The Right Ambition
I have ambition more to the point,
Must those perfect basics disappoint?
I can function from within, like me
And all the rest of humanity.
These games and goals are scored
In open daylight, the rest I am bored.
Must ambition stay flowing with abundance?
Or do we finish with finality and acceptance?
The game won over fierce battles
Is the most serious of cudgels.

Raging Ambition
We do have tons of ambition
Some are for real, some are just for imagination
Ambition has three divisions
Like fire composes of three divisions, the theme of ambition
Fire uses carbon as the base
To maintain the heat and the pressure, it’s a showcase
The latter must paired with our faith
To have a positive repartee and to face the goals in straight
Fuel is the booster of fire
To start and to initiates the flame like a wire
The late needs determination
To work-out the goals and to gain a right lore, not like an auction
Oxygen is a must in fire
To give breath and to mold forms to the flame, is a hire
Humility builds the latter
To accept the free-falls and to aim high in worst and in better
Ambition needs the three like fire
Without the other it’s like a car without a tire
It is the merely ingredients
To beacon ambitions and to succeed like chasing the radiant

A man without ambition is dead. A man with ambition but no love is dead. A man with ambition and love for his blessings here on earth is ever so alive. Having been alive, it won't be so hard in the end to lie down and rest.

Something Better
I won't say anything
i'm hiding in the pink
if I move will I break the spell
or am I boring you?
I can't feel anything
i'll think whatever you think
you took me riding on the big wheel
so I guess i'm happy now
and i'll stay with you
and i'll lay with you
and i'll always be there
nothing will go wrong
til something better comes along
so now you've swallowed me
come and finish off the rest of me
we'll build a house with cactus lights
spend perfect days and sleepless nights
whatever
(whatever)
and i'll stay with you
and i'll lay with you
and i'll always be there
nothing will go wrong
til something better comes along
and i've lost my fingerprints
and i've lost my sixth sense
but you just don't feel a thing
when the needle's going in
and i'll stay with you
and i'll lay with you
and i'll always be there
won't go nowhere
and i'll stay with you
(til something better comes along)
and i'll lay with you
(til something better comes along
and I will stay
and I will lay with you
(til something better comes along)
(til something better comes along)
(til something better comes along)
(til something better comes along)
so now you've swallowed me
come and finish off the rest of me

Those with Goals Know
If one's only ambition,
Is to go to college...
Just to say one goes to a school,
May not be for one as advantageous...
As that goal focused upon,
By one who is determined...
With a sticking to it as is pursued?
Perhaps!
If this direction...
Has been thoughtfully mapped,
One undecided...
Can escape from extracurricular traps.
Perhaps!
If one has an agenda,
To a dream that has been attached.
One can party throughout college life,
Without worrying how or to whom...
To pay this expense back.
Those people,
With a 'Cry Me a River' approach to life...
And believe that a catching up on time,
Will extend their daylight...
May have waited a few minutes too late,
To open the gate.
With a belayed working towards that high paying job,
That has as of today...
Been erased from the landscapes from wherever,
These visions and dreams have been portrayed.
Since those with goals know,
A sacrificing is what it takes.
Since those with goals know,
A prerequisite to obtain an image...
A lecturing done,
Will not produce those lucky breaks.
Those with goals know,
Staying devoted requires discipline.
Since those with goals know,
A motivation isn't teachable.
Nor will a feeding of an unending feast,
Degreed by an education...
Guarantees anyone,
They can choose and select...
Exactly what to eat.
Those with goals know,
What is applicable to others...
May not deliver to them,
A supplying of their wants and desires to feed.

Good Ambition
Ive spent eleven months and five days loving you
And all these times Ive spent forgiving you
I dont want to be hurt
I dont want to be hurt
I dont want to be hurt
Not any more
Im a man with a good ambition
And I will never let you drag me down
You better go home and leave me alone
Im a man with a good ambition
And I will never let you drag me down
So baby go home
And leave me alone
Ive got a good, good, good ambition
Tell you its a good, good, good ambition
Ive got a good, good, good ambition
Tell you its a good, good, good ambition
Ive got a good, good, good ambition
Tell you its a good, good, good ambition

One Who Pursues Gets Done What They Do
I choose and elect,
To do the best I can do.
Not that I believe I am the best,
At doing it.
But I like to think I am.
What would be the point to make,
If I didn't?
And why do people enter competitions?
Because they lack ambition?
I think not.
One who pursues gets done what they do!
I happen to enjoy being dragged through the mud.
And for someone with that kind of ambition...
Is not one subdued.
I suggest that as a prerequisite!
To get over any sensitivites,
Associated with a public affixed with critics.

It is a good idea to be ambitious, to have goals, to want to be good at what you do, but it is a terrible mistake to let drive and ambition get in the way of treating people with kindness and decency. The point is no that they will then be nice to you. It is that you will feel better about yourself.

Ordained
Whisper and speak
In secret meetings.
But you still reek.
And that smell
Will be identified with you,
For the rest of your life.
No matter what codes you select,
That stench can not remain undercover.
And your 'calling'...
As 'you' put it!
Is going to have you isolated
For the rest of your life!
And the tragedy of it all...
You believe you have been ordained!
Putting a blemish on all humanity.
And those like you,
Who believed they too...
Function with minds that are sane!

Put defenses to rest
when justice becomes moot
defy - let others follow suit
to start the uprise is to start the war
paranoid conspiracies galore
What's the point to maintain your innocence
what's the point to play into their game
what's the use to even try and sway
pigs that are out to put you away
Just a patsy played for a fool
crooked games are what they're playing
lying

I wasn't really interested in doing television. I don't have that much ambition. My agent, Eileen Feldman, has all the ambition for me.
I have been absolutely hag-ridden with ambition. If I could wish to have anything in the world it would be to be free of ambition.

I'm Bored
I'm bored
I'm the chairman of the bored,
I'm a lengthy monologue
I'm livin' like a dog
I'm bored
I bore myself to sleep at night
I bore myself in broad daylight coz
I'm bored
Just another slimey bore
I'm free to bore my well-bought friends
And spend my cash until the end coz
I'm bored
I'm bored
I'm the chairman of the board
I'm sick
I'm sick of all my kicks
I'm sick of all the stiffs
I'm sick of all the dips
I'm bored
I bore myself to sleep at night
I bore myself in broad daylight coz
I'm bored
I'm bored
Just another dirty bore
All right doll-face
Come on and bore me
I'm sick
I'm sick of all my kicks
I'm sick of all the stiffs
I'm sick of all the dips
I'm sick
I'm sick when I go to sleep at night
I'm still sick in the broad daylight coz
I'm bored
I'm bored
I'm the chairman of the. . .
BORED
