The Descending Sun

Unheeded forsaken beauty,
With a faint pale deep-golden countenance,
Looks behind as if annoyed
On going through the dismal experience
Of the day, looking down beneath
Upon the hilarious, uproarious world,
Where upon the several spots
Smoky mushrooms rise,
Wrapping the Earth from all sides around
With sable murky blankets
Impeding lights;
Or of glancing at the spectrums
Of human blood, mixing into mud,
Descends consumed depressed glowering
Deciding not to come back again
Into the aching painful zones;
But the next morn re-ascends
Refreshed with washed features
Radiant, all silvery glaring,
To accomplish the assigned job
Of sweeping the scrap of blackness.
This is how the office of God goes on,
Playing hide and seek
The Dark chases the Light
And the Light defeats the Dark,
As seamen prey upon the shark.

Dark and Light

Here where I live it is dark.
Abide within and it is dark.
Sinister beings dwell in the dark.
Seeing is not possible in the dark.
They are Dark.

Cavort about in the dark.
Come and surround in the dark.
Laugh and howl in the dark.
See them not, hear them yet, here in the dark.
They are Dark.

Not always do I live in the dark.
Comes a time without the dark.
Sinister beings exists in the dark.
Cannot survive without the dark.
They are Dark

When it is not dark,
And it is not always dark.
Beings of warmth pierce the dark.
Crack and splinter the dark.
They are Light.

Then sometimes I live in the light
Warm and safe in the light
Want to stay in the light.
Surrounded by life and love in the light.
They are Light

Sometimes light, sometimes dark.
In one world, than in the other.
In one, fear; love in the other.
Back and Forth, Light and Dark
I am Dark! I am Light!

As Night Descends

The night descends,
The light mixing dark, together they blend,
Shadows pounce upon the light,
Forever turning daylight, into night.

Shadows toy and play,
They own the night... Now they shall seize the day,
They sit upon the earth, and watch light decay,
Illuminated light fragments,
like dust they float, Then fall away,
I shall sit with these shadows,
and enjoy corrupt fun,
watch the light fall, as the shadows have won.

My family of shadows, humble yet dark,
always living in turmoil, killing the light, fading the last spark.
The light is no more, we've won....
these wrongs can never be undone.

When Day met Night

When Day met the Night,
there was a story to tell.
About heavenly Light,
falling in love with Dark Hell.

The Light was nice,
and curtsied when due.
the Dark had no manners,
not a noted a' due.

So when Light found Dark,
she hugged him deep.
Instead he slithered away,
making Light weep.

Dark looked back before he ran,
Seeing Light kneeling and broken down.
Dark ran over and pulled her lips up,
'Upside down goes that frown! '

He snickered and fled,
back down to Hell.
Light blushed and smiled,
leaving as well.

So when Light met Dark,
on that faithful day.
Dark gained a moon,
to lead Light's way.

Descend into Despair

Darkness covers all of me
The blackness is so deep, i cannot see
Shadowy forms float in front of me and my back
It feels as though i've fallen into a dark sea, i'm fading into the black
Deep in this dark sea everything turns to grey
It feels as though my being is fading away
MY mine and body feel broken, there's a taint on my soul that i cannot bare
I'm falling even further into my despair
One foot in the grave, a moment closer to hell
I'm close to bidding the light farewell
Surronded on all sides by this cold and heartless world, filled to the brim with malice
I'm being boxed in by my aching loneliness
I can't hold on, i feel weary within
Despair has nested in my heart, all my joy is at an end
No one understands this pain that i'm feeling
From constantly seeing all this hurting, bleeding, crying, and screaming
I've withered away now, my existence is no longer presently there
Cause i've fallen into the dark sea, I've Descended into Despair

The Duality Of Darkness And Light

If I search and seek inside my mind
The deeper I look the more I find
Exists a spiritual duality of darkness and light
My soul mirrors the world, the day and the night
In the darkness I seek the light to guide
From the sunlight I seek a shadow to hide
The dark is my shield, the light is my blade
They guide and protect me, the light and the shade
They are the sides of coin, opposed yet part of the same
They the sides of a blade, one cold one aflame
This is the spiritual duality of darkness and light
The immortal struggle of the day and the night
Two sides of one coin, two sides of one blade
The darkness and light, tools used yet obeyed
The shade of the daylight, the light in the night
Our immortal mortality, our hope yet our plight
The darkness a shield, the light a bright sword
To refuse their protection we cannot afford
Their immortal struggle, mirrored in our souls
They both play their parts, they both have their roles
A spiritual duality the darkness and light
A reflection of reality the day and the night

Light?

