She Was
She was love, feathers on the dove
She was adorned, yellow on corn
She was thirst, a river clear
She was sky, the air I breathe
She was peace, beyond the stars
She was silence, that rests a heart
She was beyond, even in imagination
She was wise, knew I would cry
She was ready, subdued her fear
And when, at last breath, she was never more

In Our Boat
Stars trembling o'er us and sunset before us,
Mountains in shadow and forests asleep;
Down the dim river we float on forever,
Speak not, ah, breathe not - there's peace on the deep.
Come not, pale sorrow, flee till to-morrow;
Rest softly falling o'er eyelids that weep;
While down the river we float on forever,
Speak not, ah, breathe not - there's peace on the deep.
As the waves cover the depths we glide over,
So let the past in forgetfulness sleep,
While down the river we float on forever,
Speak not, ah, breathe not - there's peace on the deep.
Heaven shine above us, bless all that love us;
All whom we love in thy tenderness keep!
While down the river we float on forever,
Speak not, ah, breathe not - there's peace on the deep.

Teardrop
Liz fraser
(love)love is a verb
Love is a doing word
Feathers on my breath
Gentle impulsion
Shakes me makes me lighter
Feathers on my breath
Teardrop on the fire
Feathers on my breath
In the night of matter
Black flowers blossom
Feathers on my breath
Black flowers blossom
Feathers on my breath
Teardrop on the fire
Feathers on my breath
Water is my eye
Most faithful my love
Feathers on my breath
Teardrop on the fire of a confession
Feathers on my breath
Most faithful my love
Feathers on my breath
Teardrop on the fire
Feathers on my breath
Stumbling a little (x2)

A Ready Leraner
Give ear to me if you have knowledge,
And hear my words oh wise men;
For my tongue is the pen of the ready writer.
Kiss me and be very warm with my love!
For the peace in your mind is like the joy of my muse;
But, a gift blinds the wise.
My mind is like the knowledge of a ready learner,
For the wise man's eyes are in his head;
And the beauty of an old man is his gray hair,
And like a sweet savour and a noted mind!
But the imagination of a man's heart is very evil from his youth,
And, i am crying out loud now without the moon.
Bread for the hungry and love for the lonely,
Pleasant words are as the honeycomb;
But, i went mourning without the sun.
Along the path of love and along the paths of peace,
But tired and weary in the month of Nisan;
So, tell the opposable thumbs who rules that,
Today, a legend is born in the midst of the people.

Canary Yellow Canoe
In my canary yellow canoe - my yellow canoe
I want to go tripping in my canary yellow canoe
The eastmain, coppermine, back river too
In my canary yellow canoe
In my canary yellow canoe - yellow canoe
I want to run rivers in my canary yellow canoe
The desmoines river, rupert river, george river too
In my canary yellow canoe
In my canary yellow canoe - mellow yellow canoe
I want to go tripping in my canary yellow canoe
Chebugema, peace river, resolute too
In my canary yellow canoe
In my canary yellow canoe - my elephant too
I want to go tripping in my canary yellow canoe
Churchill, yellowknife, ross river too
In my canary yellow canoe

The Two Of Us Won’t Share A Glass Together
The two of us won’t share a glass together
Be it of water or of sweet red wine;
We won’t be kissing, in the morning either
Nor, late at night, enjoy an evening shine…
You breathe the sun, I breathe the moon; however
We are united by one love forever.
I always have with me my true soul mate,
You have with you your ever-merry girlfriend;
Yet I’m acquainted with your eye’s dismay
As you’re the reason of my lifelong ailment.
The length of our dates won’t be increased,
That’s how, it’s doomed, to honor our peace.
Yet, it’s my breath that flows in your rhymes
While in my rhymes your voice is singing clear;
Oh’ neither oblivion, nor fear
Will ever dare to touch this kind of flame.
I wish you knew how I am longing now
To feel your dry and rosy lips somehow.

A silence.
In this silence
there is not the hush of a breeze,
not the purr of a cat,
not the hum of summer bees
and not the wiping of feet on a mat.
In this silence
there is the absence of fear,
the quenching of thirst
and the quiet eating of hungry bread.
In this silence there is the wise old look that says so much.
This silence is and is not
the lapping of gentle waters on the shores of a lonely lake.
This silence is not
the cries of gulls hovering
above the cliffs of eternal seas.

