The Wreath Of A Child
aimed at those who turned his world
into a fetish doll
pinned by needles
each part of his innocent body
with an apple in his hand
he'll hit the Moon one day
I'm sure he'll hit the Moon
a piece of a mad chaos
the scream of this child
is the scream of a dead chicken
but the Moonbeams
Moonbeams are not deaf
they'll hear
bijes djeteta okomljen na one
što mu svijet pretvoriše u fetiš lutku
probodenu iglama u
svaki djelić njegovog nevinog tijela
jabukom iz ruke hitnuć e Mjesec
sigurna sam hitnuć e Mjesec
komad poludjelog haosa
krik djeteta je bijes mrtvog pileta
ali zrake Mjeseca
zrake Mjeseca nisu gluve
č uć e

Last night
Last night I asked the drop
what nobody had dared to ask before
I said
come on, isn't it time you washed my face
isn't it time you stopped falling in tears
isn't it time for me to drink you
isn't it time for you to touch me
isn't it time for me to see the world within you
come on, what are you waiting for
why don't you finally fall down
that was the rage of a dead chicken
Sinoc sam rekla kaplji
sto joj niko ranije nije smio reci
rekla sam
hajde, nije li vrijeme da me umijes
nije li vrijeme da suzom prestanes
nije li vrijeme da te popijem
nije li vrijeme da dotaknes
nije li vrijeme da u tebi sagledam svijet
hajde sta cekas
zasto vec jednom prosto ne kanes
bio je to bijes mrtvog pileta

Scream
Scream
Scream at the world
For all your pain
For all your worries
For all that you lost
For all that you gained
Scream
Scream at the world
Wipe your tears away
Listen to it echo
Feel the stress
Melt away
Scream
Scream at the world
For loves found
And loves lost
For every feeling
That gets jumbled up
Scream
Scream at the world
For your horrible day
For the things that they say
For everything that
Drags you down
Scream
Scream at the world
Then let it fade away
Tomorrow's a new day
Today is a memory
No one knows what' ll happen
Scream
Scream at the world
Then look ahead
Never back
Life moves
One day at a time

The Smoker Parrot
He has the full moon on his breast,
The moonbeams are about hs wing;
He has the colours of a king.
I see him floating unto rest
When all eyes wearily go west,
And the warm winds are quieting.
The moonbeams are about his wing:
He has the full moon on his breast.

Yes I Am That Cast Away Shadow/Da Ja Sam Ta Odbacena Sjenka
Merry go spin that walks through your door
Chasing the tail of a wild beast night
And jealous of the moon that snarles at the hunt
Yes I can turn the wisps of smoke spelled signs
Into the raincall that falls into your eyes
To fulfill a promise made within a drop
Of plenitude vacancy jigsaw puzzled thought
Reverberating through your starvexed mind
Yes I once wrote an ode to a Moon beam
And a biography of a pallid white
Paling across the face of earth
And loved it the way a woman loves its own disease
No I can never belong to you
Unless you belong to yourself
Punoce praznine zagonetke klackalice misli
Što odzvanja zvijezdom uznemirenim umom
Da jednom sam napisala odu zraci Mjeseca
I biografiju blijedila preko lica zemlje
I zavoljela ga kao što žena voli sopstvenu bolest
Ne ne mogu ti nikada pripasti
Osim ako ne pripadneš sebi

The Fairy Folk
In the hollow of the oak,
Waiting patiently for night.
The fairy king and fairy folk,
Watch the quickly fading light.
Inside the giant oak they wait,
For their time will soon be here.
With the moon and mist they have a date,
To ride the moonbeams that they hold dear.
The night arrives and the fairies fly,
On golden moonbeams they spread their wings.
Joyously reaching for the sky,
Bringers of dreams and all good things.
The fairy king upon a limb,
Holds court for his subjects every night.
In a hidden corner where the moon is dim,
Till the early morning light.
Deep in the woods, round hollow logs,
Flying near the pond next to the oak.
Through cattails and ferns, playing with frogs,
Bringing joy to the forrest, fly the fairy folk.
If you walk in the woods, your eyes will see,
Their tiny lanterns glowing bright.
Flying on moonbeams forever free,
Illuminating the stygian night.
There really are fairies, without a doubt,
Just believe and they'll appear.
Just walk quietly don't scream or shout,
And you will see them flying near.

