Cruel Sky
Cruel people awake in the middle of the night,
Excuses are proclaimed for the loss of life,
As so many ideas are raised by the thinkers
Who are ancient, old as rain and new as snow.
Their wings are like the weather, like the snow
That builds with so much authority, administration.
They say to cruel people how they wither like leaves
In the storm of the night, as attacks are carried out,
As snow has fallen by the decades, and little people
Cry out for safety, for their leaders to think of those in fear.
They absolutely condemn this violence, and the absence
Of peace is immense. It is in accordance with anarchy, this day.
Of this anarchy is an accident that forces us death,
How do soldiers of war respond to the cruelty?
The death is slow and narrow, it varied from soldier
To soldier. I gather
The soldiers like a thinker, a business man, or general
And release the burden from the sky
To let snow congratulate our victory.

the american revolution was fought witha new breed of soldier.
this country was founded on that soldier.
that soldier is the one that those on the front lines calls the coward
that soldier is the one that those on the front lines call when they need help
because these soldiers dont miss.
these soldiers are trained harder than the most elite frontline man
these soldiers are tought to kill their enemy before there enemy sees them.
these soldiers are the ghosts in the night,
these soldiers are the wind in the day

Flag of the brave
Victory's only passage
With the Azure night

A Soldier's Prayer
This poem is written for our soldiers over seas. May God be with them all.
A Soldier's Prayer

O' Lord my God I pray;
for I am far away;
on a land, not my home;
I'm on my knees and all alone;
as I fight for freedom and peace;
I ask, 'Let this bloodshed cease.
I am fighting a war;
on a distant foreign shore;
fighting for my family and friends;
hoping that this would soon end.
I bow my head to a flag-draped casket;
to a soldier, not a rank past private.
I pray for salvation for all soldiers dead and gone;
as I continue to fight through the red of dawn;
for I fight what I believe is true;
I am but a lonely soldier living for you.

Snow, Snow, and More Snow,
when will you stop!
Of the flakes you do drop.
The Blizzard of 2006,
so much snow has fell,
many people stranded and in a fix
Here in Denver, stuck in traffic,
slipping and sliding, oh so slick,
if i have a wreck, how tragic.
Closed highways, people stranded,
this is on storm, not to forget,
finally at home, here we have landed.
