The World
How old the world is!
When Adam and Eve
Came down on the earth,
We think and think,
The storm came
And Swept away
The tyrants along with their pride,
Vanished them forever.
Charming world before us lies,
So various and new,
Each moment is exciting,
Hope hovering around,
New people, things and relations,
Surging out day by day,
Solutions of the problems sought,
But new one takes birth each today.

Whose Country?
This is the Earth we all brlong to,
In the beginning were Adam and Eve created;
My Earth,
Your Earth,
Our Earth,
Their Earth,
This is the Earth that we all belong to.
My country,
Your country,
Our country,
Their country,
Whose country is the best?
Adam and Eve were placed in the Garden of Eden.
We are in tne same garden today,
This garden is now called Earth;
So did they increased and multiplied.
Whose country is this?
Spreading all over the Earth we came.
From Eden to what we have today,
Whose world?
This is the Earth that we all belong to.
My world,
Your world,
Our world,
Their world,
We are the same people from the same source;
We came from Adam and Eve.
From generations unto generations,
The same people into different colours today;
This is the Earth that we all belong to.
Of many colours taday to enhance the beauty os Earth,
The same homan race from the beginning;
Whose people are they?
My people,
Your people,
Their people,
From one language to many languages today;
So, why worry about the colour of one's skin?
Without Adam and Eve,
Could we have been here today?
Why then create the boundaries?
We are the same people.
This is the Earth that we all belong to,
Why can't we see the truth and live?
This is my home,
This is your home,
This is our home,
This is their home,
The very Earth that we all live in.

People Talk Of Love...
In today's world of greed,
In today's world of fraud,
In today's world of broken relations,
People talk of true love.
In today's world of materialism,
In today's world of selfishness,
In today's world of distress,
People talk of true love.
In today's world of mishappenings,
In today's world of misunderstandings,
In today's world of one- night stands,
People talk of true love.
People have the right to love;
If they honour the values and culture.
People have the right to love;
If they know the need of each other.
and people have the right to love
If they have faith that one day they 'll be together.

In The Same Moment Death And Birth
IN THE SAME MOMENT DEATH AND BIRTH
In the same moment death and birth joy and sorrow,
A world that goes on contradicting itself in feeling-
No one forever happy always
And no light bright enough to forever shine -
In a world of constant contradiction,
Of never- ending dissonance,
Of always somewhere else something else-
In that world
And in ourselves
We must try to be at home and at one,
For the little time we have.

Swept Away
I was lying there
Lying on the beach
I dreamed you where there
Feel the heat
The sun and the waves
When you touch my hand
We were on a desert island
I had a dream
I was swept away
You and I are on an island
Where I thought the storm would never end
I saw your light on the horizon
And I knew that I was blown away again
No it doesnt matter
Yeah, it doesnt matter
cause nothing lasts forever
cause nothing last forever
No it doesnt matter
No it doesnt matter
cause nothing lasts forever
Nothing last forever
I was swept away
I was swept away
I was swept away with you
I was swept away
I was swept away
I was swept away with you
The rise and fall is endless
The risk you run of being lost in blue
You caught my drift while I was restless
When the current flows
Im gonna go with you
No it doesnt matter
Yeah, it doesnt matter
cause nothing last forever
Nothing last forever
No it doesnt matter
No it doesnt matter
cause nothing last forever
Nothing last forever
I was swept away
I was swept away
I was swept away with you
I was swept away
I was swept away
I was swept away with you
For a day
Or maybe for a lifetime
Break away
Is he throwing me a lifeline
As I say
That this will be the last time
Swept away
Will it end with you?
I was swept away
Swept away
Swept away
No it wont, no it wont
No it doesnt matter
Nothing last forever

No Compasion
-----------
In a world
where people have problems
In this world
where decisions are a way of life
Other people's problems they overwhelm my mind
They say compassion is a virtue, but I don't have the time
So many people...have their problems
I'm not interested...in their problems
I guess I've...experienced some problems
But now I've...made some decisions
Takes a lot of time to push away the nonsense
Take my compassion...Push it as far as it goes
My interest level's dropping, my interest level is dropping
I've heard all I want to, I don't want to hear any more
What are you, in love with your problems?
I think you take it...a little too far
It's...not so cool to have so many problems
But don't expect me to explain your indecisions
Go...talk to your analyst, isn't that what they're paid for
You walk, you talk...You still function like you used to
It's not a question...Of your personality or style
Be a little more selfish, it might do you some good
In a world where people have problems
In this world where decisions are a way of life
Other people's problems, they overwhelm my mind
They say compassion is a virtue, but I don't have the time

