At the Florist.

A Man enters a flower shop 
And chooses some flowers 
The Florist wraps the flowers 
The Man puts his hand in his pocket 
Searching for money 
Money to pay for the Flowers 
But at the same time 
Suddenly 
He puts his hand on his Heart and 
Falls 

At the same time as He falls 
The money falls to the floor 
And then the flowers fall 
At the same time as the man 
At the same time as the money 
And the Florist stands still 
With the falling money 
With the damaged flowers 
With the Dying Man 
Obviously all this is very sad 
And she must do something 
The Florist 
But She dosen't know what to do 
Dosen't know where to start 

There are so many things to do 
With this Man who's Dying

Being the human beings
Undiscerning is our Art
The thoughts are merely feeble
The Actions, unwise
Me Lord! Me Lord!
Helpless we are, careless as well
The Moment, Thy Person reflects Thy Art

A crown of flowers

I don a crown of flowers
To mask the sorrow inside
Eyes which fall upon its beauty
Do not see the tears I cry
While the flowers bud to blossom
I wilt to almost nothing
In a garden colour filled with life
There is also a shadow found

Cut Flowers

If you love me - please never bring me cut flowers
Because I know that they will die soon after a few hours
I would feel that whatever the flowers represent
Would be equal to the time we have left to spend

Straight stems, soft petals and a lush green leaf
The hours and minutes are numbered - you better believe
Picking a flower is like a sure sentence to death
Like taking a fish out of water watching his last breath

Cut down their life brutally shortened with a sharp knife
All hope diminished knowing that they will not survive
Sure the flowers may get nourishment from the water in the vase
But their life is over as they know it in just a few days

So do not buy any cut flowers for me pretty please
I rather watch them outside visited by many bees
It is so beautiful to see them sway softly outside
And so sad to see them slowly die and lose their pride
