Transparent Waters
Begin thoughts scrub the surface,
Remove rust, wash the sable spots
Of eyes, of heart and of dark mind;
But the diabolic coat a layer upon a layer,
Impede lights, make us blind,
Though we claim to be the men of wisdom,
Yet we move in the canyon of obscurity.
Standing upon the top of an alien hill,
I beheld a lush green gorge,
Merging with serpentine bends,
Down below into the countless mounds.
All humps rose with moderate heights;
Below to the left on the turn first,
A tall tree with comb like leaves,
And extending branches enchanted my soul.
Upward to the right behind the top,
An ocean of the subtle transparent waters,
With no crease, no ridges or dancing waves,
Extended, stretched beyond the sight,
Like a huge colourless glass affixed,
In the wooden frame lying prostrate.
Looking down through transparent waters,
On the other side I beheld beneath the sky blue,
And walked upon praying, with the body ethereal,
O! God,
“Impede access of Man to those e spheres,
Lest like world they should pollute them too.”

Seeing a Clearer Me
layer by layer
i peel so that
like a glass
you can view me
crystal clear as a virgin river
a polished diamond
decades of
practice for those
seasoned fingers
to strike at her core
to bring out those few
beethoven scores
he tuned up the world for
a great watch maker
filing his cog to tighten time
the precision of mind
to keep a universal lie at bay
verse by verse
layer by layer
i peel to get to
the sheen the almighty
laid hidden in me
layer by layer
i peel off the world
to see a clearer me

my theory lives thru
as you have said it: these are all lies
lies and more lies
and you know them all to be lies,
but as you said it,
you begin to understand the truth
beneath these lies
a layer of grass
another layer of flowers
another layer of clouds
beneath is the niche
burying the nuggets of
my own wisdom, how i live my life
and justify it later
before God, shall all lies be
truths

Left In The Dark
You dont have to sheak in the door.
Just come on in to the room.
Ive been lying in our bed in the dark all alone.
And Ive been waiting.
Ive been waiting for you.
Theres been no reason to move.
Its been as still as a tomb.
I needed you oh so badly tonight.
But I guess you had better things to do.
I should have known that it was coming to this.
But I must have been blind.
I bet you still got a trace of his love in your eyes.
And you still got his eyes on your mind.
You swore youd be with me at seven oclock.
Now its a quater to three.
Well whatever you got and whoever it was.
I guess you couldnt get it from me.
Whatever you got and whoever it was.
I guess you couldnt get it from me.
I know that you love me.
Theres no need to talk.
I see the look in your eyes and I got the proof.
And there are no lies on your body.
So take off your dress.
Oh I just want to get at the truth.
I know that you love me.
Theres no need to talk.
I see the look in your eyes and I got the proof.
And there are no lies on your body.
So take off your dress.
Oh I just want to get at the truth.
And ther are so many things that I just got to know.
You tell me who!
You tell me where!
You tell me when!
But dont tell me now.
I dont need any answers tonight.
I just need some love, so turn out the lights.
And Ill be left in the dark again.
Left in the dark again.
I just need some love, so turn out the lights.
And Ill be left in the dark again.
Left in the dark again.
I just need some love, so turn out the lights.
And Ill be left in the dark again.
Left in the dark again.

The Shield
At how many spots, at the moment same,
A reverend man subservient to God,
Is present, is a puzzling thing of wonder.
On the remote plain of the distant recesses,
I beheld the sphere of dancing beauties,
Far above, in hundreds were the groups of stars,
All in formation, not a single one alone,
They glistened like scattered heaps of diamonds.
Told was I, those were the seats of devotees,
Around the masters’ residencies.
Then I to the west turned my gaze,
Saw the rockless numerous mounds,
Dotted with low shrubs and cypresses green,
With pink-yellow mist descending upon,
Dim light was perceptible but with no source.
To the south-east I found a plain,
Vast and even, covered with fluffy grass,
And with wild commotion ran the men,
All shrouded white, hastened to one direction,
Followed one another in hurry burry haste,
Lest they should miss their fortune.
A man standing on the side right,
With snow-white locks, beard and brows,
Loose white robes flowed beneath the knees,
Told me the cause of hurrying excitement
That all ran and raced to receive greetingly,
A saint ‘Farid’ who stepped from the world,
To freshen the devotees with a shower of faith.
A confusion for the mild meek man
That possessed my mind was removed;
The status he enjoyed in the world celestial,
Confounded the core of my wisdom.
While receding down, on another ground,
I did find the same reverend dervish,
Watching from a cave my farm of melons,
Fence by the dried hewed thorny branches.
And guarded he me well when the two damsels,
With sinful intents and wishes sable,
Invited with captivating delicacies,
He defended me against diabolic tricks,
As a shield does against the sharp blows.

