An unpredictable lady, my wife
She always frowns at me
Both in anger and happiness,
In anger she grows peevish and untamed,
I have to struggle even for food and water,
She herself quits everything except anger,
Her reddish eyes and swollen cheeks
Reminds me of an angry tigress,
Anyway every time I have to surrender to make things better.
On contrary when she is in her spirits,
I am treated like a VIP by her,
She is at my beck and call,
No sooner did I ask for anything
Than it is done,
She smiles and ready to serve me
With food, breakfast and even her seducing look,
She washes my clothes, polishes my shoes,
Though I don't like it yet
I am helpless for she frowns at me,
Sometimes I think I am the luckiest person on earth
But when I remember her irritable temper,
I change my mind and call her
A lady of unpredictable nature.

My Anger is Angry
My anger is angry.
Its pain.
Its frustration.
Its irritation.
My anger is angry.
My anger is confusion.
My anger is past, present and future.
My anger's disappointment.
My anger builds
up and explodes
like thunder on
a stormy day.
Its fiery red.
Its envy.
Its greed.
Its temptation.
My anger's TOO angry.
Won't you please help me stop?
I'm a blazing volcano
that's ready to pop.

Anger fills my heart and soul
Anger fills my heart and soul
Anger takes a mighty toll
Anger lessens but can never leave
Anger you hope to never receive,
Anger stays forever within
Anger acts with the might of all sin
Anger is deadly to all around
Anger gets mad at the thought of sound
Anger is the thoughts in my head
Anger that’s mine all should dread
Anger for me is different from you
Anger you see tells me what to do
Anger will sit and whisper in my ear
Anger he sits and tells me all that you fear,
Anger…
He is here
He’s here to stay
Anger is the hole
In which we lay
Anger is
And Anger will
Always be with us
He is in me, and he is in you
He can make you do
What he wants you to
Anger will make you
Make you cry
Anger can make you
Want to die
Anger can make you
Go insane
Anger….. ... A blood filled rain
No more anger
No more…..
Walk to the bright light
Shinning through that door…
Not knowing what’s in store
But even then
Anger lives on
But you… nevermore

So Angry, so Sad
Anger is a form of fear
Anger is a force that can never die
Anger building up
Anger is a virus
Anger is a like vicious circle it goes,
around and around
Anger,
The root of all evil
Anger is such a strong emotion
So angry,
So sad
Anger is bubbling away at me
I have good reason to be angry
No one understand,
No one cares
It tears out my heart

4.10 Anger
Anger makes a dull man witty,
But keeps him poor in eternity,
A man shrinks when he is angry,
And grows in tranquil serenity.
When anger flow in the body,
You lose your temper - your folly,
When distempered - a tragedy,
You lose reason - a calamity.
Anger at lies last in infinity,
Anger at truth is momentary,
Speech - when you are angry,
Will but make you feel sorry.
It is not worth being angry,
And any threat is a folly,
Reason is your tool mighty,
Think of consequences finally.
Anger causes resentment only,
A headache and tension clearly,
Forgiveness propels growth surely,
With laughter and lightness totally.

My Anger
My anger wants to kill.
My anger wants to spill.
My anger wants to smash a wall.
My anger wants to make someone feel small.
My anger makes me carve my skin.
My anger is locked up within.
My anger is fierce and fatal.
My anger isn't stable.
When my anger is out stay away.
Because my anger destroys everything in its way.

Compassion and Anger
Compassion and anger were my only love
Came to me winging like a lonely dove
Gimme some loving from the Lord above
Compassion and anger
Down on the quayside things getting rough
Somebody trying to prove they are tough
Compassion and anger will soon call their bluff
Compassion and anger
Compassion and anger won't make you sad
Compassion and anger will just make you glad
What will you do when the world's turning bad
Without compassion and anger?

Anger Is One Letter Short Of Danger
Anger is fire
It burns the soul
Anger is deep sea
Drowns one to death
Anger is a storm
Blows one
Out of the world
Anger is demon
Overpowers the mind
Anger is a virus
Slowly kills a person
Anger is evil
Brings one closer to hell
Anger is madness
Makes one suffer
Anger is an enemy
Destroys one slowly
Turns friendship
Into enmity
Always remember
Anger is
One letter short of
Danger
It takes its toll
Does not spare
A single soul

Anger within me
My anger is not love …
My anger is drinking my life away.
My anger is killing someone who hurt me big.
My anger does one thing never loves.
My anger is ramming your head through a glass door of my use to be home.
When your are mad you do stupid things, stupid things that are stupid.
When mad you don’t feel nothing anger we all have
anger you cant change.
When I am mad stay, stay away from everyone.
My anger can kill because you do stupid things
when you are mad filled with ANGER