Star, Sun & Moon
Sun star and moon
You are the sun that lights up my day
The star that looks down upon me at night
You are the glow of the moonbeams
~~~
I feel your warmth reminiscent of the sun
The star is you that I observe at night
Moonbeams are calm, silvery and white
~~~
Hold me tight and keep me warm
Never stop looking down at me
Keep glowing all through the night
~~~
I will seize your warm embrace
Never will I stop observing at night
I shall glow like the moonbeams, I see every night.
Sail To The Moon
I sucked the moon
I spoke too soon
And how much did it cost
I was dropped from
Moonbeams
And sailed on shooting stars
Maybe you'll
Be president
But know right from wrong
Or in the flood
You'll build an Ark
And sail us to the moon
Sail us to the moon
Sail us to the moon
Sail us to the moon
At Twilights Beyond The Fields / U Sutonima Iznad Polja
My shadow will reappear
Whispering for long among the spikes
Turning the pages of light
Among the sunflowers
Homelessly dream under the bridges
Outstretch the hand of a beggar
Spread the hands of a child
To make an embrace
Among the clouds with wings so light
My hair will spread
Undone in the lelek of the beginning
Entangled in the treetops
The fire lit within the ring
Will kill me in the hunger of the quest
Note: lelek (Serbian) – screams of mourning
U sutonima iznad polja
Vaskrsnuce opet moja sjen
I dugo klasjem saputati
Medj suncokretima okretati
Stranice svjetlosti
Pod mostovima beskucno sniti
Ispruziti ruke prosjaka
Rasiriti ruke djeteta
Ne bi li bio zagrljaj
Medj oblacima lakokrila
Sirice se moja kosa
Raspletena lelekom pocetka
Zapletena u krosnjama
U obrucu zapaljena vatra
Umorice me gladju traganja
(I Was) Born To Be Blue
Some folks were meant to live in clover,
But they are such a chosen few.
And clover being green is something I've never seen
'Cause I was born to be blue.
When there's a yellow moon above me,
They say there's moonbeams I should view
But moonbeams being gold are something I can't behold
'Cause I was born to be blue.
When I met you the world was bright and sunny
When you left the curtain fell
I'd like to laugh but nothing strikes me funny
Now my world's a faded pastel
Well, I guess I'm luckier than some folks,
I've known the thrill of loving you.
And that alone is more than I was created for
'Cause I was born to be blue.
The Scream
A verdict heard by the jurys word...theyre lying
I watch as the victims of the slave ships battle with the demons inside
But no wrong ever righted or proved by the innocent dying
I pray from the ashes of the ruins, the answer will rise
Chorus:
Hey (the scream)
Hear their screams as they rise from the ashes
Hey
Lord save the soul who can hear the scream
A child is born to a world that is slowly dying
He chooses to march to the beat of a different drum
A man lays dead in the street, his mama is crying
The people, they measure this man by the damage hes done
Chorus
Lord praise the man who can hear the scream
Forgive us for our sins, I never meant the things I did
I never meant, I never meant, I never meant
Chorus (repeat)
Sun Moon Night Cycle
The Moon has eyes
You can see her
peeping
through her window of night
Though once every month
you can see her at full face
And the morning will come
as the Moon silently gossips
to the sun
And the sun will see you
and all that you do
You cant hide from the suns
gentle rays
or the moonbeams shimmer
And the sun will set
and quietly gossip to the moon
of all that hes seen
And the cycle goes on
You cant hide
The Moon does have eyes
Moonbeams 3
Moonbeams like sparkling diamonds
dance across the waters
where the water sprites play.
They dance on the ripples
and tiptoe on the waves.
The dew drops of a silvery moon
that fall upon the waters
when the sun is held at bay.
The fairies harvest them
to keep the fireflies bright.
Moonbeams that fall
across the waters at night.
each piece of Ampatuan
for each body, each child and each pregnant woman
each newspaperman, each bystander, all 57 of them & more
the body of Ampatuan shall be chopped into pieces
each piece as a partial payment of each dead body accounted...
perhaps justice will be served
perhaps the thirsty earth shall be quenched
perhaps each scream shall be silenced
perhaps....
Art Of Scream
Those lovely scenes
Those cute beings
Those bling bling things
The cream de la cream
We will use our scream