Half-Forgotten Love Affair
Clouds catching shadows on the ground,
while the winds are careful not to make a sound.
Dancing waters in the night...
Oh, how that splendor filled my sight!
Birds catching lost dreams in the sea,
while the rain is careful not to wake a tree.
Dancing waters in the night...
Oh, how that glory filled my mind!
My heart still searching for your soul...
while mountains never sleep at all.
Dancing waters in the night...
How our half-forgotten love affair
struggled to stay alive!

Beneath Still Waters
(dallas frazer)
Beneath still waters
Theres a strong undertow
The surface wont tell you
What the deep water knows
Darling, Im saying
I know somethings wrong
Beneath still waters
Your love is gone
Even a fool could see
That youll soon be leaving me
But each and every heart
Must take its turn at misery
And this time its me
And Ill cry alone
Beneath still waters
Your love is gone
Even a fool could see
That youll soon be leaving me
But each and every heart
Must take its turn at misery
And this time its me
And Ill cry alone
Beneath still waters
Your love is gone
Beneath still waters
Your love is gone
Beneath still waters
Your love is gone

The Seventy Two
The secret hands removed the lids,
Curtains between the vision and the eyes,
And made a show of eternal reality.
The rectangular cloud-like substance,
Extended from the East to the North,
Stretched in the sky in thousands of acres,
Incredibly white, and glaring bright,
The most appealing to the parched hearts,
Cast celestial delight, pleasing to recall.
Though thousands of miles was far away,
Yet beheld I the spectacle vividly,
The phenomenon hidden to the eyes carnal.
I saw the Seventy Two clad,
In the bright gaily dresses, radiant costumes,
Riding on the white swift flying horses,
In cheerfulness unknown to the temporal world,
In the glaring brilliance the seemed merged,
Like a reflection in the huge mirror,
Or as the enchanting fishes with coloured fins,
Swim into the most transparent still waters.
A saint standing with white long beard,
Whispered, “They are no doubt the Seventy Two,
Who stepped beyond, in the love of God,
By quenching thirst of the Sandy Land,
With the reserved blood of the innocent,
To prove faith in Him at the hours,
When conceived satanic devices came out,
To desecrate, confound the fair scheme,
And in reward He endeared wrapping them all,
In brilliance of His own where woeful,
Pangs would never trouble Them again.”

Meanings...
scattered
practically (hmm probably)
thoughts are
like dry, yellow, leaves
already unsure
from which twig did it
come from
no one asks about
the history of a leaf
no one
there are too many of them
meant either to be
blown away, buried upon their
own kind,
layer upon layer,
rotting upon one another
or simply just to be burned
heaps of them
turning into smoke
phantoms against
the rains of
dark skies
we are leaves

New For Old
Bud blisters into life
Stretching for the light
Unfolding radiant green
Upturned palm to the sun
Life seeping in, breathing out
Green, Green so Green
Resurrected hope, so Green
Summer breeze stroking
Branches ebb and flow
Leaves so Green strong now
Fear not wind of change
Mellow summer turns
Green, green, green-yellow
Yellow area of dieing heart
Green lingers no more
Limp transparent yellow
Barely a breeze takes one
Fierce Hyde-like wind now
Cracking and ripping
Wind torn leaves fall
Life chords snapped
Death too early, still Green
Nourishment broken not ended
Seasons build up to tear down
To build up, to tear down
Leaves fall, Green leaves fall
And then some more
Until leaves are falling, falling
Trees and branches revealed
In the x-ray of autumn blast
Winter is coming
Winter is coming
Yellow pale yellow carpet
Beneath the naked tree
Yellow, mulchy brown
Once crisp leaves scatter
Green, yellow, transparent veins
Tired, half dead, leaves lose their grip
Join the autumn rain soaked mound
Providing new life to the roots
Old for new, New for Old
Seeds buried in death
Bring new life in Spring
In the end is the beginning.

