You Don’t Need A Golden Leaf/Ne Treba Ti Zlatni List

To measure the depth of an autumn heart
When stone frozen you stand
Doing all the meditations of life
In stead of just living
When stuck in those harmless concepts
You do the tender death’s task
Make sure it never comes
To remind you of life a-void
Created in a self crater
Of your thought solely self defined

Ne treba to zlatni list
Da izmjeriš jednog jesenjeg srca
Kad kameno zaledjen stojiš
Odradjujuci sve meditacije o životu
Umjesto da naprosto živis
Kad zaglavljen u onim bezazlenim konceptima
Obavljaš zadatak nježne smrti
Pobrini se da se ne vrati
Da te podsjeti na život iz-bjeg
Stvoren u krateru sopstva
Tvoje misli iskljucivo sobom odredene

Be Over

It is devious to be relevant on a task,
This task rests with godly men of good measure.
The gods of righteous nature shall presume,
But we strive forwards in life never making sure.
It decided to rest with humanity of death,
Death is a basic natural act of self-indulgence.
The reality of a thought rides along life,
The sleepers of the night have dreamed forever.
The task is set, happy forming itself,
Let the mission be over and all be over.

Soul On Fire

Theres a flame that leads our souls astray
No ones safe from its tender touch of pain
And every day its looking for new slaves
To celebrate the beauty of the grave
We are like the living dead
Sacrificing all we have
For a frozen heart and a soul on fire
We are like the living dead
Craving for deliverance
With a frozen heart and a soul on fire
And again were falling for disgrace
And hate will shelter us from the rain
We are enslaved by the sacred heart of shame
And gently raped by the light of day
We are like the living dead
Sacrificing all we have
For a frozen heart and a soul on fire
We are like the living dead
Craving for deliverence
With a frozen heart and a soul on fire
Addicted to our divine despair
(? )
But you will follow us to death
We are like the living dead
Sacrificing all we have
For a frozen heart and a soul on fire
We are like the living dead
Craving for deliverence
With a frozen heart and a soul on fire
With a soul on
Soul on

Ti imaš svoja srca Marijo

Ona kucaju preko lanaca od straha
Kucaju tiho kucaju glasno
Ona kucaju preko života do praha
Kucaju neč ujno kucaju jasno

Ti imaš svoja srca Marijo
Ona se proljeć em otvaraju ko cvijet
Cvjetaju tiho preko vode polja
Ona se ruše i grade ko svijet
Što spašen reč e tvoja sam volja

Ti imaš svoja srca Marijo
Ona tiho gasnu ko svijeć e nad grobom
Sumrakom ranim na vjetru od riječ i
I tiho se bude pod skutom sa tobom
Melemom ljubavi srce da se liječ i

Ti imaš svoja srca Marijo
Kucaju nevino u kolijevci od krvi
Smrti se ne daju a humkom zidana
Da svjetlost vide kad dan im prvi
Ozari srca rukom tvojom vidana

What a path cannot say (Nafaka)

Eternity will
All of us there
Take a long rest of all the thoughts

What treetops cry will settle in a breath
Pass away alongide myself
Everything there
Take a long rest of all the thoughts

sve sto staza srca ne moze da kaze
reci ce vjecnost
svi tamo
na veliki odmor svih misli

sve sto placu krosnje stace u dah
nestati zajedno samnom
sve tamo na veliki odmor
svih misli

Needs-Potreba

some people need a deep thought
with which to embrace the world
some people need a stone
as deceptive as a sculptor's shadow
some people need the water
with which to bathe the memory
there within against the depth of a secret
life has drowned

nekome je potrebna duboka misao
da njome zagrli svijet
drugima kamen varljiv ko vajareva sjena
trećima je potrebna voda
da njome okupaju sjećanje
u kom se spram dubine tajne
utopio život

Remind My Heart

(k. hain/j. franzel)
Pull back the curtain
Open up the blind
Let the light on the window
I cant close for all this time
I wanted to forget the pain of falling
That you, maybe, remember now
Dreams werent always made to be broken
Chorus:
When you hold me in your arm
Remind my heart
Of the way love should be
In the moment I let go
Remind my heart
That youre really there for me
Like the sun, breaking through the dark
Remind my heart
Ohh, can it be this simple
Can it be this true
All the fears Ive held so long
Swept away by you
Slowly now, you bring me to my senses
And I can feel the warmth again
Of the flame Id thought Ive lost forever
(repeat chorus)
What I missed so long (remind my heart)
Of the tenderness and the feeling you remind (remind my heart)
How love can make you strong
Oh, baby, youre makin me strong
(repeat chorus)
Ohh, in the moment I let go (remind my heart)
Remind my heart, remind my heart
That youre really there for me
Remind my heart
Of the way this love should be
Remind my heart
Remind my heart

I believe.

I believe that beauty lies within,

That life can still be lived it's not a sin,

That hearts though broken mend in different ways,

And tears still write the tune the piper plays.