Have you ever wounderd from where light came
If the wondering of light is just a game
If light is playing a trick on our eyes
If light is just a bunch of lies
If light has a tempreture cold as ice
If light is actually hot as rice
If light can run around the room
If light will lead us to our doom
If light can catch a traveling ball
If light can hear our pleading call
If light needs us to see ing the dark
If light can produce a menacing bark
If light can flow as fast as sound
If light is only on earth bound
If light can take a human form
If light can get caught up ina storm
I often wonder what light can do
but its secrets are not for me and you

Fishy Tales

Fishy Tales
Do you ever envy Fish in the sea?
Swimming free in their underwater world?
Do ever wonder whether sea horses
Gallop all over the place
Or run a million dollar race like the Melbourne Cup?
Do you ever wonder whether the Moray Eel
Tire of darting and weaving
Amongst the shadowy caverns of their coral stone lair
Hidden from sight by slippery sea weed
Waving their arms amongst the colourful sea anemone
Or whether Sunfish worship the sun
From the depths of the sea
Or simply glide by playing hide and seek
In the mysterious deep
Or follow the trail left my migrating turtles
Or the tit bits that the Remora chases
On the back of a shark
Or whether the Great white shark is really
The merciless predator of the deep
Or simply the opportunist
And whether Fish ever get tired of swimming
Sometimes I wonder!

Darkness And Daylight

You love the day, worship the light.
You mourn the setting of the sun, hide from the night.
I?
I curse the light of day, though most would praise and cheer.
I say if there were no light, the dark would hold no fear.
How would we feel about the dark if the harsh bright sun had never shone?
We would not wish for light!
For we would know the dark, alone.
It is the harsh, stark light of day which makes the dark of night seem cold.
Dark is bad and light is good, or so I have been told.
But without the dark, what would be the light?
What would a day mean, if we had no night?

And Here Comes Dark

It's dark outside
But I see the light
Then darkness
I see the light again
And here comes dark

It's dark outside
I am lonely and sad
But I see the light
You ask my name
Then darkness
You take my hand
I see the light again
We fall in love
And here comes dark

It's dark outside
I can't find you
But I see the light
You were right there
Then darkness
I have my doubts
I see the light again
You say I'm wrong
And here comes dark

It's dark outside
I reach for you
But I see the light
You don't reach for me
Then darkness
I feel alone
I see the light again
I read your face
And here comes dark

It's dark outside
I want to leave
But I see the light
You're come to me
Then darkness
I feel your grip
I see the light
You're hurting me
And here comes dark

It's dark outside
I try to scream
But I see the light
You have my throat
Then darkness
I can not breath
I see the light
For the last time
And here comes dark

From the Dark Tower

We shall not always plant while others reap
The golden increment of bursting fruit,
Not always countenance, abject and mute,
That lesser men should hold their brothers cheap;
Not everlastingly while others sleep
Shall we beguile their limbs with mellow flute,
Not always bend to some more subtle brute;
We were not made to eternally weep.
The night whose sable breast relieves the stark,
White stars is no less lovely being dark,
And there are buds that cannot bloom at all
In light, but crumple, piteous, and fall;
So in the dark we hide the heart that bleeds,
And wait, and tend our agonizing seeds.

Shine Your Light

You've told me,
many times before,
that you prefer living,
in a world of darkness.

But tell me this,
when looking into darkness,
don't you see the smallest light,
in the distance?

