A Pig Of A Cliché Day

One of those days.
Do I need to tell you?
Like some invisible burden
to do with humanity or something
personal, imagined, no clue,
pressing down, tensing the back,
can barely walk a straight line,
face full of repressed anger
about what I don’t know,
then yawning with the weariness
of doing nothing
so how to deal with it
if you don’t know
who laid it on you
or why

opened the paper
almost too bored to do that,
read the story of how
he won the VC, top honour,
very rare
and what it’s been like since

reckoned if I can cry like this
something must be alright
somewhere

I’m OK now. You?

Unconditional

Is there a way to become invisible?
You say you might but you wouldn't dare
I think it works when it's unintentional
I know you hear me and I know that you don't care
I'm not invisible
I didn't say that you were unemotional
You put it on like the clothes you wear
You've got emotion but it's one-dimensional
Your full of hate full of anger full of fear
I'm not invisible
No love is unconditional
No way to walk that line
You couldn't make it if you tried
Is there a way to become invisible?
I've done my best to be seen and heard
I'm not amazing and I'm not original
I'm not so sure did you even catch a word?
I'm not invisible
No love is unconditional
No love is unconditional
No love is unconditional
No love is unconditional

Zoo Station

Im ready
Ready for the laughing gas
Im ready
Ready for whats next
Ready to duck
Ready to dive
Ready to say
Im glad to be alive
Im ready
Im ready for the push
In the cool of the night
The wartmth of the breeze
Ill be crawling around
On my hands and knees
Shes just down the line ... zoo station
Got to make it on time ... zoo station
Im ready
Im ready for the gridlock
Im ready
To take it to the street
Ready for the shuffle
Ready for the deal
Ready to let go
Of the steering wheel
Im ready
Ready for the crush
Alright, alright, alright, alright, alright
Its alright...its alright...its alright...its alright
Hey baby...hey baby...hey baby...hey baby
Its alright
Its alright
Time is a train
Makes the future the past
Leaves you standing in the station
Your face pressed up against the glass
Im just down the line from your love...zoo station
Under the sign of your love...zoo station
Im gonna be there...zoo station
Tracing the line...zoo station
Im gonna make it on time...make it on time...zoo station
Just two stops down the line...zoo station

The Note You Never Wrote

Later on, the story goes,
A bottle floated out to sea.
After days, when it had found the perfect spot,
It opened up,
And I read the note that you never wrote to me
After all, Im sure you know,
The mayor of baltimore is here.
After days now he can finally appear,
Now at last hes here,
But he never is gonna get my vote,
cause he never is gonna get a quote
From the little note
That you never wrote to me.
Further on, along the line,
I was arrested on the shore,
Holding papers of governments galore.
I was taken in,
But I read the note that you never wrote.
Yes, I read the note that you never wrote.
Oh, I read the note that you never wrote to me.
To me.
To me.
To me.

Stand Back

(stevie nicks)
No one looks as I walk by
Just an invitation would have been just fine
Said no to her again, again and again
First she took my heart then she ran
No one knows just how I feel
What I say unless you read between the lines
One girl walked away from me
First she took my head and then she
Take me home.
Stand back, stand back
In the middle of my room
I did not hear from you
Its all right, its all right
Youll be standing in line
Youll be standing in line
I will cry
Do not turn away my friend
Like a river I can bend
No one calls out my name
And no one came
So I walked on down the line and waited for you
Maybe your protected from all that you do
One girl, did not call
She asked me for my love and that was all
Stand back, stand back
In the middle of my room
I did not hear from you
Its alright, its alright
Youll be standing in line
Youll be standing in line
I will cry
So I walked on down the line and waited for you
Maybe your attention was more than I could do
One girl, did not fall
She asked me for my love and that was all
Stand back, stand back
In the middle of my room
I did not hear from you
Its alright, its alright
Youll be standing in line
Youll be standing in line
I will cry
Gotta find a little sympathy ....
Try and ask me anything....
Gotta find a little sympaty....
Can I find a little sympathy.....

Yawing

Sometimes I'm sorry but sometimes
Sometimes, yes, sometimes I'm bored.
It may be because I'm an idiot;
It may be because I'm floored;

It may be because it's raining,
It may be beacause it's hot,
It may be because I have eaten
Too much, or because I have not.

But sometimes I cannot help yawning
The whole day through
And when teacher's turning her back on us,
It may be that she's yawning too.