Down to Up
(- these are the reflections that came to mind while I was looking at the painting 'Riddarfjarden in Stockholm' by Eugene Jansson,1898.
I simply wrote them down -my thoughts- just as they came to me.)
That time shall come.
By dread or by due,
As it must
For the pain of living in a world untrue -
The night grows quiet.
While the city lights reflecting
Upon the effulgent bay
Slowly, soundlessly fade down,
down...down.
Into the eddies of the deep,
Where the last
Of the lights evening song
Whispers away...far away.
Where the souls seperate
And the minds effortlessly bend,
Where the hearts say good-bye
And know...this IS the end -
Down we must go.
To where at last...long last
The great Truth wins out;
For the dark and the despair
The drear and the dread,
Are finally put away
In their unholy place,
Forever buried deep
In the muddy waters of the eternal dead -
But, the heart and the soul!
(oh, the heart and soul) ,
No dark waters under heaven
Can ever hold -
Up, through the mire rise.
Unto the other side;
Going down, to come up,
Into all-new waters
There, forever freely to reside -

First Level Of An Ordinary Conversation
on the shallow waters of laughter
we let go the words, we go with the flow of the first layer of our waters.
wooden boats, hands as rudders and a little emptiness covered
by the lace of sweet nothings, hi, hello, how are you, miss you,
as the feet stamp on something rocky, as the eyes bitter blue,
as our souls should know where to go, sham, spam,
violets are violets, and blue is blue, and red as red,
no implications, no deeper swimming, just a slight touch
here and there, some finishing statements, oh your nice,
you look thinner, losing weight is good, like your hair your nose
shallow, so shallow, there is no force here, no light, glimmer sans,
i look forward to seeing you again.
maybe next year, maybe never. you have become so ordinary.
and you sure, do not understand what i really mean. It is you.

As They Dance
The heat rushed through her body
as she moved her body along side his
The movements were fast and breath taking
as they moved with the tempo of the music
His body bends back
as hers bends forward
His body bends forward
as hers bends back
Their bodies intertwined
as a vine on a wall
Their bodies move side to side
up and down
The music keeping the beat
as the danced
The stage lights dimmed to green
as they moved together
His hands run down her body
as she sways side to side
Her mouth open her eyes closed
his eyes on her body
He keeps his hands on her hips
as she ran her hands up his body to his face
Their lips met and their hearts raced
as the music stopped

What A View Of The Sea Today
it is such a beautiful sunny day at the beach
a man with a muscular body rests on the white sand
beside a blue boat under a tall coconut tree
a woman with a beautiful body, pinkish skin arrives
and removes her transparent skirt and plunges to the sea
on a black bikini
the tiny waves of the sea glisten
like some eyes peeping

I Am As Nothing.
I am as nothing, said Sister Clare;
I am a tool in the Lord’s hands, His
Words wake me from sleep, His
Utterance disperses my dreams.
I wake to the birds’ chorus, the sun
Rises at my elbow, the moon goes
As my eyes take sight. I dress while
Uttering an Ave, wash the night from
My eyes and skin, sense the waters’
Coldness through my fingers’ hold.
From my window I see the cranberry
Tree in the cloister garth; early birds
Perched in the branches, sunlight
Flittering through the green leaves.
Sister Blaise stares up at the sky, her
Hands hidden beneath her habit’s cloth,
Her head to one side. God sees all, my
Mother said, He knows you better than
You know yourself, knows your thoughts
Like a well read book, He understands
Your ways and wants, marks your sins
In the big black book. I leave my room,
Walk down the stairs to the cloister’s
Path, run my palm on the wall’s rough
Brick, my feet taking the steady step,
My blue eyes lowered, my thoughts run
Off like children at play. I gather my
Thoughts like a shepherd his sheep,
I pen them tight into my skull’s sides.
Flowers in the flowerbeds pull my eyes,
Yellows and reds and blues feed my mind.
Sister Rose stands by the bell, her hands
Holding the rough rope, her eyes lit up like
Candles at night, her smile like a child’s kiss.
I pass her by with a gentle nod, taking note
Of her fingers’ hold. I enter the church with
A steady pace, smell incense on the air’s skin;
See sunlight through high windows, beaming
Down on the choir stalls and cold stone floor.
I sit and wait for matins to begin, wait for my
Bruised groom carrying the whole world’s sin.

