Mysterious Girl
There is a girl
With long black hair
With her big grey eyes
People can’t help but stare
Her beauty leaves a trace
Every time she walks by
She’s filled with magnificence
Such splendor you cannot deny
With her tall and fit body
She can blow fire off
As she walks past a crowd
Others can’t help but scoff
Her loveliness is admired by everyone
But her charm is envious by most women
By the way she dresses and walks
Her features are adored and gleamin’
Everything about her is stunning
She’s every girl and woman’s wanna be
Yet people did not know
That that girl with long black hair
And big grey eyes
Is me...

True Beauty
When a pretty girl walks down the street,
All the people want to meet.
This girl with slim hips and golden hair,
This girl that everybody wants to stare.
But I sit and ask myself, what is beauty?
Is true beauty not found in stealth?
Because this golden girl has no manners,
When she curses she never stammers.
The golden girl, who at the flick of her hand,
Would make sure all knew where they stand.
Yet when I came across a shy lady,
Who seemed a tad too shady;
She politely said hello and smiled keen,
And was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen.

Blame It On Me
My baby's got this set of jet black eyes
I swear that's girl's a devil in disguise
I've been let down, burned out
So let me tell you what i'm talking about
I've been chastised, deprived
She's got my skull filled with sentimental lies
[Chorus:]
She's no good for me
So I'm gonna let her free
I'm gonna let you fly
Bye, bye, so long, my sweet baby
Me, my love
Blame it on me
Me, my love
Say it was me now
Me, my love
Step back, don't jack me up now
Please, my love
Blame it on me
My girl she's got this jet-black hair
When she walks, head stops, rotate and stare
I've been let down locked out
So let me tell you what's she's all about
There's black lies, fake cries
She's got this bag filled with sentimental lies
[Chorus]
Hey I know I'm wrong
So ill go home
Make me believe
Me, my love
Blame it on me
Me, my love
Say it was me now
Me, my love
Step back, don't jack me up now
Please my love

Retard Girl
Retard girl makes us sick
Retard, poke her with a stick
Well she walks funny, kind of like a pig
Gotta hate that retard girl
See the retard girl walking in her school
In the same dress from fourth grade
See the retard girl cross-eyed in the schoolyard
Looking for the friend she made
Retard girl
Retard girl
Retard girl
Dont forget her face
Now shines the moon among the lake of fire
Shes sucking dick out in the yard
Well she walks funny, kind of like a pig
Gotta hate that retard girl
Hear the retard girl do one for me
She dont think like the others do
See the retard girl squirming in the mud
Throw her in the trash can, see what she does
Retard girl
Retard girl
Retard girl
Dont forget her face
I ask her mother, whyd you implode
Well, her heads so big it just might explode
And she walks funny, kind of like a pig
Gotta hate that retard girl
Hit her
See the retard girl staring at the sun
What does she see
See the retard girl stare at everyone
I hope she doesnt see me
Retard girl
Retard girl
Retard girl
Dont forget her face
Retard girl
Retard girl
Retard girl
Dont throw her away

The Ghost and Her horse
Everynight in the dark she walks
Everynight in the meadow he neighs
She walks out to her horse
He raises his ghostly head, spots his owner
And neighs
Only true people can hear this frost filled noise
To her ear it sounds of peace and stillness
To people around it sounds spoky filled with wondering souls
Like the wind
Or the soft rain
Everynight in the dark she walks
Everynight in the meadow he neighs
The ghost walks with her silver hair blowing
In the pony tail that shall never change
She carries his halter in one hand her other hand
Hangs open ready to stroke his transparent maine
Down his silver back
Everynight in the dark she walks
Everynight in the meadow he neighs
The horse to his girl
They are still, his head and long neck
Rested on her shoulder, her arms around his neck
Running her fingers through his maine
The ghost and her horse.

At The Middle Part
..and then she faces me
this time exposing every part of her
a tall. lean white body with long black hair
cascading like a waterfall
of silence
she walks towards me
as i lay my head on the pillow
as i signal her to come
and share with me
love and sorrow
and the passion of our presence
she takes a slow movement
her hands touching my hair
her lips getting near
my face
and then we close our eyes
and enter into another world
where we are one
so close
airtight.