I know that thoughts can make or break a mind,

And love is better seen than taken blind,

That feelings make the man as he grows old,

And secrets should remain just that, untold.

For duty that requires a soul of steel,

Can leave you void of all that life can deal,

So stand your ground be mindful of your task,

A life's not lived if it's behind a mask.

Easy To Forget

Somewhere the truth lies still and frozen
why can’t we measure ourselves?
Measure the unseen depth?
Not for gain, not for bliss.
For inner tranquility, moving into the time
where living and dead meet.

The silhouette of cicrcling hawk was frightening
the Sun was wilting
and I had entered into a lonely sky.
The flash of insight burned my thoughts.
I must count my gifts.
Time was ruining my creases.

Here was a naked truth
unclothed by time
beyond the innocence of age.
You were walking on the planks of emptiness,
inviting death.
Was it so easy to die?
Easy to forget the unforgetful?
Your loaded years falling away?

If you never stand in glory

If you never stand in glory
If you never find 15 minutes of fame
I will tell your story
I’ll stand up and chant your name

If you measure yourself
With your own hands
If you don’t make excuses
If you do the best you can

You’ll be my hero
The heart, young one
Is the measure of the man.

If you don’t break the record
But yet you run the race
If you give it all your effort
And come in second place

If you do the best you can
You’ll be my hero
The heart young one,
Is the measure of the man.

If don’t sing in the spotlight
But refrained into the chorus
If you don’t climb MT Everest
But spend time in the forest

You’ll be my hero
The heart young one
Is the measure of the man.

If you don’t’ get elected
But you shake every hand
If the cause is effected
If clearly mark out where you stand

If you do the best you can
You’ll be my hero
The heart young one
Is the measure of the man.

IF you lose your direction
And meander for awhile
But seek out the correction
With each foot of every mile

You’ll be my hero
The heart young one
Is the measure of the man.

If you never stand in glory
If you never find 15 minutes of fame
I will tell your story
I’ll stand up and chant your name

Know Not Do I When, Nor Where

Though know not do I when, nor where-
I shall dwell with thee, this I swear!
Though know not do I what, nor how
I shall give all to thee, all He shall allow!

My heart does yearn for your tender embrace,
The love I fancied my life entire, I no longer chase!
My only want: to be nearer still, ne'er too close,
Though my life's true love, it was not I that chose!

My life's purpose, heightened by your presence-
My life's love, defined by your essence!
Truly, deeply do I love thee-more surely than you know,
Though beyond measure, with time's passage-surely still to grow!

Alas, chosen for me by a power much greater than I,
Though know not do I how, ne'er more certain can be why!

The Ways Of The Heart

i am told to always
follow the dictates of
my heart
papa and mama and
grandpa
when i was young
they always remind me
follow the
paths of least resistance
that the heart
gives you
because what is
important is that
at the end or
in the middle of
your existence
you have always
been happy
you have always
given priority
to happiness as
you grab it
and as it tries to
elude you

and so you followed
the heart
that gives you pain
in proportion to
the happiness
that it gives you

all is fair now
you must agree

there is really nothing less
and nothing more
the heart is exact
it's measure to happiness
is always accurate

two faces of women
day and night
sorrow and joy
it is the same woman that
you kiss and make
love with

she is life and death
inside that body.

Life in Winter's Graveyard

Walking down a muddy road
In the throes of December
Heaving through the decay
Of Spring's now frozen embers
Is there life in Winter's graveyard?

Frozen trees bereft of leaves
Stand upright in frosted death
Fields once ripe and lush with fruit
Lay still without the Summer's breath
Is there life in Winter's graveyard?

Soggy soil sloshing below my feet
Autumn's leaves have been swept away
And while I march on viciously
My eyes behold only death and gray
Is there life in Winter's graveyard?

Then comes a patch of greenery
A lush, though simple, paradise
I stop to gaze at the loveliness
Beheld before beauty-starved eyes
There is life in Winter's graveyard.

A patch of three-leaved charms
Circling the base of a withered tree
I gaze at this Springtime green
Surrounded by December's villainy.
There is life in Winter's graveyard.

Though Winter's tomb encases
Our world in a carcass' masquerade
This patch of sought-for greenery
Removes the masks from Death's charade
There is life in Winter's graveyard.

Retaining Wisdom

Before you can hear Wisdom’s cry, you must know The Lord on high,
Being not just mindful of a Creator, but, knowing Him as your Savior,
As it’s only through that relationship, can one from Living Waters sip,
Then upon a tender heart will fall, the Truths, regarding Wisdom’s call.

First one needs to understand, the Truths of God, on which we stand,
They must know who God truly is, and at this day, Christ Jesus lives,
And that the reason why Christ died, was so with God men can abide,
When we come to peace with Him, through His Son, who died for sin.

