Life is Precious
People who live with their fellow-countrymen
Are never losers, nor are their heads in discomfort.
Instead, their brains do work,
And their life is special as well.
Their living is precious, because you admire them,
And each person shall think of the other.
It is a perfect world in which we live,
For the inhabitants cast shadows that are long,
They are very, very long.
Children will defend their fortune, their luck does not shine
As much as their elders.

Shifting Shadows
Shallow people
cast shadows,
as short as
their personalities;
under hot spotlight
noon-day sun.
Baked brains
can over boil spoil;
when heart
and mind;
are not won.
Complex competent people
cast shadows;
as long as enduring
strides, they
have heartfelt run.
Like shadows
cast celebrating dawn;
or shadows long growing
before, rich
red setting sun.
True giants
of enlightening humanity
cast giant shadows;
shaped silhouette greatness;
shading humble, weak;
and innocent folk;
attaining legendary status
of fabled Loch Ness.

We were the first band to vomit in the bar,
And find the distance to the stage too far,
Meanwhile its getting late at ten oclock,
Rock is dead they say,

People walk in sideways pretending that theyre leaving,
We put on our makeup and work out all the lead-ins,
Jack is in the alley selling tickets made in hong kong,

An Observation....
there are those who are destined to succeed,
one cannot figure out whether it is tedious work
day and night, or just sheer luck, God's chosen leader,
favored by fate,
one reaps the fortune, honor
fame, glory,
people around him in full
admiration
there those who seem to know only failure
alone in their miseries
and praying over their famous questions
why? why?
the years are fast, and time becomes the sold judge
of all these,
there are those that live in mansions, lavish in their manners
wicked in their spending habits
lush, posh,
and then one day, just like Henry
put a bullet in their heads,
and those that have been accustomed to misery
still continue living
struggling like an ant on their usual processions
like worms eating the
humus of the soil,
and those who think, wonder, and then nod their heads
and say
there is nothing to grudge about
life as see sometimes is unfair
but at the end
every scale balances itself
i, too, has come to the conclusion
success is a relative term
happiness is a state of mind
no one is perfect

They were guardians of the breath
Trusted with those precious chances
Keeping gaia from the fear of death
Balances must be defended
To take only what they must

Forget-Me-Not Wishful Thinking
Forget-me-not seems wishing well
of wishful thinking, all eyes dim,
leaves fall, the seasons pass, red rim
sees eyes once bright before time fell
on expectations bright to tell
all's wishful-thinking. To the brim
drink deep life's draught, the odds are slim
that age page fills for fame's brief spell
soon sinks, leaves only heads to swell,
oblivion to all is grim
fate shared, despair for harlot, prim.

I Saw A New World
I SAW a new world in my dream,
Where all the folks alike did seem:
There was no Child, there was no Mother,
There was no Change, there was no Other.
For everything was Same, the Same;
There was no praise, there was no blame;
There was neither Need nor Help for it;
There was nothing fitting or unfit.
Nobody laugh’d, nobody wept;
None grew weary, so none slept;
There was nobody born, and nobody wed;
This world was a world of the living-dead.
I long’d to hear the Time-Clock strike
In the world where people were all alike;
I hated Same, I hated Forever;

It Begins Right Now!
we live in the most intense time
that the modern world has seen...
governments and economies are
caving from within... the very
air we breathe is polluted, the
water we drink has been defiled.
sea life is being destroyed, and
the world food situation worsens
at an alarming rate... millions
live and die in poverty, millions
are homeless, without medical care...
masses of workers are unemployed,
children grow up on the streets
without hope, and end up in prison.
human rights are being violated,
or just plain taken. and people
are absolutely afraid of each other!
we have closed our eyes, and numbed
our souls for too long. now we stand
on the brink of disaster, and we're
forced to wake up!
so what can one person do? one person
can live in a way that stands for truth...
one person can demand freedom, and equality.
one person can reach out a helping hand...
and when one person daring to live becomes
millions, we can move the stone from the
mouth of the cave!
but it all begins with one person... and
it begins right now, or its too damned late!
