Ave Globus Terror Te Salutat

Uprooted flung
Thrown down
dethroned
Beheld
by a blind folded sky
Beworn
by centuries old debris
Dragged into
The Upwards
beyond the lines
Unto extremes surpassing degrees
durability tortures testing extents
a solid experiment fidgeting within the titles
popping out of numbers
flashlights
dying screens
landmarks
deadmarks
switched upon
logged off
access forlorn

In a sec or two the world got mutant

Castles In The Cloud

castles in the cloud
ivory towers and
the fearful cloth of
the black robe

crowns and names
and titles of royalty
badges and lines
power numbers
and marks of
high society,

you know me
i smash them all.

I Switched You

I was alone in my big bed those lonely nights I tried to reach you
Your putting me on
Messed with my head but have you heard Im going to teach you
You will find out that you miss my lovin ways
But dont you know I switched you-switched you
I switched you
I switched you
I switched you
I hear that sound
That clickety-clack
That train returning who bewtiched me
Now youre around you want to come right back
Forget about the way you ditched me
Now you found out that you miss my lovin ways
But dont you know I switched you-switched you
Now you found out that you miss my lovin ways
But dont you know I switched you-switched you
Messed my head messed my head
Why you going putting me why you going putting me why you going putting me on?
T-t-t-tell me why

Signals

No sooner
Light changes color
Why do you take off?
Red light awaits ahead
Why such a hurry?

Green light's signal to go
Red light's signal to stop
To control man's movement
A light stands at every step
Look ahead and drive
It's dangerous otherwise
Harm awaits
At every intersection.

On the road
All the way
Many lines we see
Solid and dashed
White and yellow
And lo behold
Signs and numbers
That set the limits.

Colors of lights
Stretches of lines
Symbols and numbers
Our creations
Are all there
To guide us
For our own safety
Observe we must
Signals they send
And to follow them
Is our duty.

We all walk in the ocean of darkness
With uncertainties as our enemies
Some cry with uneven pathways they try
Flashlights can be used but few can buy
Reminder: flashlights do have batteries.

Turlough Carolan

He was blind and illiterate that much of him we know
And still his music is with us from centuries ago
He had creative genius and his genius still shine through
A rare gem Turlough Carolan one of the chosen few.

The harper of the county Meath in music live today
His music known around the World in Countries far away
And Carolan's concerto still very much alive
The only test of genius is when their work survive.

The only test of genius is when their work live on
For centuries and centuries when they are dead and gone
And Carolan has passed that test a name to celebrate
His music live three hundred years the genius of the great.

A son of peasant parents and destined to be poor
And though addicted to alcohol his genius remained pure
I like that saying it says it all 'can't keep a good man down'
And the name of Turlough Carolan was destined for renown.

I just switched on the radio to hear the D.J. say
This is a tune from Ireland from Ireland far away
Carolan's farewell to music, oh let the music play
The music of the harper the harper lives today.

The three blind men

The path i never saw The lines i never envisaged The three blind men walked on that path My eyes was wide open, i could not see them My eyes was wide open i could not see a thing It was dark, darkness engulf everywhere and so i saw shadows of the evening, cooling of the night Nigeria is boiling of terror and terror attacks Terrorism is increasing on a daily basis Pensioners benefit's and entitlements are in the pockets of those above the law Laws are meant for the common men on the street and never the rich The three blind men ones ' pensioners , blind suddenly and abandoned to suffer a lot of loss at old age That path i never thought i will never go through, i am going through once in my life time

Blessed By The Almighty

blessed by the almighty

the blind is so lucky
not to witness the terror
not to witness the horror
but to be in his own world
sweet world beautiful world

helpless is the tale of the able
who feels so pale
yet hale and healthy
male or female
who is forced to witness
the terror and the horror

death doesn't approach
life doesn't smile
stays away far a mile
only stays a while

wishing he was also blessed
by the almighty
crawls every single day
only to see another cruel day
by the merciless beasts
who feel they are the best

the blind is so lucky
not to witness the terror
not to witness the horror
but to be in his own world
sweet world beautiful world

Fresh drops of rain
Circumnavigate the windowpane
Thrown flung by burly wind
Like shooting stars' with lines broke in

Out out into this air
Water dash with whipped up hair
Run run for shelter
Or choose fun run get wet there

Dead In The Wombs

those same children
who died in the waters
that swallowed Atlantis....

those same children,
starving 'neath Africa's sun....
dead from the bombings

in Iraq, Afghanistan, and soon Iran....
their bodies thrown into dumpsters
here in the United States....

dead on the borders,
dead in the oil filled waters,
dead on the cocaine streets,

dead in the prisons...
dead in the colleges,
dead in the unemployment lines....

dead on the picket lines,
dead, handcuffed, and beaten....
dying, and dead, world crazy spinning...

as the 'light of the world'
sputters, and goes out....
dead in the wombs of the

homeless, hopeless, and forgotten...
dead by our hands!

