Shoplifter

Police ran behind the thief
and caught him.
It looks very sad,
a deserter is holding a canned meat
and his name is Man.Dalmatian.
(nickname for the dark spots on his face) .
Who served half of his hard life
in the armed forces
and at last what he gained?
only the isolation!

The Show

i have seen this
dalmatian, dancing, and
taking rightly all the cues of
his master.

he adds three plus three
equals six. Six barks.
and his tails waggle
for the correct answer.

the people get excited
watching the dalmatian,
trying to speak the language
of numbers and a human
display of his emotions.

at the park a woman kisses
a man. Lips to lips. The man's
hands holding her butt.
The hard bone protrudes.
The palms are wet.

the dalmatian stops his acts.
and people too stop watching him.

they are watching the real show.
Kiss.Lips to lips. Hands and hearts
Bold at the park. The grasses
are clapping their hands. And the
clouds laugh and do not leave. The sun
pockets a smile. Thumbs up
The trees signal.

Questions?

i am tired of questions
all of them
too familiar and all
with ready
homemade answers

canned questions
and answers
in one book
scanned for years
and you all know them

canned laughter
canned faces

canned souls
canned and caned and chained
bones

they rattle and they shake
and roll

i have no answers.
i am throwing all these questions away.

i live everyday. i look at the trees
and the forests.

i simply live. Now.
i have no more questions.

neither will i demand
any answer from you.

go, go, find yourself.
i stay here wanting to find nothing at all.

i guess, after my 48 years
there is this truth
that i find: there is nothing

nothing to find
nothing to expect

nowhere to go
it is just this and this and this.

the one that i have in my hand
the one that i keep on holding
i enclose it and keep it warm
and alive

and you do not even care
this is it: me, myself, and I

Thief! ! !

You are a thief
THIEF, THIEF, THIEF
Thief from bones and soul
Thief till dust and ash
THIEF, THIEF, THIEF
Thief who steals and shouts
Thief who cheats and hides
You have a pride
A pride of THIEF
You have an ethic
An ethic of THIEF
You have rules
Rules of THIEF
You take what you want
And run from everyone
Irresponsible about what you’ve done
Leave this mess to be blown
THIEF, THIEF, THIEF
There’s nothing real
From your belonging
You’re just a thief
And why I should follow a thief

Isolation

In fear every day, every evening,
He calls her aloud from above,
Carefully watched for a reason,
Painstaking devotion and love,
Surrendered to self preservation,
From others who care for themselves.
A blindness that touches perfection,
But hurts just like anything else.
Isolation, isolation, isolation.
Mother I tried please believe me,
I'm doing the best that I can.
I'm ashamed of the things I've been put through,
I'm ashamed of the person I am.
Isolation, isolation, isolation.
But if you could just see the beauty,
These things I could never describe,
These pleasures a wayward distraction,
This is my one lucky prize
Isolation, isolation, Isolation, isolation, isolation.

Our government has made a number of promises to the men and women who served in our nation's armed forces. Sadly, these promises of health care, education and other benefits have existed more in rhetoric than in reality.

This Suspect

He forcible had sex with her!
For he overpowered her in a struggle;
But this suspect was caught by the police after the victim reported the case.

And like the dark thick forest!
But this suspect was caught by the police after the victim reported the case.

The White Man With His Dalmatian

a white man goes fishing
to the sea
on his white wooden boat
bringing with him his
dalmatian

wherever the man looks
the tongue of the dalmatian also follows
at the other side
the island looks at them
the mountains as usual
so big
for this kind of friendship
envious

Escape.

Let me escape,
From my own machinations,
From my own bitter creations,
I feel like I am in an ice cage,
There's half water and half ice,
I am half frozen and half shaky,
I am half alive and half dead,
I feel like breaking through this cage,
My soul wants to runaway,
Breaking these walls,
Out of my isolation,
Out of my despair,
In this revolution,
Out of this confusion,

And escape,
Out of this hollowness,
Out of this pain, half endured and half erupting,
With this volcanic heart, aching hard,
Out of myself,
Out of this lava I breathe...
Out of this story, untold, unread,
And escape, just escape...

Apathy and Endurance

Caught during the action,
When he pumped into a Matron,
Her jewels were his attention,
and missed the concentration.