Only Solutions
Note: the lyrics listed here for only solutions
Were transcribed and discussed by several
Members of the journey mailing list.
We hope they are correct, although they
Still could contain errors.
In the jungle I run tonight
Find no peace to logical life
No confusion, just wrong or right, oh yeah.
Faces, numbers I recognize
You dont fool me with cynical lies
No problems, no compromise, oh yeah
Only solutions
Dont pull me down, I just wanna hear
Only solutions
Oh, it wont be long, it wont take too long
Modern times drive me insane
Explanations I cant explain
Leaves me standing in the rain, oh yeah
Solving mysteries with nothing to lose
Magic leaves you without any clues
Theres only so much one man can do, oh yeah
Only solutions
Dont pull me down, I just wanna hear
Only solutions
Oh it wont be long, it wont take too long
Only solutions
Dont pull me down, I just wanna hear
Now that the sun is shining
Clear vision, clear vision
In the jungle I run tonight
Find no peace to logical life
No confusion, just wrong or right, oh yeah
Faces, numbers I recognize
You dont fool me with cynical lies
No problems, no compromise, oh yeah
Only solutions
Its my point of view
Only solutions
Oh, clear vision
Only solutions
No second thoughts
Only solutions
No, no, no contradictions
People reason
People reason
No escape

Hope may be... (edited) (please comment E.L.A project)
Hope may Be..
Hope may be: us teenagers and our decisions in life; us teenagers in high schools and universities; us teenagers and the struggle of fitting in this big scary world.
Hope is us teenagers and our choice to proceed to new passages.
Hope may be: the kids of this world; hope is the kids and their decision of which route to take in the long run; hope is them kids who will eventually turn this world around.
Hope may be: our parents and what they want for us in life, hop is our parents and the turn we make within the paths they shaped for us.
Hope is the light we need when were overwhelmed by the darkness that over takes our minds and souls; hope is the barrier to protect us from the bad and evil; hope is border between forgetting and forgiving.
Hope gives “elders” a reason to believe that the “dumb teenagers of today” will hold this world together another century.
Hope is a different idea to me than it is to you; hope is different to all of us. Hope is many things; hope is me and you- hope is all of us.

Who Wants To Live Forever
Words and music by brian may
Theres no time for us
Theres no place for us
What is this thing that builds our dreams yet slips away
From us
Who wants to live forever
Who wants to live forever....?
Theres no chance for us
Its all decided for us
This world has only one sweet moment set aside for us
Who wants to live forever
Who wants to live forever?
Who dares to love forever?
When love must die
But touch my tears with your lips
Touch my world with your fingertips
And we can have forever
And we can love forever
Forever is our today
Who wants to live forever
Who wants to live forever?
Forever is our today
Who waits forever anyway?

Every morning is a fresh beginning. Every day is the world made new. Today is a new day. Today is my world made new. I have lived all my life up to this moment, to come to this day. This moment--this day--is as good as any moment in all eternity. I shall make of this day--each moment of this day--a heaven on earth. This is my day of opportunity.

The World Is Black
The World Is Black
Turn on channel seven at a quarter to eight
You see the same damn thing it's just a different day and
No one really knows why this is happening
But it's happening
And everywhere you go it's just a different place
You get the same dark feeling
See the same sad faces
No one really cares that this is happening
We come into this world
And we all are the same
In that moment there's no one to blame
But the world is black
And hearts are cold
And there's no hope
That's what we're told
And we can't go back
It won't be the same
Forever changed
By the things we say, say
Living in this place it's always been this way
There's no one doing nothing so there's nothing changed
And I can't live when this world just keeps dying
It's dying
People always tell me this is part of the plan
That God's got everybody in his hands
But I can only pray that God is listening
Is he listening?
We're living in this world
Growing colder everyday
Nothing can stay perfect now I say
But the world is black
And hearts are cold
And there's no hope
That's what we're told
And we can't go back
It won't be the same
Forever changed
By the things we say, say, say
We come into this world
And we all are the same
And in that moment there's no one to blame
But we're living in this world
Growing colder everyday
Nothing can stay perfect now I say
The world is black
And hearts are cold
There's no hope
That's what we're told
And we can't go back
(We can't go back)
It won't be the same
(It won't be the same)
Forever changed
(What will ever change)
By the things we say, say, say
Turn on channel seven at a quarter to eight
You see the same damn thing it's just a different day
And no one really knows why this is happening

Sonnet: Don’t You Worry
Some things may happen unexpectedly;
No need to fret or fume or feel depressed;
All things do happen for our good only;
Let’s hope that life makes feel less repressed.
We should not change in ways the world expects;
We must not change if principles are lost;
We can adjust to things if world respects;
For everything, there is a risk and cost!
Don’t you worry as God decides all things;
Just take the things as they come up to you;
None can predict the time and things, life brings;
Life brings problems and apt solutions too.
All things in life are transient, ev’n if long;
We have to do things right and not the wrong!

