Matchstick Men
Pencil figures stand about a page
Matchstick men with little to do
Sketching the unknown romance
A love letter waits, long overdue
Vacant words leave empty lines
Where figures dance or idly stand
Boredom holds off the first word
Or the wanting of something better
To write than those words already
Excluded and cast aside by the mind
Perhaps the matchstick men could assist
Each one holding aloft a sign
Stating a love is evident and in place
A sign which simply reads ‘I love you’
No need for flowing letters of romance
Which thought or boredom fail to pen
Leaving a mass of matchstick men
Standing, dancing and watching
Every open and empty line
They are drawn to fill out time

Romance Bore Seduction
Hand blessed hand, caressed.
A blushing rose, her face;
Her breast alive;
The elfin nose, a diamond set -
A kiss upon perfection
Bore a rise of pulse
To coach a sultry moan
Across a mellow breath of wine.
He knew; he sensed,
And easing loose a clasp of lace,

Some Girl
She's just some ordinary girl with a pretty face
Some beauty I don't know and someone I exaggerate
She's a muse to me, pictures of her inspire my poems
I write about her life and its something I don't know
I stare at her, and she stares back, I know but she doesn't
And its feels empty, a picture can't be loved or loving
My desires for her are what draws me to ponder about her
Words of romance fill my void and I am lonely no longer
Maybe its just natural, to desire for the beautiful
But something in the way she looks makes my mind full
Of thoughts of us somewhere, loving life, we are in bliss
In a state of happiness with her nothing will be missed
A pen and paper is all that I need to convey to her
My thoughts of her, I hope one day she reads these words
And we'll be in love as reality is written from my mind

Diamond In The Dark
diamonds in the dark,
lacks all the worth that they inhert have,
a matchstick in ones hand,
priceless commodity to i trapped out there in the cold,
diamonds in the dark,
is what we have become if we have no one in our heart,
we are all full if love,
but what is it if we cant share it out,
a matchstick is at hand,
a slight light from it makes the diamond come to life,
sometimes what we need is a spark,
a small neglected action that makes everything worth,
the diamond when at hand,
in the dark you cant see the beauty that it has,
with a flash of a match,
we see its spendor and its beauty is spread out,
we need the matchstick when we are out,
brings warmth to a lifeless body to cope,
priceless in our hand,
a life giver a worth giver we always tend to ignore,
diamonds in the dark,
a loud cry for help in a room of dumbs,
diamonds in the dark,

Tongue Tied
I’ve heard it said romance is dead.
Perhaps my friend you’ve heard it too.
A lying rumour which has spread
around the world as rumours do.
It is not true, it couldn’t be.
As long as men and maids exist,
romance will thrive eternally.
Love letter writing will persist.
Young ladies dream of high romance.
Young men pretend that they do not.
Both he’s and she’s join in the dance
when Cupids’s arrow hits the spot.
If they are lucky they will find
the words with which they can express.
With eloquence their state of mind
in passionate inventiveness.
Romance is very much alive
and poets prove this everyday.
Though lesser mortals have to strive
to tell their love in their own way.
So three short words must satisfy.
When spoken with sincerity.
No matter how hard some men try
they lack the capability..
But somehow they communicate
their love for you is strong and true
and let their actions compensate
for words they cannot say to you.

Comes a time when the blind-man takes your hand, says dont you see?
Gotta make it somehow on the dreams you still believe.

I cant see much difference between the dark and light

Ecstacy In An Orgasmic Poem
a poem too can be male and female
the way we want it
i write it upon your urging
you say you are lonely and you have no one
to trust or to speak or to sleep with
you are vacant and blank and empty
you are crying all alone and you wipe your tears
in the silence of the four corners of your room
you open up a need. and i am there to fill it up.
i am silent too. and i know when to stand and when to sit
upon your gentle command.
you ask for a poem about love. i write it.
you want something harder. you want me to dance the
dance of lust. i comply.
i write a poem about an orgasm of words.
an ecstasy buried on some free verses.
i bow down to your urges. you too bow down before me.
as i uncover what wraps me, what encloses me.
we open up like flowers shedding off leaves.
we face the reality that we are big enough to understand
the power of ejaculation and the receptacles of orgasm.

I saw a letter lying on the floor
I couldn't help but look inside
Thought it was something that you must've left
Left there for me to find

Matchstick
Billowing black smoke, tinged with yellow.
Fiery crimson on a skeleton ridge set aglow.
Showers of flames explode, as the eucalypti fuel
This raging infernio - this catalyst that changes its world.
It removes the old, and replaces it with new.
A new world where things grow anew.
It removes the past's misfortunes and errors
Gives a new tomorrow, a chance for a new millennia.
So big, so vast. Those who would put it out, can't come near
For nothing is quite as dangerous as fear.
Even if they do, it would take an ocean, to quell this beast.
To extinguish such a fire manually, tis an impossible feat.
So powerful, so invincible, yet from small doth this thing grow.
It all starts with just a little match, yet behold.
Finite and weak. So underestimated and ignored.
A matchstick. We don't even think about it, it's so small,
Yet it possesses the power to change things like never before.
It can change the world to something we never saw.
True, many matches burn out. Some never even catch fire.
But ever so often, just now and then. Every once in a while:
A little matchstick sets of an unstoppable fire.
Just a twig, with a little phosphorus. A little nothing.
But give it a little strike, and it becomes a big something.
To start a bushfire, tis all you'll ever need:
