A Dusk In Nepal (at returning from there)

The sun calls back of its rays,
And ready to go far behind,
Birds and cattle are on their ways,
To reach home before the day turns blind,
A lark comes and claspes its nestling,
With my friends I see at the road,
Rolled down eyes pearls, I kept on smiling,
I miss my mother badly in abroad.

It gets dark, wild, bitterly winds blow,
And this cause the cold to grow,
By and by we make our pace slow,
And into a creeping bus in a row,
My emotions let me on my fancies fly,
All of sudden, I unwell vomit twice,
Once at a man whom to aside I try,
But journey has been certainly nice.

The Final And Fresh Sun

The sun calls back of its rays,
And ready to go far behind,
Birds and cattle are on their ways,
To reach their home before day truns blind.
The sea is calm and fish on rest,
And cold winds from the west,
Passing through every mount, forest and valley,
A spirited and melodious voice I hear,
Wishing us warmly Keats and Shelley,
Of coming a lively and happy new year.

The breezy blows and breaks the day,
In the foggy morn the sun does shine,
The pearls are lying on greenw clay,
That really invites a revolt wine.
Make much efforts and less endure,
Hope to raise and fear not to feline,
Then wait for help from the Azure,
And joys'll wait for thee in single line,
Singing it the wind moves everywhere,
And says to whole creation a happy new year.

Fueled For Houston

I missed all my calls this morning
The coffee may still be burning
Im in a yellow taxi racing down to lax
Boy youll be next? I cant wait.
(Im moving around, moving around...)
Im ready baby, ready baby, yeah
Im moving around and I want to get down
Im on my way
Chorus:
The jet is fueled for houston
Im coming for you, for you, for you
I didnt bring my enemies or my worries
Im on my way to you
The pilot says were climbing
I can feel the engines burning
And it wont be long til I get down to texas yes
The wild wild west
Im on my way.
(movinaround) Im ready baby, ready baby, yeah
Im moving around and I want to get down, I moving around
Im on my way
(chorus)
Movin at a real fast pace, dont wanna slow down
Movin at a real fast pace, dont wanna slow down
Movin at a real fast pace, dont wanna slow down, til I see your face.

You Are My Light Through The Dark!

You are my light through the dark of night,
That guides me to the light of day.
When my light fades from day,
You help me in the dark.

For awhile now my heart’s been in the dark,
But you came along and brought in the light.
It’s been shattered and lost,
Until you found the pieces and put them back together again.

Sometimes the dark is scary,
Other times it’s calming.
Sometimes the light is nice,
Other times it hurts.

When the dark is scary and comes creeping in,
You’re always there in more ways then one,
Keeping me calm.

When the dark is calming and I’m asleep,
I picture you there with me,
Holding me close.

When the light is nice,
You make me laugh,
Happy with joy.

When the light hurts me so,
You also feel the pain I feel,
But still help me to relax.

In many ways you’re my light through the dark.

Winds of Destiny

Winds of destiny blow and blow
Take me where I'm not supposed to go
Take me far away from here
Make me forget what's close and dear
Make me forget my life, my hopes, my dreams
Make me forget how real this seems
Winds of destiny why have you forsaken me so
Why must you fill me with misery wherever I go
All I ask now is you to take me far far away
All I ask is to leave today
Because I'm tired of the tears
Everyday of the year
I cry
Sometimes not even knowing why
All because of you, destiny of mine
Thanks to you I'll never be fine
I understand it was destiny for me to suffer like this
To be ripped from what I surely miss
To suffer in silence, all alone
And to keep secrets, don't worry, they'll never be known
One the one condition that you take me home
PLEASE, winds of destiny blow and blow
Take me where I'm not supposed to go
Take me home

You Never Can Be Too Sure About The Girl

You sure know what your name is, you sure of where ya live
You know how much you make, ah, ya know how much you give
You know where your house is, you know which road to take
Ah, you're sure 'bout lots of things, look out there's one mistake
[Chorus:]
There just ain't no doubt, there's just one thing you're never too sure about
Never can be too sure about the girl
Oh, you never can be too sure about the girl
You leave her there, when you get back
She calls ya Bill, when your name is Jack
Never can be too sure about the girl
You know about the truth, you can see it in her eyes
One thing you know about love, it'll cut ya down to size
You hear what they tell you, do you do what you're told
And if they say yes, does it mean it's really so?
[Chorus]
You're ready for the thrill tonight, you think you'll take it slow
But she's forgotten more, boy, than you will ever know
She calls you up in the middle of the night, she says she's lonesome and alone
You're all revved up, finally some place to go
You knock on that door - nobody's home
Never can be too sure about the girl
Ooh, you never can be too sure about the girl
You leave her there, when you get back
She calls ya Bill, when your name is Jack
Never can be too sure about the girl
Oh, you never can be too sure about the girl
She'll drive you crazy boy, oh, girl, no no
Never can be too sure about the girl
Never too sure, never too sure, never too sure, never too sure
Never too sure about that girl
No, you never can be too sure about the girl
Oh, you never can be too sure about the girl... [To fade]