To Them I'm Crazy
I’m a crazy woman. To them I’m crazy. Obsessed with my anger. They think it chokes me in my sleep, it oozes as I walk, leaving a trail of disgust in my path. But this anger is who I am. What I must be. It cannot be left in a corner, forgotten, like letters of the past covered in dust. This is my story and I will not forget. The hurt and the pain. The struggle and shame. Because if I forget no one will remember. No one will know or be there to tell this story. Anger. It isn’t a story of anger. But it’s a story of transformation. Of holding my anger, like a cherished organ, understanding that without this anger, I would not be this soon-to-no-longer-be lost girl. With anger oozing in her path. With change in her horizon. I would be the masses that for too long have been too helpless to leave. They lost they’re anger. Lowered their heads when they were told they shouldn’t want more. They should be happy with what they have. But I will not forget. I will always know. And that is what drives me.

Lets Promote Peace
Can I give u some advice, don't be angry
you can't fight anger with anger,
you can't fight ignorance with hate
you can't put out a fire by throwing fuel on it
true we want peace, so let's encourage peace
laugh, smile be happy, do what u do
dance, sing, be merry
but don't be angry
Don't give in to the terror
don't be like them, don't be angry
Trust me I know, its a disease
it won't go away, and it grows and grows
Yes we will fight, but not with anger
not like an animal, not like that beast
Don't serve that beast
Their is a purpose, a mission
reach out to the heart of others
there must be education, enlightenment
let us promote peace
but don't be angry, let it go
If u were to wash someones heart,
like a stone idol is washed outwardly
the hate will be removed
the soul will be cleansed
dont let the anger sit in your mind
don't let him sit their,
keep that seat; for peace of mind
the calm mind, that will bring peace
within you, and outside of you

Anger does not pay
Anger is red danger
But a familiar stranger
So It came as no surprise
At the times I have paid the price
More than the usual thrice
Before becoming very wise
The judge said
I should have been put in a cage
If one considers all the damage
I brought on with my rage
I knew
My anger was unreasonable
My anger was invincible
My anger was uncontrollable
But still very reversible
You see
In anger I always surrender
To the pressure I am under
In anger, I ungraciously lose
To the one I righteously accuse
In anger, I immoderately protest
Instead of letting things rest
Then trying responsibly to digest
And deal with issues best
So I say, So I say
Anger does not pay
Anger does not stay
Delay it from display
In time it will only go away
Now I know that
Anger does not pay
Anger does not stay
Calmness you should play
Before you begin to fall astray

The Island That Anger Makes
because the past is rude
and always angry
at me i also learned to be
one like it
it is always the anger that
energizes me
and day by day the anger grows
and spreads to every layer of
my skin
to every nerve
to every cell of my body
i do not look in the mirror
to see my anger that burns me
it will be too
frightening
time knows
it always knows what to do with anger
somehow there is another angle to anger
something that negates it
consuming nature
it makes an island
that is sufficient upon its own resources
it has strong trees
white sandy shores
virginal in its decision for isolation
one day a visitor comes asking to stay
for a while
all it can see is the goodness of the place
the peace of its isolation
the fertility of its
suppression.

Sonnet: On Anger
Remember Man that Anger is futile!
Restrain your temper bad when ‘fumes’ arise;
Apologize if guilty, in high style,
And write your Anger off or play it nice.
Mere counting helps to dissipate Anger;
But slamming doors and raving mad aren’t right;
Poetry puts the ‘plane’ into hanger!
When Anger comes, Man loses his insight.
The more you write, the stinging tone gets less;
The balls you smash will fall away off-court;
Painting, cartooning help Anger harness;
Just hold your temper making it your forte!
An action rash in angry mood too fails;
When calm returns, a better sense prevails.

Anger My Friend/Enemy
Anger is a form of fear
Anger is what I’m waiting to hear
Anger is deep down inside me
Anger drives me crazy
Anger is what turns me on
Anger is what turns me off
Anger is my enemy
Anger is my pal
Anger is gonna kill me
Anger is gonna save me
Anger might just help me
Find my true love.............

Anger's Logic
Anger...energizes enthusiasm for truth.
Anger...destroys rose glasses.
Anger...antithisizes depression fears.
Anger...has no use for crutches.
Depression...anger turned inward.
Take the pill. Wait, wait, wait.
Anxiety...is the pill working?
Fear...call the doctor. Again. Again.
Doctors never prescribe anger.
Anger needs management.
Sane anger is release.
Managed release becomes anger.

Happiness - Part: 2
Anger!
Anger is all I feel in place of my happiness!
It found me, and I embraced it.
Then, in all of it's evil glory,
Happiness turned on me!
Made me bitter, and angry.
Why? Why would it do this to me.
Now Pain is my only friend. Heartbreak is my companion.
Anger!
Anger is all I feel in place of my happiness!
