Night’s Fortune
A fortune has occurred, so much in the night,
To misdeal it comes to solitude, in the very night.
It is an encumbrance of the soul to misdeal the soul,
For the night’s chances are to be held in esteem.
This fortune inhabits my soul for its work is precious,
The mischief-maker prances through the door when precious;
If he dances, the body and mind retaliate, and they command,
The commander himself cannot command as well as me.

This Morning
In this morning
you can know everything.
In this morning
you are with me
it is my fortune.
Your body most precious
and your soul
most shining and
all are mine
and that is
to be seen.
The soul
is one and the same.
And here we both
reside
and it is
enviable.
This morning
is tolerable.

Fortune Of The Night
Written by neil diamond, tom hensley, and alan lindgren
Fortune of the night,
Callin out my name and saying shell be mine tonight,
Fortune of the night.
Oh, my heart is tellin me,
Oh, I better put a move on.
If she got away,
Then not a day would go by without some blue song.
All my life,
Ive waited for just tonight
To say that I love her.
And all this time,
Ive wanted to call her mine
And how her I love her.
Fortune of the night,
Callin out my name and saying
I will find her.
Fortune of the night,
Is there any doubt Ill need to have her by my side,
Fortune of the night?
Fortune of the night.
And oh, Im really movin now cause,
Oh, I would feel like a fool, yeah,
If she got away.
Theyd only say the rumors would truly be true, yeah,
That all this time
I waited to call you mine.
And you got to know it.
Fortune of the night,
Callin out my name and saying I will find her.
Fortune of the night,
Isnt any doubt Ill need to have you by my side,
Fortune of the night.
To want her,
To love her,
Oh, I do.
And nows my time.
Ive waited, but nows my time to show that I love her.
Fortune of the night,
Callin out to me and saying I was chosen.
Fortune of the night,
Tellin me that well be there
Until the morning light,
Fortune of the night.
Ah ah ah ah ah
Fortune of the night,
I hear you call.
Ah ah ah ah ah
Are you gonna keep an eye on me tonight?
Ah ah ah ah ah fortune of the night, I hear you call.
Ah ah ah ah ah are you gonna sing your song with me sometime?
Ah ah ah ah ah fortune of the night, I hear you call.
Ah ah ah ah ah are you gonna shine your light on me and make her mine?

Mother
You're my precious mother
You're my white flower
You're my dawn after long darkness night
You're the temple of my suffered soul
You're the only light that brights my sad world
You're love is my safe home
You're my injured soul's nest
You're the only love that till the death is mine
You're my precious immaculate mother

Is Night gentle?
Night closes doors forever
Night cures my soul as a medicine
In Night should’nt be doubted ever
Night sense increases to everything
At Night you can shed your tears
At night we are flying to planets
At Night always deadens fears
At Night we are full of violence
At Night you will close embraces –
And Night this caress will cover
At Night you’ll remove your dresses
And God blesses you, my lover
In Night rises dizziness and passion
At Night you’re with itself alone
At Night - reign, you’re free in action
At Night nothing keeps in your soul
Night reconciles spirits, right you’re
At Night it is useless to wager
In Night it is stuffy and frightful
Tonight I shall leave you like voyager...

Good For Your Soul
Have you ever felt that somehow
You were not yourself
That your body was the same
But everything around you wasnt right
And images so strange and foreign
Flooded in like raging water
Have you ever been in love
With someone you hardly knew
Whereas every time you closed your eyes,
You saw this person come alive
It kept you wide awake at night
You felt like you were burning up
In pain, you want to scream
Then you passed out in a dream
Chorus
Just once or twice is good for your soul
Just once or twice is good for your soul
If you dont stop, youll lose control
Just once or twice is good for your soul
Every lay there half asleep all hours of the night
With some nagging demon tugging at that tiny bell
Inside your mind
When suddenly that strange idea
Bursts into an inspiration
You grab for it and then
The whole thing slips right through your fingers
Chorus
Just once or twice is good for your soul
Just once or twice is good for your soul
Just once or twice is good for your soul
Just once or twice is good for your soul
Its good for your soul
Its good for your soul
Its good for your soul
Its good for your soul

Nude myself again
i came naked with no name in my hand and my head
is ready to a wonderful words you and i can understand,
the many plan, you want me to follow; in the womb
until the tomb, you have given me a chance to love you
and kept all your everlasting command
cloth me to protect the precious gift of life you
connect, hundred and thousand of years the Lord has
prepared, as the angel and the prophet commit, my mind
and body comes to see, that God of heaven and the hell is
ready, for who ever followed in thy heart and soul will have
an eternity
my deep sleep, always tell my naked eye to fly, of where
the sky is high and bright each day as it says good bye;
the naked where i was born, returning naked soul i'll be
home
come home my darling naked body in the bosom spirit
your naked immortal soul will stay........in the judgment
time you will say a beautiful good bye