In January In Duhallow

The cold winds of January from the north east does blow
And the weather is cold quite cold enough for to snow
And the hungry birds silent on the naked hedgerow
In the flat and rushy fields where the Blackwater flow.

January in Duhallow from here far away
In the chill of the morning the frost bound fields gray
In the farmyard sheds cattle bellow for silage or hay
Where the sun seldom shines on a January day.

The distinctive harsh caws of the silver backed crow
In the Season where grass does refuse for to grow
And few cars on the roadway that leads to the town
Near where the river flows bank high in flood waters of brown.

In January in Duhallow the old fields looking bare
With the harsh chill of Winter in the cold Morning air
And at least eight long weeks till the first breath of Spring
When Nature will bloom and her wild birds will sing.

These Vase Rolled Back

The Vases were rolled back
my wife wake up
grumbled
“Who rolled back these flower vases?
I’m sure, those wild cats did it! ”

I revise these pot lies
To the ordinary places
From roled back on the gutter

To day there is no cat like to eat
The gutter mouse
Scent their meat
Were not delicious anymore

Those cat prefer like
To steal salted fish
Mommy
Who has much vase?
Or roast which had spices
Nice, yes their smell sting
But mommy still watch
Her roast beef
With cudgel
Broom
Ready to beat
those wild cat
draw near hers

those cat were angry
after Ministerial meeting
rolled back
whole flower pot
in the palace
together, rally
with the gutter mouse
rolled back not only pot
also the whole flower pot
around the city

You Can Plead a Defeating If You Wish

Keep up your pace steady.
If you've made claims to be ready.
I am determined to reach...
The fresh blowing winds,
Only found at summit peaks.

A panting done to replace escaping air...
And threatening to lose one's breath,
Will not curtail the placement of my steps.
This journey was not meant to share.
I'm not here to listen to your regrets.

You can plead a defeating if you wish.
But don't think that I will sympathize with it.
Not I.
My eyes are on mountaintops too high!

You wanted to give this 'trip' a try!
This is not a 'trip' with me.
This with me is 'do' or 'die'.

You can plead a defeating if you wish.
But don't think that I will sympathize with it.
Not I.
My eyes are on mountaintops too high!

Keep up your pace steady.
If you've made claims to be ready.
I am determined to reach...
The fresh blowing winds,
Only found at summit peaks.

I am challenging myself.
Just to say I have done it!
And 'you' seem to be only motivated by ease.
What made you think following me would be a breeze?
I'm not here to drag you to witness the summit.
Just to hear you say you've done it too?
I'm not living to fulfill those ambitions.

Thats Why God Made Mexico

Margie said, roy you aint listening to me
And Ive got a whole lot more to say
Roy just crossed the floor and picked up his car keys
And she aint seen or heard from him to this day
And thats why God made mexico
A place where we can lay low
And the cuervo goes down nice and slow
And the warm wind blows
Thats why God made mexico
And betty fixed joe dinner every night
At half past six
Cause thats when he rolled through that door
For sixteen years and not a thank you from his lips
She dont fix him dinner no more
And thats why God made mexico
A place where we can lay low
Where the cuervo goes down nice and slow
And the warm winds blow
Thats why God made mexico
Cause life is sweet in a border town
You learn to let your hair down
And you dont make trouble
You learn to dance the fandango
You change your name, maybe change your face
Get used to beans chili paste
And you learn to live and love
Life in the slow lane
And thats why God made mexico
A place where we can lay low
Maybe monterey or acapulco
Anywhere the warm winds blow
Dont you know
Thats why God made mexico
Thats why God made
Made mexico

Rabindranath Tagore

The Merchant

Imagine, mother, that you are to stay at home and I am to travel
into strange lands.
Imagine that my boat is ready at the landing fully laden.
Now think well, mother, before you say what I shall bring for
you when I come back.
Mother, do you want heaps and heaps of gold?
There, by the banks of golden streams, fields are full of
golden harvest.
And in the shade of the forest path the golden champ flower
drop on the ground.
I will gather them all for you in many hundred baskets.
Mother, do you want pearls big as the raindrops of autumn?
I shall cross to the pearl island shore.
There in the early morning light pearls tremble on the meadow
flowers, pearls drop on the grass, and pearls are scattered on the
sand in spray by the wild sea-waves.
My brother shall have a pair of horses with wings to fly among
the clouds.
For father I shall bring a magic pen that, without his
knowing, will write of itself.
For you, mother, I must have the casket and jewel that cost
seven kings their kingdom.

