The winds
The winds of each ending year,
Scatter the string of glassy hopes,
The next refreshes my courage, faith,
Invites to walk on suspended ropes.

Never Ending
(words & music by kaye - springer)
Walk down to the beach at sunset
Look as far as you can see
You will find that endless ocean
And thats how my love will always be
I bring you never ending, never ending
Never ending, never ending
Never ending, never ending love
Look up at the sky at midnight
Gaze up on the starlit view
Just as heaven has no boundaries
Neither does my love for you
I bring you never ending, never ending
Never ending, never ending
Never ending, never ending love
Never ending love
Never ending love
Never ending love
Never ending love

My dilapidated heart and the stubborn girl
Her ding-dong bells like voice invites me to play hopscotch.
And I just want to explain her,
Dear daughter, I am like your grandfather and I have already hopped over the marked squares in the tattered life and my fragile heart hangs on a string,
If I hop again that would collapse and scatter like dew.
To all my friends in gratitude.

Faith and courage
Faith and courage is something that
I love now
Its my new phrase that my mouth speaks
Faith and courage is my new term in my
life.
Its very simple like the song from my heart.
Please-
Please dont judge those words
They are my music notes from the music I have
wrote.
Faith is my belief and courage is my steps.
So let me die with faith and courage because
they are unexplained.

Two Little Boys
Two little boys swore to holy friendship,
There was no bond to tie them or kinship.
Days went by fast, and they remained true,
They took different paths in life, high and low.
They seldom saw each other on purpose or met.
Though they had a great deal of love and respect.
Year after year after year they had not met,
There was also a war that struck so hard.
One was out. One was there on his guard.
But deep inside, they have some hopes,
For they believe they know the ropes:

“I see god in her”
I see god in her
In her strength
her courage
In her wisdom
And her faith
I found God in her
and I loved her fiercely
Against the winds of humanity
It was in her arms
That I found my faith
In her arms courage reached for me
embraced my sanity
and I see God in her
A voice of reason
And I escape my convictions

Coming Off The Ropes
I'm coming off the ropes
(he's going down)
He thinks I'm beat
I'm coming off the ropes yea
This ain't no retreat
He thinks I'm going down
For sure my head is spinning round
When I straighten up
But I'm going to knock him off his feet!
(Wow suckerpunch!
I'm coming off the ropes
(he's going down)
Yes I'm coming off the ropes
I'm coming off the ropes
He made me angry now
I only need to straighten up
I'm going to show him how
I can hear someone count to ten
Seems like a lifetime,
But I'll tell you when
I know I'm safe down here
So till then, must have been
a lucky swing
Two years ago,
I would have not let him in
I'm coming off the ropes
(he's going down)

Faith is an axiom
Faith is an axiom which is beyond proof.
Faith is a self-evident fact, a conviction, a belief which exists without a reason.
You put it to test, you fail. You cannot show the faith but you can certainly have one.
Hence, it is said to always “have faith” or to “keep faith”.
The more faith you have, the more hopes grow. The more hopes grow, the more optimism flows. The more optimism flows, the more confidence grows........so.....
Have faith in goodness and the good will soon follow.
Have faith in abundance and the riches will soon follow.

After the Sonnet Ends
After the sonnet ends it begins.
The final word glistens suspended on a string
like an industrious spider on strands slender as pins,
like a trapeze artist’s precarious swing.
The minstral invites you to take the gift
of vases of words and decanters of wit
and parse them in your mind and shift
the meanings and the mores to fit
the memories of music and rhyme
in the repository of your mind
and perhaps to recall some other time,
and in the recollection find
another starting point where the thought ends,
still another meaning where the line bends.

Coffee Courage
The bitter coffee kicked;
I shook and then I licked
My lips and gave a sigh.
Shattered eyes encouraged,
I nearly had envisaged
Waking up an eye.
Another sip; a jolt –
Not unlike a bolt
Of wattage from the mains.
My sockets under strain,
I tried it once again:
Aha! The light, the searing white –
My God, the bloody pain!