It’s after that time when we accept, all Truth about The Savior’s death,
That we can truly begin New Life, in the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,
A life which leads us to new ways, while living out these darker days,
Taking many from that dark of night, into The Savior’s Blessed Light.

When in this life we really retain, as sinners cleansed of all their stain,
We can have power from the blood, rising out of the cleansing flood.
All through the power of God’s gift, as many souls The Lamb can lift,
From any depth, to new heights, to become for God, Glorious Lights.

Friend it’s in the heart of good soil, that Satan’s darkness cannot foil,
Where Wisdom’s seeds are sown, by God in the heart, of all His own,
For at the time they truly believe, God’s Spirit of Truth they all receive,
So, wisdom from Truth they will gain, while Godly Wisdom they retain.

The Message II

Cast out the bondwoman and her son,
For her son will never ne the heir!
But whatever a man sows, so shall he reap.

Empty pride,
The new creation will prevail!
And like an allegory to satisfy your muse.

To be blameless and harmless in this life,
Check out the rainbow colours and learn from them;
And let your waist be belted with the truth always.

Let your conduct be worthy of the message,
And try to overcome empty glory!
For all that you do should be done in love.

The romance of love to love,
The aroma of life to life,
The passions of hope to hope,
And the smell of death to death!
But try to know the depth of my love towards you,
'Anathema! Maranatha! ! '
Love is really the key of life.

Death and I

When death comes
I’ll need not love –
Consumed,
No wreath or dove
Could offer me salvation,
Not when I’m no more.

A weathered stone will bear my name –
Identity of once a being
Living out existence in
A world of risk, and never seeing
Sense of why we’re here.

My genes will die away thro’ child –
Hue of eyes and hair, the way of thought,
Will quickly dim with generation –
Bow to future dominance –
Memories of provenance
Resigned to curious few.

When death comes
I’ll need not grace
Below; no grieving face
Will call my resurrection,
Not when I’m at ground –

Death and I so bound.

How Do You Measure Up?

If you measure yourself by ambition,
There will always be someone more ambitious than you.
If you measure yourself by money,
There is always someone wealthier than you.
If you measure yourself by power,
There is always someone more powerful than you.
If you measure yourself with material things,
There is always someone with more stuff than you.
If you measure yourself by where you are in life,
There is always someone farther down the path than you.
If you measure yourself by appearance,
There is always someone that appears than you.
If you measure yourself by God,
Then we are all the same.
We are all wonderfully and beautifully made.
God is love.
And love has no end.
So in God's heart,
You will always measure up!

I Am Here To Represent My Mind

Im here to represent my mind
Why do we live inside our mind?
Never wish for the wrong
You could've had it for long

Already things happen aside
Put you off place- rocksteady decide
Long stride to get whats in need
Only chance there is to succeed

I reason with the morals of ghosts
Use my knowledge as a tool
Plauged by many worthy hosts
Anti-segregational rule

His face is shadowed
He lurches his steps
An existance perceived to the greatest of depths
Materializing thoughts
The tangible crusade
Generations develop, change and then fade

Concepts in concepts- beautiful concepts
Concepts in concepts- dutiful concepts
Uprooting concepts, relating to indepth
Making you a metaphor, exposing the real depth

The dark night of the soul

Not death - no poem's yet been writ
on that - but that dark door and passage
where everything, all that one knows of life
must be surrendered, in the service
of a brighter light, a brighter life...

Only those who apprehend the soul
in all her glory, must submit
when time calls time, and there descends
that total darkness of the mind
which wipes out any thought of things
created; any sense of former life;
any creature that might say
I’ve done my best, so take me, God…
no, there’s nothing left, when hope
is as it never were; or ever named;
truth no longer means a thing beyond
this total darkness, which could not be more true;
eternity, pure timeless state of nothingness,
nightmare without movement, frozen heart..

how can those with nothing to hold on to,
no hands to hold, no reason to hold on…
what can they do, but curl up in a ball
like nature’s creatures faced with stranger, death,
that never spoke its name to them?

One thing only, mercy then will grant:
you will survive… pale, humbled, weak,
wondering what is left, to try to build
a pale approximation to a life
which now, you have no taste for…

and in the coming days, as if
you tasted water for the first time in your life..
you sense a strange new cleanliness..
there’s some new life awaiting, there,
wherever ‘there’ is.. to be lived…
perhaps a new created world
may come of soul’s dark void..

Who can understand, prepare themselves for,
this strangest blessing from the gods?
But that’s the package: unpreparedness is all..

Imagine, now you’re high and dry,
gasping above the sandy waterline, a shivering wretch –

imagine all the glories of a summer’s day;
all the stirring of the blood in Spring;
all the miracles that burst from earth…
an equal miracle, it must be,
the miracle of winter, stealing from us, leaf by leaf,
all we never owned…
this winter’s tale, the heart must kneel and praise;
as marvel; wonder; see as holiest whole -
this timeless, darkest, hopelost, night of soul.