Diana
What are you looking for at night
When moon is shining in the springs
And where the birds in warble fight
Flapping enchanted their wings?
Can't you perceive this nice array
Of leaves that whisper in the glade
And kiss each other and they play
In the refreshing forest's shade?
And like in mirrors moving fast
You want to watch a funny game,
In waters that have come and passed,
While your big eyes remain the same?
The spring has filled the woods again
Reviving everything, in truth,
However, all your thoughts are vain,
Like Endymion's, that fair youth.
Why do you want to be alone
With the low voice of secret source?
To hear the leaves by the wind blown
And sleep on grass, dark green and coarse?
And from that light reaching the glade,
From the cold waves, from shadow's charms,
To rise a fairy, a dear maid,
With big blue eyes and naked arms?
Oh! Now the boughs are bent with care
By little arms, so snowy white,
By a sweet face with yellow hair
On a tall body, slim, upright.
A golden bow makes her complete
And going hunting with much grace
On the innumerable leaves
She barely left a tiny trace.

Your mind is like water in a pond
Observe the water in a pond
Keep it still and particles will sediment to ground
Only then the surface becomes transparent and clear
Our reflections we can view without a blur
When wind blows and creates waves on the surface
Those sediments will be stirred up and make the water opaque
Then the water surface is no longer transparent and clear
And our reflections in it will become just blurs
Our mind is like water in that pond
Only when still and calm it can be clear and strong
If we let external forces disturb our still and calm mind
By those things we will be controlled and beguiled.

The Old Mother Smiled
Now the spheres are sooty sable,
Man has adulterated Nature with His murky works,
Black rains pour down from the heavy clouds,
And rain-drops fall down not to wash
But to discolour and deform us more,
To broaden blackness on the surface of the Earth,
The downpour seems to be
The harvest of our own transgressions.
Ah! I remember the time of my childhood,
When polluted contents
Had not enveloped yet rotundity of the Earth.
In summer and spring times often after the rainfall,
When the skies around the Ball became too clear,
I felt enclosed in a huge transparent multicolour globe,
And discovered the rainbow in the sky.
While standing on the Earth I imagined,
The Old Mother of humanity oscillating with full splendour
On the swing made of ropes of seven colours,
Smiling on contentment of the children underneath.

One Tree
Against a clear and deep blue sky,
One tree stretched tall, its branches high,
And stiffly they, of movement none,
Stood true and straight, their course to run.
The wind it whistled strong, and shrilled
Between those branches, stiff and chilled,
But not one twig could it but sway,
And having tried, swept on its way.
Against a clear and deep blue sky,
One tree stretched tall, its branches high,
And with great dignity, it kept its stance,
No wind would ever make it dance.

The Song of Midnight Love...
I left away that city,
And just walked to this place,
What a midnight of despair,
Walking alone on the beach,
The vast ocean roared in silence,
It extended miles away,
And away are those stars twinkling in dark,
I know you are asleep by now,
But not today,
You are smiling to yourself,
Remember,
Those rains when we cuddled together,
And got drenched,
You are awake,
Get up,
Open your window,
You see the same moon,
Feel the same breeze,
Now you will wash your face,
To hide,
The running tear,
I know you want to erase me,
And our memories,
And me,
I am left aloof,
Aloof with your written name in the sand,
These waves will wash it though,
And then,
I will be left alone,
Alone in the dark heart...

Transparent Rose
Transparent Rose
In my heart lies a Vase
With 5 roses
5 roses all for you
With five different colors
All to show you what you mean to me
The First Rose
The yellow Rose
The yellow rose is the rose for you from me
To let you know you’re my friend, my best friend
That is a way to show you I’ll be always there for you
The Second Rose
The Blue Rose
The blue rose is to show you
With all my heart what you mean to me
With this rose I show you
There is no battle that I won’t fight for you there is no ocean big enough that can separate my love from you
There is no mountain high enough that I can’t climb for you
With this rose is the beginning of my love to you
The Third Rose
The Red Rose
Within this rose lies all the love I have for you
All the caring
All the loving
I will give to you
This rose show you how you should be treated
I will always romance your heart just to see you smile
Like an Angel
The Fourth Rose
The White Rose
With this rose I show you
All the passion that lies in my heart
All the tenderness I have towards you
All the love that I will show you each time I have and can
With all my strength and love
My heart cries for you
The Fifth Rose
A Rose that has no color
A rose that is undying
A rose that you can see trough and that there is nothing to hide
A rose so pure and true
That all that lies in it is you
So perfectly, so preciously
A girl that is so pure of heart like an angel
This Rose is a Transparent Rose
With this rose I show you all that I am
With this rose I show you I have nothing to hide
Here you can see your reflection that lies in my heart
A love so deeply living in me
I love you with all my heart
And there is no way that these roses will die
Your love is the water to keep them alive
