Threads
The threads are collected, my art is this,
For the beating of our brain.
I hastily chase the boxes of string
To finally attach these threads,
They are harming my head,
But the problems are getting solved.
The hassle is enormous and banned by most,
But my stringing is the one solution.
They are normally quiet, sounds are collected,
But the threading is managed by me.

Oh Those Threads
Oh those threads
beautiful threads
coming together
gold and silver
tears and laughter.
creating a pattern
U and I, fashioning
us.
knotted so closely
refusing to fray
a lovely tapestry
inter-woven over
the years
Oh those threads
beautiful threads
together at last.

2010/07/26 Auric Light
An invisible string to thread my small crystal
beads, even Tiaan helping because I cannot
see to do it myself, it would take me a hundred
years at least to complete one string
I wanted to make many strings to represent my
vision of auric light shining out, but after an epic
struggle I gave up and upended the beads in
crystal glasses to enjoy the pristine shine
Without destroying my eyes, Tiaan commenting
‘After suffering for many years to string beads, I
found the solution, dumping beads everywhere’
and I laughed, Nici only shaking her head
While busy with her bead-making craft - I also love
the effect of beads in sea-shells, resembling coarse
salt but with a new shine, no more threading for me
I cannot see, it felt too much like torture
My new system brings us miniature rainbows with-
out the heartache of threading invisible strings
with translucent beads!

Engrossed Grandmother In Her Cross Stitching
it is this absurdity of choosing words
for a nice handiwork
knitting some fairies in some mathematical colors of threads
some butterflies and flowers in bright colors
a painting in cloth and threads
takes time
when she is finally hypnotized
falling into a deep sleep
inside a room
where she is alone on dim light
i open the door
i see the best handiwork of God
a woman so indulged so engrossed
in her art
sleeping.

Collected In My Kingdom
No harm is going to come,
To anyone...
If they are connected.
If they are connected.
If they are connected.
No harm will be done,
To anyone...
If they are connected.
No harm,
If connected!
To anyone.
And,
If they are connected.
My Father,
Said to me...
If they are connected,
I will love them...
Collected,
In My Heart.
Collected,
In My Soul.
Collected...
In My Kingdom!
If they are connected.
I will love them...
Collected,
In My Heart.
Collected,
In My Soul.
Collected...
In My Kingdom!
If they are connected.
If they are connected.
If they are connected.
If they are connected.
If they are connected.
No harm will be done,
To anyone...
If they are connected.
And,
If they are connected.
My Father,
Said to me...
If they are connected,
I will love them...
Collected,
In My Heart.
Collected,
In My Soul.
Collected...
In My Kingdom

Give It Up
There's no wrong and no right
In the heat of the night you stop thinking
You don't care anymore
Throw all doubt out the door
And you let go
You may try to fight back by ignoring the fact
That you want it
But it's harder each day
No more games you can play to avoid it
You may think you're cool and collected
Obeying all the rules
But when someone's blinding your senses
You give it up and fall in love
Feel your heart beating fast
Want this moment to last you forever
Feel your throat getting dry
When you find that's now or it's never.
Since you're feeling confused
You no longer can choose and you weaken
Then you finally give in to this urge from within
And it happens
You may think you're cool and collected
Obeying all the rules
But when someone's blinding your senses
You give it up and fall in love
Fall in love
You're gonna fall in love
Fall in love

Spinning Threads
Spin the threads of
life
creating a golden
tapestry.
Weave together love
and memories,
how it was yesterday.
Being woven together
on the loom of life.
Spin threads of gold
and silver,
to make a tapestry
of delight.
Spin the threads of
gold,
spin the events of
life.

Rejection's Cold
Do you know you talk and talk my vern
And all good things come to her now
And this has been a long time coming
It's too late to make a move
You choke on every word you say
And now its time boy
Rejections cold
You know I told you so
Maybe a less of all but
The problems solved
Rejections cold
You know I told you so
Maybe a less of all but
The problems solved
Can I confess the lessons learned
And now we've seen the tables turned
For giving in isn't even an option
And I would hate to play pretend
Nothing for me to defend
On your way boy
(ya)
Rejections cold
You know I told you so
Maybe a less of all but
The problems solved
Rejections cold
You know I told you so
Maybe a less of all but
The problems solved
(The problem solved)
(No problem)

So Weary And So Dedicated Sleeping
it is this painstaking
choice of words
for a nice handiwork
knitting some fairies
in some
mathematical colors of threads
some butterflies
and flowers in bright colors
using strictly the mandate
of numbers
a painting in cloth and threads
taking her
time
when she is finally
hypnotized
falling into a deep sleep
inside a room
where she is alone
on a dim light
of her loneliness
i open the door
to check on her
i see the handiwork of God
a woman so indulged
so engrossed
in her art
so weary
and dedicated
sleeping.

Beyond Digital Sounds
These may be sounds of a word player
Enjoying punctuation marks
Throughout a sync speech
Eventually a low pitch
But they're rather sounds of a lover.
Nothing compares to that music
Sounding amidst those nice words
Heard through a string of emotions
Shared with live punctuations.
Three dots mean for her a lot
Be it clearly expressed or not
Hinting at new lovely threads
Stories without commas she treads.
The talk goes on out of curiosity
Punctuated by the question mark
Which was typed by thee.
Then, we go ahead until next thread.
A quiet pause brought by dashes
Allows for a wise reflection
On life issues and latest news
During that lively interaction.
A suddenly strong friendly wish
They're glad to accomplish
Drawn on an exclamation mark
Echoes like the song of a skylark!

Rip Up The Threads
We're all in this together.
We never were alone.
We've just been told
we're different.
And so the words were sewn
into a fabric, sewn up tight
by the dirty hands with the needle
and the threads became the grime.
It made the fabric
and wove the shame
into it tightly
without any name.
For without a name
there's just a blank space,
no visible face
to cast the blame on.
Rip up the threads.
Rip it in shreds.
Each race take a thread
and pull it apart.
Your common purpose
will be what you see.
And peace will finally start.
Love will be there
for we're creatures from God
that wants us to share
in a fabric made of love.

Couple
Death played on their minds obsessively...
Like a broken record;
He followed deaths on Sysoon-
She collected Gravestones;
Hired killer mentality? ? ...
Threads of familiarity tethered them;
Marilyn Monroes ghost haunted them;
Fetishes embellished them...
Barefeet and painted red toenails defined them;
Jealousy and lust nearly destroyed them;
A hidden team-no longer hidden!
Exposed by their very own words!
Puzzle pieces put together by professionals:
Hot coffee, drugs and death...
Silk stockings, flesh and greed...
So much in common...so much indeed!

Ars Poetica
Some from within, some from without,
without a doubt set to,
as soul-song spins tale which begins
to flow, grow, glow. Thereto
through weaving in and weeding out
touch base with Nature, cue
time, place, as twins defeat and wins
ignored are through and through.
No need to shout, run roundabout,
use artificial glue,
scribe’s violin tunes, underpins,
technique as heart rings true.
Sensations scout, don’t beat about
the bush, tout false virtue,
The poet’s string must second skin
become, ne’er dumb, askew.
Words work their way by night and day
from phases past, to light
through threads at play that more threads lay,
reeled phrases feed fresh flight.

Poetics
Some from within some from without
without a doubt flow true
as soul-song spins tale which begins
to grow, and then glows too
through weaving in and weeding out -
touch intuitions know
from phases past so phrases last
through threads which more threads sow...