Can't you see,
a little light,
that will shine through,
any darkness?

But yet you still say,
dark is better than light,
so are you saying that,
you too are a dark person?

No that can't be so,
when I think of you,
the last thing I'd think of,
would be dark.

You have so much light within,
but yet you've decided to live,
where no light can get in,
but is suffocated by dark.

You seem so strong inside,
but yet to everyone you hide,
except to me when you show me,
the real light within.

If you are full,
of such strong light,
then why do you tell everyone,
you love the darkness?

Most of my life

But I always

Forsaken

Now The Day Has Come
We Are Forsaken This Time
We Lived Our lives
In Our Paradise
As Gods We Shaped The World Around
No Borderlines
We Stayed Behind
No Boundaries Is Something Fragile
Well We Thought We Were Gaining
We Turned Back The Time
It Still Slips Away
Our Time Has Run Out
Our Future Has Died
There's No More Escape
Chorus
Now The Day Has Come
We Are Forsaken
There's No Time Any More
Life Will Pass Us By
We Are Forsaken
We're The Last Of Our Kind
The Sacrifice
Was Much To Hide
Our Grief Just Made Us All Go On
We Try To Hide What We Fear Inside
Today Is The End Of Tomorrow
As The Sea Started Rise
And The Land That We Conquered
It Just Washed Away
We All Have Tried
To Turn Back The Time
It Was All In Vain
Chorus
Now The Day Has Come
We Are Forsaken
There's no Time Anymore
Life Will Pass You By
We Are Forsaken
Only Rules Stay Below
"Een Hoop Gebrabbel"
Now The Day Has Come
We Are Forsaken This Time
Now The Day Has Come
We Are Forsaken
There's No Time Any More
Now The Day Has Come,
The Day Has Come

Shine A Light In The Dark

Ive been lost before and I had to pay
It was never easy but I found a way
Well the journey was hard and the road was tough
There were times when I cried lord Ive had enough
Please dont desert me now
Dont you leave me stranded now I need a friend
Please dont desert me now
Youve gotta show me mercy when Im helpless
Show me mercy when Im helpless
Shine a light in the dark
Hold me back when I get reckless
Shine a light in the dark
Stand me up if I get legless
Shine a light in the dark
Shine a light in the dark
Shine a light in the dark
Ive been down and out and Ive been fit to drop
But the thought of you wouldnt let me stop
Now a man should stand upon his own two feet
Because the taste of failure is a bitter sweet
Please dont desert me now
I can hear the reaper calling in the wind
Please dont desert me now
Youve gotta show me mercy when Im helpless
Show me mercy when Im helpless
Shine a light in the dark
Hold me back when I get reckless
Shine a light in the dark
Stand me up if I get legless
Shine a light in the dark
Shine a light in the dark
Shine a light in the dark
Where were you when the chips were down
I fell apart when I hit the town
Where were you when I couldnt get arrested
Where were you when the lights went out
I blew a fuse, did you hear me shout
Where on earth do I look for heavens sake
Theres a brotherhood that I want to see
Gotta take my share of equality
Theres no harmony in a one man band
Even God almighty needs a helping hand
Please dont desert me now
Theres no time and I cant fight another day
Please dont desert me now
Youve gotta show me mercy when Im helpless
Show me mercy when Im helpless
Shine a light in the dark
Hold me back when I get reckless
Shine a light in the dark
Stand me up if I get legless
Shine a light in the dark
Shine a light in the dark
Shine a light in the dark
(repeat to fade)

The Old Man In The Canyon

I sought for Him on the whole roundity of the world,
On the stretched sand of the deserts, dusting the eyes,
Along the banks of the flowing hissing curvy rivers,
In the populated metropolitan cities, towns and villages,
On the green pastures, lush valleys and deep forests,
In the heaven kissing mountains of Himalayan ranges,
In the moonlit golden nights, in the silvery bright days,
Under the folds of darkness, in the feathers of light,
And enquired after Him from the tired weary mariners,
Who made lengthy voyages ransacking the seven seas;
But no footprint of Him was traced and depressed I sat.