Walks Like A Lady
Walks like a lady,
With her tender charms.
She moves like a lady
When Im in her arms.
She loves like a lady,
Lovin all night long.
She cries like a baby
When shes done something wrong.
I told you once, yes, I told you twice
But you never listen to my advice
I catch you walkin with that boy again
Im gonna set you free.
Oh, Im gonna set you free.
Loves like a lady,
So soft and slow.
She feels like a lady,
Ooo, I cant let go.
She smiles like a lady,
Smilin all night long,
But cries lake a baby
When shes done something wrong.
(chorus)
Walks like a lady
Oh, but she cries like a little girl
Walks like a lady
Yes, but she cries like a little girl
Walks like a lady,
Walks like a lady
Cries like a little girl

Long Black Veil
Ten years ago on a cold dark night
Someone was killed beneath the townhall light
There were few at the scene, but they all agreed
That the slayer who ran looked a lot like me
She walks these hills in a long black veil
She visits my grave when the night winds wail
Nobody knows, nobody sees, nobody knows but me
The judge said son, what is your aliby?
If you were somewhere else, then you wont have to die.
I said not a word, though it meant my life,
For Id been in the arms of my best friends wife.
Oh, she walks these hills in a long black veil.
She visits my grave when the night winds wail.
Nobody knows, nobody sees, nobody knows but me.
Oh, now the scaffold is high, eternity is near
She stood in the crowd and shed not a tear
And sometimes at night when the cold winds blow
In a long black veil she cries over my bones.
She walks these hills in a long black veil
She visits my grave when the night winds wail
Nobody knows, nobody sees, nobody knows but me.
Oh, she walks these hills in a long black veil
She visits my grave when the night winds wail
Nobody knows, nobody sees, nobody knows but me.
Nobody knows. nobody knows, but me.
Nobody knows but me.

Melissa The Model
She's got the look, the savoir faire,
The grace, finesse and style.
In my mind, she's beyond compare,
For who could match that smile?
How fabulous she looks today,
For all the world to see!
As if God placed her on display,
Right here on bid tv...
With golden hair and twinkling eyes
And smiles that cheer us all,
She helps us choose our new best buys,
To grab our phones and call.
She walks up close, she then walks back
And then gives us a twirl...
She looks so cute in red and black...
She's such a lovely girl!
Melissa's such a wondrous name,
It's sultry and sublime...
We'll miss her... Life won't be the same...
Please come back soon, sometime!

Little Dancing Girl With A Black Hair
the little dancing girl
has a long black hair
with twin dimples
on her mabolo cheeks
she dances in the air
she dances in the water
in the hills, in the clouds
at night, in vast space
she dances in my dreams
when i am sober
when i am drunk
when i am engrossed
in something else
she is the brown little girl
with a long black hair
the dancing girl like a
whirlpool in my mind

The farmer and his wife (Sestina)
A girl was lying down flat on her back
with a straw hat at eye height over hair,
she was sun-struck, curling and fair
with a rain cloud ominous and black
drifting in a blue sky and a small track
meandering past and it needed some repair.
Some of your makeup is in need of repair,
there’s a guitar bag slung over your back
where you walk pass the girl at the dirt track
with the strong wind frizzling through your hair
and the sky is already turning black
but the evening up to now is fair.
Slowly you walk past the local fair
with some of the stalls needing repair,
the guitar you are carrying is black
and you walk straight on, do not look back
at the whistles of some men with long hair
while home you take a narrow long track.
Watching our horses on the racetrack
you are really sexy and very fair,
our horses do parade with shining hair
you notice that the stands need some repair
and I am standing somewhat at your back
while you are dressed prettily in black.
The highway is like a ribbon that is black
where it meets the old overgrown farm track,
there are huge blue-gum trees some way back
and you agree that the price of the Lucerne is fair
where some cows graze at the pen, needing repair,
swishing with tails to drive flies from their hair.
I pull my fingers slowly through my hair
and there are streaks of grey in the black,
but the cattle are only doing fair
while my love is coming with the field’s track
that must constantly be kept in repair
and I hear her singing over my back.
There were torn out hair a long time back,
when I met my darling and she was fair,
at a fight at a track, I was in need of repair.

Catherine
Some, as many other find Ashley’s beauty strikingly stunning
Most of these things I freely feel and admit.
I find Ashley to be attractive, tall, slender, and regal of fair complexion
But stunning? No!
I deny it, the girl is scarcely venomous
There is not a morsel of spice in all the length of her body
Not a pinch of love’s enticing in her character
Not a pint of elusive excitement in her personality
Now, Catherine is stunning
For Catherine’s beauty is rare and total
And by that sum all women are diminished
This walking beauty overshadows any feminine stature
A magnet of men, has she not plundered woman’s head of all its graces
Flaunting them as her adornments
Regard her as she walks a beauty in elegance
Listen to her as she talks, a sophisticated wisdom
Her smile, her style, her laugh, her fret
Her look when she rebukes
Is an expression of a fashion
Dream her face as she sleeps
Ever such budding eyes have been seen
And Catherine inherited with her blood
Though in perverted ways, a burning zeal
For law, nature and God in her demeanor and mood
Transferred what was perverse to the ideal
Catherine is ice as she is fire
You hate her and you love her
And if you wonder how can you do both
I cannot say,
But I can feel it as it shivers me
Being torn and tortured between the two
Catherine is a person you can never stop loving or adore
You can only hate her, and abhor her more

