Those Days
You know those days
when you awake
and gives good moorning to the things?
speak with lifeless and dead objects?
ridiculous acts and thoughts.
Then, you lose your love
And ask to yourself Why?
Because inanimate things remains consistent
And loves need more than 'good day for you'
Love requires something more!
My, now, is dead.Literally

z-Dead Bodies and Casket Lids
As I lay here
in my dead body
gone;
I think upon what part of my life
will people remark?
Will it be all the good things
I've done
for others who may or may not
have given back?
Will it be my generosity
or my looks;
my achievements;
the little things-
the little gifts-
given
anonymously?
Will it be my deep thoughts
known to no one;
my love given
and/or lovers lost?
Will it be my secret
spot
unknown
where I go to
be with me
and just my thoughts?
As I lay here now dead
and done
I see that
it is too early
to die
for me;
too much undone
to my story.
Have to raise this lid
and get out of here;
because once I am dead
for good
I want to have a better story
of what happened to me;
if I am to be staring
at this casket lid
for all
of the rest
of eternity
my story
has to be
a bit
more
glorious
and contain
a bit more Good.

Youre So Good To Me
Youre so good to me, Im hooked on the things you do
Youre so good to me, tell me what can I do for you
Can I take you for a walk? can I take you for a talk?
Can I give you love, love, love, all of my love, love, love
Ill give you love, love, love
You haunt me so I know Im awake
Youre so good to me, Im hooked on the things you do
Youre so good to me, tell me what can I do for you
Can I kiss you? ? ? ? ?
Can I give you love, love, love, all of my love, love, love
I said love, love, love
I tell you what, she gets all that I got
Youre so good to me, Im hooked on the things you do
Youre so good to me, tell me what can I do for you
Let me give you love, love, love,
All of my love, love, love, holy smoke, oh darling
Youre so good to me, Im hooked on the things you do
Youre so good to me, tell me what can I do for you
Youre so good to me,
You got me hooked on the things you do
Youre so good to me, tell me what can I do for you

Dreams
for things that we cannot have
for people that we love but we cannot hug
for the solutions of the problems that we have learned to set aside for a while
for places we wish to go and yet can't take a step beside their shores
for wounds to heal
for things we have forgotten
for our dead ancestors who wish to speak to us again
for some precautions
for our suppressed desires
for those we bury while we are awake
for our escape to fantasy
for our imaginations to run wild chasing rainbows
for our dead love ones
for those who wish to be with us again
for the floating experience on baby pink clouds
marshmallow feelings and black forest cake sweetness
for all these wishes
weary and weak, i close my eyes
and then
i welcome all my dreams

The Dead Flower Bed
The Dead Flower Bed
The Dead Flower Bed
A Flower Loves
Eye saw the flower bed as eye walked bye it looked so empty after storm has come, on close inspection there was three plants still thriving there in hopefullness and love, whiteflower looking all better, one purple flower plant blossoming, and a forelorn dandylion
without seeds but steadfast in his love in the center of the flower bed between the daughter and his love, after bad weather gone.
Love remains the flowers fade but love still stays even inside the dead flower bed. A flower loves.

Too Good Was My Love
Too good was my love for you.
Too good you 'had' to play,
Cloak and dagger games.
Which made no sense...
But you played them just the same.
You wouldn't stop.
Even when I said,
Too much of your mystery...
Would leave our love dead in bed!
That happened!
Too good was my love!
Too good you thought it was there to abuse!
To use as you wish,
Until I lost it for you!
And now that it is gone...
You believe it can be wished back!
Too good was my love for you.
And so was I.
That came from 'me'.
It was just for you.
Why did you think someone else,
Could do for you,
What I could only do!
Too could was my love for you.
It's over.
It's done.
There is no more for you,
It's true.
To leave me confused!
And too good it was then,
Now it has left us both to lose!
Diffused to hunt and scatter.

I Want To Do Everything For You
I want to hold you in my arms 'till you say "turn me loose"
I want to do little things to you 'till you say "It ain't no use"
I want to wake you every morning with a good morning kiss
I want to kiss you to sleep the same way cause I, I know you like this
I want to do everything for you
Cause that's all that a man can do
When he loves a woman like I love you
And I love ya, love ya, love ya
I want to say sweet things to you 'till you say I've said enough
I want to stand right by your side when the goin' gets tough
I want to mend your broken heart till you say the hurt is gone
I want tostay with you always so that you won't be alone
I want to do everything for you
Cause that's all that a man can do
When he loves a woman like I love you
And I love ya, love ya, love ya
I want to work for you every day 'till you say "come home and rest"
I want to buy you pretty little things so you can look your best
I want to take you every where so the world can see what I got
I want to treat you with tender love 'till you say I've got to stop
I want to do everything for you