Stories from the Grave...
Stories fom th' grave, speak their tales....on winds of faith
Methodically, we lay our wreaths and sweet moon orchids
Standing o'er the steel-grey rock, with conscientious hope
Our whispered prayers somehow touch th' soul we beckon
Death's voice...cannot be qualified 'less you've been there
Yet, i've heard premonitions voice......choirs with credence
Of Sunday stories taught by men in black with white collars
An' faith, born of fear, as to when our winds of Death come
Stories from th' grave, shed no light upon th' deep unknown
Still, we follow olde traditions, in hopes to find new answers
We'll speak to steel-grey stone, upon......soft, unleveled soil
In hopes that all these stories olde......be blessed with truth
Perhaps, somewhere beyond th' winds....lay all th' answers

HE Said
He said 'Walk with Me.' we walked.
Looking back to where we had been.
Desolation now a garden.
Storm and tempest calmed.
He said 'Share with me your faith.'
In His hands I placed my faith.
He gave me courage.
With Him He took my fears.
Unafraid I tread dark paths.
I hesitated not nor stumbled.
His gift of courage
lighted my way.
He said 'Believe in Me.'
I promised Him I would.
Believing in Him
His strength became mine.
'Look through My eyes.' He said.
'I will share with you
the love the beauty the peace
through all eternity.'
I looked through His eyes
and saw everything.
And it was
as He had said.

Courage's Test
Don't close your eyes on the world
And don't feel down and blue
And know that in this aweful place
There are many who cares for you
So have faith in your ownself
And believe that dreams come true
Because your dreams are shared
By the Gracious Lord, who loves you too
So have courage to walk in
Even in the foggy clouds
And learn to wipe the tears of
All mistrust and the crazy doubts
And then surely a day will come
When things will be for the best
And then you'll have the courage
To face world with courage's test.

Sonnet: True Faith
Yes, faith can lift a mountain from its base!
Yes, faith can turn a river off its course;
Yes, faith can win an impossible race!
Yes, faith can calm a lion as he roars!
Sure, faith can do impossible a thing!
Sure, faith can hold a marriage till the end!
Sure, faith can well a happy ending bring!
Sure, faith can truly iron bars too bend!
True faith can make a friendship very strong!
True faith unites two lovers tie the knot!
True faith can make miles look like one furlong!
True faith can win a war although ill-fought!
None can afford to lose faith since their birth,
And faith in God is what we need on earth.

G, the defeated warrior....
there is this song
which tackles about faith
this walking
faith
in your heart where
you shall never
then
walk alone
God is fair.
Your voice is
like the sound of
a broken bottle
but as
i told you
i admire your
spirit
that courage to
sing like
a defeated warrior
after
the war

Fireworks
(vocals--jesse valenzuela)
The fireworks from the rooftops fall down around this hotel
So tell it seems like so long since Ive had you beside me here
We used to walk together
Ive nothing to show me now and it seems like so long
Since Ive had you beside me here
Well hes got ropes and chains all around her heart
And nothing I can say could ever tear them apart
Her mumbles come now softly (? )
From the other side of this room
And the things she wont say
Just reminds shes not alone
Well I cant help but feeling a little more than blue
Cause the things that matter just dont mean a damn to you
Well hes got ropes and chains all around her heart
And nothing I can say could ever tear them apart
The fireworks from the roofs all fall down around you
So tell it seems like so long since Ive had you beside me here
Lets a walk together
Ive nothing to show me now and it seems like so long
Since Ive had you beside me here
Well hes got ropes and chains all around her heart
And nothing I can say could ever tear them apart...

Revolving Doors
I forget where I've been going
As I enter the tall building
Through the glassy revolving doors.
In circles, I spin, not knowing
What the other side's withholding
Through the glassy revolving doors.
The human traffic keeps flowing
Around frames of glossy gilding
Through the glassy revolving doors.
Yet somehow I end up nowhere.
I'm never close getting there
Through the glassy revolving doors.

0022 A Dickinsonian Ode to Hope
Hopes – that soar –
like kites in wind -
above the truth –
with wishes – twisting
in their tail –
pulling at the string
of the heart –
until – soaring -
we, up there too –
looking down on present self –
from our own future –
up there too,
faith, loving-kindness?

By Faith By: Cay Thorne
By faith we are loved –
By those who care for us.
By faith we have a heart –
To love everything and everyone.
By faith we can show virtue and enlightenment –
To those who need to be enlightened.
By faith we live within peace –
Especially during time of war.
By faith we have courage –
To do something brave and heroic.
By faith we face discrimination –
In every form there is under the sun with gusto and understanding.
By faith we can do wonders –
Beyond any means needed.
By faith we can do anything –
That we set our mind and heart on it.
By faith we have encouragement –
To try anything new that comes our way in life.
By faith we have hope –
To fight through any struggle that comes our way in life.
By faith we have hope –
To stop all wars and fights;
That begins with hatred.
BY FAITH ITSELF WE CAN DO A LOT OF GOOD IN THIS WORLD WITHOUT TURNING TO VIOLENCE.
