0021 Santa Claus Franchises Inc: A Public Statement
We the undersigned have been requested
to issue the following statement on behalf of
Santa Claus Franchises Inc in the light of
recent serious allegations:
SCI as an international organisation
takes its responsibilities to the public
extremely seriously, while at all times
being sensitive to contemporary issues.
SCI defends itself vigorously
from suggestions that it projects an image
of extra-terrestrial benevolence
which may lead to later
adverse effects of trauma, mental and physical
ill-health, etc. All SCI Franchise Outlets have an
authorised notice that ‘parental discrimination
should be exercised at all times’.
There are no similarities to the tobacco industry
to be drawn in this respect.
SCI will therefore contest vigorously
all lawsuits for breach of agreement
and failure to deliver goods as promised.
SCI thus points out that the phrase,
‘And what would you like for Christmas,
young man/lady? ’ does not constitute
a legal promise to deliver goods as defined by law.
This applies also to our website and email facility,
and to telephone calls, which are at premium rate.
SCI affirms that lap-dandling and possibly interpreted
inappropriate touching is now
forbidden in all SCI Franchise outlets.
All our staff have had a criminal record check.

SCI defends itself vigorously against
accusations of ageism, racism,
colour preference, religious affiliation,
and the suggestion that it is a paradigm
for white colonialism. SCI points out that
Single-Image Branding is an internationally accepted
form of consumerism. We are however looking into
alterations in our franchised brand-image in certain
global cultural areas where, for instance,
bounty is traditionally associated with matriarchy.
The Disney Organisation is assisting us in this.
SCI further points out that it repudiates
accusations of pandering to consumerism and commercialism,
(while these are indeed essential to a healthy economy)
and points out that it is at all times sensitive to
changing public requirements.
SCI seeks only to serve its public and maintain
the high standards of its founder.
SCI vigorously defends itself against the
accusation of ‘passing-off’ – trading on
a deliberate confusion with the image of
God The Father. This is made quite clear
on the officially authorised form to be
stuffed up the chimney or ventilation duct.
SCI has no face-veil policy. However,
metal detectors may be used at certain outlets.
SCI wishes all its participants seasonal cheer
and a prosperous trading year.

They seem to have forgotten that, and are back saying the only purpose of P2P networks is for illegal trading of owned goods. We claim part of the reason for P2P is for legal trading of what ought to be in public domain. And what is in public domain in many cases.

Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Fountain
The Memorial Fountain is really rather fascinating in its design,
As the water doesn’t always follow its course in one straight line.
The Fountain in itself is an extremely interesting feature,
As it moves in all different ways, just like a living creature.
It’s a focal point to which many people make their way;
Where adults can sit and relax and young children can play.
Parents sit on the lush green grass next to the flowing water,
Whilst keeping a watchful eye on their sons and daughters.
On the side of the Fountain, visitors can choose to take a seat,
And sit chatting away together, whilst paddling their tired feet.
The Fountain aims to represent the different aspects of Diana’s life:
The times of joy and happiness, and the times of trouble and strife.
The flowing water runs down an incline, not too steep.
At some points, it’s very shallow and at others, it’s deep.
Around the channel there are various depths and widths:
At some points it rises up, while at other points, it dips.
At some points, the water tumbles and slightly churns,
Whilst at other points, it meanders in twists and turns.
At some points along the way, the water flow is pretty fast,
Whilst over other points, the water is quite slowly passed.
At some points the water runs down surfaces so very smooth,
Whilst at other points, its flow is disturbed by little grooves.
At three points, the course can be crossed by little bridges,
Near to where the water jumps down over little ridges.
At some points, the foaming water cascades over a waterfall,
Whilst at others, the water slows down into a leisurely crawl.
The water is pumped from the top, down in two directions.
At the bottom, the waters meet in a pool of calm reflection.
To spark some kind of emotion, the fountain never fails.
Some simply come to remember Diana, Princess of Wales.
A real air of majesty this special Fountain does possess.
It is a fitting tribute to a much-loved and missed Princess.

The picture,
On a canvas painted...
Depicts a specific image,
Much greater than that...
Than the stature presented,
By the creator who made it.
For purposes to solicit a public exhibit.
Certain people selected will be forgiven,
For misdeeds intended.
Since they have an ability to diffuse truth.
No matter how low,
They may stoop to deceive.
With a getting of a reprieve...
To contnue doing as they please.
However...
There is a placement unmistakable,
For others labelled too abstract.
And into custom fittings...
They are deceptively unmatched,
With a matted background...
Known and viewed by just a few,
To be inappropriate for the framing done.
The picture,
