowing from the freshening seas,
The sunflecked shadow of the stately trees,
The mellow thunder and the lulling rain,
The warm, delicious, happy summer rain,
When the grass brightens and the days grow long,
And little birds break out in rippling song!

O beauty manifold, from morn till night,
Dawn's flush, noon's blaze and sunset's tender light!
O fair, familiar features, changes sweet
Of her revolving seasons, storm and sleet
And golden calm, as slow she wheels through space,
From snow to roses, - and how dear her face,
When the grass brightens, when the days grow long,
And little birds break out in rippling song!

O happy earth! O home so well beloved!
What recompense have we, from thee removed?
One hope we have that overtops the whole, -
The hope of finding every vanished soul,
We love and long for daily, and for this
Gladly we turn from thee, and all thy bliss,
Even at thy loveliest, when the days are long,
And little birds break out in rippling song.

About Your Denial....

Do not think that i am speaking of death
your view must be limited like an afternoon without hope for light

You have pocketed a smile
as though you are preparing for your usual cry

Do not think that life has gone awry
like the glass that spilled the milk
rolled on the table and fell on the floor

the sound of shattered pieces of glass
that feeling of stain
that silence that expects the reverse
of what actually happened

Come to think of it
this is just a path where everyone passes
they look forward for something else
like an open door that leads to a garden
a pool
a line of coconut trees
another view of the sea
a net full of fish

Come to think about it again
i am talking about life that remains life forever
you know it well
as it is written in the main page of your heart

you feel its song
you have read each word
and your soul has mastered it well

But for the meantime that you are lost in the middle
of everyday affairs
you pretend that you have forgotten it
afraid of the next door that opens
you settle for a chair....

Metaphors of A Free Poet

Leaves shine their best
In the fall,
When they are dying.
Days grown cold
Are left behind,
While the sky comes around to crying.

Shadows can only show
True beauty,
Scattered in rays of the sun's light.
While nature's darkest picture
Is the moon hidden behind clouds,
On a chilled and rainy night.

What sets the soul
Of the poet free?
- the lack of law to conformity -
To bend and blend at will
Time with eternity;
Outter inspiration with inner ability.

Some times (with surprise) arrive
With no name,
Leaving only questions to ponder
Why they came.

Words in cryptic ways
May design delicate days,
Adorned with wonders so brief
Bringing just the slightest spiritual relief.

If even one soul
May find,
In some word I've pressed
A small peace of mind,
Or see just a glimpse
Of beauty so divine,
Then what I have sought
Of all that I feel,
(written metaphorically)
Shall finally become real.

This beyond all else
Is what sets the soul free,
Within the likes
Of a simple poet... like me.

Blade Of Darkness

I am shut down in my own heart,
And all its little doors are closed to me,
I am alone with my thoughts,
Living in my world of silence and melancoly.

It is a world of darkness,
Where hope tries to break in,
There is but a glimmer of light to warm up my soul,
As long as light exists, there is hope for me.

Blade of darkness is tearing up my heart into pieces,
Its depth and edge are so grievous to me,
You are the light that embraces my darkness,
As long as you exist, there is happiness for me.

A Lesson from Hopeless Thoughts

A silent call, a desperate cry
A worried smile, asks why,
It has been put through such mounts of pain,
Without any breaks of relief rain.

A troubled soul, a miserable mind,
A disturbed heart just wants to find,
Somewhere, somehow to be set free,
From anguish, depression and anxiety.
A shattered body, a bruised soul,
A helpless girl, knows she isn’t alone,
Yet her mind and heart are not satisfied,
For within herself, she cannot confide.

I am a stranger, a stranger to you all,
You will never know the depth of my call,
I am living in the past still, as you may see,
Hence, here I am; stuck, making this plea.
My deen is the candle, from darkness to light,
It’s what gives meaning and a human’s sight,
Yet despite acknowledging all of this, I still do not know,
How, out of my depression I might one day grow.

But, think not, dear friend, that I’ve completely failed,
As around my childhood, I’ve driven and sailed,
My thoughts have taught never to regret,
Just move on from those times and deeply repent…

Regret For The Departure Of Friends

As smoke from a volcano soars in the air,
The soul of man discontent mounts from a sigh,
Exhaled as to heaven in mystical prayer,
Invoking that love which forbids him to die.

Sweet hope, lovely passion, my grief ever chase,
And scatter the gloom which veils pleasure's bright ray,
O lend me thy wings, and assist me to trace
The flight of my fair one when gone far away.

When the dim star of pleasure sets glimmering alone,
The planet of beauty on life's dreary shore,
And th' fair bird of fancy forever is flown,
On pinions of haste to be heard of no more.

Hope, tell me, dear passion, thou wilt not forget,
To flourish still sweetly and blossom as gay,
Expelling like morning the gloom of regret,
When the lark of affection is gone far away.

If hurried into some unchangeable clime,
Where oceans of pleasure continually roll,
Far, far from the limited borders of time,
With a total division of body and soul.

Hope, tell me, dear passion, which must earth survive,
That love will be sweeter when nature is o'er,
And still without pain though eternity live,
In the triumph of pleasure when time is no more.

O love, when the day-light of pleasure shall close,
Let the vesper of death break on life's dusky even;
Let the faint sun of time set in peace as it rose,
And eternity open thy morning in heaven.

Then hope, lovely passion, thy torch shall expire,
Effusing on nature life's last feeble ray;
While the night maid of love sets her taper on fire,
To guard smiling beauty from time far away.