Breathe And Help
I seen things go wrong,
In this world
and I don't like it,
Breathe.
There so much hate,
In this world,
and I don't like it,
Breathe.
Passion is lost forever,
In this world,
and I don't like it,
Breathe.
So much domestic abuse,
In this world,
and I don't like it,
Breathe.
All this unnecessary war,
In this world,
And I don't like it,
Breathe.
People hurting people,
In this world,
And I don't like it,
Breathe.
Children in needs.
In this world,
Do something,
Help.
So much poverty,
In this world,
Do Something,
Help.
Too many countries suffering,
In this world,
Do Something,
Help.
Too many people starving,
In this world,
Do Something,
Help.
Too many things unfair,
In this world,
Do Something,
Help.

How Will This World End?
With this world so unstable friend, just how will this world end?
Although not God’s first desire, this world friend will end in fire.
God first desired fellowship when in His image He created men.
He even made Paradise friend, that for them would have no end.
However the fellowship went awry when that ancient serpent lied.
The serpent cunning lied to Eve and she and Adam fell deceived.
That dreaded sin brought a curse upon Adam, Eve and this earth.
Satan has been eternally cursed but man can experience new birth.
At God’s own appointed time Christ renewed God’s initial design.
And at the return of The Lord all things in Christ will be restored.
Even creation groans in expectation of The Creator’s Revelation.
And all things will be made new, all the earth and the heavens too.
The older things will pass away with Righteousness here to stay.
When with fire the earth is purged, it will remove Satan’s scourge.
But Satan who will be chained my friend will be loosed at the end.
Set free to deceive once more, but quickly cast away forevermore.
Because Satan was the father of lies he will face an eternal demise.
Since deception was his desire, he’ll be cast into The Lake of Fire.
Along with Satan, Sin and Death will be cast into The Fire’s depths.
Their smoke rises forevermore while The Kingdom of God endures.

In Our Small Way
Refrain
Maybe you and I cant do great things
We may not change the world in one day
But we still can change some things today...
In our small way
Empty words are not enough
Where theres hurt well be a crush
When theres thirst well fill each others cup
Because we care we love enough to share
Refrain
Maybe you and I cant do great things
We may not change the world in one day
But we still can change some things today...
In our small way
In despair well be the hope
And the prayer that frees the soul
Well be there to share each lonely road
Because we love, I know
We care enough
Refrain
Maybe you and I cant do great things
We may not change the world in one day
But we still can change some things today...
In our small way
Just a little time is all it takes
What a difference just a smile can make, youll see
Love is all we need
Refrain
Maybe you and I cant do great things
We may not change the world in one day
But we still can change some things today...
In our small way

Now is Forever
The past is all that’s gone,
the future is yet to come.
this moment is all our own.
We should live this way,
Just building up our day,
now and forever.
The past is all that’s gone,
the future is yet to come.
this moment is all our own.
We should live this way,
Just building up our day,
now and forever.
We should think about,
What we got right now,
cause the good things are made up of time.
Smile to your problems,
Leave the past behind.
never forget this.
find the truth in your soul,
keeping you alive.
going on from minute to minute.
don’t shade the future,
with all that’s behind.
live for today.
the past is all that’s gone,
the future is yet to come.
this moment is all our own.
we should live this way,
just building up our day,
now and forever.
the past is all that’s gone,
the future is yet to come.
this moment is all our own.
we should live this way,
just building up our day,
now and forever.
don’t shade your future,
with what you don’t have.
keep your mind on that’s here today.
now and forever,
build the future now.
keep this mind.
though you will take your time,
to get what you need,
but you’ll do it step after step.
yet to come is all that’s gone,
learn to lice this moment.
live for today.

Sonnet: God Is My Only Master
I am a man of God and unafraid
Of any man on earth except my God;
I did the things my conscience had me bade;
I am aware of God’s mercy and rod.
With God beside me as a Friend and Guide,
No force on earth dare bring new harm to me;
In serving Him, the Almighty, I’ve pride!
God works His wonders most mysteriously.
This world may seem cunning and treacherous,
And people live in mortal sins all life;
To live like them to soul is dangerous;
God gives the solutions along with strife.
With God by me, my success is not far;
In life, He will make me a superstar!