It's About Time

Time
(time, time, time, time)
Last Time
Wrong time
Outside
Out of line
But this time's our time
Right On
We'll let it shine
(Get Up)
Turn your clock back
Paint it red on black
Bring it all right back
Oh hell yeah
Come on
Alright
Hey hey hey
You can spend my money
Don't you waste my time
(my time, prime time)
Well right now makin up for lost time yeah
Alright! Alright!
I think it's high time we laid it out there on the line
Now it's about time
It's about time
It's about time
Yeah
Bright lights
Old Fights
This time we got it right
(yeah)
It's been a long time, overtime
Second flash, you're out of sight
(yeah so get up)
Turn your, your clock back
Paint it red on black
Get it all right back
Oh Hell yeah yeah
Come on
It's alright
Hey hey hey
You can spend my money
Don't you waste my time
(my time, prime time)
Well I'm about to make it up to you big time
Big, big, big, big time
Well it's about time we laid it out there on the line
It's about time
It's about time
It's a just about time
Just about time yeah
Time
Time
It's alright
Yeah
Spend my money
Don't waste my time
(my time, prime time)
Yeah we're gonna make it up to ya big time
Big, time big time
Because it's high time we laid it out there on the line
It's about time
It's about time
It's about time
It's just about time
It's about time
It's about time
It's all about
Talk about
Wanna know
There ain't no doubt
It's about time
Yeah yeah yeah
So go ahead
turn your clocks back

Bookworm

There's a story that like a dessert I love
And I enjoy every page slowly as much as I can
There's story that makes me desperate
And even my day becomes gloomy after I read
There's story that safe to be read anytime
And I don't mind if it's going up or down
There's story that could burn me to the core
And left me with desire to create another story
There's story that easily predict
And I could finish it without much thinking
There's story that has a very good cliffhanger
And I need to rush to the publisher to make it comes fast
There's story that goes like my dream
And I want to repeat over and over until I'm getting bored

Non Sequitor

Just because she smiles, laughs, dances, plays, says she is ok, seems fine, plays tag, say hello and looks happy,
these are not (un) true (un) necessarily.

(i am bored, and i am yawning, and i am simply pressing words
that i think do not have any sense of meaning at all, i am afraid i am
not authentic or i am just being autistic, chase me, like a child, wanting
to be out from this enclosure, where is mommy? mumbles, rambles,
grumbles, rambles,

fingers running wild wanting to escape the hold of my hands
and feet arguing with my shoes and windows still sleepy for
an opening of a new day, tell me? what is it.
what is it? tell me. do you ever get lonely? do you ever get bored?

tell me? tell you. i am telling you i am bored and fed up and i am yawning
like a cat at the peak of the heat of a tomcat.
words flow like a river and they all rush to the sea of nowhere.sunless.
moonless. grab the hand of your lover. kiss him, and forget that you are
still you. bless the truth and kill all the lies.

stay put. stay foot. steady body. body body.
eyes open. heart bleeds.

Anger and Patience

Any time I don't understand something
Or feel unhappy with the way things are going,
Anger steps up, 'use me; let me help'
And I used to give Anger a lot of free rein,
Till I noticed Anger wasn't all that useful
And generally tended to only make things worse.

Now I try to rely more on 'Patience'
As Patience doesn't keep clicking that counter,
Adding up every resentment of the hour.
Besides, I can look straight into Patience's face
And not have one clue what Patience is thinking of.
You know, Anger could learn something from that.

Imagined

Imagined the world described as heaven
Imagined the world all is even
Imagined everywhere without evil
Imagined the absence of soldier only civil

Imagined a quest between good nature existence
Imagined people, place and body with no cause for defence
Imagined air, love, soul and all virtues show their face
Imagined the extinction of all the different race

Imagined we always praise him who live above
Imagined nature ruffs all calm like pure dove
Imagined that you are not imagining
But all this is happening

Did You Read The Morning Paper

(Nickolas Ashford/Valerie Simpson/R. Monica)
Did you read the morning paper
Did you see the front headline
Did you read the morning paper
Baby let me lend you mine
There on the front page was a picture
Of a crowd as they watched a parade passing by
And through the haze of last nights sleep
Something familiar caught my eye
There was a couple looking so much in love, yes
They had a front line view
And as I pulled the paper closer
I realized standing next to her it was you
Did you read the morning paper
Did you see the front headline
Did you read the morning paper
Baby let me lend you mine
Now I know why you've been working late each night
And no longer have desire to ever hold me tight
And your busy, busy schedule was all a lie
Oh, even the dream with a bonus, oh just another alibi
Did you read the morning paper
Did you see the front headline
Did you read the morning paper
Baby let me lend you mine
Did you get the news today
Did you read the morning paper
Isn't the picture very clear
Where do we go from here
Did you read the morning paper
Did you see the front headlines
Did you read the morning paper
Baby let me lend you mine
Oh, what now
Did you read the morning paper
Did you get the news today

Chelsea Walk

I went down to Chelsea Walk
Where the sun doesn't shine at all
And I went looking for something for me
But I came back with nothing at all
Except an old man who could not see
But he said that he knew God
Chelsea Walk
Oh... Chelsea Walk
Oh... Chelsea Walk

Now I've been down to Chelsea Walk
Where the sun just refuses to shine
And I ran back to my little room
And I jumped straight into a bottle of wine
You know I'll be alright for just a day
But tomorrow I must wake
Chelsea Walk
Oh... Chelsea Walk
Oh... Chelsea Walk

Old man I must be on my way
Don't you worry I'm just scared for those who pray
In Chelsea Walk
Oh... Chelsea Walk
Oh... Chelsea Walk

Chelsea Walk...