The angry crowd beat him,
Punch, pinch and waste him,
He becomes ‘unconscious' fast,
Police bring him to treat.

Stretch on the stretcher quiet,
The doctors take the pulse right,
The mannerism says the rest,
Send him to have his torn tight.

Anesthetic not be administered,
As the thief patient is unconscious,
The doctor finished the sutures on his lips,
the drops of tear roll down his cheeks.

The young doctor is shocked,
How apathetic her patient to himself,
People are apathetic to people around,
Is the consciousness put them in trouble.

The senior tells the junior not to worry,
and the nineteen year old thief acts,
the 'vulturous' police will not question,
the human who is not conscious, so he endures.

One Mans Meat

Cold beer and a strange cigarette
Getting you high getting you wet
Falling in love falling out of debt
Straight gay black or white
Strutting in the dark hiding in the light
Doing it wrong doing it right just doing it
You got your life on the one hand
Mine in the other
I got the right we all got the right
One mans meat is the other mans lousy luck
One mans meat is someones empty well
One mans meat is some guys aching butt
One mans meat is another mans living hell
Short fat thick or thin
Take it in the gut take it on the chin
Living in glory living in sin
Hard days work going down slow
Riding the road where the greengrass grows
Watching in die what dyou know
Watch it
You got your life on the one hand
Mine in the other
I got the right
One mans meat is the other mans lousy luck
One mans meat is someones empty well
One mans meat is some guys aching butt
One mans meat is another mans living hell

Leopard

Leopards with their spots
Four legged polka dots
Jaguars too have spots
Leopard have densely spots
Jaguars have central spots
You and I call them spots
But Zoologist calls them
'Rosettes' which doesn't rhyme with spots.
Better to call them 'spots'
because it rhymes with 'dots.'

Miracle

I wake up,
and start my everyday routine
of working hard at feeling sorry for myself.
and after lunch i close my eyes,
and wish to god that i could change
but when i wake up im still very much myself
and im a long way from believing
that im gonna be ok
such a long way from believing
that ill escape
this feeling that i hate
and its miracle that we are here today
with all the pain we put ourselves through over nothing
cuz if you think hard
youll know soon it will be ok
and youll be holding on to someone
holding on to someone
i wake up
and start my everyday routine
of wondering what in the world im gonna do
cuz things are falling into place
but i can't appreciate them
'cuz if last time fell apart then this might too
and im a long way from believing
that im gonna be ok
such a long way from believing
that ill escape
this feeling that i hate
and its miracle that we are here today
with all the pain we put ourselves through over nothing
cuz if you think hard
youll know soon it will be ok
and youll be holding on to someone
holding on to someone
Dimly lit my porch lights
I can see your eyes
and they are staring into my face
staring into my face
i should trust what i see in them
and know the time is right
but still ill take the easy road and wait
ive got to stop being scared
and using time that isn't there
'cause i could die tomorrow or today
control is resting on my side
but knowing just would not be right
and thats not how i wanna live my life
and its miracle that we are here today
with all the pain we put ourselves through over nothing
cuz if you think hard
youll know soon it will be ok
and youll be holding on to someone
holding on to someone
and its miracle that we are here today
with all the pain we put ourselves through over nothing
cuz if you think hard
youll know soon it will be ok
and youll be holding on to someone
holding on

Seen Him?

Caught in the middle of crime,
The thief waits for his next skill.
Your days are numbered like his,
But the days are too far away.
My thief worked all day, just all the way,
Always seeking money from the rich,
Gaining new food and tools for his protection.
The last sky was littered with food of his house,
The house was bitter with talk and losing.
He was a thief in the very sight, the thief.

Bono

Every age has its massive moral blind spots. We might not see them, but our children will. Slavery was one of them and the people who best served that age were the ones who called it as it was — which was ungodly and inhuman. … Segregation. There was another one. America sees this now but it took a civil rights movement to betray their age. … What are the ideas right now worth betraying? What are the lies we tell ourselves now? What are the blind spots of our age?

Catch The Man

Catch the man who escapes for something,
His entrance to the jaws of life conveys nothing;
Might and power betrays the worker in outer life,
Mastered knowledge is the reality.

Caught in the act, a dog and man are the same,
The thief surpasses a butcher, but does the thief
Also butcher the one who is in his way,
The one in the way of success and prosperous conversation?
