Better you just dry those sopping-wet big eyes
What's the point in both of us weeping?
Surely you can't now coquettishly disguise…
The ways, in which I'm cut, the way I am bleeding…
Hide as you always have: Count daily the magpies?
Better you just dry those dual-copiloting empty eyes
Harden even more that propelled wooden heart.
For all its yearly ringed ambiguous lies…
They're no-more than death-nails sweetheart!

Better you just dry those sea-green tigress eyes
Look to where this new dawn for me will surly rise!
Look there! Where hurt erupts but now subsides…
Old-flame you can no-longer hope to hypnotize!
For within your tears little else than nothing, belies.
Better I then just dry my own two jaded eyes
Hide not as you would: Count not as you have.
Daily on this mystical earth the magpies?

I'm running away
I've got to get home
I'm lost in a crowd

All my memory is safely packed
And my dreams are neatly folded away

I looked into your eyes
Your Eyes of Death
I killed for those eyes to look into mine
Into my eyes of pain and guilt

The Jesus Lizard
Button your lip and don’t let the veil slip
Take a restoring sip on the cool virgin draft
If they try to reveal your hush-hush disguise

Green Eyes
Those gorgoues green eyes of yours how could I forget? I'm afraid in my memory they will always live
The memory of those eyes I'm afraid will be with me forever, yes the memory of them I'll never be able to sever
I use to see those green eyes everyday, all I hope now is that over the years they haven't changed
In those green eyes I use to get lost, never once thinking about if I were to make them mine, what me it would cost
I use to count the hours, the minutes, the seconds til you I would see again, even though I told everyone otherwise, I wanted you desperatly to be so much more than a friend
Even though I knew you felt the same way about me, in the back of my mind was a constant reminder of how we couldn't be
That very thought use to cause me so much pain, but I forced myself to move on, and even though it's hard to think about I know you've probably done the same
There are days when I think about you and I hope you're doing fine, but I hope I never see you or those green eyes again not for your sake but for mine
Because I know that if I ever come face to face with those gorgoues green eyes of yours again, that resistance will be futile, and this time around we'll definatly end up being more that friends

Misty Eyes
Life hasn't been the same for some time now
With the dark taking light some way, some how
And, I'm alone, unable to disguise
That now I see this world through misty eyes
Hasn't been long since you were here with me
I still hear that laugh, setting my heart free
But, oh, how all these precious moments fly
Now, I walk this road with these misty eyes
Perhaps life is meant to be seen this way
Perhaps joy isn't meant for me each day
Perhaps I'm to reprise those last goodbyes