A Mountain Climbing Echo

Flashlights landmarks
Sunlight yellow
Snow white feet frozen
In purity of the dead silence

A bird will perch
From the pines
Nothing else will happen

A mountain climbing echo
Wing-like beats dug in the sky
Closing down
Blue cloud breath broken
Ends the day in a flake
So easy to die and melt

A bird will perch
From the pines
Nothing else will happen

The Inheritors

When the Last Man dies, and those drifted ones
Born just beyond the closing threshold, changed,
Gather at his obsequies, mutant sons
And daughters with new souls, new eyes, and strange
Tongues, what songs will they sing in elegy?
Will it be music in scales we might ken,
Or shall they have transcended melody
To some new communion, these aftermen?
Shall the changelings even note our passing?
Did we mourn the last Neanderthal, or
Were we heedless in our proud surpassing
As we erased our soul's progenitor?
When new eyes wake, heirs to a holocaust,
Can the fresh, raw world know what has been lost?

King Street

A morn, a sallow lamp-lit morn,
A dawn that never breaks to day!
Old, old the faces, and forlorn;
The hearts look out, so seared, so grey!
It is as if some upturned stone
Had flung to light a vermin rout—
For things misfeatured, souls unknown,
Stagger in blind amaze about.

Along their gleaming lines of light
The charging trams go, head to ground;
Out from the drifting pathways, white
The faces flash—like faces drowned!
And there with painted features drear,
And eyes whose pathos still is sweet,
The hunted hunters prowl and peer—
Their lair the long, slow-surging street.

Some May Feel I am Negative

In my lifetime of wars, famines and prejudice the World may not be free
Nor not in a thousand years from now or so 'twould seem to me
For acts of terror leads to more terror and mistrust leads to hate
And in this age of advanced technology not much to celebrate.

Some may feel I am negative just going by what I say
That I'm one of those who look at life in quite a jaundiced way
But in a World where some have too much and many of hunger die
To sing about a perfect World would be a perfect lie.

The World would be a better World without human selfishness and greed
And the marvellous gift of selflessness to a better World would lead
But us humans have our failings and in some ways we are small
And it's all part of our Nature, we are human after all.

In my own lifetime and centuries from now I cannot seem to see
A World that's free of war and bloodshed and human misery
And men will still wage war for God and Land and in war so called winners don't win
And for the God we do not know we neglect our God within.

if you read these lines this morning
these lines that miss you
these lines that say i love you
these lines that are dying to touch you

Dying - I Only Feel Apathy

Now as I am to be bereaft of my troth
I cry aloud my last words of lost hope.
A violent gust of wind is my frame of mind;
Huxes like moisture through pores.

I am unwilling to forgive
Him who depriev'd me of my life -
Gloaming the sequence -
A momentary view.
Perishing intervals of rejoice -
My supreme happiness is lost!

Baleful emotions of fear - my body is the earth -
The earth is now destined to be made forlorn -
Forlorn from the enlivening energies.
Am I not anylonger living?

In mournful silence I suffer -
In peace I now will rest.
My hard-working hands
Are now reposed.

I close thee my beloved into my heart -
Conceal thy memory in my inner sanctum.
In my thoughts thou shalt forever be -
As a dear and precious remembrance.

I'm dethroned in the reign of entity -
My tears descend like of abony -
Life is the theatre of tragedy -
Dying - I only feel apathy!

Series Of Dreams

I was thinking of a series of dreams
Where nothing comes up to the top
Everything stays down where its wounded
And comes to a permanent stop
Wasnt thinking of anything specific
Like in a dream, when someone wakes up and screams
Nothing too very scientific
Just thinking of a series of dreams
Thinking of a series of dreams
Where the time and the tempo fly
And theres no exit in any direction
cept the one that you cant see with your eyes
Wasnt making any great connection
Wasnt falling for any intricate scheme
Nothing that would pass inspection
Just thinking of a series of dreams
Dreams where the umbrella is folded
Into the path you are hurled
And the cards are no good that youre holding
Unless theyre from another world
In one, numbers were burning
In another, I witnessed a crime
In one, I was running, and in another
All I seemed to be doing was climb
Wasnt looking for any special assistance
Not going to any great extremes
Id already gone the distance
Just thinking of a series of dreams

Numerical Tyranny

Who conspired
this needless need for
the numbers?
Now we all live in fear of
the numbers
tremble at the feet of
the numbers
live our lives according to the demands of
the numbers
Identify ourselves by
the numbers
we've sold ourselves short with
the numbers
locked ourselves in a cell with
the numbers
no one believes they can escape
the numbers
our status our worth
our health our happiness
all dictated by
the numbers
Who are you?
Are you just another
number?

For if only we could see the truth behind
the numbers:
the truth being
there is only one number
that number is one
and that one stretches on
through infinitude.