Ah! One day wanderlust took me amid the Northern hills,
At the webbed opening of a subterranean dark cave,
And curiosity led me in and what I did see there, hark!
There in the murky, gloomy, dismal canyon I found,
A faintly breathing exhausted strengthless old man,
With overgrown, dishevelled and withering grey hair,
He had deep eyes covered with thick rough brows,
Profound wrinkles like furrows creased on his visage,
He wore tattered trousers, rend sleeveless dingy shirt,
On filthy dark skin of the body, his liquorice like bones,
Seemed to be wrapped with thickblack sheet of polythene,
His feet had slits, slots like dry parched surface of the land.

I jerked him and He sat with the tiresome movement,
As someone rises breaching ajar the stones of grave,
Looked staring at me as He recalled the memory back,
He brought a false, fake smile on the parched lips,
And to my question He responded, made me reply,
“The world is too cold to go out, I feel warm here,
I eat leaves, grass and lick dust when belly torments me,
Often take rain water or drink from the stagnant pools,
For half a century I have neither taken a bath,
Nor washed the face, my plight is worse than a beggar,
I am disappointed, depressed, pray to God for my death.”

He recounted his tale while the shining tears rolled down,
From both the corners of his eyes, and he began to sob.
I remained stunned, remembered that once He had been,
“Mr. Justice”; but now his breathing strengthless carcass.

The Path

There is no turning back from this unending path of mine
Serpent turning back it stands before my eyes
To hell and back it will lead me once more
Its all I have as I stumble in and out of grace
I walk through the gardens of dying lights
And cross over rivers deep and dark as the night
Searching for reasons why time passes by
With every step I take the less I know myself
And every vow I break on my way towards your heart
Countless times Ive prayed for forgiveness
But God just laughed at my face
And this path remains
Leading me into solitude zones
I seek through the darkness my way back home
The journey seems endless but Ill carry on
The shadows will rise and day will fall
And a night turns in dawn
And after the tears this smile all angels grieve with an envious song
When looking into strangers eyes
And I know where I belong
I walk through the gardens of dying lights
And cross over rivers deep and dark as the night
Searching for reasons why time passes by
I seek through the darkness my way back home
The journey seems endless but Ill carry on
The shadows will rise and day will fall
And a night turns in dawn

Defining the Indefinable Light

As I inched away from your love
I walk into darkness of a deep sea,
Enveloped in dark clouds,
Layer upon layer of waves
You are the Light of lights
Of heavens and earth
Light the blinding Light!
Light the awakening Light!
A speaking Light that begun
before the birth of question
Light coursing beyond the answers
that beget but questions!
Light a beckoning
Light a reckoning Light!
A Light too high to cede to our darkness

The Dark

By day
The sun comes around
Looking for love
To be found-
While at night
The dark digs away
At the poetic words
I say-
Sullen in the dark
My soul reels
With the weight of emptiness
It, all alone, so deeply feels-
The closed curtains part
With each new sunrise
Revealing the darks
Wretched lies-
Dancing in the light
My heart anew sings
With all the joy
That the sun brings-
It's the light
To praise
Thankful to God
For these new days-
It's the dark
To curse
And damn the old devil
All the worse-
Oh, I know
The dark waits around for me to slowly die
But, it is the light
That shall take me away to forever fly-
So to hell
With the dark...
It's the Light and I
Who will never part!

A story of a broken conscious

The shadow is the dark
represents the peace in the light
the dark will rise
from the derived light
reversed usage of thought
according to the light
its not a might
a well thought pattern to demolish that light
removing the might inducing the night
bluring the owns sight

What If Someone is born in the night
taught by the dark light
introdcuing the mystic might
to the powers of the moon light

What If Someone born in the light
taught by the blessings of elder's might
revealing every day rituals to the rays of the sun light

In the contrary, lights are in common
sources that are not in synergy,
thought the time is reversed in different poles
no wonder every day is to be more ignorant
it is hard to know what to go into a light
whenever you don't whats bad or right