Tell Mama

TELL MAMA"
Tell Mama why I just come and go
Tell her that I'm just looking for
Some other faces, other names
And that if I'm cold it's not the rain
It's not the rain
CHORUS
When I feel cold, when I feel cold
I miss my home, I miss my home
I miss my home.
When I feel cold, when I feel cold
I miss my home, I miss my home
I miss my home.
I hide my face, beyond my tears
I'd never thought I could miss you dear
It seems to feel so ...
My face near the window dreams far away
What should I do against this pain?
Against this pain?
CHORUS 2x
Tell Mama that time goes by and by
Like the summer rain you'll meet sometimes
So close your eyes and let it rain
Tell her, after sunshine you'll meet the rain
You'll meet the rain
When I feel cold, when I feel cold
I miss my home, I miss my home
I miss my home.
Tell Mama, tell her, tell her I feel cold
(I --- feel cold ---)
When I feel cold, when I feel cold
I miss my home, I miss my home
I miss my home.
When I feel cold, when I feel cold
I miss my home, I miss my home
I miss my home.

Gypsy Stars

Slow midnight moon rises
Your kiss shadows the wilderness
Your pearls trace a thousand doors
Doors shut with silk centuries
Faces in the tempest moonlight
Currents on the fabled river
Now the wind is blowing free
Another blind road to see
Baby hate takes too much energy
My pride has broke my heart
My heart will unravel in time
Seeing ourselves takes many a road
I am sorry if I treated you unkind
It’s time to see the stars over the sea
Just another dancing gypsy dream

We met like a wry smile shines
Your eyes invited a thousand clowns
Loving you changed me
Loving you hurt me
I am raw and exposed with wounds
Self contempt wrestles for my soul
Love brings us to the real mirror
Only God knows how hurt we really are
Crossroads bring us choices and decisions
I have chosen the journey into forgiveness
Forests grow and shed and prune
When the wheel turns I’ll see you again
Second chances seems to be a theme
Sometimes memories are stepping-stones
Lovers maybe gone yet friends remain

Maybe those gypsy stars are meant to shine?

Touch and Go

It is touch and go calculation
Fine existence with relation
At one moment you in find world
Next moment you are no more and tuned cold

Life is another name for continuity
Calm and quite with stability
Peace with every movement
To feel at home at any moment

But not peace as dead silence
Where something miss in its presence
You must rise with something to perform
Make them realize and purposefully inform

Like the stream I must grow
Make a way and naturally go
To be merged with into river
With resolve to fall back never

What a joy when I mix with blue water!
So much happiness to absorb and cater
Many wonders in river belly
Fishes, crocodiles and species many

Sun rays may reach with half way
Yet so much of joy with nothing to give away
The flow may be continuous as it was before
I have tremendous joy and happiness therefore

This is insignificant way but rally a big one
Such joy is never shared with any one
Like virgin girl I hurriedly rush to the sea
Ageless mystery to vanish as I feel free

Wind may blow and grant me speed
I shall thank for help as I usually need
Journey is on with eagerness to end
Miles I have covered to meet the friend

I shall be out of control as my waters may greet
How much joy and happiness when I meet?
Both flows may merge into one with separate entity
Now I am little big with formidable quality

Any female may want final union
To face the challenge with true companion
This is what the philosophy of life insists?
Many theoreticians may use the thesis

It is nice to fill the gap
As opportunities are meant to be grabbed
When it is fulfilled and over
No one may need to fear for cover

Sail Through Your Emotions, Don't Sink

Life, people say, a journey
Indeed, it is a journey through emotions
Life turns dry
If it is without that

Emotions steer the course of life
It drives you take directions

As in a journey there are stops or stages
We too come across in this
Inevitable life journey
A number of junctions
With an emotion stopping us
To take the appropriate direction

A journey could be smooth
And less cumbersome
With emotions not stopping us for long
And demanding tough decisions

Emotions are not absolute
Their nature and extent
Varying with previous journey experiences
As a kid the emotions go unregistered
And the stops do not long last
Journey goes on smoothly for most of us

