The Sky and the Sun
The Sun has opened the sky.
It is a circle, with so much sparkle:
How do you contribute to the astrophysical?
Above, the stars
win themselves as exemplars
a fundamental is being heard
by the gods who are angered.
Neither do I love the clouds
Or the sky at black jet night,
For they add no meaning
to the clusters and galaxies-
it is an area of the mental imagery best left.
And the mind and body, untouched,
is solaced by enormity itself:
it is actually saving us from no dreaming.

The Painful Irony Of Ironic Pain
I'm sad today
Sad today
Oh, so very sad today

I'll tell you why

I had one spot
One small area
One last portion of my body
That didn't HURT!
Well
It started hurting today
It simply started as a twinge
An inconveniance really
Then it just began to ache
And then to throb
Now it's unbearable
On a scale of one to ten, with ten being the worst pain I've ever felt, it is now a ten
The last painfree spot on my body is now a painful ten!

The Meaning of Life
That is the question asked by everyone,
In the cosmos
why the planets
why the sun.
In the infinite depths were stars begun
Why the earth,
alive by the warming sun.
Why the moon
Silver by the roof line
As silken clouds veil its shine.
Deep in the microwave background
Were galaxies dwell, Einstein and
Galileo make their secrets tell and now
In the dawning of digital knowledge
Stored in the realm of Cosmology College.
Secrets revealed from light years away
Make no mistake god made the big shebang,
That’s how it started the bells have rang.
We already live in heaven
on earth’s blue wonder planet,
And for man the meaning of life -
is with a wife.
Not to sit and read poetry on love and desire
But get out there and put out their lovin’ fire,
To fill their DNA tree with a happy loving family.