The fighting ring
The thriller spring
Threatening instinct
The cheating prince
We have right to scream
Those fan service
Those surprise lists
Those sudden kisses
The dreaming promise
We will love to scream
The idiocy crisis
The angst twist
The obsessive fetish
The whining fish
We will loud our scream
Moonbeams
The howl of the night
Wakes me from my dreams
To gaze out the windows
At twinkling moonbeams
Landing on branches
Then disappearing at second glances
Like mystic things seen in the east
They’re swallowed up by night and beast
Yet on still running streams
There is still seen moonbeams
Riding on the crest of waves
Bobbing like grass in the everglades
Until dawn breaks
When once more they disappear
Never to return at all
Until the next moon fall
The House Of My Neighbor
no one lives there anymore
all left for good
there is so much fuss about
almost anything, a mess
of who must own it finally,
at night, a man with a striped
red and blue shirt climbs the fence
and enters the room
without breaking the glass window
the moon wants to scream
but it is ruled by its code of silence
there is tinkering bell
and tonight someone touches it
shakes it
to make a noise
the moon wants to scream again
but this time the black clouds come and
with their hands
the moon is gone.
Son Of The Moon
Son of the moon
You are brilliant
You are bright
We wanted so much to apologize because we didn’t know you that Well before
Son of the moon
Yes we are both guilty of that
Son of the moon
We had been more occupied with ourselves
Son of the moon
We think that it was so silly and selfish
Only now we realize that
Son of the moon
You are a friend of the sky
The sky would be lost without you
We would be lost without you also
Son of the moon
We know the real you
Son of the moon
We know this innocent world that it is only in our minds
In reality it is not an innocent world
It is an ugly picture that we all paint
And of course it will always remain in our minds
Son of the moon
Dear Lord you know the son of the moon
You created it also
Lets embrace
The son of the moon
Son of the moon
If we will ever find love we hope it will last forever
Son of the moon
We are the warriors of the earth
We fight for freedom
We fight for love
We fight for peace
We fight for what we believe in
Son of the moon
Why Look At The Moon
Willows were swaying
The water was rippling
The froggies were singing
Along with the laughing at the bank
We have the moon to thank
For this lovely scene
We might never have seen
If it hadnt have been for the moon
Why, look at that moon
Away up high, seeing everything
That goes by
Why, look at that moon
Why, why, why, look at the moon
Why, why, why, look at the moon
Sitting in the desert
Beneath a lonesome sky
Cool, my oh my, it would be
If it never been above
That fateful little boy
That one who has beheld true love through history
Why must it start?
Why must lovers part?
Why does the cheatin go on?
Why have hearts turned to stone?
Why, look at that moon
Away up high, seeing everything
That goes by
Why, look at that moon
Why, why, why, look at the moon
Why, why, why, look at the moon
Why, look at that moon
Aint it grand!
Why, look at that moon
Helps me understand
Why, look at that moon
Inspirator of many a dream
Why, look at that moon
In Light of the Sinking Sun
An empty chair
A quiet room
In light of the moons full glare.
A sleeping man
A cell of stone
In light of the moons full glare.
A dark hall
A silent porch
In light of the moons full glare.
Flickering light
Buzzing flies
In light of the moons full glare.
The man awakes
Stifles a moan
In light of the fading moon.
Shuffling feet
Dangling keys
In light of the fading moon.
The door opens
The man hauled out
In light of the fading moon.
Straps are tightened
Machine turned on
In light of the fading moon.
A button pushed
A scream of pain
In light of the fading moon.
A blackened body
Smoke-filled room
In light of the fading moon.
Six foot hole
Dug in the woods
In light of the fading moon.
The headstone in
The words are said
In light of the rising sun.
The next man sits
Upon that chair
In light of the rising sun.
Poor old man,
Dealt the hand
In light of the rising sun.
Dealt the hand,
The blow of power
In light of the rising sun.
An evil laugh
A blackened body
In light of the rising sun.
The executioner stands
By a silent chair
In light of the sinking sun.