I Knew Peace
I felt the icy, strangling grip of death
Closing in quickly around my heart
As I struggled to breathe that one last breath
I heard my friends crying out around me
'Stay with us, please don't leave us now'
As suddenly my spirit became free
And, I knew peace, like never known before
I did not feel all those pains anymore
I knew peace, which surpassed just a feeling
I couldn't wait to see what was in store
I knew peace
Golden bricks on the streets were blazing bright
And the pearly gates were shining
The day, it never seemed to fade to night
Although the scenery was amazing
My joy came from deeper within
As my worries faded, I started praising
Yes, I knew peace, like never known before
I did not feel all those pains anymore
I knew peace, which surpassed just a feeling
I couldn't wait to see what was in store
I knew peace

The Divine Message
(An experience that I went through when
I was only five years old)
All around, everywhere, yellow, yellow, yellow,
The mist from the Earth to sky, the spaces filled;
Neither the moon, nor stars, nothing was visible,
The dominating fear, my blood, my bones chilled.
Alone, alone I was, nothing except me I found,
Silence, silence, serene silence was all around,
Nothingness led to the region of celestial wonder,
One tastes seeing no universe, no sky, no ground.
Then words of golden light appeared, disappeared,
In space but I could not read the divine message;
Still it confounds me when I recall the experience,
And I can not decide which I was led the passage.

Baby’s Breath
Sweet baby’s breath
In the garden of love
So beautiful wreath
In a lovely dove.
Sweet baby’s breath
In the heart full of love
Is dancing lass in a meadow –wreath,
The symbol of love of dove.
Sweet baby’s breath
Made to a lovely wreath
In our consensual walk
When we freed the cheerful dove.
Sweet baby’s breath
In the house of love
Source of joy and a precious wreath
In the loving eyes of parent dove.

The Feather Of Yuri
if a dove leaves a feather
white,
pure,
it does not just tell you that
it was once here
it tells you also of another thing
that there is a good reason
for keeping
something like a memory
the sweet one
it does not tell you
to discard pain
but to remember everything
and learn
like you i am not a dove
does not speak the language of doves
does not have feathers
to leave for some people i love
to remember
but i have some pieces of me
some memories
some pieces of my mind and they are not feathers
though they may
like feathers be
light, soft, pure, and beautiful

Lost Angel
As it was before shall it ever ever be
Hear it on the crying wind
Heart it weeping on the sea
Through the winder valley wild and through the darkest night
Here comes the evil news of the coming fight
So love bring your birds bring your feathers of peace
All through the storm let the tides release
Love bring your birds bring your feathers of peace
All through the storm let the tides release
(chorus)
Come on down lost angel find us now
From the clouds above right down to the ground
Come on down lost angel find us now
From the clouds above right down to the ground
Lost Angels come on down
Stardust yeah we are and the river is pushed to bend
Too much too much of man
And stardust we will someday be again
Oh love bring your birds bring your feathers of peace
All through the storm let the tide release
Love bring your birds bring your feathers of peace
All through the storm let the tide release
(chorus)

I love I love Im ready to love yes
I love I love Im ready to love yeah
I love I love Im ready
To ready to ready to love
I love I love Im ready to love yeah
You keep me awake with your white lily smile
Dont keep me watching your charms all the while
Cause as all the wise men say
Grab it if it comes your way
Im ready oh
I love I love Im ready to love yeah
Ready to love
I love I love Im ready to love yeah
You make me feel things Ive never felt before
Help my baby eyes and open up the door
You make me real to everyone and everyday i
I thank the lord that you came along this way
Its no more an illusion than I can say
I love I love Im ready to love yes
I love I love Im ready to love yeah
I love I love Im ready
Ready ready ready to love

Restlessness In Stillness....
....because i am discontented
here i am making it my own way, because no one remembers
here i am remembering me,
because.....
no one satisfies my hunger and thirst here i go
trekking my way
into everywhere, and tired, and
disappointed, here i am
making a set of wings for me,
these wings without the feathers of a bird,
these wings without need of
a wind,
because i feel so alone, here i am, inventing
company,
i give birth to words, and sentences
myself with
all its punishments,
this newly found joy in the prison of my thoughts
in the vast expanse
universe of my endless and
limitless imagination
this self without a river
this river without water and stones
this floating
existence
an angel without a wing
because i am never appeased
here i am exploding my own firecracker
a boy driving his demons away
with the use of one finger
because i have more to say
in this fear
here i am unceasingly writing
who knows if i finally find you and then
i can absolve myself and after telling everything
i can finally find
my own resting place
here i am, silent and still and staring.

