Restless
restless did you go
through the clouds and storms
drip dropp did you flow
like river lines the veins of earth
right through my mind
touch the piece of a heart
resting on a sunbeam
pray tell me when you shone
tell me when you smiled
tell me did you know

I will remember you for you’re my kiss
A thought beyond a horizon line
Grows in boiling rainbow hues
I ate of this bread and drank of this wine
To spill the rainbow onto the blues

I swam through the snow
I swam the laps of innocence
The laps of an angel by my side
The sound of laughter by my side
The happiness swimming abreast of me
I rolled down the hills of light
I rolled unrolling the scrolls of innocence

I judge-it's not correct
For the thing shivering in my heart

my heart is yours, all yours,
it beats to the beating of your heart
feeling nothing but you
all those
all these years
it has the hands of your hands
it sees what your eyes see
it was born for you
it will stay for you and die for you
only if you ask
but you didn't
you did not entice it with the breath of your heart
and so slighted
my heart shall wander faraway gasping for breath
wanting to die
this moment
but you
do not really mind
you think it is nothing there inside me
like it is a tumor