I'm this kinda girl...........
I’m this kinnda girl
Current mood: adored
I'm the girl who will put her head on your shoulder, not because she's sleepy, but because she wants to be closer to you...
I'm the girl who likes to be kissed under the stars, more than inside your bedroom or in a expensive resturant...
I'm the girl who holds your hand and plays with it....
I'm the girl who doesn't mind you playing with her hair....
I'm the girl who stares into your eyes looking for a reason what you see in me.......
I'm the girl who loves to end a hug with a kiss...
I'm the girl who will take care of you when you are sick...
I'm the girl who you can talk to you about anything...
I'm the girl who laughs at your jokes...
I'm the girl who will have many inside jokes with you and remember each one...
I'm the girl who will brag about you to all of my friends...
I'm the girl who will listen to you talk...
I'm the girl who remembers how and when we first met.......
I'm the girl who loves to hear you sing, even if you horrible....
I'm the girl who promises to never leave, and keeps it......
I'm the girl who loves when you hug me for no apparent reason...
I'm the girl who loves it when you hug me from behind or kiss me on the forehead....
I'm the girl who loves you for you; and doesn't care what other people say about us...
I'm the girl who will love you unconditionally for the rest of your life...
Gothic Angel
Beautiful raven black hair with red streaks
Compliments her pale white heart shaped face
Encases the jeweled blue eyes
Her long Tripp pants rattle as she walks away
The black and red striped top hugs her upper body
Black platform boots make heavy footfalls, fingerless gloves warm her
One day she hopes to get her fluffy black wings
And what she wants the most: her black halo
Then and only then will she truly be a gothic angel

A Crush
It's about a girl.
Possibly the most attractive girl I've ever known.
I was quite taken with her,
almost from the very begining.
Brown eyes and black hair.
Small and skinny.
So proper in all the right ways.
I was in love with her and I still am.
I long now for this wonderful girl.
So beautiful and comely.
I'll spend my life longing for this wonderful and beautiful girl.
I'm sorry I never had a chance to be with her.

My vanity
When you see the grey in my hair
will you remember the black that was there?
Or will you forget and just see grey
that forms at the roots on everyday?
I used to wear it long and flowing
and preen about how it was growing.
I used a hair brush and counted the strokes,
but that's a waste of time for older folks.
Vanity's been replaced by common sense
although I say in my defense
that if I could I'd still like to see
that shiny lustre of ebony.
Beauty is burdensome anyway
and eventually I'll accept being grey.
But not just yet, maybe next year.
Alas by then more grey will appear.

The Connaughtman Returning
There's a grey fog over Dublin of the curses,
It blinds my eyes, mavrone, and stops my breath;
And I travel slow that once could run the swiftest,
And I fear ere I meet Mauryeen I'll meet Death.
There's a grey fog over Dublin of the curses,
And a grey fog dogs my footsteps as they go,
And it's long and sore to tread, the road to Connaught.
Is it fault of brogues or feet I fare so slow?
There's a grey fog over Dublin of the curses,
But the Connaught wind will blow it from my way,
And a Connaught girl will kiss it from my memory,
If the Death that walks beside me will delay.
(There's a grey fog over Dublin of the curses,
And no wind comes to break its stillness deep;
And a Connaughtman lies on the road to Connaught,
And Mauryeen will not kiss him from his sleep-Ululu!)

The Girl Of My Best Friend
(words & music by beverly ross - sam bobrick)
The way she walks,
The way she talks
How long can I pretend
Oh I cant help Im in love
With the girl of my best friend
Her lovely hair,
Her skin so fair
I could go on and never end
Oh, I cant help Im in love
With the girl of my best friend
I want to tell her
How I love her so
And hold her in my arms, but then
What if she got real mad and told him so
I could never face either one again
The way they kiss
Their happiness
Will my ache-in ever end
Or will I always be in love
With the girl of my best friend?
Never end,
Will it ever end?
Please let it end

Eat Your Heart Out
I've come by, she says, to tell you
that this is it. I'm not kidding, it's
over. this is it.
I sit on the couch watching her arrange
her long red hair before my bedroom
mirror.
she pulls her hair up and
piles it on top of her head-
she lets her eyes look at
my eyes-
then she drops her hair and
lets it fall down in front of her face.
we go to bed and I hold her
speechlessly from the back
my arm around her neck
I touch her wrists and hands
feel up to
her elbows
no further.
she gets up.
this is it, she says,
this will do. well,
I'm going.
I get up and walk her
to the door
just as she leaves
she says,
I want you to buy me
some high-heeled shoes
with tall thin spikes,
black high-heeled shoes.
no, I want them
red.
I watch her walk down the cement walk
under the trees
she walks all right and
as the pointsettas drip in the sun
I close the door.