The Butterfly of the Night
suspended in the mid-air, waiting to catch my
bedside snoring, sensing but not responding a little
bit focusing of the shadow of the night, laying in
my mat with a thin fellow in my leg
wondering takes me there to the mystic ecstasy
of Parousia, a never ending experience of joy, the
narcissism of my youth laundering my inner most
feeling of solitude, the beginning of no where of the
answer, as the night begin to settle down in my
most unconventional deep sleep of the mid-dream
beside a wonderful lady of my moment of a time
a distinction of happiness wonders my soul to
take another step, listening only to the command of
the whisper of the heart, the night becomes a day to
remember that you're there in my side, waiting
patiently, to make me glad of the harmony, as we
touch all the night, taking me to the longering
harmonic harp and i will be there to end my feeling
of tranquility, leaves me all behind that makes me
imprison to your command, i will be there to stay
with you my dear one
you come in the middle of nuance moment and
leave me so quickly, my heart has started to obey, the
meaning of your breath in my hand, pushing me to
stop in the islets of every journey is just like as a puff,
make all those dream, remembrance of what was
yesterday when you came in my awesome moment of
the night
wake me up; darling my heart knows that I can’t
just open my heart and my soul calls me to wane up
everything that close my eyes in your loving spirit of
forgiveness

Precious Night
Precious calm lovely night fall
bringing hope for tomorrow
eradicating today’s sorrow
shipping them away with its barrow
Precious calm lovely night fall
the cotton on today’s failure
opening ventures of bright futures
that will witness no fractures
Precious calm lovely night fall
shoving away the trice of worries
terminating the moment of feeling sorry
so much in a hurry
to welcome the bright morning
Precious calm lovely night fall
springing forth to bring comfort
to the wounded wiping the day’s
tears showing them near view of greater years
Precious calm lovely night fall
closing the door on today’s losses
letting go of the gross experiences
giving you the chance to be the boss

Fire Keepers
Keep the fire burning
That's been kindled in you soul
For the fire burns the dross away
And brings forth precious gold
Shine the light the fire brings
To the darkness in the land
For the Light is the Light of the world
And the darkness flees at His command
Keep the fire of praise ablaze
To combat life's malaise
For the Lord's fire is in Zion
An Inhabiter of our praise
Take your lamp where the fire burns
Bring oil most precious and true
For the oil causes the lamp to burn
All the dark night through
Seek the Giver of unchanging fire
From Whom all blessings flow
For you know not what the day may hold
And tomorrow is not your own.

Mesalliance
I am troubled to-night with a curious pain;
It is not of the flesh, it is not of the brain,
Nor yet of a heart that is breaking:
But down still deeper, and out of sight—
In the place where the soul and the body unite—
There lies the scat of the aching.
They have been lovers in days gone by;
But the soul is fickle, and longs to fly
From the fettering mesalliance:
And she tears at the bonds which are binding her so,
And pleads with the body to let her go,
But he will not yield compliance.
For the body loves, as he loved in the past,
When he wedded the soul; and he holds her fast,
And swears that he will not loose her;
That he will keep her and hide her away
For ever and ever and for a day
From the arms of Death, the seducer.
Ah! this is the strife that is wearying me—
The strife 'twixt a soul that would be free
And a body that will not let her.
And I say to my soul, 'Be calm, and wait;
For I tell ye truly that soon or late
Ye surely shall drop each fetter.'
And I say to the body, 'Be kind, I pray;
For the soul is not of thy mortal clay,
But is formed in spirit fashion.'
And still through the hours of the solemn night
I can hear my sad soul's plea for flight,
And my body's reply of passion.

Psalm 139
The Book of Life was opened
And a name was written down
All of heaven stood and gazed
Not a movement, not a sound
The angels watched in silence
As the story did unfold
And from the pages of the book
The story it was told
And life sprung up from off the page
These words became a man
The angels gasped to see such work
To see God's mighty plan
A soul was fashioned in His hand
And how, no one could tell
It was marvelous and wonderful
And this my soul knows well
Where could I go from you Spirit Lord?
Could I hide in the depths of the sea?
No matter where I run to Lord
You still come after me
I could take the wings of the morning
And fly into the darkest night
And there be blinded by the darkness
And you would come and give me sight
I could ascend to the highest heaven
And I would find you there
I could fall to the lowest pits of hell
And discover that you are everywhere
And so you came and sought me out
Even in this hell dark place
For the day and night are both alike
As they gaze upon your face
For in the glorious light of heaven
There is no darkness that can stand
For through the very gates of hell
You came and took me by the hand
And you laid your hand upon me
That hand that gave me birth
That hand that knew me through and through
Before I came to earth
For before the earth was fashioned
That Book was in your hand
Before the sun shone in the sky
All of this was planned
Oh search me God and know my heart
That sin may have no place in me
For I was covered by your Blood
That precious Blood of Calvary
This sin it would assault my soul
And rob and steal and take from me
The testimony of my King
And what He did on Calvary
But praise the Lord there is no power
Neither hell nor death nor misery
Can come against the precious work
The precious work of Calvary
How precious are your thoughts to me
They're more in number than the sand
I'll praise you Lord eternally
My name was written by your hand.