As we advance in the journey
The emotions become strong
And they get registered
Making us spend long time
In identifying the so called right directions

Checking emotions and not yielding to them
Is indeed a wisdom
And not many are successful
In making this happen

It is well advised
Not to allow your emotions drown you
But to develop in you a float
So that you sail over them

Seeking divine guidance
Developing a taste for artful creations
Looking for opportunities in challenges
Schooling your mind against
Wild and negative thoughts
Heartfully laughing in testing circumstances
And out-of-the-box thinking
Are the prescriptions
For sailing over emotions
So that you will enjoy living

Save yourselves
Sail over emotions
Sink not into them

Let It Go

(will rambeaux/jamie kyle/ron bloom)
Still thristy
But the well has run dry
I could fill it with tears
But I aint gonna cry
So hungry for some kind of sign
I look for forgiveness
But theres rage in your eyes
I shouldve seen it comin
I shouldve been warned
Now Im runnin from a heartache into a storm
If we dont let it go
Lay down the anger
Let the wild winds blow
If we dont let it go
Were soon to be strangers
If we dont let it go
So clever
In your choice of words
But the time to talk is over
When no one gets hurts
So crazy
To leave it this way
With so little said
And so much to say
I shouldve seen it comin
I shouldve realize love has a dark side that cant be denied
If we dont let it go
Lay down the anger
Let the wild winds blow
If we dont let it go
Were soon to be strangers
If we dont let it go
Were holdin on so tight
Were shutting out the lights
On a love well never know
If we dont let it go
Lay down the anger
If we dont let it go
Lay down the anger
Let the wild winds blow
If we dont let it go
Were soon to be strangers
If we dont let it go

Blow Away

May your troubles blow away,
so far away, with the whistling wind,
never to pass this way, ever again;
your feet on your own path
follow it faithfully, don't ever look back.
May your troubles blow away.
a smile on your face
knowing you go at your own pace.
May your troubles blow away.
even if friends who care are very few
you do what you've got to do.
May your troubles blow away.
stay forever true
to what it is your heart says to you.
May your troubles blow away.
don't lose hope
just keep going, and cut the binding ropes.
May your troubles blow away.
when everyone says you're different, and should change
you remember, you've got your own soul, your own name.
May your troubles blow away.
if you ever feel all alone
look way ahead, in the dark see there, the glowing lights of home.
May your troubles blow away.
keep singing the song God gave your soul
you know, somehow, you'll get where it is you've got to go.
May your troubles blow away,
so far away, with the whistling wind,
never to pass this way, ever again.

I and Mother

I am feeling tired, lonely and uneasy
Even though I tried to keep y self very busy
I have grown to full manhood
Yet that gives me feeling of no good

Something is longed for and I badly miss
I wish some one should come and offer kiss
The one that was offered by mother on forehead
With the affection and love that was clearly read

How secured I had felt in her lap?
Even she was offering gentle slap
That I should not be hurt with more force
She was taking enough care of course

I wish for those days to come back
Today I have everything and nothing at stake
I feel those hands which were moving on my back
Getting me nice sleep with her smiles and approach very frank

Mt whole mouth is filled with word, mother”
I know no one can fill that position either
I wish to cry in her lap and relax
Reach with happiness and those scenes of climax

How those hands were giving me relief in curly hair?
How was she creating nice melody and whisper?
Those words still sing in my ears and provide music
These were the moments I would hardly forget as basis

How old or young you are in age
You always miss her in every page
You get little tears when her memory surfaces
You become impatient to find out all her traces

What could I say today about her?
Only miss her and cry little later
That only reduces my lovely feeing
Otherwise it mains inside and simply killing

It is good to miss all
But mother is supreme with her selfless call
How would not to miss her life long?
As she was always on your side even if went wrong

Where Has My Mother Gone?

Where has my mother gone? I haven't heard from her,
no letters and no phone calls,
When autumn winds begin to blow,
I think of her even more,
I held my mother's hands,
Warm, hard, tight, hard working hands.

On a windy night, I was scared and lonely.
My mother held me tightly, and we slept together,
More than anyone else, my mother prayed
For my complete happiness.

I saw her a year ago, sleeping so soundly.
Couldn't bear to wake her, I kissed her.
I hope you live long-----long, I want to see you again.
I stared at my mother's face,
Her face reflecting a hard, hard life,

I called mother! Mother!
There is no answer, only an echo from far away
Where has my mother gone?
Cold, Cold, Autumn winds.