When he loves a woman like I love you

Even Objects Around Me
I almost want to ask you to leave my head
Living without you makes me feel dead
The reminder that I'm alone with you is everywhere
It's the kinda that will tear
My mind into pieces, but slowly, painfully, and quietly
That's how it kills me
Because you're even in objects around me
You've been in this house, so you can see
How things all around remind me
About times we've had
Or maybe just time and isn't that sad?
That's all you gave me to cling to?
What were you
Thinking? !
And yet I'm sinking
Drowning in my memories of you, that remind me of desire and love
That remind of hurt and the one sided nature
Maybe it's time to be mature
And just grow up but all around me I'm reminded of you
Even objects speak to me about you, even places in my house too
I can't get you out of my head!
Is this love or something else? !
We barely have memories but I can't let go of you
We barely have memories together but that's all you've got of me too...
Do you think of me, it almost makes me cry
To wonder if you do because you probably don't, why can't my feelings die
Especially when you don't feed them
Especially when you seem to avoid me like a saint to sin
How can I get away from you when even objects cry out against me
They cause me to see
That either I really love you
Or I just can't think stop thinking about you...
The only conclusion I can come to
Is that even objects around me love you too

You Can't Lose At Love (Crush Demo)
You can lose at cards
You can lose your keys
You can lose the house or lose the lease
You can lose your car, you can lose the race
You can lose your mind or lose your faith
Take a look around and hear what I've gotta say
You can't lose at love
No, you can't lose at love
You can't lose at love
You can't lose at love
Chose anything you can dream of
No, you can't lose at love
We could lose the plot
Or we could lose our way
But I ain't going to lose
These ain't good games we're playing
Let me make you an offer too good to refuse
No, you can't lose at love
No, you can't lose at love
You can't lose at love
You can't lose at love
Chose anything you can dream of
But you can't lose at love
Now we just might roll a seven, these ain't loaded dice
We'll never get to heaven from this driveway tonight
You've heard a million promises that's never come through
Baby I'm telling you we're due
You can't lose at love
You can't lose at love
Chose anything you can dream of
But baby, you can't lose at love
Take a chance on me
Cause you can't lose at love
Take a chance on me
No, you can't lose at love
Take a chance on me
You can't lose at love
No, you can't lose at love
You can't lose at love
You can't lose
You can't lose

If Love Is Real
(randy edelman)
If love is real
Why cant you take love and lock love away
In some safe place
Where you wont lose love and keep love
Each day untouched so warm and near
Where love will stay so pure and clear
The evenings pass
And I wonder where you are sleeping tonight
Are you awake
Running through memories remembering
How good it felt when love took hold
Our future plans that wont unfold
Now days are long
Just patches of time thrown together like clouds
Of empty hours blinded by pictures of places we knew
And now in space I stare
Without your soul and thoughts to share
It all seems lost
Left are just words but without much to say
Cause if loves real
You have to trust and let love go its way

Disappearing Act
Chivalry, nobility, courting
They are all just words in my head
No longer these acts performed
They are all dead
They died with their relatives love and romance
The peaceful doves that had you entranced
These things gave you light
Made you believe in love at first sight
But no longer do we work for that girl, that date
We have all become lazy and leave it to fate
No longer these acts a part of our life
We all just wallow in sorrow and strife
No longer in the times of Shakespeare's plays
Where love and romance ruled the days
In the food we eat and the air we breathe
Now it has hidden and taken it's leave
All these must be performed once again
And it is us who shall bring it from the dead, my friend
Sparking the hope and interest of girls, every which way
Letting all know they can find this one day
One who is that which I've spoke
A fine dashing, handsome bloke
With whom they can share every thought
And once and for all find the happiness they sought
One who answers to a whim and fixes all woes
One who she loves from her head to her toes

Loves In Our Hearts On Christmas Day
I know great distance still remains..
Between us
But theres good reason to hold on
Its the happiest time of the year
Filled with laughter and good cheer
As you watch the snow
Sweet love youll hear me say
Youve got my heart on christmas
Inside my soul your love remains
Loves in our hearts
On christmas day
The days and weeks and months go by
So slowly
We are both wishing them to fly (*wishing in the fly*)
As the night begins to fall
Twilight crowns the bedroom cheer (*drowns in mellow cheer*)
Such a rush of joy
Your love, it comforts me
And I do believe
Loves in our hearts on christmas
Though far apart
As one we pray
Loves in our hearts
On christmas day
Snowflake melts in your eye and turns to tear
But you cheek it stays dry
With your warm smile so near
I have no fear
Were gonna make it
Loves in our hearts on christmas
Though far apart
As one we pray
Loves in our hearts (love is in our hearts)
On christmas day...