Back Together Again

Hes back together again
Yeah evryone is glad that hes together again
Just like the old days, old days, old days
Yeah he could sing, he could sing, he could sing
Hes back together again
You know hes still got the moves
You know the grooves still there
Just like the old days old days, old days
Yeah he could sing, he could sing, listen to him sing
Back together again, back together again singing the same old story
Back together again, back together again
The old songs never end
Gives you something to believe in
Remember sixty-five
Well the kids are all grown up
But their records are still alive
Just like the old days, old days, old days
Yeah he could sing, he could sing, he could sing
Hes back riding high
The charts are full of love, hes on evrybodys dial
Just like the old days, old days, old days
Yeah he could sing, he could sing
Listen to him sing
Back together again, back together again singing the same old story
Back together again, back together again
The old songs never end
Thats you something to believe in
The old songs never end
Oh just listen to him sing
Back together again, back together again
Singing the same old story
Back together again, back together again
The old songs never end
And thats you something to believe in

To Them I'm Crazy

I’m a crazy woman. To them I’m crazy. Obsessed with my anger. They think it chokes me in my sleep, it oozes as I walk, leaving a trail of disgust in my path. But this anger is who I am. What I must be. It cannot be left in a corner, forgotten, like letters of the past covered in dust. This is my story and I will not forget. The hurt and the pain. The struggle and shame. Because if I forget no one will remember. No one will know or be there to tell this story. Anger. It isn’t a story of anger. But it’s a story of transformation. Of holding my anger, like a cherished organ, understanding that without this anger, I would not be this soon-to-no-longer-be lost girl. With anger oozing in her path. With change in her horizon. I would be the masses that for too long have been too helpless to leave. They lost they’re anger. Lowered their heads when they were told they shouldn’t want more. They should be happy with what they have. But I will not forget. I will always know. And that is what drives me.

Lick Your Fingers Clean

Lick your Ill see you at the weighing in
When your lifes sum-totals made.
And you set your wealth in godly deeds
Against the sins youve laid.
So place your final burden
On your hard-pressed next of kin:
Send the chamber pot back down the line
To be filled up again.
Take your mind off your election
And try to get it straight.
And dont pretend perfection ---
Youll be crucified too late.
And hell say you really should make the deal
As he offers round the hat.
Well, youd better lick your fingers clean, I thank you all for that.
And as you join the good ship earth
And you mingle with the dust
Be sure to leave your underpants
With someone you can trust.
And the hard-headed social worker who bathes his hands in blood
Will welcome you with arms held high
And cover you with mud.
And hell say you really should make the deal
As he offers round the hat.
Well, youd better lick your fingers clean, I thank you all for that.

Violent Intent

She rushed up from her chair
hands flying
nails unsheathed
scratching
clawing,
violent intent;
and she drew blood.

He crouched away
shielding his face
but too late
the bloody scratch line
grew crimson red
and instinctively
his hand flew up
to touch the bleeding spot
where his inside red fluid
became his outside red flow.

She was back again with a
flailing kick
to reach him
at his tender spot
and buckling he
laid down flat out
and opened himself up
for her all-out assault.

She paused above him
ready to pummel again
and hesitated
because he offered
her no resistance,
no attempt to protect himself.

She grappled down onto him
saddled him to punch him
and still he made no attempt
to protect or resist.

And she hit him a small slap
and realized
she was
the aggressor.

And tears began to flow
in eyes
which realized
that isolated inside one's own violence
non-resistance
is the clue
that anger
is mostly
self-inflicted
and grows only
if it provokes
similar anger
and similar violent
resistance.

And before her then
was non-resistance
forcing her to recognize
that the one below
her violent blows
was her beloved
husband
who didn't deserve
this.

What he had done
was to lie quiet
being the mirror.

Back Again

For days my world seemed empty,
as the words had flown
never it seemed to return.
Then I woke up this morning
and they were back again.
As if by magic,
my pen did not want to stop writing again.
The words are flowing again
like water from a full open tap,
so fast sometimes
that I can barely get them down on paper
before the next lot come around.
Where they being stored for just this certain day?
I do not care for the answer
only that they are back again
and my pen is overflowing
once more with new ideas.
All I can do is hope they will not go away again,
at least for a little while.

Pick the pain

I read between lines and pick the pain
It is unnecessary burden on brain
When you repeatedly ask it again and again
My concern increases and remains main

I have yet to pick you right
So much confusion to correct it or fight
Love is to strengthen the bonds and cause oneness
I have been blessed with agony and loneliness

I can not run away from the scene as coward
I have always seen the divinity and looked forward
I have no other way left than to fight back
As my fair name and reputation is at stake

I should not have written it or inscribed
It is of no use to apprise and fully described
I saw all greenery on face of earth
It is turning against me and ready to be laid as wreath

I don’t know what impact it may have?
I have no clue yet how you would act and behave?
It is know fat and another name of treachery
I can’t pretend to be happy and remain merry

You have chosen it as play on the field
You tried to mesmerize and powerfully held
I had no idea about lone struggle
I feel like weeping freely in dense jungle

I keep going in life as stranger
Still I have no dejection or anger
Yes it is part of our struggle to march on
How can we evaluate as lost or won?