Silence 1.
Most times when I'm hurt,
My silence speaks for me.
She speaks very loud;
Even louder than a megaphone.
I choose to be silent, -
When most things happen,
Not because I cannot speak;
Nor that my words have evaded me,
But because in my silence-
There's a challenging power.
Sometimes in my fears,
When my heart is filled with love,
And my eyes with tears;
I learn to love, just like a dove.
My mouth moves to speak,
But is suddenly cut short by silence,
Silence in love, silence in fear.
Silence in tears, silence in joy;
And when I'm in this mood,
My silence stands so tall-
Even taller than a giant;
She makes her way; -
Even more than spoken words.
Spoken words of loud emotions,
They meet my silence-
And they tremble in awe.
I could hear those words;
They say to themselves,
'How art silence so mighty? '.

Silence of Rumi
I read Rumi several times
And every time I went through
the same sincere silence
That unites the human with the divine
Silence of Rumi as though
Is the silence Sublime—
The heart of all sounds!
I dove deep down that silence,
A child’s wonder of sort
Why do I start my poems with words?
When they end only with silence!
His silence is deep
Deep as the existence at the bottom of the ocean
Deep as the calmness of a wise man
And yet he is in conversation
With the silence
And through it, time and again
His silence is the silence of a flute
Empty, easy and melodious
It turns separation into liberation
Oh what a joy—Rumi’s silence!
His silence is an invitation
To join the journey of the soul
A sweet beacon to lose yourself
In the Self of existence
And yet it is conversational
You can toy with it safely
Who can turn his back
Having heard Rumi’s silence
In its sincerity
In its entirety
Who can escape from Rumi’s silence
Having been there for a moment
Who can not hear his silence
Having heard it with the thumps of his heart
Oh love! Go and meet this evening
Silence of Rumi in its serenity
Of heavens
This must be the highest
Of souls
This is the highest!

What peace is like?
Peace is like a garden,
Blooming with flowers
Peace is like music,
Which touches our heart.
Peace is like a cracker,
Giving bright light when burnt.
Peace is like a story,
You enjoy when you learn
Peace is a dove,
Which spreads only dove
So bring peace and stop wars.

River Of Love
Oh how i miss those days we spent by that old river. You and me sitting and looking up at the stars.Every little problem just disappeared into the night.
I looked you in those breath taking eyes and we would just get lost in our feelings.I look up at orion and those stars remind me of the river of love.
Those nights we spent together laying on the ground and just holding each other in our arms.Singing on the banks of that river and hoping it would never end.Oh how i miss that river of love.

His Gracious Guidance
He touched me from Heaven above and filled me with His tender Love,
For Christ said we were to be wise as serpent, but harmless as dove.
He moved on me from the start to learn to love Him with all my heart,
As this gracious change in my heart was indeed the message to impart.
He made my troubled anguish cease and filled me with a gentle peace,
Around this world it will not be, yet in my heart it shall increase.
He helped me in due time to see what it was that He wanted me to be,
Which was someone to share with the world his or her Eternal needs.
He helped me deal with each daily nuisance with a God given patience,
As evidence to all around me that Christ makes a profound difference.
He helps me each and every day with all the words I needed to say,
For He just might bring one in need of The Word across my path today.
He taught me how to deal with abruptness with a true loving-kindness,
For people, like I once did, are dealing with a Spiritual blindness.
He helped me through The Spirit to walk all of the words that I talk,
For it's hypocrisy inside The Church that makes people outside balk.
He changed my tendency to be coy, by filling me with His Eternal Joy.
Not an emotion for a time to enjoy but something no one can destroy.
He filled me with a Holy Fear to understand that His return was near,
As a Christian my duty is clear, you must be ready, when He appears.

No more fear
No more fear of survival refuse to live in fear of myself any longer.
No more fear of never being respected or acknowledged by you for who I am.
I will not sarcoma to my fears any longer for I am stronger then I ever dreamed and I will no longer allow my fears to hold me in limbo.
No more screaming in silence or crying with no tears for the end of my silence is here.
No more putting myself through torture for I am ready to heal, my new growth is all around me and I am unsure of what I fear.
No more fear of not being loved for the people who loves themselves has any fear.
No more fear of the unknown for my eyes are wide open and the sky is very clear.
I will only place God Before me for I only exist with him and only he can set me free.
I had fear of being alone, then fear of what could be but I long to face the fears and it does not control me.
No more empty feelings for I know just where to go I will get on my knees, and ask God to bless my soul and take the fear away from me.
No more will I not be heard, if I need to yell or scream it I will say it the way I want but until I am treated right have a voice and I will not have fear of being heard.
No more will I not stand up for me or fear of what was meant to be, no more if being mislead, lost or even feel like I should be dead.
No more of this silly game will I play I love me and maybe you should do the same, I am that woman who has held a family together, who has made you only exit in my world and now no more.