Why do you come here ?
And why, why do you hang around ?
I'm so sorry, oh ...
I'm so sorry, oh, oh ...
Why do you come here
When you know it makes things hard for me ?
When you know, oh
Why do you come ?
Why do you telephone ? ahur...
And why, why send me silly notes ?
I'm so sorry
I'm so sorry, oh ...
Why do you come here
When you know it makes things hard for me ?
When you know, oh
Why do you come ?
It was because
Everything that i did
I wrote it down
On the wall
You had to sneak into my room
'just' to read my diary
"oh, it was just to see, just to see"
(all the things you knew i'd written about you...)
And oh so many illustrations
Oh, but
I'm so very sickened
Oh, i am so sickened now
Still, it was a good lay, good lay
It was a good lay, good lay
It was a good lay, good lay
Ah ...
Still, it was a good lay, good lay
It was a good lay, good lay
It was a good lay, good lay
A good lay, ah ...
Oh, it was a good lay
It was a good lay
It was a good lay
Oh, it was a good lay
Good lay, good lay
Oh
Oh, it was a good lay, good lay
Oh, it was a good lay, good lay
It was a good lay, good lay
Good lay, oh
Thankyou.

The Winner
Written by c. jackson, m. yancy and g. barge
In this world of make believe I must confess
To be number one youve got to do it better
And if you strive to be happy youll find success
Perspectively youve got to pull it together
Nothing good will come to you if you dont see
A reason for victory
Everybody loves the winner
Only the winner can really make things happen
Everybody loves the winner, so be the winner, I know you are
If theres something youd like to do youve never done
Dont let fear stand in your way
Just collect your dreams and thoughts and get on the run
I wouldnt wait another day
You can be the best in everything you do
When it thawls out, its all up to you
Everybody loves the winner (everybody loves the winner)
Only a winner can really make things happen
Everybody loves a winner (everybody loves a winner)
So be the winner you are
Be a winner, ooh (yes you can, yes you can, yes you can)
Be a winner, ooh (yes you can, yes you can, yes you can)
Be a winner, a winner, a winner, yes you can
cause everybody (everybody) loves (loves a winner)
The winner, so be a winner
You can only make things happen
Everybody (everybody) loves a winner (loves a winner)
So be the winner, I know you are
Every (everybody), everybody, (loves a winner)
Really loves the winner, (so be a winner)
Only the winner can really make things happen
Everybody (everybody) loves the winner (loves a winner)
So be a winner (so be a winner), I know you are if you really try
Be a winner, you know you can, you know you can
You know you can be a winner
(yes you can, yes you can, yes you can)
Scat (yes you can, yes you can, yes you can)
Scat
(everybody) yeah, (loves a winner)
Scat
(everybody loves a winner)
(everybody) everybody really loves a winner (loves a winner)!

Until the Innocent Are Not Punished
Believed things would end how I wanted them to,
But now I can't erase it, so what do I do?
Had hoped things would change, perhaps fix themselves, too.
But most times denial is better than truth.
Murder. A murder. Long dead and gone.
I keen like a loser, full of despond.
Abandoned alone, my love grows cold.
Lifeless I lay here, a lump in a hole.
Tried, tried, and failed to find the joy.
Dropped love, lost love; Watched love get destroyed.
I smelled something caustic, saw decay in my heart.
But now I've no love, so where do I start?
Wish I could dash to a tame place to depart,
But here my soul stays, for I am missing a part.
Murder. A murder. Long dead and gone.
Left like a loser, alone to abscond.
Lucky me, I've these amenities:
Death, damnation, dread, and disparity.
It seems like I never really knew you.
I swear that I tried to, but you'd only elude.

Man With God
MAN WITH GOD
God is cruel,
man is merciful,
war is natural,
between God and man,
Good is poor,
money is money,
He makes you a monk,
money gives you earthly things,
God is sick,
man is healthy,
so God loves peace,
man fights war,
God is dead,
man is alive,
worship man,
forget the dead

Too Late
WHEN Love, sweet Love, was tangled in my snare
I clipped his wings, and dressed his cage with flowers,
Made him my little joy for little hours,
And fed him when I had a song to spare.
And then I saw how good life's good things were,
The kingdoms and the glories and the powers.
Flowers grew in sheaves and stars were shed in showers,
And, when the great things wearied, Love was there.
But when, within his cage, one winter day
I found him lying still with folded wings,
No longer fluttering, eager to be fed--
Kingdoms and powers and glories passed away,
And of life's countless, precious, priceless things
Nothing was left but Love--and Love was dead!