I
As Macedo his Homer, I'll thee still,
Lucan, esteem as my most precious gem;
And, though my fortune second not my will,
That I may witness to the world the same,
Yet, if she would but smile even so on me,
My mind desires as his, and soars as hie.

Oh Holy Night
Oh holy night
The stars are brightly shining
It is the night of our dear saviors birth
Long lay the world in sin and error pining
Till he appeared and the soul felt its worth
A thrill of hope the weary soul rejoices
For yonder breaks a new and glorious morn
Fall on your knees
Oh hear the angel voices
Oh night divine
Oh night when christ was born
Oh night divine
Oh night, oh night divine
Oh night divine
Oh night when christ was born
Oh night divine
Oh night, oh night divine
Divine.....

Precious Memories
As I travel down lifes pathway,
Know not what the years may hold.
As I ponder, hopes grow fonder,
Precious memories flood my soul
Precious father, loving mother,
Glide across the lonely years.
And old homes scenes of my childhood
In fond memory appears.
Precious memories, how they linger
How they ever flood my soul.
In the stillness of the midnight,
Precious sacred scenes unfold.

Surreal
On your own, when it all goes wrong, like you're in jail
Torn in two, threw the blame at you
Night met reveals
There is no guarantee, what crazy heart like me
Should I go curl up and die?
Surreal
Precious time is slipping away
Revealed
Don't go wishing your life away
Unreal
A fortune can spend it on anyway
A steal
Precious time is running away
One line folds and the next strikes gold
Finds me in jail
Try to run gotta buy me some free time and bail
There is no guarantee fool for a hangmans tree
Should I go curl up and die
Surreal
Precious time is slipping away
Revealed
Don't go wishing your life away
Unreal
A fortune can spend it on anyway
A steal
Precious time is running away
There is no guarantee, what crazy fool like me
Should I go curl up and die?

Of The Body And Soul...
upon a fusion, you live immersed
conscious about a self within a self
(as in soul bathed in a body,
body trapped by the roaming soul)
sometimes you sigh
this body is so beautiful and my soul has wasted it,
if i (soul) were just enough,
a transfer should have been made a long time ago
liberating this body and letting it find its own definition of joy
the soul is selfish, having entered it has no key for the exit
these two have been too irreconcilable
everyday is an argument, every night a disillusion
fate, bad luck, inseparability, the absurdity of having to live
on immiscible arrangements
water and oil, sky and earth
the days are running, there is nothing detachable.

A Hole In The Soul Of Depth
Soul why do you cry out?
In the depth of despair you don't even care-
even if they dare to speak to you...
dare to talk, walk, and share the breath of fresh air with you.
Soul you cry out, yet you do not answer to the beckoning of the caller.
You do not respond to the death of your soul-
losing blood at every waking moment.
In the quiet still of the night you scream once again, but your forever friend
is no longer there in the end...
for that night you did not only bend but you broke again.
You broke of your passions, morals, standards, and love.
You broke of your mercy, spirit, compassion, and your tenderness...
tenderness to understand and not command.
Tenderness to love and not judge.
Tenderness to withstand all life's demands without sinking in the sand and holding your love's left hand.
That part of your soul is gone.
Your soul is beyond hope-
beyond restoration...but only self medication in response to your frustration.
Now it is only devastation...
in response to the hole of your soul.
It is a vicious cycle on an upward slope that leads to no hope only depth of lose...the loss of everything.

All Are Precious
Every child’s, a precious one!
Every spouse, a precious one;
Every sibling, a precious one;
For, most have small, a family norm!
Every parent’s, a precious one!
Every student’s, a precious one!
Every teacher, a precious one;
For, most have small, a family norm!
Every worker’s, a precious one!
Every inmate, a precious one;
Every colleague, a precious one;
For, most have small, a family norm!
Every person’s, a precious one!
Every life, a precious one;
Every soul, a precious one;
For, most have small, a family norm!
So, take all care of every life,
And don’t take undue risks at all;
Life’s most precious thing on earth;
For, most have small, a family norm!

Precious memories, unseen angels
Sent from somewhere to my soul
How they linger ever near me
And the sacred scenes unfold

Chorus:
Precious memories
How they linger
How they ever flood my soul
Then, the stillness of the midnight
